We arrived at the hotel long before the official check-in time. Despite the high occupancy, the reception team did their best to assist us. Special thanks to Ahmed, who kindly offered me a free upgrade and gave me a wonderful room, making my stay truly unforgettable.
As a travel agency manager, this hotel will now be my first recommendation to all my clients. I would also like to thank Raman, Giri, and the Egyptian manager whose name I couldn’t catch. Everyone was extremely polite and attentive.
The rooms, surroundings, and overall cleanliness were excellent. The location is right in the center, easy to access, with a fantastic view. The restaurants and bars are more than sufficient, and the main restaurant is always open.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and nicely designed — definitely felt comfortable and welcoming. The service stood out as well; everyone was polite and helpful. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful surprise dessert they sent to our room for my son’s birthday — we hadn’t mentioned it, so it really meant a lot to see that kind of attention to detail.
The only small downside was the check-in process. It took a bit longer than expected, and then we had to wait around 15–20 minutes for the room to be ready. Perhaps adding more staff at reception during busy hours could help speed things up.
Overall though, we’re really happy with our stay and would gladly come back. Definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, and I would like to share some important feedback regarding our experience.
We were placed in one of the corner rooms, and unfortunately, the room had a strong musty and moldy odor. It was quite unpleasant, and sadly, both I and my family experienced health issues after our stay, which we believe may be related to the room conditions. I strongly recommend a thorough inspection and renovation of these rooms, especially to address potential mold or ventilation problems.
Additionally, during the weekend, the hotel appeared to be understaffed. There was only one staff member attending to all guests, which led to long wait times and delays in service. For the comfort and satisfaction of future guests, I suggest increasing staff availability during peak times such as weekends.
We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope to see improvements should we consider staying again in the future.

I stayed at Pullman Dubai Downtown recently and had a really pleasant experience. The check-in was smooth and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I especially liked the view from the room — it made the stay feel even more special.
The hotel has good facilities, including a nice gym and a pool area, which were well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, and the dining staff were attentive and friendly.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, making it easy to visit attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Starting from the Reception - It was very warm & polite, good attitude, knowledgebale. The Junior suite was perfect for us, a family of 4 including 2 kids. The bathroom was super spacious inspite of this huge bathtub. The beddings were perfect, even the extra rollaway bed was perfect. Unlimited drinking water was an added advantage. My kids enjoyed the breakfast spread as well as the breakfast area. The staff was very polite and never ignored us. Thankyou ! Wish to visit again ! The breakfast reception was the best. The cleaning staff was well trained and knew their job very well.

One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge, which offers a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The staff there — Snow, Ann, Durga, and Odette — went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

Very impressed with the receptionist Stuff (Mark) when he checked us in after a long 16 hour flight. We checked in around 12.30am and we were greeted with a warm welcome.
Exceptional service from all restaurant staff especially (Clovis and Santun) where they made us filled welcomed and relaxed while having breakfast.
Impress with all staffs understanding where asking the question to fulfill the guest needs before the question is asked by the quest.
It shows that the training given to all staff are Being implemented and working to achieve guess satisfaction.

Title: A Truly Wonderful Long Stay Experience
We moved to Dubai as a family to start a new chapter in our lives, and while sorting out jobs and Emirates IDs we needed to stay in a hotel before finding an apartment. We originally booked 3 nights at Hotel Indigo in Business Bay — and ended up staying almost 8 weeks because the experience was so good.
This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The design is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and everything works seamlessly. But what truly makes it special are the people. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring — many of them felt like friends by the time we left. They made us feel at home during what could have been a stressful time.
It was genuinely difficult to say goodbye when we finally moved into a temporary apartment.
The only slight negative was towards the end of our stay, when one team member, Ransley, unfortunately created some tension that made our last few days less comfortable than the rest of our time there. I mention this only in the spirit of constructive feedback, as the rest of the team were remarkable and I am sure with support and further training he can improve his guest interaction.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Hotel Indigo Business Bay without hesitation. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts as the first home we had in Dubai.

