He’s always wearing a smile, asking if you need help and always remember your favorite drink! Give that man a raise! One of the best in this hotel. I’ve been to Grand Rotana 4 times now and I can honestly say it’s such beautiful hotel. A lot of the staff are the same and been promoted over the years and still remember our faces and treat us so well. We had an amazing experience at this resort. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is warm and comfortable. They have a very nice pool and the beach was very good. The only thing that was a little annoying was that our room was far from the pool and beach especially since the weather was very hot and sunny. We really loved the resort and would happily repeat this wonderful experience but would choose closer rooms

I stayed one week in April 2024 and it really was the best place I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally well maintained, very pleasant atmosphere, the staff is all very attentive, i especially got very good help from Katerina. The Libaneese restaurant is delicious and lively and the two waiters were so nice. The main restaurant is also very very good. I enjoyed the lounge area and the spa too. The treatments are very good quality. It is an excellent resort without a doubt and I hope to come back soon!

The staff are incredible, they go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect for you, thank you to Michael on reception for upgrading my room too. It's absolutely beautiful and would 10/10 recommend everyone to come and stay here! The grounds are huge and so beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the all inslusive is great and the beach bar restaurant is amazing (thank you Georges for the great cocktails). I know this hotel ever since it was the Hyatt Regency hotel. Location on the beach is spectacular on Middle Garden, a famous diving site which is great for both snorkeling or diving. It is close to Naama Bay as well as the airport. Hotel rooms vintage varies by room category and I was told all of them see the sea at varying degrees. Food was nice, some items better than others. One thing which is constant: the service is really nice. I would come there again for sure! The hotel beachfront is 500m and it has an inside hotel jogging route which is safe and scenic. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful the staff was truly amazing, made us feel at home. Anything we needed or asked for they supplied. The rooms got cleaned daily. We didn’t get the all inclusive. I think it would be worth it if activities was included in the price too, there was people that provided services for different activities like diving and spas and they’re not a part of the resort itself but they rent spaces. Their prices were expensive so it’s better to check out people outside of their resort but careful not to get scammed. Don’t pay anyone before you’re actually doing what you want to do. But I will definitely go back to the resort again!!

Tropitel is an amazing resort! We came from America and we loved it here, the staff was so nice and made us feel so welcomed throughout our whole stay. We had a beautiful view from our room and the room service was always on point! The hotel is big but everything is walking distance from each other which makes it so easy to get around. The animation team is so active and always had enjoyable shows throughout the day in the pool and on the beach stage at night. There was always a variety of food and all the chefs and waitresses were so nice. I would definitely recommend this resort, and me and my family would definitely come again in the future!!

I was here in July 2022 with my wife and my 3 years old sun. The hotel was nice, big and clear rooms, the services and the food was super OK. The pool is OK. The Sand on the beach is perfect, my son enjoyed it every day. BUT it is difficult to enter in the water, because the corals, so you can enjoy it only to dive, for children it is unenjoyable. I’m not a big fun of diving, but I tried is 2 times, and it was beautiful, I loved it BUT The final day, I wanted to go again to dive, somebody run out from the water screaming horrified “shark on the water”… The lifeguard says that 100% it is only a dolphin and after a few minutes extra slowly and conveniently prepared to enter the sea…and in that moment, the tragedy happened 15 meters away from me, the shark attacked a woman, who died later. After the attack passed more then 10 minutes, finally someone went into the water to help. The staff were not on top of the situation. The worth thing that the hotel staff members after the attack their biggest problem with the situation was that people were videotaping and everything would come out.

Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs.They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. I'm at the hotel now. Normally I was going to stay for 10 days and I extended my stay to 17 days. The hotel is wonderful, the staff are very helpful, many thanks to Mr. Ayman in the lobby for his help. The rooms are very clean, the cleaning staff is great. The sea is a very short distance away and it has a wonderful sea. Frankly, we are very pleased now. It is the first place I have come to, but it has become our holiday destination from now on. We stayed for 10 days as a group of five adults and one child, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms, restaurants, pools, and surrounding areas were impeccably clean. However, it is worth mentioning that the lobby was somewhat less maintained and slightly dirty compared to the rest of the hotel. The food was extremely varied and delicious; with four different themed restaurants, there’s sure to be a menu to suit every palate. The hotel is expansive, with seven pools and a large area, yet despite being fully booked, it never felt crowded. The only common issue we all encountered was the staff trying to sell services by the poolside. It would be more convenient for guests if these staff members set up stands at designated times and places rather than approaching guests individually by the pool. Overall, we had a fantastic stay that met all our expectations and are already considering returning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality service in every detail.

