We have stayed at this hotel for the first time and we really loved everything here. Breakfast, beach, rooms and, most importantly, staff, all people who work here showed the hospitality, were always kind and ready to help with any request. The hotel's area is beautiful and clean. Personally I loved the hammocks and plants growing nearby.
Hotel offers various options for breakfast, everybody can find something to their taste.
Special thanks to the receptionists who made it possible for us to check-in earlier since we had an early flight.
Rooms are always clean due to excellent performance of staff (Naim, Samy and Shawon). Everyday we returned to the room from the beach to find those gorgeous animals made of towels. Thank you!

The Al Raha Beach hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. One minor point in our room I would add is that they could benefit from extra lighting as in the evening we struggled to see what we were doing! Also an extra plug socket with USBs would be useful. I think I’d recommend bringing a small extension lead would solve the problem.
When it comes to Service though this was second to none. Our 2 room attendants Prasada and Krishna could not have done more. The rooms were left immaculate with beautiful touches like scattered rose petals and exquisite towel decor. This attention to detail made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Intercontinental Hotel Abu Dhabi — truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The hotel offers everything a person could need in life: clean and well-maintained rooms, delicious food in plenty, and a wide selection of continental breakfast options to start the day right.
The gym facilities were outstanding — well equipped with every machine you could possibly need for a full workout. Hygiene was superb throughout the hotel, and I must give special thanks to Lameck, an excellent gym instructor and my baby brother, who encouraged me to stay at Hotel Continental during my time in Abu Dhabi. His professionalism, motivation, and friendly guidance made my fitness sessions enjoyable and effective.
Another highlight of my stay was the wonderful, soothing, full-body massage I received from "Therapista," a truly skilled and professional therapist. She used the time perfectly, applying blended aroma oils that relaxed my tired muscles, and the facial treatment she provided left my skin glowing and refreshed. The prices were very reasonable, especially with the great discounts offered — absolutely worth it!
I’m so happy I chose to spend my holiday at Hotel Continental Abu Dhabi. Everything — from the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality to the professional staff — made my stay unforgettable.

Good location, very central and within easy reach to the Corniche but also to Saadiyat (20 minutes) and to the CC/Galleria mall.
Service is very nice; everyone was very professional and helpful. Aws and Yusuf were very helpful and professional; thanks. Even housekeepers are pleasant.
We had 2 rooms, 1st night on the South tower; the rooms are a smaller there and the 2nd night in the North tower, floor 15. Those rooms have a great view and they are very spacious with larger bathrooms. They seemed clean though when the kids tried to use the Jacuzzi some really disgusting stuff came out (probably no one used them in a while).
Breakfast and lunch buffet are good and generous (though very expensive); all restaurants in hotel are expensive btw.
The swimming pool is nice (though a little too close to the buildings) and there is a decent beach/sand front.
The gym is huge, more like a professional self standing gym and not a hotel gym. They have all kind of equipment and several rooms. Did not check if they have Sauna/Steam though or locker rooms.
Overall very good and very nice 4 plus stars hotel.

I recently dined at Trader Vic’s in Beach Rotana for my Birthday and was very impressed. The restaurant has a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, with a tropical-inspired design that feels warm and inviting. The food was delicious, especially the signature Polynesian dishes, and the cocktails were outstanding — perfectly mixed and full of character.
The service was another highlight. The staff (Manisha) she’s friendly, attentive, and made sure the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. With great music, beautiful décor, and quality food, Trader Vic’s is an excellent choice for a fun and memorable evening in Abu Dhabi.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially Ms. May Lopez. She handled all our requests with such care, communicated clearly, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, the reception staff were absolutely outstanding, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful experience. Ms. Aileen checked us in and Mr. Charles checked us out.
The location is perfect, connected to the mall and just a short walk from everything you might need. The housekeeping and room service were impeccable, and every detail was handled with care and attention.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi while on a media trip covering the Natural History Museum with a group of friends. The hotel itself is stunning and truly luxurious with beautiful rooms and fantastic facilities. It was the perfect, comfortable base for our group.
While we had a wonderful stay, I do have to mention that checking in took significantly longer than usual, which was a minor hiccup for the group. However, once we were settled, the rest of the staff service was excellent and made our brief stay memorable. Highly recommend the ambiance and quality of this hotel!