Very good food,the breakfast was delicious, the room clean and the services were impeccable. They even have a floor where you can wait if you have your flight later,you can take a shower after the checkout time, a hair salon,spa,everything you need to make your vacation memorable. Once again,the people are amazing, always ready to help, smiling and putting you in a good mood. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the concierge team Eric and Moustafa. Lei/Lea I think the front office agent was amazing and she even upgraded us to the one bedroom suite which we so gratefully appreciated. We looked forward to staying there already.
Escorted to our suite we had a beautiful view and a huge room we just felt so happy to be back at Sofitel. A birthday set up was there on the bed and a cute cake which I enjoyed so much. I extremely enjoyed my stay, bed was like sleeping on a feather and just everything in general was a delight. The club access though I did not understand it was just the same place where everyone had breakfast at it was nothing special which I had paid extra for thinking it was more only for club paying guests however the evening drinks were good and service from Godwin was great as well. Occasionally at breakfast it was hard to get a servers attention even for a coffee but in the end it was all good. Breakfast options were wide but repetitive. Now that the pool which had a fantastic view of the burj khalifa is under construction the other one was just too small to enjoy. But nonetheless everyone was always happy to help and very kind. I will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends.
Also the spa team Cham/Sem gave the best massage ever!

I visited Dubai for a belated birthday getaway with one of my best friends – my very first 5-star hotel experience – and Sofitel Dubai Downtown made it truly unforgettable.
The hotel is beautifully designed, ideally located, and the restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes of excellent quality.
Although our arrival was marked by a few challenges (no prior information about the swimming pool being under renovation, a delay with luggage delivery, and slow service at breakfast the next morning), the professionalism and kindness of the staff completely transformed our stay.
Special thanks to Mrs. Lae for her attentiveness, empathy, and reactivity. She sincerely apologized for the issues at our arrival and graciously upgraded us to a beautiful suite with an incredible Burj Khalifa view. She is amazing – and speaks excellent French!
Thanks as well to Speciose for her kindness during our late-night check-in. She ensured we had all the key information for our stay, apologized for the luggage delay, and informed us that we could access a private beach as compensation for the pool renovation.
At the Lutetia Brasserie, Shyam, Luckie, and Lukea (spelling may vary) ensured flawless service with constant smiles and attentiveness.
At L’Apéro, Cynthia impressed us with her smile, proactivity, and positive approach.
At the lobby stand La Pat, May impressed us with her kindness, attentiveness, and delicious pastries.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai is nothing short of spectacular. We didn’t even realize while booking that it’s the second tallest hotel in the entire world, standing proudly just about 2 km away from the iconic Burj Khalifa. The hotel itself is massive, with stunning interiors and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and vibrant. From the moment we entered, we could see how popular it is, with guests from all over the world constantly checking in.
Our stay was made even more memorable by the staff, who were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. The facilities are top-notch—beautifully maintained rooms, elegant dining options, and plenty of space to relax. The views from the hotel are amazing, especially if you’re on a higher floor, where Dubai’s skyline comes alive in front of you.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here. A perfect mix of luxury, food, hospitality, and location- definitely worthy of a 5/5 rating!

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at JW Marriott Business Bay from September 1st to 5th. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel safe, welcomed, and truly cared for. Traveling with our 19-month-old, they went above and beyond by connecting us with a trusted nanny service and personally ensuring our baby was always in safe hands, even during nanny shift changes. This gave my husband and me peace of mind to explore and enjoy our trip.
The hospitality extended far beyond that. Room service was attentive, friendly, and always timely, making our stay even more comfortable. The Executive Lounge staff also recognized our presence and made us feel special every time we visited. The highlight was being surprised with a beautiful card signed by the entire team, along with a photo taken to remember our stay. This thoughtful gesture created lasting memories for our family.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. Having stayed at various luxury hotels that proudly call themselves high-end, I found JW Marriott Marquis to be just as classic and refined, without falling short in any way. The elegance here is timeless, and the attention to detail is exceptional.
What stood out most was the warm, personal service. Anish went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, always attentive and genuinely caring. He even surprised us with a thoughtful fruit arrangement in our room. Collin was incredibly courteous and professional, handling our luggage with great care during check-in and ensuring everything went smoothly.
Several other team members, whose names I unfortunately don’t recall, were equally amazing and contributed to making our visit special. Despite the hotel’s large size, breakfast was fresh, varied, and served with impressive efficiency thanks to the attentive staff.
Check-out was seamless, with Dipshika at reception providing excellent assistance with a friendly and helpful attitude. The combined efforts of the entire team made this stay stand out, surpassing experiences I’ve had even at pricier hotels in Dubai.
A practical tip for families or travelers planning to explore beyond the hotel: JW Marriott Marquis is located close to a major highway in Business Bay. To make the most of your day and avoid traffic delays, plan your outings thoughtfully and try to avoid traveling during rush hours.

