We had a most delightful stay at the hotel. The check-in was seamless and efficient. The food was exceptional. Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. As a family of four, we appreciated the extra rollaway bed in addition to the king-size bed. All the amenities were superb. A wide variety of food was available. Our half-board arrangement included two soft drinks per person and access to the facilities of six partner hotels. We used this option only once, preferring to enjoy the Crown Plaza hotel buffet. They graciously provided chicken nuggets and French fries for my son upon request, and also provided plain wraps for the children without vegetables. All the staff were incredibly kind and pleasant. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Rojina at the reception made us feel incredibly welcome — professional, courteous, and always smiling. The entire staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight each morning — fresh, delicious, and well presented. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

I stayed there in (Mar to June) 2024 and it was amazing. The location is great. The staff and everyone is specially fantastic. It has its own private beach. The experience in lounge, bar, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, and at the reception was really nice. It is very close to some of the most cool tourist places (Ferrari island, Warner brothers etc.) I would especially like to give a shout out to Shruti and Aye who were, at that time (June 2024), taking care of lounge services at 7th/8th floor. Their service levels, professional expertise, ability to manage guests, and soft skills were really commendable. Not sure if they are still with Crowne Plaza or not. Thanks

We were there for one night with breakfast. Lovely place with wonderful staff. Specially Vishwa and Maricar who were very helpful and provided an exceptional service while checking in and out. Beautiful ambience and modern decor, food was excellent, rooms were spacious especially the suite, which had a huge living area and ample space for my 2 year old to run about. Will definitely go again. Got to mention it was a last minute booking and Sayyam was quick to provide us 3 rooms. During the busy eid holidays everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Yas Island as a family and had a wonderful experience. We booked interconnecting rooms, which were perfect for our needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick, with courteous staff making everything easy. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Despite the place being quite crowded in the mornings, the service was exceptional. There was always someone available to assist us, and the team handled the rush with grace and professionalism. I would like to give a special thanks to Rohit, who stood out for his speed, attentiveness, and constant smile every time we needed anything—he truly made our mornings better. The swimming pool area was another favorite. It was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing, ideal for both adults and children. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the housekeeping. We noticed a significant amount of dust under the bed, which could have been addressed better. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we look forward to returning. Thank you to the Radisson Blu Yas team for a great experience!

Hi so this is my first time stay with my family in the Radisson Blu hotel here in Abu Dhabi and i must say that i am super happy firstly because on our request they upgraded our room to sea view. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr Chan and u must add the room service and breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend..!!!

We stayed here for 1 night after our flight was cancelled and our airline sent us here. Firstly let me begin with their customer service, Absolutely amazing, calm, professional & caring. I was actually amazed at how good the staff was here. Very well done to the team for that. Secondly the food, one of the best all inclusive food I have tried from a hotel was here, I was again amazed at the different varieties of food available to choose from and they were all top quality. The location was perfect and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here. The only thing I would suggest is the rooms need a bit of work done, especially the toilets as some taps were faulty in our room.

I was staying with my family and we’re having a family rooms attached. The hotel location awesome as we got sea side view room, due which we also enjoyed the evening fireworks and view from the room was good. Room service and house keeping was very good all hotel staff starting from entry to reception and restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Yas island shuttle bus has stop outside the hotel itself. We stayed for one night at Rotana Yas with our daughter — everything was wonderful! My daughter absolutely loved the spacious playroom with several halls, and I was very pleased with the spa zone, which provided a cozy and comfortable experience. We had a great time together, relaxing and recharging. The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the largest shopping centers. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, especially the salted fish — salmon, which was very tasty. My daughter rates it a perfect 10 out of 10, and I was also very satisfied. We are both very happy and would gladly return again ❤️

