From the moment we arrived he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was just right for us This was our first time visiting and we came to celebrate our son’s birthday and it turned out to be such a special and memorable trip. A fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great location near Yas Marina Circuit and other attractions. We were there for one night with breakfast. Lovely place with wonderful staff. Specially Vishwa and Maricar who were very helpful and provided an exceptional service while checking in and out. Beautiful ambience and modern decor, food was excellent, rooms were spacious especially the suite, which had a huge living area and ample space for my 2 year old to run about. Will definitely go again. Got to mention it was a last minute booking and Sayyam was quick to provide us 3 rooms. During the busy eid holidays everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed two nights at Crowne Plaza, Yas Island and honestly, I didn’t want to check out—except the checkout was so smooth, I almost high-fived the front desk. The room? Spotless! You could eat off the floor, but again… plates exist. The view? Straight out of an F1 dream—Formula One track right outside my window! I half expected Lewis Hamilton to wave good morning. Breakfast? Let’s just say I considered setting up camp near the buffet. From croissants to curry, it was a global affair. The beach was just a short stroll away (hello, toes-in-sand therapy), and the temperature-controlled pool? Heavenly. Like being hugged by the perfect warm bath. Staff were smiles on legs—super friendly, super helpful. If luxury, speed views, and good vibes had a baby, it would be this stay. Five stars, and a checkered flag of approval!

I stayed there in (Mar to June) 2024 and it was amazing. The location is great. The staff and everyone is specially fantastic. It has its own private beach. The experience in lounge, bar, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, and at the reception was really nice. It is very close to some of the most cool tourist places (Ferrari island, Warner brothers etc.) I would especially like to give a shout out to Shruti and Aye who were, at that time (June 2024), taking care of lounge services at 7th/8th floor. Their service levels, professional expertise, ability to manage guests, and soft skills were really commendable. Not sure if they are still with Crowne Plaza or not. Thanks

We stayed there for 1 day during our trip. Everything was great in the hotel. The rooms are big and had a sofa bed for kids. We arrived early and hotel provided us room in 10 minutes. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Mr. Binod at concierge really helped us in planning, taking shuttle and also arranged a big car for us to travel back to Dubai. Would love to stay there again in next trip.

If you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this hotel is a perfect choice. While it’s not necessarily a family-focused hotel (though it does have a kids' club, which is fairly average and limits children to just 2 hours per day), our young kids still had a blast simply watching the cars race around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Yas Mall (with a free shuttle service) and other attractions on the island. We stayed in the WOW 1-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The views of the race track and marina were beautiful, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the suite. While there’s no dedicated lounge for elite guests, they offer complimentary drinks and tapas at the main restaurant, which is decent but could be improved. The main restaurant, Garage, serves breakfast with a good variety, though I wouldn’t quite rate it as a 5-star experience. The gym is nice and well-equipped, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There are also two pools—one for families and another for adults only. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and it would be even more incredible if you can get availability during the F1 race weekend.

I stayed for 4 days for a class trip and had a fantastic experience there. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, the gym was amazing, the pool was well located, on the top floor and the details were well thought out. My only complaint is the service at breakfast as they stole my omelet and coffee on the first day, and on the second day, messed up my omelet order. Other than that, the breakfast was pretty good. This hotel is fantastic.

I was staying with my family and we’re having a family rooms attached. The hotel location awesome as we got sea side view room, due which we also enjoyed the evening fireworks and view from the room was good. Room service and house keeping was very good all hotel staff starting from entry to reception and restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Yas island shuttle bus has stop outside the hotel itself. We stayed here for 1 night after our flight was cancelled and our airline sent us here. Firstly let me begin with their customer service, Absolutely amazing, calm, professional & caring. I was actually amazed at how good the staff was here. Very well done to the team for that. Secondly the food, one of the best all inclusive food I have tried from a hotel was here, I was again amazed at the different varieties of food available to choose from and they were all top quality. The location was perfect and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here. The only thing I would suggest is the rooms need a bit of work done, especially the toilets as some taps were faulty in our room.

Stayed here with family. 4 rooms. 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. Reached the hotel at around 11am, parked our luggage and moved to one of the amusement parks. The concierge at the reception is very helpful with the information you seek regarding things to do, places to visit and timings of the shuttle etc. (Lasitha at the desk). Our rooms on the 4th floor were spacious, with adequate space for an extra bed. Ask for a room facing the poolside / creek (better views and come with a balcony), and not the one facing the other direction. The location is central, the shuttle that takes you around Yas stops just 100mtrs away, and you can also get cabs pretty easily throughout the day. The hotel has several F&B outlets. The swimming pool is also pretty good. The breakfast spread was huge and it also had an Indian counter to cater to the tourists from India. The team took good care of us, providing Jain options and preparing eggless batter for pancakes upon special request. A very pleasant stay, and would surely recommend, while staying at Yas Island.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu! From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was warm and professional. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials — comfortable bed, great lighting, and a clean, modern bathroom. The view from the room was a lovely bonus, especially during sunrise/sunset. Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide selection of international and local dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the dining area had a relaxed yet classy vibe. The hotel also offers great amenities — a well-maintained gym, refreshing pool area, and business facilities for those working remotely or attending meetings. Location-wise, Radisson Blu is usually well-placed, close to key attractions, shopping areas, or airports, depending on the city — which makes it very convenient. Overall, a great balance of comfort, service, and style. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

This hotel has spacious rooms and good amenities, making it a comfortable stay in terms of facilities. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping standards. Despite requesting a thorough cleaning due to visible dust, the room remained dusty when we returned. This was particularly concerning because my child has a dust allergy , and the unclean environment caused discomfort. For the price paid, I expected better attention to cleanliness and guest requests.