Oh my gosh! We loved the Marriott Marquis. We were up on the 57th floor all our stay except for the last night when we were upgraded to a suite. The staff and service was unmatched. The Breakfast buffet was amazing with your regular American style food and foods from other countries like India and Asian dishes. They had so many restaurants in the hotel that I can't even remember. It's also located on the canal so you could sit and watch the boats or walk on the canal. Parking was VIP. The hotel was beautiful!

We just had an amazing 3 night stay at this hotel and would have to say it is probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our suite had so much room. The bathroom was huge and we even had a separate lounge and dining area as well as an extra toilet. It was a great place to retreat to at night and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. We spent some time at the pool and it was very clean and a great place to hang out at. I would definitely stay there again and would consider other Marriott properties.

Our anniversary stay at St. Regis Downtown Dubai was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make it special: surprising us with a suite upgrade, dessert in our room, and even a celebration at dinner. One of the best hotels i've every stayed at. The rooms are spacious, incredibly well designed, and the canal views are beautiful.
Service across the hotel was excellent, really felt looked after the whole time. I celebrated my birthday here and was welcomed with cake and balloons in the room that made the stay extra special.
The pool is a must, at night the views are insane, probably my favorite part of the stay.
Also want to give a shoutout to Habib at Basta. He was super welcoming and made the dinner experience even better.
Overall, great stay and would definitely come back.

Great location next to Dubai Mall, excellent breakfast with plenty of variety, and very attentive staff. The pools were calm and never overcrowded, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the facilities fell short of 5-star standards: our room wasn’t fully prepared for two guests, the bathtub was never properly cleaned, and the iron/board was left out for days without being cleared. There was no minibar, just an empty wine fridge, and the coffee capsules provided were the cheapest available (not even Nespresso) and not replenished. Some fixtures like drawers didn’t work properly despite staff efforts. Overall, good location, but the room setup and facilities did not live up to Kempinski’s reputation.

The Kempinski hotel is very beautiful and located in a very convenient area. It’s connected to Dubai Mall.

Breakfast was very delicious and there were good selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay overall.
Now comes the cons of the hotel which was only the bathroom really, it felt a little old and worn out. The bathroom sink was leaking, we didn’t complain because we were only staying at the hotel for 3 days. This hotel used to be the Address I just wish it was up to the same standards as the other ones. Something was missing but overall it’s still a great hotel.

The principle is simple: customers should always be informed beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not. Instead, a staff member named Mohabat—who claimed to be the supervisor and that “no one is above her”—chose to interfere in matters that were none of her business. She overheard my private phone call, in which I was expressing dissatisfaction with the service to a friend, and decided to confront me with an attitude. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially in what is supposed to be a five-star hotel.
The overall service, staff behavior, and hospitality standards have clearly declined. This property is no longer what it once was under Address Hotels management—the difference is like night and day.
When a receptionist feels entitled to eavesdrop on private conversations and interject with rudeness, it reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s standards. It is disappointing to see a reputable name being tarnished by unprofessional staff who risk damaging its reputation.
I would not recommend this hotel. This message is shared as a warning to others, as I have little to no confidence that such behavior will actually be rectified.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Edition Dubai. The property absolutely lives up to the Edition standards — elegant, modern, and very well executed. I’ve seen some of the poor ratings online, but in my experience, they’re undeserved. Service was polished, the atmosphere was vibrant, and everything from dining to design felt high-end and on point.
The only drawback is that the hotel does not offer suite upgrades. This is an ownership decision, not a reflection of the staff, who were professional and attentive throughout. If you go in with the expectation that upgrades aren’t part of the offering, the stay is very enjoyable.
Overall, The Edition Dubai is a strong choice for those who appreciate the brand’s signature style and consistent quality.

My experience was disappointing. The reception was good, but the staff at the hotel entrance did not seem experienced in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service opened my room door twice without permission and without knocking, even though I had already complained to the housekeeping manager after the first incident, yet it happened again.
I also tried the hotel massage service: I booked for one hour but only received 49 minutes, and the cleanliness was average. Regarding the food, I ordered room service and tried the Arabic breakfast, Indian dinner, and a light pizza. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor, and I would not recommend ordering room service at all

Incredible hospitality and an excellent location. The vibe of this hotel is so warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend trying both the Indian themed restaurant and the Asian-fusion. The breakfast buffet is also amazing. Only downside was the in-room refrigerator is not very cold, so you need to bring a cooler if you want chilled beverages or food to be kept.

