Nice hotel in a good location. Service was very good and the hotel staff were quick to accommodate our needs. The facilities are great. Hotel has access to the small but fun waterpark. Kids were so happy with the pool area and the waterpark. Didn’t get the chance to get them in the kids club but we had a look around and I’m sure they would have loved it. The hotel is super family friendly! Room service was not bad, the food could be better. The room toilets didn’t go with the room aesthetic or standard but overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

This resort is absolutely wonderful and as Dubai residents with young kids, it’s often where you’ll find us on the weekends.
There is so much shade in all areas for kids which is so perfect when the sun is strong.
We always get something to eat and the food is always very high quality.
The lifeguards are attentive and the Waterpark so ideal for younger kids.
100000% recommend and can definitely say it’s the best family resort in Dubai.

Perfect family resort! The waterpark was a hit with the kids clean, fun, and safe. Pools were spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing fresh, tasty, and had a great variety for everyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and perfect for families. Highly recommend!

My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

I am rarely impressed by hotels in general, and hotel breakfasts in particular. I travel a couple of times a month and usually stay in nice hotels so the wow factor is dampened.
I’m glad to say that the W blew me away and exceeded my expectations, from the tasteful decor, the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail, it’s impressive.
I have rarely had decent sourdoughs and baguettes in hotels, W has outstanding bakery items.
Their 72% dark chocolate croissant is impeccable in flake and flavor, the honey section is the most complete I’ve seen, the egg preparations are creative and show a great know how.
Rooms are superbly decorated, beds are comfy, mini bar is stocked, instead of the sad empty fridge that greets you in most hotels in the region, the sound proofing they did is amazing.
Bravo W, you will see me again.

My stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi was downright disappointing. From the moment of arrival the frustration began: the check-in lasted endlessly and the staff at the lobby was arrogant and indifferent. No welcome, no help – just waiting and incomprehension. What made the stay even worse was the constant noise pollution from construction work around the hotel. From early in the morning until late in the evening there was no moment of tranquillity – everywhere you could hear drilling, hammering and construction traffic. This was not communicated in advance, which I find very unfortunate. During my entire stay I could not sleep well at night – between the noise, the poor service and the lack of comfort this was definitely not a relaxing experience. For a hotel in this price range and under the W-name I would have expected much more. In short: the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Absolutely not recommended and I will definitely not return here.

Nice stay but not to a traditional W standard.
First thing, the hotel is small. Usually W hotels have plenty of space, this does not. Tiny lobby with even smaller pool area. You’ll need to be up early on the weekend to get a spot at the W pool. The great thing is, you have access to the other Marriott brands on the property. I spent every day at the Westin.
Second issue, noise. It’s ridiculous how much building is happening in the area and it feels 24/7. Barasti is underneath the property so expect heavy music at the weekend that can be disturbing.
Finally staff, they’re all very lovely, but they don’t have the professionalism as other W hotels. They do their absolute best so you do feel welcome.
If you’re looking for a full W experience in Dubai, just stay in the W on the palm. This W is a fine hotel for a few nights but you couldn’t stay here for a full holiday.

The staff go out of there way to assist you in any way possible to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience you can possibly have. This hotel is amazing. As soon as you arrive the lovely staff are there to help. They all seem happy in their roles which is good. The flowers are so beautiful.
I had a deluxe wrap around balcony which was so luxurious and spacious. Also a full bath which I love. Your room has everything from shampoo to bathrobes.
There was a bit of noise and vibrations from the building works during the day but it didn’t affect us.
The pool was lovely. Yes parts of it were in the shade but you could always get a seat in the sun if you wanted. The pool staff are very attentive bringing water, lollies etc constantly.
The buffet restaurant was very good. Lots of choice.
I will definitely be back.

