Came here the second time, the first time was very disappointing and the second time was no less. We reached 4 hours before check in time just so we could be prioritized for a better room as our last experience was awful. Even so, the people who arrived after us were given rooms before us. There was very blatant racist behaviour shown with our requests and concerns of not getting our room on time. Every other non brown person was given priority for everything, from hospitality to a welcoming aura. We were given quite the opposite, as if we did not indeed pay money to visit this hotel. We called for room service at 5pm, and the receptionist kept asking what part of the room we “specifically” needed clean. Never been asked this before, if we say we want a full room clean it means a full room clean, not just the bed or just a bathroom. My 12 year old brother who was not well struggled constantly to open the room door, having to go back and forth to the reception getting replacement keys which did not work. Only for a technician to come and forcefully turn the handle to open the door and say that it was that simple to open it. I don’t think that my brother and me as a grown up are that weak that we cannot open a room door. But instead of taking this issue seriously we were just told to put pressure while opening the door. Don’t think we’re here paying loads of money to be struggling with minute things like this that ruin our experience. The receptionist who we called all day was extremely rude, giving us answers as if we were living in the hotel for free. No respect or courtesy on how to communicate with someone who has been having an awful time due to the hotel’s services. Unfortunately never coming back again.

Awful experience for me and my family. Given our rooms late. Asked to clean the room at 5pm, came back from theme park at 10pm and room was still not cleaned. We had to wait an extra twenty minutes in the balcony for the room to be cleaned until we could relax. I asked if they could provide an extra blanket and they rudely refused to help. We struggled opening the room door multiple times, and my son was on his own when he tried to open the door but it wouldn’t budge. He had to travel up and down the reception multiple times to even get someone to take the situation seriously. Our first time here was tragic so thought this time it would be better, unfortunately not. Will never be visiting again and don’t recommend to any brown families as well, as you will only face racism and be neglected in comparison to others.

My family and I just returned from a week's stay. This is the worst hotel service ever! I have travelled a lot in my time. Every question I asked I was met with I don't know, from numerous members of staff or sorry must've been a miscommunication, no one knows anything! I queued to get my daughter an icecream to be ignored for 15 minutes and everyone else was served (others that started to queue after me). same thing happened the next day to my husband at the pool bar. My husband emailed ahead of our stay to advise that it was my 50th birthday that we were celebrating during our stay. A kind gesture of a birthday cake was promised.......it never arrived. One lunchtime I was asked for my voucher, i never received a voucher. wasted time trying to sort out the so called voucher supposedly given to me upon check in. lots of whispering between staff as they clearly realised another error had been made. Poor poor service for the price we paid. terrible experience for my family and I. I would never recommend staying here to anyone. such a shame

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered and I mean ever in all countries. Sadely this hotel in my beloved country. Lets start with the only positive thing: Valet parking staff attitude is the only good thing about this place. They are kind and nice staff. Check In: Very long line, friendly staff ok but long long que. They could do better. I checked in 12 April. Lady in Check In said one room ready and the other one is getting ready. That was 15:11. I went to room which was ready i waited and waited and everytime I call 0, they said 10 min. They were not honest with me. The room was not even checked out from previous customer and waited with all false promises till 18:00 I recieved my room. Room Service (Dial 0): you call , they dont answer, If you request service you have to wait 1-3 hours. Golf Cart (buggy car) This is another story. In order to commute between vila and reception and dubai parks, you have to beg. We wait and wait. One time, I waited for 15 min with my 78 old Mom at 5pm and nobody came. And all drivers attitude is very bad, they are rude and just waiting for tip if u dont give they become very mean. Lugage: I waited 1 hour to have my 1st batch of laguage and 2 hours for the next batch. Room cleaning: We placed the tag to clean at 13:00, they came 16:00 to clean. Location: Far away from legoland and othet parks , u have to walk for 10 min. With 5 kids and 78 yrs old lady. This is very hard. Breakfast: Food ok busy but manageble. It was very horrible and disappointing experience that make my Eid holiday very miserable. Note: They take the room fees upon Check In, they might be afraid that you will escape and leave without paying. Lapita Hotel Management: Please improve your service.

Very cute hotel with great facilities and extra benefits you get with your stay (park etc), clean, has a few restaurants with great choice of food and amazing service, tried all of them, loved the breakfast and the dinner buffet.. the variety of food was exceptional, the quality was superb 👌 , the staff were making sure we had everything we needed, the chef made our dishes as per our special request just as we wanted them, we felt looked after and certainly looking forward to coming back with our family again. Highly recommended.