Great resort with everything you’d ever need. Entertainment is the best with day and evening shows. Got a chance to speak to Disco the entertainer and can say that he’s a great guy and put up such a great show every day. Facilities are great from the many pools to slides, beach, diving-snorkelling and many more. Beautiful 5 star hotel with plenty of flowers and greenery, and very clean, Attention to detail was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very modern with excellent air conditioning and cleaned to a very high standard every day with fresh towels and bedding etc. Unfortunately the majority of guests were very rude, and had no concept of other people's personal space or enjoyment, and seemed to always expect priority service.! Staff were extremely helpful and polite but seemed under a lot of pressure from management! Rules of the hotel, and treatment of the staff and the hotel facilities were not respected by a lot of guests.

Lovely room, special mention of our room cleaner Mohamed Omar who was very attentive and professional, excellent at his towel folding skills. He was always asking if we needed anything and was very helpful. All the staff work tirelessly and entire resort is spotless with various swimming pools, slides and good food options throughout the day. Perfect family holiday as my 5 year old loved it. Will definitely be recommending this place.There are lot of great food options to choose from with drinks & ice-cream throughout the day and all the excursions were not too far. Overall really great place to stay.

The rooms were nice and the staff were so friendly and kind The food was varied, but not all of it tasted much good, but overall it was acceptable My biggest issue is that there weren't any deep swimming pools not one among more than 15 pools in the hotel The deepest one is 150 cm which is for me not deep at all I wished there was at least one that is 200 cm or more The beach was pretty average but its ok as you can spend most of your time in the aqua park which is amazing! I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Meridian Resort in Dahab on a guest day. The experience was truly five-star. The resort boasts a stunning pool, a relaxing sauna, and a picturesque beach, all of which added to the luxurious feel of the place. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the food. The buffet offered a diverse and delicious range of dishes, catering to all tastes. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional, reflecting the resort's commitment to providing a top-tier dining experience. The only drawback of La Meridian Resort is its location. It's somewhat far from the main city of Dahab, which might be a consideration for those looking to explore the town. However, the resort's tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle could also be seen as a plus for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Overall, La Meridian Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service in Dahab. The serene environment, combined with top-notch amenities, makes it a memorable destination.

The staff in this resort doesn't meet any standards of hospitality or hotels, very sad such international hotel brand doesn't really care about service and hiring professional staff in a country like Egypt. Not recommended, nice view without good service level in hospitality field is nothing. Please remember you are located in touristic city and most guests are non egyptians, and other hotel brands next to you offer better service, better rates and mostly professional and friendly staff.

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day. And you can do snorkelling all day in hotel's beach. Person who showed us room looked at me with eyes "give me tip", but I didn't give tip. It is usual that everyone thinks that we are welthy to give tip for nothing special, just simple service which is their duty already and included in price of hotel.

March 03-07- 2023 As soon as you enter the hotel, you realize that you have arrived at a very serious resort. A very impressive hotel, in the southern part of Dahab. Spacious and with a long and pristine stretch of beach. Dozens of beautiful date trees and well-kept gardens. The hotel facilities are at a very high level. A rich and delicious breakfast. The deluxe room was beautiful with an amazing sea view. Countless staff members whose entire job is just to please you. The only minus I could point out is only communication with the staff members who need a refresher in the English language. Other than that, I had one of the best vacations I've had in the last 20 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend this amazing hotel.

Hello , I want to say that I like this hotel a lot , the staff in restaurants and in rooms are great and I want to give a special thanks to Ramadan because he was so helpful, respectful and friendly, but to be honest you need to change the staff that works at the bars , they treat us very bad every day , specially because we are Egyptians, whenever we ask for bringing any drinks they were so unresponsive and they were giving us dirty looks , I wasn’t comfortable at all there , so they plz take care of this problem. Food was okay but not the best , but the variety was amazing.

This hotel is nice, but not perfect. If you book a place in the adult part you are limited to the buffet restaurant and to some bars. There is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the beach at the family hotel. At the beach you can use the beach restaurant. From my point of view this is the money not worth. The stuff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The music during the day is much much to loud. No relaxing possible during afternoon. Sorry, but for me it was a try. But never again. There is no beach with sand. But this is normal for that area. The reef (deep water) can be reached by a sea bridge. Only for swimmers.

The staff is nice and polite, although they could use a bit more language knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is mesmerizing at night and the event (karaoke for example) are fun. The beach itself is also amazing, clean, the water is clear as glass and the corals are beautiful.