Really loved our time staying at the Hilton Yas Island hotel. Every member of staff was extremely helpful & friendly. The room was modern, very clean, large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast & dinner was always very tasty. Special mention to the chef Marika who was absolutely amazing. Our son has a few food allergies. Everyday he had his own food freshly cooked and prepared for him which really made his holiday. Thank you so much!

We have been to this hotel twice and on each occasion it’s been fantastic. The service, location and facilities are outstanding and the place is always immaculately clean. During our 2nd stay the staff went out of their way to make my sons 8th birthday special with balloons and a personalised cake. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels and I can say the Executive Lounge here is truly the best I have experienced in terms of space and quality of catering. Would highly recommend to families or couples as the central location means you are only ever a 5 minute taxi ride away from all the main attractions.

5 full stars are not enough for this hotel. I have been to many great places, with great reviews but the Hilton Yas island is a totally different experience. The true meaning of hospitality is displayed by each team member. The hotel is very clean, spacious and gives the holiday vibes once you step inside, the reception team were very helpful and fast. The rooms are beautiful, very well furnished and the space is just perfect. My kids asked if we can move in. Talking about kids, they loved the kids club (or maybe it is called something else) but they have few areas inside with activities, TV, games, video games, arts… The pool was the right temperature, clean, well supervised and looks amazing. The food was delicious both at the pool restaurant and in main restaurant. The breakfast featured so many stations, with various foods. On top of all, the crew made it much better too, everyone if them showed care and dedication, from the room service, to the pool attendant, the waiting staff, the management and every single one of them. They care for their guests which reflects that the management is taking care of them. Pasidu Dilshan Richard Dilakshan Kiran Are some of the team members that made our stay magical! And a big shout out to Marco, your department has great talent. We loved this place and we will keep coming back for more.

A Fantastic Family Stay – Great Package Value & Kid-Friendly! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which perfectly balances proximity to the parks, a family-friendly atmosphere, and great value when booking a room with park entrance tickets and half board included. If you’re visiting with kids, it’s an excellent choice to split your vacation in Abu Dhabi between Yas and Saadiyat like we did! What We Loved: • Location & Convenience: Being so close to the parks made our trip stress-free, and the package deal was a great value. • Spacious Rooms: every room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed despite what the hotel’s website says • Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: My daughter was absolutely delighted by how often we bumped into Tom and Jerry, almost to the point where they felt like her new best friends! • Impressive Lobby: The lobby is stunning, and a must-try experience is getting a cappuccino with a custom design—whether it’s your favorite character or even your own selfie! • Dining & Service: The food was good, and the restaurant staff was excellent. Sheriff (restaurant manager), Rupesh and Naw went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Riya from the fron desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The main pool was closed for refurbishment, which initially seemed like a disappointment, but we were given access to the Hilton Residences pool next door. I thought it might be inconvenient, but it turned out to be completely hassle-free, no need for a detour and we didn’t hear any noise from the renovation. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic family experience with great service, spacious rooms, and a magical atmosphere for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We would also recommend staying during Ramadan season - we observed the culture, the customs and there were hardly any people in the parks (e.g. absolutely NO waiting time for Formula Rossa).

We have just left the WB with a heavy heart. What a wonderful hotel. Every staff member seems to thoroughly enjoy and are proud of their vocation, seem invested in your enjoyment and wellbeing. The service is exceptional everywhere. A great pool (height is max 1m). The fact a park ticket is included everyday in your stay is ideal and you're right next to them. Also try the Amara restaurant next to the back entrance of the hotel (opp Warner Brothers), amazing authentic Lebanese food. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is good but I'd go for breakfast over dinner if you have to choose for funds etc. I think paying as you go is better perhaps rather than booking a package for the whole stay so less pressure to wake up etc! The rooms are excellent with great amenities. What a great stay!

I had a wonderful weekend at this fantastic hotel. One of the highlights was waking up to an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of food options. It truly made my day to enjoy whatever I wanted before heading to the parks. I can't thank the incredible waitress, Naw, enough for taking care of everything for me. She made sure I was comfortable, helped me choose the best seat, and kept my table clean, bringing extra spoons and forks as needed. It was a delightful experience!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sidekicks, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel right at home. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service provided by Rupesh, Abdu, and Arjean. Rupesh was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Abdu had such a friendly and welcoming attitude, making great recommendations from the menu that turned out to be absolutely delicious. Arjean brought so much energy and positivity to our table, making us laugh and ensuring the whole experience was full of smiles.