We celebrated our birthday with an afternoon tea at Emirates Palace, I have to say after we finished this blew my mind as it’s a very different concept to what afternoon tea usually is, the big difference was that the offerings were not all served together but there are several rounds of food/deserts being served.
The ambience is nice and relaxing with live music in the background, the setup and Chinaware exquisite as you would expect. The taste of what’s offered was absolutely amazing and very delicious and ample.
However the service was what complimented the whole experience, Aliya and Keziah were amazing, very professional and friendly, however the star of the day was Dino, talkative, informative and very bubbly and funny 😄, he was amazing not just with us but all the tables around us too.
Definitely worth trying, the whole experience for us took 2 hours and we enjoyed every single minute.

I felt something shift the silence, the space, the energy… it wasn’t just luxury, it was grounding. Everything looked so beautiful that I actually had to slow down and just look around. It didn’t feel like a hotel it felt like stepping into another timeline where life is softer, slower, more intentional.
The architecture, the gold details, the calm lighting… it all created this warm feeling inside me. I could feel my mind start to quiet down, and my body relax without me forcing it.
The way the staff interacted gentle, respectful, present made me feel seen, not like a guest number, but like an actual human being. I felt a deep sense of gratitude.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive.
A special mention goes to Nahom, the bartender—he truly made the stay unforgettable. His warm personality, professionalism, and incredible mixology skills added so much to the experience. Every drink he prepared was perfectly crafted, and he always made sure guests felt welcome and taken care of.
If you're visiting Abu Dhabi, especially Yas Island, I highly recommend staying at this Hilton and stopping by the bar to see Nahom. He’s a true star of the hotel and elevates the entire guest experience

We had a fab stay at the Hilton Yas Island. The staff were excellent, room super clean and the shuttle bus to the parks were a great perk. It was my husband's birthday while we were out there and the staff made such a fuss, which was unexpected. The hotel has a great pool, good selection of restaurants and a lovely view over the sea. I'd recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The truffle honey is to die for. I loved it. But.... They make it so you can't buy it. One of the chefs Poppin went and with another head chef filled me a little pot with this honey! Absolutely made my day/birthday! Oh and the chocs in the buffet are sooooo good! I miss them!
My only quibble with buffet is lack of labelling. As vegetarians we were upset to taste the papaya salad to realise it had beef in. I do think labelling could be improved.

The guest relations on WhatsApp amazing! Nothing too much of a problem. Helped us with wifi issues to use the baby camera. Irish bar was noisy and they helped to sort this as was late and loud. Helped in so many ways

We are staying currently in this beautiful hotel and I can say that the service is very good from the moment we checked in and all the services. The room are nicely decorated and kept well and the house keeping is very efficient and to high standards. Our room is taken care by the lovely Ruby who she pays attention to details when tidying and cleaning. Follows instructions and tries very hard to make the room look lovely during our stay . The restaurant where we have breakfast is clean and the variety of food is very very good . Member of staff are very professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday break as it has a very nice pool and a very lovely spa . There is also a hairdresser which I have found very handy and a nail bar . The gym is quite good , it has a good range of machines and strength training equipments . Highly recommend this place. Thank you to all members of staff for making our current stay so memorable.

Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile.
Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.
The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service.
Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner.
Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this resort! The rooms were incredibly spacious, which was a huge plus for us. The room service was prompt and the food was always delicious. What really stood out was the staff; they were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any questions or issues we had. It’s a very family and kid-friendly place, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The variety of restaurants and food choices was excellent, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. Plus, there’s so much to do just outside the hotel, with great shopping, museums, excursions, and even theme parks nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

So far so good! Great location just 25 mins for the airport (no aircraft noise), great beach and the hotel covers a vast area so no feeling of being crammed in at all.
This is our third a la carte restaurant during our stay and once again the food and service has been first class.

