It’s a great spot for friends and family/kids pools are cool. All great vibes the guys are so nice and helpful. it’s not hot here as the rest of Dubai. The creek side is just amazing.
You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace.
The place is quiet and relaxing. I’d recommend it for sure!

We recently stayed here for one night over the summer in Dubai - the hotel is incredible and a good place to stay during the summer heat (pools are well shaded, lots of indoor walking and good facilities).
Manuel was the best - our check in and check out was super smooth. The team are so lovely and friendly here and really do go out their way to help you. Manuel mentioned this will be one of the best hotel breakfasts ever and that we should get there early before it gets busy - I was very impressed by the breakfast, the choice was varied and large (but not overwhelming at the same time), excellent food quality and a really good choice of healthy foods. I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here.
The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery.
The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options.
We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Fantastic stay in one of our favourite hotels in Dubai. Feels like you’re out the hustle and bustle of the city, and could be in the Mediterranean region (with a Dubai skyline).
Amazing restaurant options, pool and beach style facilities, all in all you won’t get too much better than the park Hyatt!

Amazing stay at Park Hyatt Dubai! One of my favorite hotel ever. The hotel is a hidden gem so quiet and green ! It’s really doesn’t feel like you are in Dubai. The staff are all very nice and professional. Special mention for Vivian at the Kids Club. She made my kid experience at the kids club exceptional. She is so welcoming, caring and genuinely interested in what she does.
I highly recommend staying at Park Hyatt.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is very special and rich.
The pool is small but empty most of the time when I was in the hotel. The view from the pool is the best!!!
One minus for me is that there are no taxis out the hotel like in other 5 stars hotell that I have been before in Dubai.
I would like to give huge compliments to Nur from the front desk who made my stay feel like home. She is really professional and made everything that I will have a super super happy stay.
Overall I really recommend this hotel and for sure come again.

I stayed at the Canopy by Hilton Dubai and the experience was simply fantastic. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and conveniently located for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style.
One of the highlights was definitely the staff — always helpful, friendly, and professional. A special thank you goes to Sara, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and attention to detail. She truly stood out for her warm hospitality!
The breakfast was excellent — varied and plentiful — and the rooftop area is a great place to relax in the evening with a view of the city.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef!! The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Although our room was not ready upon check-in, Ms Pooja from the Guest Relations team greeted us warmly and even offered lunch while we waited — such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to provide excellent hospitality, always attentive and friendly.
The hotel’s location is very strategic, with easy access to Al Seef Souq. The buggy service was especially convenient — a quick call was all it took for them to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.
Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The service, facilities, and location truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with outstanding service from the entire team. Front desk staff (Sara, Abi, Zeenat, Alaa, Raqib and Ayesha) were cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Luggage assistance by Hassan was punctual and courteous. Breakfast staff, including Jibon, Eve, Youssef and Sabina, the chef at the egg station Eliasa and the head chef were attentive and kept everything running smoothly. Sakib from housekeeping went above and beyond—my room looked beautiful thanks to his towel art. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room immaculate. I’ve attached photos to show the lovely towel shapes and floral touches. A big thank you to everyone for making our stay exceptional — you’re truly great at what you do. Highly recommend this hotel.

Waaqar helps us transport within the hotel area effectively with our luggages.
Muhammad is super friendly and even fixed my sunglasses by putting the glass back and tightening the screw.
All other staffs are very patient and professional as well.
The breakfast is good.
The location is very convenient with valet parking included.
Walking distance to restaurants and ferry.
One small improvement could be made: the AC in our room is blowing the air directly to our heads while sleeping. It would be better to add a cover or something to redirect the air to somewhere else, so it will feel more comfortable.

We stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel and it left a special impression. There is something about this place that reminded us of life back in our home country. The atmosphere is simple and quiet, yet that simplicity makes it so relaxing and meaningful. The surroundings reflect a sense of tradition that allows you to slow down and appreciate the charm of the old town. It was a stay that felt different in the best way, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.

Our family stayed here for three nights and had a generally good experience. The hotel has a charming heritage style, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the breakfast team—especially Miss Giri—was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
However, we did face a small issue when we asked to store our extra luggage for one night after check-out. Unfortunately, the hotel did not allow this, which was disappointing. One of the receptionists, although beautiful, came across as quite rude during this interaction.
Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives and a few areas that could be improved.

I had such a great time at the Albana Rotana Hotel in Dubai. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food we tried at the hotel was excellent. Everything was well prepared and tasted amazing.
A real highlight of our visit was the Shisha. Ibrahim not only prepared it perfectly — smooth, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had in Dubai — but he also shared his story with us. That personal touch made the experience truly special and memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic – always so polite, friendly, and greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was really good, and our room was lovely and comfortable.
We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, but the staff were so kind and accommodating – they managed to get our room ready ahead of schedule and even gave us a city view, which was a lovely.
I want to give special mention to a lady called Jona, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. She kindly accommodated me, my mum, and my autistic brother by giving us the option of sitting somewhere quieter, which made a huge difference to our experience. She even checked in on us while we were eating to make sure everything was okay, such a thoughtful and caring touch.
Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Great service, wonderful staff, and such a welcoming atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Al Bandar Rotana Hotel. It’s a great hotel with amazing customer service.
Very modern, with lots of amenities: a big gym, kids’ club, workspace, and three restaurants.
The staff are very friendly. We had to extend our stay at the last minute, and a supervisor did his best to find us the best option.
We also got a very good package that included buffet dinner and breakfast — the food was excellent.
The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful view with an infinity swimming pool. It’s a little bit small, but it offers a great view and plenty of seating space, with the option to order drinks and food.
The valet service is very efficient, and they also offer apartment-style options, which are perfect for families.