The hotel resort is displayed to be better than it actually is on various websites. Do better research than we did!! I would look elsewhere. The food is bland. Although a wide selection, it is a wide selection of bland and often under temperature fair. Myself and some other folk got a bad bout of food poisoning. There is nothing else it could have been as we did not leave the resort to eat. With the exception of being within walking distance to Soho Square, there is nothing to do but sunbathe at the pool. The beach is good for snorkeling but not really swimming. The staff are generally pleasant with some exceptions and those exceptions made the stay even less pleasant. The rooms and decor are dated. A number of people including us experienced being locked in the bathroom because the door latches failed! Would not go back.

The hotel area is well-groomed, a lot of beautiful flowers and plants. The service staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Hany who took responsibility for our comfort at the restaurant. Me and my friends are vegans, and we had a lot of delicious options there. The rooms were cleaned every day with amazing towel art left on your bed. The sea is so blue and clear, beautiful coral reefs. We even saw stingrays and manta rays. I would love to come back someday and repeat this unforgettable experience! Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay in this hotel so great!

Hotel is advertised much better than what it actually is, food is very basic and bland more or less the same choices everyday! Hotel is quite boring nothing to do other than lounge at the pool or beach also beach activities cost more, the spa and activities staff will bug you all day everyday for you to buy a package, every day they have a 50% off promotion, they can be very annoying! The hotel is on a hill if you don’t fancy all the walking I suggest not to book here the floor is very unsafe and slippery worse more it is on a hill! I would say do a lot of research before booking! Other than that staff are all excellent and the service was great

We had a fabulous stay here last week. From the moment we checked in the service was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean with enough storage to put your stuff. The gardens and grounds are looked after majestically and staff are always working to keep the areas spotlessly clean. There’s plenty of choice food wise in the restaurants - a lot of beef stew/fish rice and massive choice in salads. You can get burgers and chips from the pool bar at lunch if that’s more your choice. Breakfast is amazing - lots of choice, an omelette station and chicken/beef alternatives for breakfast with a great pastry choice. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings. You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar! You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay. Special shout out to the lifeguard and bar staff at the adult pool (North 38), they were outstanding. The restaurant managers in thr main restaurant were so on point every day and they were both friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational. Our suite was a deluxe sea view with jacuzzi room 643, and it was just amazing. It was huge and the location was quiet with a great view as well so that made it even more special. The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and being only 10 minutes from the airport, it just makes sense. The beach is also really nice with lifeguards manning the jetties over the reef. The sea life was amazing and the Eagle Divers dive centre staff are also superb and I used them for my diving trips on our 10 day holiday. Don't delay, book today, you will love it there!

Great friendly service from all the staff. Pool safety is excellent. All non-swimming children are given armbands and are not allowed in the pool without them. Entertainment is the best I've seen in a holiday hotel. Good selection of tasty food with plenty for everyone.

