We had a wonderful stay for two nights at Miramar. We travelled with our two young children, and we felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable and we really enjoyed every moment of the trip. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for us. The room was cleaned regularly and was also stocked with extra drinking water. The facilities were great, with a wonderful and accessible kids pool which our children loved. The resort was very clean with no litter anywhere, which is great considering the hotel was at capacity! The staff were outstanding, and went above and beyond to help us with requests. For example, when we asked for warm milk for our children’s bottles, they gave it without hesitation and without charging. And extra special shout out to Mr Sunday who welcomed us with open arms from the moment we opened our car door at arrival. His warm greeting really set the tone for our trip and he is such an asset to the staff at Miramar. Thank you Mr Sunday!! Lara, Tamir, Kai and Hana 🥰

Our stay was one of the worst ones ever, I have been to many other hotels in Dubai and fujaitah and never experienced such thing as here. The service was terrible no one cared about our complains, unfriendly staff, bad rooms. One of the major things were, you got to pay extra money for a view but what u get is a scene of a block, no cash backs, nothing .

This hotel barely can have 3 star hotels level. - Our check up was super late , instead of 3 pm we came to the room at 5:30 pm. + We got complimentary late check out, but mood was spoiled. I understand there is not enough stuff during public holidays but why do you accept reservations if you can’t handle it? We ordered room for 3 people, cos my parents first time in UAE and I wanted to have them proper experience, so it’s just standard room , with extra bed what they brought in front of us, put it right on the entrance of the balcony and completely blocked it . - Everything was settled for 2 people, but our booking was for 3 , so I suppose to call and request all extra stuff, what also takes time . - Room facing swimming pool, what is full of kids and pretty noisy during the day, so if it’s important to you , pay attention to that . + Room is pretty clean and neat - but dark inside ,AC is pretty strong and cold. + All stuff on the territory is friendly and supportive. - Swimming pool is overcrewded , no separate pool for adults and kids , not enough sun beads. - On the beach only 1 stable umbrella for 3 sun-beads and it’s not movable, so high possibility to get sun burn . - The most disappointing thing was the beach honestly , cos it’s sea grass season ( I bet) , water is full of green pieces and has strong fishy smells. So you’re getting out dirty , bright swimming suits could be spoiled and to swim in such a water is not pleasant. + But next 2 days water was clean and nice. I recommend to contact hotel before booking regarding this situation. - Food is ok , portions are small, like in fine dining restaurants but taste is way far from it, definitely could be better . - For example funghi formaggio pizza was not delicious and raw in the center. + Sea food grill restaurant has nice sea view and comfortable seats. Selection of food is not big . I don’t know why it’s called sea food, you can find there mix of all cuisines but not really sea food. In the evening (7-10 pm) there is Live music , except of this there is no entertainment. Breakfast was ok . The most delicious was Italian restaurant La Cucina . Summary : I regret that I got greedy and booked 1000 aed cheaper Miramar with breakfast instead of intercontinental without breakfast honestly. Difference is huge .

Beautiful location. Loved the beach. Excellent customer service. Well trained staff. Exceed all the expectations. I booked two nights for my wife’s birthday. The team arranged a delicious cake at Moqtaba hall. The whole team took care of it really well. I am looking forward to visit again.

We (myself and family) stayed at Fairmont Fujairah hotel during the Eid holidays and it was such a pleasant experience - we had loads of fun by the pool and beach. The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. The housekeeping team was so responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed a very tasty and diversified breakfast during our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Zakareyya for his valuable assistance and professionalism while addressing our requests in such a prompt and friendly fashion - we’re definitely coming back again soon! 😊

Great hotel and facilities, nice pool, restaurants, bars & water sport activities. Very nice room with sea view. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Would like to say a thanks to Ali from concierge who was very helpful in organizing rides for us during our stay for day trips aswell as for our return back to Dubai. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were great aswell, Will definitely be back!

I have travelled a lot and have also been to other Fairmonts. Unfortunately, it was the worst. The whole complex is kept in somewhat careless condition. In the family area, where the swimming pool is, the entire floor needs to be redone. There are broken boards and holes everywhere. In the children's pool, tiles have come loose at the bottom. The staff are very nice, that's true. It is not unusual to queue at the buffet in the mornings and evenings. There are queues there. They either take on too many guests or are overwhelmed. It can't be right that you have to queue in a five-star hotel like at the job centre to eat. After a few complaints, they offered to reserve a table for us as a family, which was okay, but not a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, the management did not offer us a place in one of the other restaurants. As in other descriptions, the food itself is very boring and bland. there is no theme day at all. There are also a lot of Russians there, who unfortunately don't behave politely either. As I said, the staff are great and lovely but unfortunately the hotel itself was very disappointing.

