We are currently here on a 9 night stay and we are having the best time!! We are a group of 4, 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi the service has been second to none. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Smooth check in. Wonderful room, we are in the two bedroom suite and it's perfect for our family. The housekeeping staff have kept the rooms sparkling everyday. We are half board and the meals have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade. The buffet is huge and the choices change each day!! Nice pool area, lovely views, 10/10 experience!! We will recommend and we will be back! Park tickets were included with our room and as we booked a suite we also have entrance to the lounge, which we have used a couple of times. Thank you Hilton 😊

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yas Island and would happily return without hesitation. The hotel itself is excellent: spacious, modern rooms, a great pool area, and a relaxed yet high-quality atmosphere that works perfectly for couples and families alike. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the exceptional service. A very special mention goes to Warun at the Capila Pool Bar – attentive, friendly, and effortlessly professional. He consistently went above and beyond, making every visit to the pool bar a pleasure. The Executive Lounge team deserves equally high praise. Yvonne, Aldrin and Ethel were absolutely amazing – warm, genuinely caring, and incredibly attentive. In fact, everyone working in the lounge is outstanding. The level of service, attention to detail, and welcoming attitude made the lounge feel like a calm, refined retreat throughout the day. This is hospitality done right: professional, warm, and personal without ever feeling forced. A big thank you to the entire Hilton Yas Island team for making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel with excellent rooms, a superb pool, and great service all around. We stayed as a family and absolutely loved it. What truly stood out was the exceptional attentiveness of the staff. Special thanks to Warun at the Capila pool bar, Reta from breakfast service, and Leilah in the executive lounge — all three went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcome. A wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommended, especially for families.

We’ve had a mixed experience during our stay and are still currently here for one more night. After some initial issues with room allocation, the hotel did move both my parents and me the following day into a lovely balcony bay room, which was very much appreciated. I’d especially like to thank the duty manager, Basma, and several members of staff who have been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, despite the room change, we have had sleepless nights in both rooms. The noise levels have been extremely high until around 3am, particularly on Friday night/Saturday morning. The noise appears to be coming from the nearby Irish bar and has been far louder than expected for a hotel of this standard. In addition to this, there has been constant door slamming in the hallway throughout the night. I had assumed corridor doors would have a slow-closing mechanism for fire safety and noise control, however the repeated slamming has added significantly to the disturbance and made rest extremely difficult. A particularly distressing incident occurred around 3am when two men repeatedly and aggressively tried to open the interconnecting door between our rooms. They were clearly unaware the room was interconnected, which suggests this was not properly explained at check-in. Hearing this in the middle of the night was frightening—especially as I had my young child with me—and raised serious concerns about safety. We are due to fly back on Sunday afternoon and check out Sunday morning and unfortunately I do not expect the noise levels to improve tonight, which is disappointing given the cost of the stay and the location. While some staff have provided excellent service and handled matters well when raised, overall the experience has fallen short of what we expected from a Hilton. Sadly, it’s not a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

We had an excellent experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Reinhard, Ethel, Catherine, Alam, and Abdulah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail genuinely made a difference and turned our stay into a special one. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Even though we had to cancel our trip to the Maldieves due to an injury, this already planned to be our last night in the UAE before heading back home and man are we glad we did this! The W is located right over the top of the Yas Curcuit which ANY racing fan will know well. I couldn't even count how many laps Ive run on this track across so many video games...not to mention the dozens of races I've watched on tv as well! The track aside for a second...the hotel in incredible. Its so amazingly designed and is a statement around the culture of Abu Dhabi. Thanks to our man Ivan at the front desk...he helped explain all the hidden gens in the lobby, what they stood for and their cultural significance. The room was unreal as well. We sprung for a corner room that had a wrap around balcony and a perfect view of the harbor and the track! We honestly spent most of our time just watching the drivers rip laps and ordered room service. It was the perfect ending to very frustrating and limited vacation but it put a light in the darkness I dont think will ever go out. If you want to live it up a bit...you have to catch a night at the W...its absolutely stunning...especially for night time walks around the harbor! Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first time being away for Christmas and we had the best time! The location speaks for itself - if you’re a car lover and car noises are like the sound of music to you, you’ll love it! The room was spacious with a great view of the track, and the cleaning was to a high standard. But, what made it all the more special, was the service. When we were in the hotel, we spent most of our time on the Wet Deck (rooftop bar & pool on Floor 9) and the attentiveness, the friendliness and the professionalism meant we could not ask for more. A very special shout out to the Wet Deck Team: Roshan, Animesh, Eric, Chie, Joshua, Neeyas, Neha, Brandon & Otymane. An outstanding team, who went the extra mile to make our stay so wonderful. Also a shout out to Saiful, one of the waiters at breakfast and the team in the W Lounge - Jo, Sanjan, Levie, Nan, Mimi, Martina, Daniel, Nikki, Jaimie and Dheeraj who also all went out of their way for us. W - you should be proud of your entire team. There were so many others we didn’t get names of. A huge thank you to you all. We’d highly recommend staying with you to all our family and friends.x

We stayed at the W Hotel, Abu Dhabi from 31st December to 1st January and celebrated New Year at this wonderful property. It is an excellent 5-star hotel featuring a sun deck pool open to all guests, a wet deck pool for adults, a modern gymnasium, and a spa with sauna facilities. The breakfast spread is truly amazing, offering a wide variety of Indian dishes. The hotel is uniquely located above the racing track and is well connected to all the major attractions on Yas Island, including Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Warner Bros., and Yas Mall. Complimentary shuttle services (Yas Express) operate every 15 minutes, making travel very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all modern amenities. The bathroom features a large bathtub, and the marina view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The W Insider team took exceptional care of us and made our stay truly memorable with customized anniversary greetings, chocolates, and a beautiful New Year gift. Special thanks to Ms. Shalini, Ashwini, and Nette for their wonderful hospitality.