There are no noisy parties at night, but if you like to dance and have fun, then you can go to the club that is located nearby. Every evening there were interesting shows, dances and competitions. **Unprofessional and Inappropriate Behavior from Animation Staff at Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa** I recently stayed at the Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa, and while the overall experience was disappointing, what really stood out was the unprofessional behavior of the animation staff. One particular animation staff member was especially problematic. Not only was he often rude and insulting to guests, but his behavior towards female guests was completely inappropriate. He was frequently seen making suggestive comments, staring inappropriately at women, and even hugging female guests without their consent. This created an uncomfortable and distressing environment for many guests, including myself. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at a family resort. It's the hotel's responsibility to ensure that all staff members maintain a professional demeanor and respect the personal boundaries of their guests. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa. The management seemed oblivious or indifferent to these issues, as complaints about this staff member were not taken seriously. This lack of action from the hotel management only exacerbates the problem and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The unprofessional conduct of the animation staff, combined with the management's failure to address these serious concerns, makes for an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. There are many other resorts in Sharm El Sheikh where guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Whilst I write this review, I'm sat at the side of the main pool relaxing and hopefully getting a tan. Here for a 10 day holiday. Due to a delay at the airport we didn't get here until 0100hrs, however the welcome we received instantly put us at ease. We were warmly welcomed by the night manager, who ensured we had a welcome drink, that our case were dealt with and all the required paperwork too. To our suprise we'd been upgraded to a sea/garden view room, which is huge. The views from our balcony are spectacular, the room has a separate shower and a bath, the toilet is also away in its own little room. The air con is one of the best we've had in a room. It's needed as even at night it doesn't get cooler than 32-33. We have beach towels delivered to the room every night and Mina our cleaner ensures that the room is always spotless. The stress and strain of taking your bags to your room is also dealt with. Golf carts are available to take you down to your room. They're also used as the resort internal taxi service. The staff are only too happy to drive you around. We had a lay in, so as I walked to the pool I expected to struggle for sun beds. I need not have worried. There were ample beds available and in great positions for the pool and snackbar/bar. One note of caution, the floor is hot, be careful walking from your bed to the pool you will burn your feet. It is expected though tbh. The entertainment team are very friendly and never hassle anyone, there is activities in the morning and afternoon for all the family. The food in the main restaurant is of the usual AI standard, it has a very Egyptian theme, but then again we are in Egypt. The food was always rotated and hot, the staff inside Le Cafe are very attentive and happy to help out. There are 5 separate restaurants which are free of charge, you simply book it the day before and your given the full waiter service. The grill and the Chinese were delicious and a favourite of ours. We booked a set of 4 massages, something we'd not really done before, I would massively recommend doing so. I've never felt so relaxed. The Spa is immaculately clean and again as a running theme the staff are so friendly and attentive. We visited Hard Rock Cafe in Na'ama Bay, it's about 15 minutes taxi away. Mohammed The guest relations member, sorted our transport to and from there, he guided us to our limousine, not the stretch type, but as comfortable. When ready to return we simply called him up and within 10 minutes the same driver and vehicle were there waiting for us. A couple of honest points to note, if you're coming for an holiday to mix with other Brits, then think carefully. This place is as multinational as I've ever been to. I look at it as a positive as we've met and spoken to someone many genuinely nice people of all nationalities The evening entertainment is fairly low-key, and the shows are held in the amphitheatre near the beach, the downsides of this is there is no bar close by, and the heat is so intense due to the lack of airflow. I would like to have seen more entertainment up in the Lobby bar. It does lack an atmosphere of an evening, but we made our own entertainment though. I know this is quite lengthy, but it is my honest review of this wonderful resort. 5⭐

This hotel is incredible and we loved every minute of it. We upgraded to Royal and the breakfast and lunches in the royal lounge were amazing - Chef Hermina will cook you anything you want, we had fresh prawns and a lovely salmon one lunch and it was incredible. He and Ahmed in the Royal Lounge were just awesome and would do anything for you. The service from the staff in the buffet is also so very good - thanks Ayman. The only let down is the variety of food - catering for many cultures is difficult but I just felt it was a bit ‘too different ’. In the buffet area ask the Chef at the outside grill to cook you an Egyptian pie, either with beef or chicken (they are so good). The house coral reef is incredible and just beautiful to have a snorkel and see some beautiful fish up close. Thank you to every single staff member you are truly lovely people and made the trip just so lovely. Thank you!

I would like to write about my wonderful experience during my vacation that I spent in this excellent hotel in terms of reception, attention to guests, cleanliness, tranquility, beauty, and attention to the smallest details. What pleased me most was the upscale treatment of all the hotel staff, their constant smiles, and their interest in customers. I would especially like to thank Captain Islam because I was always afraid of swimming in the water. The sailor, but he gave me confidence, and within a few hours of following his instructions to swim safely in the sea, I became a skilled swimmer 😊♥️ Thank you all very much. All the staff here are amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are incredible and clean. Many different pools with lots of bars and entertainment. Special shout out to the spa team. Firstly booking it with the gent called Ahmed, he was extremely friendly and even gave us a deal on massages AND upgraded us for free to a private spa. The treatment itself was just as incredible, sauna was amazing as well as the steam room and jacuzzi . The masseuses were equally incredible and accommodating, not awkward at all. The massages were also amazing and relaxing. Can’t give a big enough shout out to all of the staff at this hotel. Definitely recommend, especially the spa.

Can honestly say this has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve had the honour in staying at. All the staff are exceptional in particular the ones walking round the pool all day keeping you refreshed regularly with always a smile on their faces. The lifeguards are also very lovely and pay particular attention on all the kids in the pool at all times, although I always keep my eyes on my kids at all times especially when in the pool there’s a lot of parents that seem to just leave their kids in the pool and walk off. They certainly have a hard job but definitely exceed in keeping all kids safe. Particular shout to Chloe from the animation team, so lovely, friendly and helpful and also sooooo good with all kids and adults. A 5 Star review just doesn’t seem enough.

Don't get me wrong, this place is fantastic. The staff absolutely and most definitely make this a hotel to stay at. The only downside is having the local branded drinks included as part of the all inclusive category, they just aren't the same, when other hotels I've visited in other countries include label brands at no extra cost. Also, although the food is fine here, it's not top notch. All in all though, a great place for a short break away, and one I would recommend.