I want to start by saying that I hate writing negative reviews but I feel obligated to write this one as it is one of my worst experiences I ever had. Believe me if there was less than a 1 star I would have chosen it. I always stay in Fairmont hotels, however, and after this experience I have decided that I will never step foot again in a Fairmont hotel. I need to understand how Fairmont has allowed this to be under its name. I feel the need to share my experience as I have never been this frustrated in my life. Open my arrival to the hotel and requesting to check in I was informed that my booking has been canceled “last minute cancellation this morning” I was shocked as I had driven 4 hrs to reach and was extremely exhausted and I asked them who approved this cancellation, and how was I not informed or communicated with. They didn’t give me any satisfactory response and from that moment we have been investigation where the issue is. It’s been 5 hrs and I am still sitting in the lobby the management is very disrespectful, unhelpful, unprofessional, unsupportive and extremely annoying. I am still shocked that a 5 star hotel leaves there guests for 5 hrs staying in the lobby without compensating them for canceling the booking without their authorization and they have already deducted the money from my bank account!!!!! DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Okay as an update after 6 hrs the issue is resolved and I am in my room. I also want to say that through out the 6 hrs I wasn’t even offered a glass of water. I want to point out as well that today is my anniversary so I was coming to celebrate and informed them of this. Please look at the picture to see how a 5 star hotels prepares for an anniversary!!!!!! That is all the preparation the hotel did after a 6 hrs wait in the lobby!!!! I am really shocked with such poor management and professionalism in the UAE.

My family and I had a fantastic time. Service from the reception upon checking in was exceptional by Jeff. He really knows customer service and made our check in smooth and easy and efficient. Really blown away. The staff in the dining areas were very good supportive and attentive. Special mention to Jane and Ahad who attended to my kids requests very well and happily. Highly recommend the hotel. You will enjoy as did we.

The hotel isn’t new but well kept. The room is quite big with a fridge, bathtub, shower and awesome see view. High quality everyday cleaning and room service. Not enough animation. Also, the food could be better. Very kind and polite stuff. Especially Mr. Kennedy. Greetings Mr. President!

Beautiful location, great for chilling and relaxation. The rooms were old but decent. The view was breathtaking and the resort facilities were good. The location is remote and there is nothing around, so you get restricted in the resort.

Proper beach resort where you can see sun rise from your room itself. Swimming pools are well maintained. Breakfast has good options. Rooms are very old which need refurbishment. Location is spot on !!!

A perfect place for a quick staycation with family. The hotel is primarily used for all inclusive guests and operates with that concept. For example with a towel card and mass buffets. Not a luxury stay but a great price value. The location is beautiful and the beach is amazing. The hotel itself a bit older but clean. We tried the breakfast and liked it. Fresh fruits and many other choices. The service is very friendly and the manager is there if you need him. Thanks for a nice 1 night stay.

Personal, cleaning is excellent. Always smiling, asking if we need anything. They are excellent Food is good - 8 out 10. Beach is good, but see is green for some reasons. Swimming pools are excellent It is strange that we need to pay for tennis, pool. It is normally free in 5 stars hotels. Gym is excellent. The worst is music! It is at the pool, so loud in the afternoon . Music in the evening until 10 pm. Again loud. Feel I am at night club whole day. It is very very frustrating! Not all guests like very loud music from afternoon until late evening.

Great hotel and beach, but first of all service. Truly helpful and service-minded people everywhere. No specific things to complain on and any minor things resolved before you notice. Reception staff is helpful and there are many lovely-moment stars among staff. Look for Abrar, this guy creates nice atmosphere around any time you want to have a great and chill evening.

Awesome hotel. We vacationed for a week in April. The hotel is very good for families with children. There's very tasty and varied food - for adults and for children. During Muslim holidays, food becomes even more varied, more expensive grilled dishes are added. There are not very many delicious cocktails in the all inclusive program, but overall there are enough. If the hotel changed linen more often and not just rearranged it, it would be absolutely perfect. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help: wonderful staff at Mozaique restaurant (hostess and the waiters work very quickly and know many of the visitors by sight) . A lot of Russian-speaking staff. Special thanks to Sherali bell boy. Excellent location of the hotel on the seashore, the beach is very well maintained and clean. It's like oasis: very nice area with palm trees, lots of birds. The sea temperature in April was 26 degrees, which felt cold for children. On hot days, the water slightly blooms and becomes cloudy. There's a sandy beach with very fine sand. There are not very many marine inhabitants, but almost always when diving you can see schools of small fish and shells. On days when fresh water comes from the ocean, water becomes colder, but you can also often see flounder, and there are also chances of seeing a sea turtle about a meter long!