The only small disappointment was that my room didn’t have the table with a mirror that I expected. However, they quickly provided a small one as a solution, which I appreciated. I had an amazing experience at the yoga session held at the W Hotel in Yas Island. Practicing by the pool created such a serene vibe, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect with calming music in the background. The coach was incredibly professional and guided us through the session with great energy and care. They even had AC set up, so the heat wasn’t overwhelming, and we got to enjoy some healthy bites after the class—such a thoughtful touch! Definitely looking forward to going again. Five-Star Location, One-Star Service! While the hotel's prime location is its main selling point, our stay was profoundly disappointing due to consistently unprofessional and poorly trained staff, failing to meet the basic standards expected of a five-star establishment. Our experience began with a frustrating check-in. Arriving at 3:30 PM after a long journey, 30 minutes after the official check-in time, we were asked if our group wanted rooms on the same floor—a request we felt should be standard for a group booking. We were then informed that to be on the same floor, we would face a wait of another one to two hours for the rooms to be cleaned. Given the three-hour window between check-out and check-in, the staff's lack of proactive planning was baffling. Forced to compromise due to exhaustion, we agreed to take rooms on different floors, only to be told that those weren't available either. After a further 45-minute wait, we finally received our rooms. When we requested a simple gesture of compensation for the delay, we were told our rooms had been "upgraded." However, the only difference was a view of the Yas Marina circuit, which is hardly an upgrade when no race is scheduled. All three rooms were otherwise identical. The service failures continued throughout our stay. A member of our group, Paras Jain, attempted to join a complimentary yoga session advertised by the hotel. Upon arrival, he was denied entry. The staff at the class spent over 30 minutes making calls, unable to confirm the offer, by which point the one-hour session was nearly over. Later, when a member of our party fell ill from the heat, we made a simple request at The Garage restaurant to take a small amount of breakfast to their room. The manager was not just unhelpful but rude and dismissive, flatly refusing the request by citing "company policy" without any empathy or consideration for our situation. The check-out process was equally frustrating. Our room keys were deactivated precisely at 12:00 PM, leaving us unable to access other floors to assist an elderly couple in our party with their luggage. At the front desk, our request for temporary access was denied. To add a final insult, when we asked for one of the "welcome drinks" being offered to new arrivals, a staff member asked when we checked in. Upon learning we were checking out, she refused, stating the drinks were only for arriving guests. This startling lack of simple hospitality was the unfortunate theme of our stay. Furthermore, despite traveling with an elderly couple, we were assigned rooms in the distant Marina building, a considerable five-minute walk involving multiple elevators, without any warning or our consent. The only positive moment in our entire stay was when the wellness manager apologized for the yoga class incident as we were leaving and offered a complimentary session—a gesture that was far too little, too late. I have never experienced such consistently poor customer service. I would not recommend the W Abu Dhabi to anyone seeking a genuine five-star experience.

If you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this hotel is a perfect choice. While it’s not necessarily a family-focused hotel (though it does have a kids' club, which is fairly average and limits children to just 2 hours per day), our young kids still had a blast simply watching the cars race around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Yas Mall (with a free shuttle service) and other attractions on the island. We stayed in the WOW 1-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The views of the race track and marina were beautiful, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the suite. While there’s no dedicated lounge for elite guests, they offer complimentary drinks and tapas at the main restaurant, which is decent but could be improved. The main restaurant, Garage, serves breakfast with a good variety, though I wouldn’t quite rate it as a 5-star experience. The gym is nice and well-equipped, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There are also two pools—one for families and another for adults only. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and it would be even more incredible if you can get availability during the F1 race weekend.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail was taken care of. My room had a stunning view of the marina and racetrack, with sleek décor and super comfortable bedding. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect spot to unwind with great views and chilled vibes. Plus, the food at their restaurants was top-tier, especially the breakfast spread. It’s definitely a spot I’d come back to for a mix of luxury, fun, and relaxation.

It was my first and a fantastic stay at Hilton — everything was absolutely perfect! The food selection was amazing: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a special experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always welcoming and attentive. I especially want to highlight Mr. Mohamed — he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient — there are shuttle buses that make it easy to reach all the main attractions. Super comfortable, especially if you’re not driving. The best part for us was seeing the Warner Bros. characters in the lobby ‘ my daughter was so excited and absolutely loved them. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of tasty options. A Fantastic Family Stay – Great Package Value & Kid-Friendly! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which perfectly balances proximity to the parks, a family-friendly atmosphere, and great value when booking a room with park entrance tickets and half board included. If you’re visiting with kids, it’s an excellent choice to split your vacation in Abu Dhabi between Yas and Saadiyat like we did! What We Loved: • Location & Convenience: Being so close to the parks made our trip stress-free, and the package deal was a great value. • Spacious Rooms: every room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed despite what the hotel’s website says • Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: My daughter was absolutely delighted by how often we bumped into Tom and Jerry, almost to the point where they felt like her new best friends! • Impressive Lobby: The lobby is stunning, and a must-try experience is getting a cappuccino with a custom design—whether it’s your favorite character or even your own selfie! • Dining & Service: The food was good, and the restaurant staff was excellent. Sheriff (restaurant manager), Rupesh and Naw went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Riya from the fron desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The main pool was closed for refurbishment, which initially seemed like a disappointment, but we were given access to the Hilton Residences pool next door. I thought it might be inconvenient, but it turned out to be completely hassle-free, no need for a detour and we didn’t hear any noise from the renovation. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic family experience with great service, spacious rooms, and a magical atmosphere for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We would also recommend staying during Ramadan season - we observed the culture, the customs and there were hardly any people in the parks (e.g. absolutely NO waiting time for Formula Rossa).

Disappointed and Felt Discriminated at the Pool Area My husband, our child, and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend getaway and chose this hotel partly because of its beautiful pool area. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant afternoon turned into a very disappointing experience. We spent almost an hour trying to get the attention of the food and beverage staff at the pool. Despite several attempts to politely request service, we were repeatedly ignored. Our child was visibly hungry and it was heartbreaking watching them look longingly at others being served. What made this worse was witnessing a newly arrived white family receive immediate and friendly service from the same staff member( I think her name was lucky)who had kept passing us by with a forced smile. The contrast in treatment was stark, and for the first time, I felt genuinely discriminated. This experience left a bitter taste and cast a shadow over what was meant to be a joyful family trip. We hope the hotel seriously reviews the attitude and service standards of its staff to ensure all guests are treated equally.