Royal Savoy is an extension of Savoy and is run by the same management . Last time I stayed in Royal Savoy was in March, this time round Royal was fully booked with wedding guests , so me and my wife and I stayed at Savoy instead. We went for drinks at Royal Savoy bar, for which we were gonna pay as any customers. Regrettably, some of the staff let themselves down massively. Mahmoud, who calls himself front he mean "front of the house," Emad and Islam the waiters, were rude and unprofessional, and bad attitude. They should be re-trained in the hospitality all over again. I believe they have been promoted, but they clearly lack the skills for the job. In fact, they've refused to serve us drinks even though we said that we'll pay there and there or they can charge it on the room. These waiters were happy to accept thousands of Egyptian pounds in tips and still refused to serve us drinks. Incredible experience. I have reported this conduct to the staff to the owner representatives, but they didn't seem to care . However, this will not stop us from coming to Savoy in the future , we just hope not to experience this poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour from those members of staff again

This is a very good all inclusive hotel. The serving staff and housekeeping are really fantastic and work hard to make your trip amazing. The animation and entertainment is typical hotel standard and we felt there wasn't enough evening entertainment everything finishes by 11 pm. The gym was OK and had everything you need to be able to train whilst on holiday, it's a bit dated and a long walk from everything else. The reef outside at the end of the pier is pleasant but even though it's states it has googles and breather, there wasn't enough, so you had to wait a long while to get one. The Italian restaurant was not great, we ordered most of the dishes as we were a large group and shared everything, so we all got to sample the variety, it was quite bland, taste wise. The sea food by the beach was average and some dishes were good. The Lebanese restaurant was by far the best option and all dishes were nice and also authentic. The regular main restaurant has a good average standard and has a lot of choice. Drinks never seemed to be cold enough! There is definitely a lack of ice and due to the extreme heat, you really need alot. There is a total lack of shade, so walking around is really hard. The landscaping of grass is gorgeous but trees providing shade would of been a better long term investment for the resort, also swim areas with shade would of been advisable. My family and I had a great time and would definitely come back or recommend the hotel

Great resort! We’ve spent here 10 days and it was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back here after few months to celebrate my moms birthday! The check in was fast, the reception team was very welcoming, concierge escorted us to our room, we’ve booked a swim up room and it was amazing. I liked that our pool was private and nobody could interrupt our relaxation. The food is amazing everywhere, as well the room service. Service is great ❤️ our housekeeper Mohamed was very lovely. We had a wonderful time at the resort. All the services have been great, despite the amount of people here. We enjoyed as much as we could from the many restaurants, the variety of pools, aquapark activities, concerts, gatherings, etc. We celebrated out anniversary at the Salt restaurant and had an amazing seafood dinner that was so delicious and so much. And the service was very friendly, generous, kind and supportive. The place definitely exceeded our expectations in every way. We would he happy to come here again.

Amazing hotel and a fantastic holiday. The rooms seem a little dated but are spacious and provide everything you need. Cleaned to a high standard daily, minibar restocked daily too with branded goods. I have never experienced such excellent food in all my holidays in Egypt, it was fantastic! This hotel has it all. A great location on the beach with access to the end of the coral reef by a jetty they even drive you to the end of on a buggy so that you can get in the water and snorkel amongst some amazing fish. The staff were very helpful and always asking there was anything else they could do for you. The food had everything that a family could want which is what this hotel is about…. families. For children there is a great water park, a climbing wall, a carting track, and plenty more as well as the kids club. For adults there’s entertainment every night which was of a good standard either in the large auditorium, outside by the reception or on the beach stage. We went to the pyramids while here, quad biking with camel riding, horse riding and all the trips we arranged through a nearby company who were very good. I must say thanks to Khaled the lifeguard at the pool we went to each day who arranged the towels and the bar staff there who kept us supplied with drinks at our sunbeds. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned daily and anything used in the fridge etc was replenished. As a family hotel this will be hard to beat. Enjoy yourselves in the lovely hotel

