The hotel is beautiful, nice swimming pools, very child friendly, great restaurants, especially Y Bar, where Angelo is a great host, he really made our evening special! We got a lot of help from Asgar and Arslan at the concierge desk, who were always smileing and gave us great ideas where to go or what to do, we are thankful! The rooms are clean and tidy, the location is great!

Excellent Stay – Comfortable & Worth the Price I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities expected from a 4-star property. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The man asgar helped us very politely. The location is convenient, and the overall ambiance is calm and relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality without paying luxury-hotel prices.

We had a great stay at Jas Plaza Marina. Excellent food with a very good buffet, spacious and very comfortable rooms, and an amazing staff — always helpful, kind, and smiling, from reception to restaurant service and management. Special thanks to the concierge Asgar for outstanding help and organization. The location is fantastic, perfect for visiting theme parks and attractions. The pool is small but pleasantly warm. Honestly, nothing to complain about — highly recommended!

Without exaggerating, me and my family had the best hotel experience at Yas Plaza. Everything is perfect - rooms, common facilities, pool. The food at the restaurant is top quality, cudos to the chefs. It is buffet, but feels like an excellent a-la-cart. Great stay, would come back.

Starting from the check-in process, rooms and then breakfast had an amazing experience with Yas Plaza Marina. The front desk executive "Zaid", was extremely courteous and helped with fast check-in and briefed about all the hotel amenities. He ensured to be as helpful as possible within his professional limits. I will highly recommend this hotel, as it situated in a perfect location of Yas island. The shuttle services to ferrari world, seaworld, WB world etc are frequently available at the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel also have an in-house indian restaurant "Rangoli", serving nice choice of Veg(Jain food), Which was a another plus for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. The hotel is well-maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Bhola, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist and made the experience even better. Great hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We checked in Crowne Plaza yesterday. Exceptional service standards maintained. Yoon, Chloe and Eskanna at the front desk / reception were highly efficient. Our check in including dropping the luggage to our room was done under 10 minutes flat. The best part was that we were given an upgrade to a Suite room. Location is very near to all the parks with a shuttle bus available to drop and pick you. Clean and well maintained rooms. Keep up the good work.

Really appreciated the hospitality and overall hotel ambience. Nice hotel layout starting from entrance to rooms to activity area to parking to open landscape. Everything is perfectly maintained. Good for quality and strongly recommend this hotel. We were 3 family total 10 members including children's. All staff starting from reception to in room dining, breakfast team or even staff assisting us for luggage - all were courteous and welcoming. During breakfast there was heavy rush for hour or so due to Christmas day but team was able to manage well with required focus.

We checked into Crown Plaza Yas island and were very happy with the conciger service and front desk. Our flight landed 1 hr ealry and were at the hotel 6hr before the check in time and the front desk was very accommodating helped with ealry check in, it means alot when you are travelling with toddler. Emad helped with our bags in our room and was willing to help us with through out during our stay. He also helped us with sorting out the shuttle service to the beach and contacting our travel agent to help resolve the theme park ticket issue we faced. We are very happy with our stay and the service provided.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island, and I have travelled and stayed at different similar hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service as exceptional as that provided by Concierge Team Leader Binod From the moment I arrived, Binod went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped me plan my events, organise day tours, and choose the best times to visit the major theme parks in Abu Dhabi. His knowledge of the hotel and the local area was outstanding — he knew every detail, every benefit, and every insider tip. He assisted with my laundry, advised me on the most efficient transport options, and even personally secured bookings for me outside the hotel. What truly stood out was how committed he was to ensuring I was safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. His communication was proactive, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Binod is the true definition of world-class hospitality. His dedication, warmth, and exceptional service made my trip unforgettable. Crowne Plaza Yas Island is fortunate to have such a brilliant leader representing their concierge team. Highly recommended — 20/10 service. Breakfast was excellent and special mention goes to Rohit who looked after us and nothing was too much effort. He is a credit to the hotel. We had a specific dietary requirement and he made sure we were catered for and always with a smile. Location of hotel is good with easy access to the theme parks using the yas express buses. Check in staff can do with being a bit more friendly and have a smile, they are the first people you interact with and they create a lasting impression. Rooms were very clean. Couldn’t fault the, cleaning staff do an excellent job. Daily clean is good too. It was a shame we didn’t get enough bath towels but a call to guest services and that was sorted. Pool is good size and heated. It is open late so nice for a swim in the dark!

Loved the hotel. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The view from our room was spectacular.. an unobstructed view of the sunset with backdrop of mangroves. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of south Indian cuisines. The hotel is situated in Yas Plaza.. 15min to Yas Bay Waterfront by walk . The hotel also provides free shuttle service (which runs every 15min) to the parks. The only downside of the location is the unavailability of grocery or supermarket stores .. with the nearest being inside Yas Mall. Highly recommended, if you ever plan a visit to the Yas Island..

Stayed here to take my mom to Ferrari World. Service was unbelievably good. Shout out to Chan and Diego at the front desk. The staff at breakfast was also so helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a must, wish there were gluten free breads, but I had plenty to eat! Pool was heated and had an 18+ area, which was nice since it’s a big family hotel. The spa was also great to have and one of the main reasons I booked here. My mother is 78 and has never had such a nice hotel experience, thank you!

I booked this hotel for a duration of 2 nights, and the experience was truly remarkable. We were assigned upgraded rooms located on the 2nd floor, offering either a sea or lake view. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring a stunning interior design. Each room included a king-size bed, a chair, a sofa bed, a table, and two chairs along with a small table on the balcony. The bathrooms were also very clean, equipped with all the essential toiletries, and included a bathtub. Breakfast was part of our package and was served on the ground floor. It was a buffet spread, and the flavors were delightful. The staff was exceptional and always willing to assist. Krishna from the housekeeping department was particularly attentive, providing outstanding service with a constant smile. In summary, our stay was extraordinary, and I would love to return here again. Cheers! 🍻
