We are currently here on a 9 night stay and we are having the best time!! We are a group of 4, 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi the service has been second to none. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Smooth check in. Wonderful room, we are in the two bedroom suite and it's perfect for our family. The housekeeping staff have kept the rooms sparkling everyday. We are half board and the meals have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade. The buffet is huge and the choices change each day!! Nice pool area, lovely views, 10/10 experience!! We will recommend and we will be back! Park tickets were included with our room and as we booked a suite we also have entrance to the lounge, which we have used a couple of times. Thank you Hilton 😊

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yas Island and would happily return without hesitation. The hotel itself is excellent: spacious, modern rooms, a great pool area, and a relaxed yet high-quality atmosphere that works perfectly for couples and families alike. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the exceptional service. A very special mention goes to Warun at the Capila Pool Bar – attentive, friendly, and effortlessly professional. He consistently went above and beyond, making every visit to the pool bar a pleasure. The Executive Lounge team deserves equally high praise. Yvonne, Aldrin and Ethel were absolutely amazing – warm, genuinely caring, and incredibly attentive. In fact, everyone working in the lounge is outstanding. The level of service, attention to detail, and welcoming attitude made the lounge feel like a calm, refined retreat throughout the day. This is hospitality done right: professional, warm, and personal without ever feeling forced. A big thank you to the entire Hilton Yas Island team for making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel with excellent rooms, a superb pool, and great service all around. We stayed as a family and absolutely loved it. What truly stood out was the exceptional attentiveness of the staff. Special thanks to Warun at the Capila pool bar, Reta from breakfast service, and Leilah in the executive lounge — all three went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcome. A wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommended, especially for families.

We’ve had a mixed experience during our stay and are still currently here for one more night. After some initial issues with room allocation, the hotel did move both my parents and me the following day into a lovely balcony bay room, which was very much appreciated. I’d especially like to thank the duty manager, Basma, and several members of staff who have been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, despite the room change, we have had sleepless nights in both rooms. The noise levels have been extremely high until around 3am, particularly on Friday night/Saturday morning. The noise appears to be coming from the nearby Irish bar and has been far louder than expected for a hotel of this standard. In addition to this, there has been constant door slamming in the hallway throughout the night. I had assumed corridor doors would have a slow-closing mechanism for fire safety and noise control, however the repeated slamming has added significantly to the disturbance and made rest extremely difficult. A particularly distressing incident occurred around 3am when two men repeatedly and aggressively tried to open the interconnecting door between our rooms. They were clearly unaware the room was interconnected, which suggests this was not properly explained at check-in. Hearing this in the middle of the night was frightening—especially as I had my young child with me—and raised serious concerns about safety. We are due to fly back on Sunday afternoon and check out Sunday morning and unfortunately I do not expect the noise levels to improve tonight, which is disappointing given the cost of the stay and the location. While some staff have provided excellent service and handled matters well when raised, overall the experience has fallen short of what we expected from a Hilton. Sadly, it’s not a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

We had an excellent experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Reinhard, Ethel, Catherine, Alam, and Abdulah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail genuinely made a difference and turned our stay into a special one. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. The hotel is well-maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Bhola, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist and made the experience even better. Great hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We checked in Crowne Plaza yesterday. Exceptional service standards maintained. Yoon, Chloe and Eskanna at the front desk / reception were highly efficient. Our check in including dropping the luggage to our room was done under 10 minutes flat. The best part was that we were given an upgrade to a Suite room. Location is very near to all the parks with a shuttle bus available to drop and pick you. Clean and well maintained rooms. Keep up the good work.

Really appreciated the hospitality and overall hotel ambience. Nice hotel layout starting from entrance to rooms to activity area to parking to open landscape. Everything is perfectly maintained. Good for quality and strongly recommend this hotel. We were 3 family total 10 members including children's. All staff starting from reception to in room dining, breakfast team or even staff assisting us for luggage - all were courteous and welcoming. During breakfast there was heavy rush for hour or so due to Christmas day but team was able to manage well with required focus.

We checked into Crown Plaza Yas island and were very happy with the conciger service and front desk. Our flight landed 1 hr ealry and were at the hotel 6hr before the check in time and the front desk was very accommodating helped with ealry check in, it means alot when you are travelling with toddler. Emad helped with our bags in our room and was willing to help us with through out during our stay. He also helped us with sorting out the shuttle service to the beach and contacting our travel agent to help resolve the theme park ticket issue we faced. We are very happy with our stay and the service provided.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island, and I have travelled and stayed at different similar hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service as exceptional as that provided by Concierge Team Leader Binod From the moment I arrived, Binod went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped me plan my events, organise day tours, and choose the best times to visit the major theme parks in Abu Dhabi. His knowledge of the hotel and the local area was outstanding — he knew every detail, every benefit, and every insider tip. He assisted with my laundry, advised me on the most efficient transport options, and even personally secured bookings for me outside the hotel. What truly stood out was how committed he was to ensuring I was safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. His communication was proactive, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Binod is the true definition of world-class hospitality. His dedication, warmth, and exceptional service made my trip unforgettable. Crowne Plaza Yas Island is fortunate to have such a brilliant leader representing their concierge team. Highly recommended — 20/10 service.