We stayed 2 nights and it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. They allowed us to check in early, way before the standard check-in time and even gave us complimentary breakfast, which wasn’t included in our original booking.
The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the service was top notch. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including a live station where they made fresh dosa.

We tracked sand inside after our desert tour and we called housekeeping who provided very quick service.
What's missing _ clothes washer and dryer. They only have a conventional laundry service .
I also feel that it took a long time for the shower to dry ( needs better ventilation) could be because it's an older building.
There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel.
We did not get the view to the fountain ( which is not working as it's down for maintenance or the tall building)
Shuttle to Dubai mall is very prompt so don't be late !
Numerous exchanges in Dubai mall which does give you better rate ( unfortunately we exchanged at airport itself )

We visited Buhayra Lounge about 4 years ago and instantly fell in love with the place. When we visited this time, it was extra special as I was planning to propose to my girlfriend.
Herman and Suraj went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible, with constant communication for a few months leading up to the big day, and on the night itself. They provided a private area for us next to the water, on the exact same table we sat those 4 years ago. They had champagne ready - on ice - and had pre-prepared table with roses and decorations. The set up was perfect, even better than I could have imagined it, and I cannot thank them enough for that.
On the night itself, Russel and the team could not have been more attentive, welcoming and simply brilliant with their service. It goes without saying that the food was impeccable and the drinks / shisha are some of the best in Dubai.
Buhayra Lounge made this extremely special moment even more special for us, and we will always return on our trips back to Dubai.

We stayed at Palace Downtown for our 5th wedding anniversary and had a really lovely time.
The Dubai Fountain was under renovation during our visit, which was a bit disappointing at first, especially since we had booked a suite with a view. But honestly, the hotel made up for it with their great atmosphere and thoughtful service. The staff were warm and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our suite was beautiful and super comfortable, and the location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything. We also had a wonderful dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants—it really made the night feel special.
We’d read about construction noise in other reviews, but we barely noticed anything. It was peaceful and relaxing the whole time.
We hope to come back again in the future, hopefully when the fountain is back! Even during renovations, it was a great experience.

We visited Urla Restaurant at Address Downtown with family and friends and enjoyed a beautiful evening. Unfortunately, the valet service completely destroyed the experience and left us shocked.
When we finished dinner and handed in our valet ticket, we waited over 40 minutes for the car. Only after repeatedly asking did we learn that they “could not turn on the car.” Out of frustration, we went ourselves to check the situation — and what we saw was unbelievable:
• My car had been left for three hours with the windows fully down.
• The lights were left on the entire time, draining the battery completely.
• It was past midnight, and at one point I was standing alone in a dark parking area as a woman, with no staff around to help.
This is not just negligence, it is unacceptable and unsafe. A five-star hotel brand should uphold professionalism and guest safety, but instead, I was left stranded, anxious, and with a car that would not start because of their carelessness.
What should have been a memorable night with family ended in stress, vulnerability, and disappointment. I would expect far better from a hotel that carries the Address name.

I genuinely wonderful experience. I booked here as an emergency because my other accommodation hit a big issue.
Upon my stressed out arrival, the staff were absolutely fantastic in making sure that they had a room available for me immediately (I had only just booked the room online, and I also had a looming online meeting to attend to).
The room was exquisite. Everything about it was simply perfect. I wish I had taken photos!
At the pool, I was constantly attended to by the wonderful pill stuff.
Did not use the restaurant. Did go to the Privé club on Wednesday night. It was empty.

Absolutely stunning hotel, after been let down elsewhere 5 minutes before check-in we managed to book into the Armani hotel and wow they say things happen for a reason. This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, luxury and attention to detail second to none, Amazon places to eat and the atmosphere bar was amazing! It was great value for money and we even got a room upgrade so many thanks to the lady who checked us in she was amazing!

DoubleTree by Hilton was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubai.
The facilities were clean and convenient, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by the warm hospitality of Sreya and Heshma at the information desk.
They greeted us in a welcoming manner, even using some Korean phrases to make us feel at home. They also provided detailed and useful information that made our trip even more enjoyable.
On top of that, they went out of their way to accommodate a personal request, which we truly appreciated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

This is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located just a short drive from many attractions (traffic permitting). From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us with delicious freshly baked cookies—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort after long days of exploring. Our package included breakfast, which was both convenient and enjoyable. There was a wide variety of items to choose from, and everything was fresh and satisfying. The restaurant staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring that our mornings always started on a positive note.