Great hotel! We stayed over the New Year holidays, and had a great experience. The beach is very spacious and nice: sand without stones. There were always loungers available both at the pool and the beach no matter time of the day. We were happy with sound isolation in the rooms: we have a small baby and never had a problem with his sleep during the stay. There were always tables available at the main restaurant and food was tasty, with good selection for kids too (fruit at every meal, often ice cream at dinner, all types of meat cooked in several ways etc.) All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

I had such an amazing time at Rotana resort. The place is very beautiful and clean. The food is very good and there are many different types of food that can match your tastes. The service is really great and all the staff are super friendly and professional. I would like to mention two employees there, the first one is Kiwan who is working in the kitchen, super friendly, helpful and professional in his work. Kay who is working in room service, very nice , friendly and professional. I really recommend this place for families with children.

Short stay during Eid Holidays ! We had never visited a Beach hotel in Fujairah, so we thought of giving a try. We had booked for 2 nights including breakfast. There was no delay in check-in. We would like to appreciate Mr. Hosny who welcomed us with a smile. While the room was getting ready, we tried the special Buffet lunch at Views Restaurant. It was just ok for the price, maybe because our expectations were a bit high. We liked the sea facing room which was very spacious. Even toilets were spacious with separate areas for tub and bath. They have several activities for kids in a corner. A small area for badminton, table tennis etc. We had dinner in our room as we couldn't get a seat in two of their main restaurants till 9:30 pm. Breakfast buffet was nice and was predominantly an English breakfast. We couldn't spend much time in the beach as the sea water was a bit unclean at that time. We had the lunch on the second day from Gonu Restaurant. The grills we ordered were really nice. Even though the main course items in the menu of Gonu, Sopore and Thai were limited, whatever we ordered from all three restaurants were prepared very well. Appreciate the chefs. Breakfast buffet was almost the same on the second day as well. Check-out was smooth. We would like to appreciate Mr. Raj, Mr. Chami and Ms. Jeanette in the Views Restaurant. The chef Mr. Murshid was very kind enough to personally come to us and ask if everything was fine. We do appreciate the room service team including Mr. Amal who brought the food within an hour and temperature of the food was still perfect. Staff at the pool bar were really nice. Things we disliked in the hotel: • Reservations for table in main Restaurants. Guests with kids may find it difficult if they don’t get a table that too after spending this amount. • Overcrowded swimming pool. Better if Swimming pool etiquettes are displayed near the pool. • People simply keep the towel on the sun lounger in the morning and take it in the evening and claim it to be reserved for the whole day, which is really bad. They are supposed to allow other guests to use the sun lounger when they are not using the pool at that time. Unfortunately, the staff are unable to handle this issue. We really appreciate Mr. Pratap near the pool who was kind enough to get us a sun lounger. • Pool bar is for everyone and not just for a few people who just sit there with a drink for a very long time. It’s always nice to give the seat to another guest who has spent a similar amount to enjoy the amenities. • Sleep was not that comfortable, maybe because of the mattress. • Lifts could be a bit faster. • Wish they had a covered restaurant near the beach (Gonu) as it was tough to handle houseflies. • TV with streaming apps would have been better these days. Suggestions: Short visits during off peak time would be better if you are planning to visit with kids so that you could use the amenities well. Thanks.

We stayed at the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in mid January this year (2024). We had an amazing experience the way we were treated. The manager -Bini was super friendly and accommodating. She made sure that we are comfortable and satisfied. We received a beautiful flower arrangement for the room along with champagne and treats. Wow, what a welcome to the hotel!!! The rest of the staff was extremely attending and accommodating, the room was very comfortable and spacious and the bathroom felt luxurious and was very clean. The view from 17th floor was breathtaking. The food was delicious and had a great variety of different dishes. The pool was fantastic- equipped with comfy lounge chairs and towels, etc. The beach was equally great: clean and equipped with all your necessities: comfy chairs, towels, great bar service, etc. Overall, this place was great, you definitely want to return there over and over. (Which I’m planning to :) ).

We had amazing 10 days here! Beautiful and clean territory, tidy and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food! Animation programs were fun and not annoying - we loved aqua gym, stretching, and the fireshow! Special thanks to all cooks and staff at Views Brasserie - the breakfasts and dinners were fantastic!