The Palm restaurant is an incredibly vast buffet with lots of options and choices for every taste. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help, and the chefs are regularly around the buffet to talk about the food. Our stay was fantastic Great hotel with luxury amenities. I've never seen such a high level of attention to detail and professional service, clean and huge. The hotel has a golf car available 24 hours a day to transport guests within the hotel. We went to the Wahi pool and restaurant on our first day. The entertainment was pleasant, and the pool was also enjoyable. Luna was our destination for 5 days, a stunning pool with a stunning view, and the staff, especially Jaalal and Marco, were extremely professional and welcoming. Abdo is truly sweet and keeps you hydrated with his cold towel, refresh spray, and cold drink throughout the day. We visited Zitouni, a Lebanese restaurant, for dinner. The restaurant is wonderful. The food was delicious as Chef Jean-Claude recreates the authentic taste of Lebanon, and the service is excellent. Hamada deserves special thanks for his excellent and professional service . Thanks to you all, our vacation was fantastic. ❤️ 💙

This resort was amazing in every way. We did not want to leave. The property is massive. You can call for golf case to take you around everywhere. We tried all the restaurants and they were all really good. The food was always fresh and delicious. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant. But the best views for dinner is the reef grill. The beach is really nice and you can see amazing fish right from staring into the water. This is somewhere you come to relax . It’s very quiet, which is what I prefer. The rooms are very spacious. There’s an old side and new, we stayed in the new. Bathrooms have standing shower and soaking tub. Salah in guest relations was hilarious. He’s such a people person and anytime we ran into him we were laughing for hours. Mohamed in guest relations was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We had such a good time that we even extended another day.

I’ve never experienced this level of attention to details and professional service. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with the biggest selection of options to please all tastes. The friendly and attentive staff. The architecture that makes you feel each room is on its own, with private entrance and secluded balconies. The quick services. Plenty of choices for food all day and each plate we tried is better than the one before! Free water left in rooms and given out on pool areas (this is something other hotels definitely overprice). The amount of thought given in the rooms, I can’t think of anything not available. To give an example, we left sunglasses in the room and return to find it laid on a special lens cleaning cloth with the hotel view image and logo.

The Four Seasons brand should be removed from the Sharm El Sheikh Resort. My stay here was a disaster from start to finish. After a 12-hour flight, I had to wait 20 minutes in the dark at the gate for a buggy to pick me up, as taxis are not allowed after a certain time. This was a frustrating start. Waiting for a buggy became a constant issue, eating up much of my time. On the second day, the air conditioning leaked water all over my clothes, making them wet and smelly. On the third day, the bathroom ceiling fell down while I was inside. This was extremely dangerous and unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star. I will be sending this review, with photos, to the Four Seasons management. My stay was not just unpleasant, but also unsafe. The leaking AC could have caused electrical hazards, and the collapsing ceiling could have injured me. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I checked out early to avoid more problems. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Thank you, Four Seasons, for ruining my holiday, wasting my time, and putting my safety at risk. I will never return.

This was a spectacular experience. We travel extensively and this hotel has truly nailed what it is to be true proper 5 star. Attention to detail everywhere, flower and greenery constantly pruned, toilets cleaned immediately after you use them, staff very warm and friendly. And the restaurants offer a diverse offering of excellent quality food served very attentively but not too in your face. I have run out to superlatives for this place. We will make this our regular winter get away now we’ve found it. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids.

From the moment we arrived at Stella di Mare, we knew we were in for a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were always happy to help with anything we needed, and they never expected a tip. In fact, we didn't even tip them until the end of our stay, and they still provided us with the same excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. We especially loved the pool area, which has plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The food at Stella di Mare was also excellent. But what really made our stay at Stella di Mare special was the staff. They are truly some of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. They made us feel like family, and we are so grateful for their hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the staff will make sure that you have an unforgettable experience. Just back from an amazing trip. I can't recommend this place enough. We'd read a lot of reviews before we left but weren't sure sure if they were genuine as it seemed too good to be true. I'm glad to say that they were all correct! The place is made but the staff. It is probably the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever had at a hotel. The a la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive and are very good quality. The food in general was great and so we're the drinks. The hotel isn't brand new but the amazing staff keep it looking extremely clear and tidy. Especially the gardens which are beautiful. We walked into town once night which I wouldn't recommend. It's much better to just stay in the hotel and enjoy the food and entertainment!

My personal opinion, while I am currently there, is that this hotel does not deserve more than 3 stars. Yes the pool guards are good, also hotel staff are good and trying to do the best but I do not understand why this hotel has such a high rating. The hotel area is small, the food is mostly not good and not healthy and lacks variety, and the activities are non-existent. This is unlike hotels that i had stayed before that were cheaper than this one, which were better in terms of food, activities, and size. This hotel should be reconsidered. Really this experience will not repeated with this hotel.