We went to Al Bandar Rotana - Dubai Creek to celebrate our honeymoon and picked the Creek View Apartment, which was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculately clean, and had more than enough for the week. We found that housekeeping kept the rooms up to this standard all week long, even when required last-minute. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, just 15 minutes metro from the airport, with a 15 minute walk to the station (which we did every day to get around Dubai). We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Dubai, the food options were plentiful especially when doing all inclusive as we did, though would say that the buffet became a bit repetitive/not possible to make a whole meal, as such, if there's a negative to share.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. The suite room was very nice and a great size. Fantastic shower and toilet. Was not entirely sure about the location because it was so hot I did not want to walk around. Club lounge was nice but very busy. My stay here felt truly memorable. Waking up to the view of traditional dhows sailing on the creek was a unique experience you don’t get at many hotels in Dubai. I recently stayed at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel during a business trip to Dubai, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — only about 10 minutes from the airport, with quick access to Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Very convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
The rooms are upgraded and modern, with well-maintained washrooms and amenities that were super clean and comfortable. Although this is one of Dubai’s older hotels, it is beautifully maintained and feels fresh and updated.
A big plus is the complimentary valet service for guests, which makes arriving and leaving hassle-free. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience.
Having stayed at many hotels in Dubai, this was my first time at Sheraton Dubai Creek, and I was truly impressed. I will definitely stay here again on my future visits. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit.
I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Dubai. The view of the Dubai skyline over the creek being another highlight.

I stayed four nights in this hotel, and they upgraded my room to a creek view suite. The hotel has many nice restaurants; my favorite is Japanese. The swimming pool is not very large but nice. Breakfast was good, full of many options. I love this part of Dubai. It's close to the old market.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels in the Deira area of Dubai.

Perfect location with easy access to shopping malls and the metro station.

The management and staff were extremely professional, kind, and always ready to help. The 24-hour reception always welcomed me with a smile and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I would like to share that the Pullman Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, offering excellent facilities. I stayed for a couple of days and truly enjoyed the experience. The service was very nice. Especially Medley Ousama was very friendly and attentive, T-Lounge Chaturanga provided caring service, and the housekeeping team (Sandruvan & Asmita) were always helpful. I also appreciate Mahesh from the Lost and Found department for assisting me in finding my ear pods.

I had an amazing stay at InterContinental Dubai Festival City. From the moment I arrived, the management and reception team were incredibly welcoming and professional.
As an IHG Ambassador member, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my booking from a standard room to one of the highest suites with a breathtaking view this made my experience truly unforgettable.
The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, directly connected to Dubai Festival City Mall, which offers plenty of unique shops, cafés, and restaurants. The pool is also a perfect place to relax and recharge.
A special thank you to the management and reception team for going above and beyond their attention to detail and hospitality really made the difference. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool brunch at Palácio de Versace Dubai is absolutely incredible! The whole vibe is pure luxury — from the stunning pool setting to the elegant décor, everything feels first class.
The drinks were refreshing and beautifully presented, and the music created the perfect lively atmosphere. The service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. You can really tell the staff take pride in making every guest feel special.
The sunbeds are super comfortable (I stayed there all day!) and the ambiance just screams relaxation and good times.

Simply Amazing!! This was my second time staying at the Palazzo Versace hotel in Dubai. I can honestly say I had the same if not better experience this time round. From the grand decor as soon as you enter to the very lovely room we were put in with a great view of the creek to see every morning everything felt luxurious. Most importantly all the staff did an exceptional job in catering for me and my mothers every need with a smile. My mother had a walking disability at the time of our stay but each member of staff gave help where needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Manny and all the staff at the Giardino restaurent during breakfast. We were always greeted with a warm and welcoming smile everyday by all the staff and chefs which made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional and readily available with lots of variety. Special thanks to Paras Verma as he made sure my mother and I had everything we needed an went out his way to make that happen. I would also like to mention the housekeeping was very thorough and efficient and done with care by Irzam Butt on a daily basis without complaints. Getting around the hotel was also not an issue as the staff catered for all our needs and guided us easily through. A special thanks to Gurpreet and Sukhbir of security who went out there way to show us round and speak with my mother and made her feel wolcome and comfortable at every chance we met. All in all it was a great trip and our stay was made much more memorable by the environment and friendly staff of the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be dissapointed. I look forward visiting Dubai and staying at this hotel again.

Love this place. We are in a long term service apartment and it’s a home away from home. Initially we had done issues with house keeping but after addressing it with higher management it was rectified. Our house keeping team of Zainab and Kavinda are awesome. They do a thorough job of cleaning and restocking on everything. Zainab also makes these cute towel figures for our beds. They are both totally phenomenal and they make our stay all the more comfortable and pleasant!!

I visited Copperhead at JW Marriott Marquis Creek during Oktoberfest, and it was an excellent experience.
To my surprise, they had pork on the menu, and the sausage dish was honestly the best I’ve tried in Dubai. Having left my country many years ago, I truly missed this kind of food. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of things to do - from billiards to darts.
We came with my girlfriend, and two hours passed by without us even noticing. Definitely a place I’d recommend for good food and a great time.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was very impressed with everything. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything I needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations.
The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even complimentary bottled water and coffee.
The hotel is located in a great area, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sights. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic — fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and great coffee every morning. It was a perfect start to the day.