From the moment I arrived at Grosvenor House, I was welcomed with warmth and the unmistakable touch of their signature hospitality. The lobby itself set the tone — filled with the soft fragrance of fresh flowers, gentle music in the background, and the vibrant beauty of yellow roses everywhere, bringing a sense of freshness and aliveness to the elegant space.
Celebrating a birthday here was made even more special with a thoughtful surprise waiting in the room. It was such a kind gesture — the sort of detail that leaves a lasting impression and makes you feel truly seen and celebrated.
Throughout my stay, the atmosphere carried a rare balance of sophistication and ease. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the dining exquisite, and everything from check-in to departure flowed seamlessly. Yet what stood out most were the not-so-common touches: the way staff remembered little details, the genuine warmth in every interaction, and the sense of calm and care infused into every corner of the hotel.
This was a well-deserved break, and Grosvenor House made it not just restful but truly memorable — an experience shaped by elegance, taste, and character. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the Grosvenor House family.

We recently stayed at this hotel—my wife is a wheelchair user—and we felt welcome everywhere, at all times.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel completely at home—whether at the reception, in the restaurant (Sloane’s is absolutely amazing!), outside with the doormen, or with the housekeeping team. The entire experience was just perfect.
What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and attentive everyone was. The happiness and positivity we brought with us were returned to us twice as much by the staff. We truly felt like valued guests and will remember this stay for a long time.
A special highlight was the complimentary access to the beach at the sister hotel Le Meridien. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, and the beach is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. You can easily reach the sandy area, and getting into the water is made possible with a beach wheelchair.
We are already looking forward to our next visit—we are sure this was not our last time here!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an accessible and heartwarming hotel experience!

Booked for my wife's 30 birthday put a note on the booking informing them off the occasion. Confirmed again at checkin. Was given a discount to upgrade to a suite which was nice gesture. Birthday came and nothing not even a card or a balloon. We travel every year for my wife's birthday and there hasn't been a single hotel that we've stayed in that's has not acknowledged the occasion. Was not even expecting anything big just a simple card. If I had known i would have arranged some balloons or something for the room myself.

Pure class without the attitude. The rooms are sleek, spotless, and have views that make you stop mid-sentence. Service is polished but also warm—you never feel like just a room number. The restaurants are excellent (Buddha-Bar is a must), and the location on Dubai Marina is perfect for mixing beach, shopping, and nightlife. It’s not cheap, but it feels worth every dirham. A 5-star stay that actually lives up to the name—luxury done right.

Very happy with The Westin. Comfortable and attractive decor both in our room bathroom and all the lobbies and dining areas. Its a spectacular place. You'll likely gawp and take photos in admiration. The food was excellent - we had the breakfasts and the dinner. Picky kids (9 and 11) had no trouble eating a well balanced meal too with great salad options. Spoiled for choices both mealtimes - chefs were attentive to special requirements and everything was delicious. The front of house staff and porters were all bending over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. And then there is the water park out the back - there were enough shady spots to dodge the burning sun, and we made great great memories racing on the slide with blue mats. Altogether an easy high recommend . Would definitely return.

It was a great experience. From the staff - the customer service they provided made me and my son feel at home. The clean environment is fully equipped for families to enjoy, as well as couples or solo travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We spent 12 days at Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach for our family vacation which ended up as one of our best stays. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I do feel that my platinum elite status was honoured.
The club lounge is amazing and the staff are very friendly and service minded. The food and drinks are absolutely tasty.
We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for everything Westin!

We go to Westin quite often, because they have the best Spanish restaurant in town, El Sur. However, this time we decided to go to Westin for a little staycation. And it was a very good decision. Big thanks to Makar at the reception, who assisted us during check-in. We had a nice room, the bed was soooo comfy that I didn’t want to wake up. Very delicious breakfast. Of course we had dinner at El Sur , as always top, thanks to Gwen, she is always taking care of us. Most of the time we were by the pool. They have different pools and even mini aqua park, perfect for kids, nothing crazy. Another big thanks to lifeguard Jhonny ( who was at the kids pool with 1 little slide on 14th of July around 9-10 am) he was very nice to my son Ethan and was playing a bit with him. The only thing which bothered us a bit, very loud music on Sunday afternoon from the adults pool. We thought that the music was coming from beach club, but no, just from the pool. And the sound was not the best. Maybe someone needs to explain to the DJ to feel the situation and not to go that crazy with the volume. It’s a hotel not a Tomorrowland.