The rooms are dirt sticky light switches and vomit smell next to the kettle that is permanent. The ac leaked non stop and is sold old and brown. Pool is very nice and clean. Food is nice. Worst of all is the lying staff like mohammed the night manager that follows you for a week to change room 7 days in row for a major discount then has amnesia.chwckout day he said you will have late checkout wen the day came he said he has no recollection of it. I should pay wa t ever staff ask. So I paid the checking out they start trying to ask for late check out even though I'm here in agreed time. PLS pls avoid all mangers especially mohammed he's latches around you non stop. Soon as you say anything about their staff they get defensive. They dnt care about foreign travellers only priotise Egyptian travellers alot Oz kissing and hugging you'll be standing in the queue for 20 mins. 7 staff walking only 1at the desk. Cash machine is in aracbic out of order full week there was 4 managers not 1 cared about fixing them as they want you to pay them with foreign cash it's a tactic. Only worker that was good is yasmin he's a room cleaner excellent hard worker the hotel ac in all is so weak and brown and very old.

First, I would like to thank the staff at the Charmillion Hotel; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool and children's play area are excellent, with a lifeguard always present. The water slides are great and very enjoyable, and the waves are fun too. The beach is beautiful and not far from the hotel, but you need to take a bus (bus schedules are available). The food is very, very diverse, so you're bound to find something you like. The service at Palma Restaurant is excellent, and I would like to thank Mr. Salah, Mr. Hossam, Mohamed, and Mahmoud. Mustafa and Chef Ahmed from the Aqua Bar were also great. The Italian and Indian restaurants are excellent, and you should definitely visit them at least once during your stay. The rooms are okay, with daily housekeeping. The safari service (Sherif Safari) managed by Mahmoud is excellent; we enjoyed spending 3 hours in the desert. I do not recommend the spa at the hotel at all. The massage service is poor, and the steam and jacuzzi are extremely dirty. Additionally, the price is high. My advice is not to go there, as it was a failed experience. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the services and reception are excellent. We enjoyed spending 11 days there with the kids.

Stayed here the first week of July, its a great hotel and the staff were very friendly. There was a mix up with our rooms by the OTA, we are a family but they booked us two separate twin rooms not beside each other, the reception staff were great and upgraded us for free to a family suite so we were all in the one room but still had separate bedrooms for the kids. Room was lovely and cleaned daily, we were right in front of the main pool so easy access was handy. Food is your typical all inclusive fare so if you've ever eaten in one in the world you've eaten in them all sort of thing, they are also catering to UK, Arab and Eastern European guests mostly so its a varied mix, that said food was nice and there was usually something to find to eat, especially from the charcoal grill right outside the main restaurant. The 2 onsite restaurants, Indian and Italian are also very nice, especially the Italian restaurant which serves a 3 course table service meal. Location is off the beach so to get there you catch the free hourly shuttle to the sister resort 5 mins away where you can access the beach and you can also use the pool and pool/snack bar to get lunch which is good. Soho square is about 15 mins drive as well which is good for shopping. There is a gentleman by the front door who arranges taxies for the hotel, they are more expensive than the local Uber type app you can use but also likely safer than haggling with a local taxi driver on the street. The hotel arranged driver gives you his number as he drops you off and you Whatsapp him 20-30 mins before you wish to be picked up, used several times with no issue. Pools and waterpark are great fun and kids will love it. Hotel was well kept, the pool and surrounding pool area is cleaned every evening and the gardeners and cleaners are constantly working throughout the day keeping the hotel rooms and grounds pristine. Overall a lovely hotel and we had a great time.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfy, and since the place is quite big, there's a bus that takes you around. The food quality is very good, and you can choose from different restaurants at an affordable price. There was just a misunderstanding at checkout: I had a taxi scheduled to take me to the airport, and they told me it couldn't come inside the resort and that I should go out to wait. Good afternoon. I live in room 2137. Today I visited the Al Dente restaurant with my family and our friends. I want to share my impressions, but there are no impressions, we wasted our precious time. We waited 50 minutes for someone to pour us the wine we ordered, so we had to eat 3 of the 5 salads we ordered dry. It didn't end there. Then they brought us two hot steaks. We claimed that we had ordered one steak and a duet of beef tenderloin, but we were told that this was how it should be. One thing I want to emphasize is that the desserts here are very tasty. I said nothing when we arrived in the room there were problems, for three days I asked to bring a menu to the room and only today, the day before departure, I had to raise my voice and lo and behold, it turns out there is a menu that the employee brought and did not give it to me, he only offered to take a photo. In general, the hotel is good, but the aftertaste was not pleasant!!!