An unforgettable New Year’s Eve at W Abu Dhabi Spending New Year’s Eve at W Abu Dhabi was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the energy, elegance, and attention to detail were on another level. The atmosphere was vibrant yet sophisticated, perfectly capturing the excitement of welcoming a new year. The views of the fireworks were breathtaking, the décor was stunning, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully curated — luxurious without feeling forced. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night memorable. Every interaction felt effortless and welcoming. The music, ambiance, and overall vibe made the celebration feel exclusive and magical. It was the kind of night that stays with you — joyful, glamorous, and beautifully executed.

Wow what an amazing hotel! Last year we stayed at Ritz Carlton Grand Canal and this year we stayed at W Hotel Yas Marina. Bit of a confusion at check in, no map or info given about where the pool was etc but once over those hurdles, we had an amazing time. Service was brilliant from all in Garage, Papas Taverna and Brooklyn Chop House restaurants. Sandeep really looked after us at the Garage. Ebru and her team ensure our needs were catered for being vegetarian. The food in all restaurants was probably the best weve had. Garage had a wide variety of cusine options and overlooked the race track. Only disappointment was vegetarian variety at the NYE gala but that was our last night and by then we'd over eaten every day so was ok having a few things here and there but for the price I would have expected more. Breakfast buffet the biggest we'd seen and again the most variety. We saw a few people come in their pyjamas (noticeably those from India) which shouldn't be allowed as there was a sign. Definitely quieter before 9am. Using the shuttle on Yas, its convenient to get to the mall or theme parks.

We had a wonderful stay, made exceptional by the front office team. Riya at the desk was absolutely outstanding — she remembered everything we had mentioned to her days earlier, completely unprompted and without us needing to explain anything again. That level of attention to detail is rare and made us feel genuinely cared for. Outside, Maurice and Elizabeth were equally impressive. Both were nothing but helpful, explaining everything patiently and with the utmost friendliness. Their warm, professional approach made every interaction a pleasure. This hotel is clearly doing something right when it comes to staff selection and training. An outstanding front office team that truly elevates the entire stay. Highly recommended.

I came to the hotel with my 4-year-old son and husband. We stayed in a King Room facing the pool and cinema. We chose this hotel because my son adores Tom and Jerry, and it made his day to see the characters in the lobby every day. We are eating at the breakfast buffet; it is okay and has everything you would need. It gets very busy and can feel a little chaotic. The staff are attentive and friendly. We ate at the director's restaurant but felt the standard breakfast place had more choices. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and designed with kids in mind. They have a massive cinema screen that plays movies at night and cartoons throughout the day. We could watch these from our room, which my son loved. The rooms are a decent size; our room had a shower and no bath. One downside is that the rooms have very little soundproofing, and we were regularly woken throughout the night. I would strongly recommend earplugs for any light sleepers. We ate at both the steak restaurant and the Lebanese restaurant, which were both great and very child-friendly. On our last day, I unfortunately hurt my back and had to be attended to by a doctor in our room. The staff went above and beyond, regularly checking on me throughout the day. Guest services brought me a care package full of treats and games for my son. The customer service really is what made our stay 5-star. If you are expecting a 5-star experience, please bear in mind that it’s a child-oriented hotel designed around children. It’s a 5-star kids' hotel (not the 5-star version us adults are used to). We used our park passes with no hassle, attending WB and Ferrari World, which were both excellent for adults and kids. I would definitely return and can’t thank the staff enough for looking after me while I recover in my room. ,

Our family had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Every night before bed, our daughter would say, “Best day ever,” and this hotel was a big part of that joy. The location, rooms, restaurants, and service were all excellent. If you’re traveling with kids and plan to explore the theme parks, this hotel is truly the best choice. Two of the four major theme parks are just a 3-minute walk away, and the other two are only one bus stop away — incredibly convenient. All of the staff were kind and accommodating, and we especially loved seeing Violah during breakfast at the Sidekick restaurant. She and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful and made our mornings even better. There are just two small things that could be improved. First, there are no shower curtains, so when showering while standing, water tends to splash everywhere. Second, while the breakfast was great, we would love to see a few more protein options added — such as grilled chicken, fish, or shrimp — in addition to the salmon, eggs, sausage, and bacon already available. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for families!

Great hotel for kids and kids-at-heart with direct access to WB World! My sons had an amazing time, altho dinner and breakfast buffet could do better considering the lux status. Overall, my sons loved it too! They also have kids club behind the pool, able to welcome accompanied toddlers. Wonderful service from reception, concierge and room service too. Worth every dirham!