We’re so happy to be back at The Westin Dubai! It’s amazing to see how much the area has grown since our last visit. We used to have a clear view of Atlantis, but now it’s surrounded by exciting new developments. The hotel remains beautiful and is undergoing some great upgrades. We were given a lovely room upgrade with a gorgeous view, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. We did hear a bit of drilling one morning, but it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was decent, but the Club Lounge really stood out. A special thanks to Simrad and Fozia for their warm and playful energy with our kids—such lovely service! We also enjoyed using the kids’ facilities at Le Meridien, especially the water park. The little ones had a blast!

I recently stayed at Millennium Place Marina in Dubai while I was there for a conference, and honestly, this hotel was amazing. I booked a balcony room with breakfast, and the view was just stunning (pic included)
What really stood out to me though was the service, every single person was super respectful, always addressing me as “sir,” and I never once felt out of place.
The room itself was amazing, quiet, relaxing, clean, nicely decorated, and the lighting made it feel cozy. The bed was really comfortable, and room service was next-level. You could order any time and they’d take care of it. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts: tons of variety and everything actually tasted good.
The location is perfect too. It’s literally a 2-minute walk to DMCC metro station and about 15 minutes to Marina Beach, which, by the way, is beautiful at night (pic included). The gym was small but had everything I needed, and the pool area was nice as well. I also needed to check out the meeting rooms for a potential business meeting, and the staff personally took me there and showed me around. On top of that, when I needed help removing batteries from toy cars to pack in my luggage (a random request, I know), they sent someone up right away to help. That kind of service is rare, and I really appreciated it.
If I had to point out areas for improvement: the Wi-Fi could be a little better, the mini fridge didn’t really keep things cold, and the TV felt a bit outdated with limited channels and no proper YouTube app, just a browser shortcut. But honestly, these were small things and didn’t ruin my stay at all.
Overall, I absolutely recommend staying here. The staff, service, location, and breakfast were all amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staff is very helpful, making sure you are comfortable. They provided beach towels, chair, whatever you need. I highly recommend this hotel. My flight got delayed and they accommodate me with late check out. Thank you, all for an outstanding experience!

Had an amazing stay at Millennium Place Marina in Dubai! Great location (nearby restaurants and metro station) and incredibly comfortable rooms!
One of the highlights for me was the service – the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Loved my lunch breaks in Risen (the coffee place at the hotel). Special mention again to Sana at breakfast, whose exceptional service really stood out and added a personal touch to each morning.
The gym and pool area are also well-kept, making it easy to stay active or just relax after a day out in the city.
Overall, Millennium Place Marina offers excellent value for money, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that goes above and beyond. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Overall my experience is very positive. The staff are amazing and helpful.
On my early morning check in there was some misunderstanding as the travel agent didn't inform the hotel about early check in or even book to include the previous night. I suggested to the check in staff I would go and have breakfast and hopefully a room would be available. I was informed that I could not have complimentary breakfast until the next day. It would have been a wonderful expression of hospitality if the staff had the freedom to offer complimentary breakfast, especially after a night flight. I did eventually get a room and I was thankful for this.
I am still enjoying my stay and the wonderful experience of the hotel and staff.

Got treated super well here, I misplaced a valuable item and the management and staff helped me locate it. I felt a bit stupid but they were very understanding. Pool here is nice and clean, the rooms are clean and tidy. Location is good with convenience stores on each side and a supermarket. There’s local restaurants near and coffee shops.walking to the main strip is a bit of a walk but it’s not too bad.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and easily accessible, with several shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around. The check-in was very smooth, and they upgraded me to a suite which was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were mostly really attentive and helpful. Everything i asked of the housekeeping or the management was served or taken care of within minutes. Also, they provided information about what guests may need outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, though it slightly lacked variety in the cheese and meat section. There is a pool which was heated. If you go by car, you can use the parking lot. The management constantly checked out on the guests to make sure everything was going well and their needs were catered to.
They offer discounted or free beach club access to the guests (July 2025: Riva Beach Club).
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also go back in my future trips to Dubai.