It was really amazing vacation, we used to travel Sharm too much, but this time it was the best, Thanks Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Wahab for the nice and helpful dealing with us. This stay included everything, an access to aqua park, great sandy beach with coral reefs and colored fishes, a deep amazing reef rich of coral reefs, we felt no need to go out the hotel or make any diving trip, It was so clean with perfect view, we were afraid to travel in June and July as its so hot but actually due to the perfect view of restaurant, bar and cafe we could satisfy the sea view with a nice rest between 12-3 PM Food perfectly includes various international cuisines, many swimming pools, So clean, thanks for the housekeeping Rida.all staff at beach, restaurants and reception were friendly. My son was shy in speaking but when he came back from this vacation he told everyone about what did he see, butterfly fish, eagle ray, dori , pufferfish most of it could see it at beach Also we could see by mask Nemo and its kids it has a home there directly down the hotel reef ❤️❤️

We spent our New Years holiday at this hotel. The rooms where spacious and clean. The pool was cold, but when pointed out to the staff they turned on the heat so the day after it was perfect for the kids. Small selection of slides that where great for our kids. The restaurant is more or less the same every day, so that could be better. The WiFi in the lobby is poor. Friendly staff all around and the spa was really good and quite reasonable price.

I have stayed in this resort for one week in Jan 2109. It is a lovely place for families. It has big a swimming pool with a small aqua park. Kids can enjoy their times doing painting and drawing in the kids club as well as swimming. There are a shopping area with a beauty center. The rooms are very huge in size and always maintained clean by the hotel management. Staff is also helpful and respectful. The management is running shows, nightclubs and other activities almost every night. The restaurant does not offer a variety of foods and they are repetitive.

The rooms are extremely spacious !!!., the space is well used to provide comfort in the room. furniture is simple. Bed mattresses were very comfortable . The pool and gym were great . The beach is far but easily accessible. It is rocky, suitable for snorkling and diving only . The open buffet is good but the items served are few , they need to serve variety of choices

Royal indeed, but then Peninsula indeed too!! Rooms and premises are luxurious and impressive in width and furniture, yet the place is now restricted to serve the Congress Center next door. As such, service and food have dropped over the years, catering mostly to conference participants, missing entertainment and luxury expected from a vintage 5-star hotel. To be honest, food has its ups and downs but tends to be on the down side most of the time. I happened to know that a shuttle bus goes downtown 8 pm daily and drives back at 9 pm. No one had mentioned that before!

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one. The stuff kept everything clean and was very friendly. We definitely will come back.

The hotel does not meet the price-quality ratio. Despite claiming to have 5 stars, it is actually a 3+. The rooms are very outdated, dirty, and neglected. The food may still be acceptable, but it is repeated daily. The staff is very polite, but there are not enough of them for such a large area. If you are from Ukraine or Poland, it is better not to choose this hotel, as it does not pay attention to guests from these countries - everything is in Russian, even on the beach there are no signs in Polish. Many guests are from Russia, leading to conflicts. The music is predominantly Russian. The entertainment programs are not interesting. Be careful when choosing this hotel. I do not recommend it! Additionally, regarding the Russian language, nothing is available in Polish. It is also worth noting that despite claiming to be "ultra all-inclusive," entertainment programs end at 11:00 PM, bars close after midnight, and tables are cleared, even if you want water, you have to wait until morning because the bars stop working. So what is the point of claiming "ultra"?

I don't think this hotel even deserves a single star if I'm honest the customer service was horrendous, we booked 14 days for our honeymoon and left after 2 days. The staff only cater to russians so I hope you like russian food because that's all you'll get. On top of the food being bad the staff turn their nose up to you when you speak English which if I'm honest you should treat all guests the same regardless of their nationality. We asked for a refund and the staff had us sit for over 3 hours while they messed about to then tell us we couldn't get a refund today as the banks were all shut. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who's not russian, the grounds were lovely but staff and guests were terrible

DO NOT GO THERE! It is definitely not recommended for women to go to that hotel alone without men. They are in the business of extorting money. We were shown a picture of a TV in a stranger's room and told we broke it. They gave two choices, either we pay 300€ or we miss the flight and the police are called and we are taken to the station where we still have to pay the money. The whole situation lasted 2 hours. We wanted to go home, we had to pay something that we have not done.

Hotel needs renovation badly. Everything is outdated and worn out, only reminiscing the former glory. Food is nothing special, often not fresh. Staff is friendly, they do try their best. Hotel outdoors looks very good, flowers and green grass everywhere, but decoration also needs to be updated. The coral reef is great, lots of fish. Nice views to Tiran island.