Review: Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina
This hotel does not live up to a 5-star Dubai luxury experience. At best, it feels like a 3-star all-inclusive holiday where you pay for the basics.
Be prepared for constant rules and restrictions — being told off for not being “covered up enough,” using the “wrong” door, or simply doing something staff decide you “can’t do.” It often felt more like following a rule book than enjoying a holiday.
The pool area is overcrowded, and unless you rush through breakfast or wake up very early, you won’t find a sunbed. It gets packed quickly and isn’t relaxing.
Communication is also an issue. Very few staff speak English, and neither do most of the guests. The service overall came across as unwelcoming and sometimes rude, which really put a dampener on the stay.
Several times we considered checking out early to move hotels, but since my brother lives on the Marina, it was at least convenient for location.
For frequent Dubai travelers like myself, I would strongly avoid this hotel. If it had been my first trip, it would have given me the wrong impression of Dubai hospitality. Unless you are specifically after a cheap, no-frills stay with rude staff, this isn’t the place for you.
The only positive I can give is that the hotel is at least clean and tidy.

An excellent modern hotel. The quality of the food, service, and overall attitude towards guests is beyond praise. 10 out of 10. A special thanks to the concierge, Bek, for his help during check-in, which allowed us to get room 2112 on the 21st floor. I would like to once again commend the entire hotel staff for their high professionalism and excellent work quality. I would love to come back here again.

Had an amazing stay. One of the best hotel in Marina. Jbr beach is 10min walk. Tram is accessible. Great eateries nearby. Rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast has many options and top quality food. To add cherry on the top, they did send me a complimentary cake on my birthday. This gesture completes your experience and really makes it 5 star. Reminds you what hospitality actually means. I recommend anyone planning their stay in Marina to book this straight away. My go to place in Dubai again. Cheers!!

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. From the first moment, the attention of the staff was impeccable: always attentive, friendly and willing to help in everything. The Best Hotel in town. Marina Byblos in the heart of Marina provided the best amenities and the best Hospitality I have experienced. It was my first time in Dubai and the first hotel I stayed in Dubai was Byblos. The Manager and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, with cleaning provided everyday. The view from the hotel was splendid and the location is so close to the beach. They even have their bus service to the beach. They have Sauna, Swimming pool and even clubs. The best place to visit.

Do not go to the bar called Theatro (or Teatro). In a nutshell, it’s a scam. Drinks at extortionate prices and intimidation from the staff working there when a bill is challenged (no itemised bill provided). I know with certainty that I was overcharged and forced into paying the bill in order to leave (essentially, you’re locked in until you pay).
I can’t comment on the hotel but from the impression of Theatro, and the corridors and hallways to get there on the first floor, it’s not great. Find somewhere nicer in Dubai, that would be my recommendation.
Massive Baggy
Went for happy hours & quiz night which used to be a regular event for us. It’s changed now and it’s all phone based app which I can understand as team Google used to ruin it every week but the change isn’t for me. Happy 8 hours is superb and the food we had was absolutely spot on….steak pie and chips you can’t miss with that banging combination. I noticed a big decline in the numbers of people there for the quiz (maybe 10%).

Dont go in any bar inside of hotel. Pure scam. Prices are not high, they are adjusted in order to suck the money from the turists..

Such a pleasant stay overall in a convenient location. The rooms are perfectly air-conditioned and I slept very well. The cleanliness was good and I had everything I needed in my room. The breakfast buffet has many options and caters to all dietary needs.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered—from the friendly team at the lobby to the attentive service at the pool—made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention goes to Ahmed by the pool, whose kindness and care stood out throughout our stay.
What truly touched us was the extra effort the hotel (special mention to the pastry chef) made for our daughter. She had a sudden craving for madeleines, and to our surprise, the team prepared them especially for her. This small but meaningful gesture went far beyond what we expected and showed the heart behind their service.
Every corner of the hotel radiates hospitality, and the people here turn a great hotel into an exceptional one. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we will always remember the thoughtful touches that made it so special. Highly recommended!!!