Pros: position is beautiful, private beach is rare and gorgeous, staff there - particularly Arshad - are always ready to help and seem happy about it. Rooms are spacious and from a standard you have a majestic view over the presidential palace. Cleanliness is a major plus in here, room service is excellent.
The Kamoon a lá carte restaurant is truly a 5-star and prices are not high.
Cons: details are sometimes not 5-star worthy. Some examples are food variety (you don’t get crepes at breakfast and only get one at a time between pancakes and waffles, sweet brioches are always empty and most of the times you have to ask the chef for Nutella, you can’t get it by yourself. Moreover, we found a couple of broken elevator lights, staff at the reception was not very welcoming nor smiling, and overall English level is not great.
The room is rather classic, some modernitazion could work well.
Overall good hotel, would be a 4-star worthy without such location and beach in my opinion. Would still recommend.

The hotel is in perhaps the best location in the city, close to the Mandarin.
The standard room is very large and perfectly clean. Cleaning staff works effortlessly and does a great job. Pools and the private beach are perfect. The staff, particularly Shiksha and Hajjala, are smiley and welcoming. The reception staff instead could be more empathic and their English level could be slighly better.
Another special mention goes to Borhan at the grill, the meat he cooked was special.

The food was consistently excellent, and the service truly stood out. Regina, the Head of Front Desk, deserves special recognition for her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, and her efforts were greatly appreciated. Martha, who assisted her, was equally helpful and attentive.
In the restaurant, Shaleh, Moosa, and Faruk were outstanding. They were incredibly hardworking, responsive to every request, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.
We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the chefs for the delicious meals, especially for accommodating our special requests for aloo paratha and masala dosa. Every dish was prepared with care and skill.
The entire team at Horizon Restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Their friendliness and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that made our experience truly memorable. They should be highly commended for their excellent service.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!
We had a truly wonderful time at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, and the food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
A special highlight was the breakfast experience: fresh, super tasty, and with a great variety to choose from. A heartfelt thank you to Jee-Ann, who made our mornings extra special with her warm and exceptional service. She took such great care of us — we really appreciated it!

I had an unforgettable evening at the buffet dinner, made even more special by a surprise birthday celebration! The food selection was outstanding — a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The live cooking stations were a highlight, especially the grilled meats! The atmosphere was cozy and festive, and the service was top-notch. staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration feel special. The dessert section was a dream, with everything from rich cakes to fresh fruit and ice cream.
If you’re planning a celebration or just want a great meal with excellent service, this buffet is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it!

Really nice and well organized hotel. Everything perfectly clean, accurate and in very good shape. Personnel is extremely thoughtful, friendly and I assume that they are even able to read one‘s mind 🙃 Gym is well equipped, we used it several times. Location by itself is really nice with some special sights in foot distance and everything else being reachable by taxi or public transport. The hotel also has two pools and direct beach access - with sufficient sun beds for everyone! Great stay and we love to come back!

Their warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine care stood out in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their gracious hospitality elevated the entire experience.

Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus.
The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier.
At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅!

Wonderful Family Stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi
I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi for the second time with my granddaughter, and once again, it was an absolutely beautiful experience. This hotel is perfect for families with kids — the lovely pool, the clean and comfortable beach, and the overall warm atmosphere make it such a joy to come back to. My granddaughter enjoyed every moment, and I love it here just as much.

I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel during my recent conference at the Conrad, and the location was definitely a big advantage—just a few minutes away.
I tried their in-room dining and ordered a burger. The flavor was good, but the meat tasted more like meatballs, which brought back an old childhood memory I didn’t enjoy much.
My only real issue was during check-in. The staff allowed other guests to pass ahead of me without explanation, then gave me the wrong room card twice, which delayed my check-in. The manager later tried to fix the situation with a complimentary dessert in the room, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was very good, not excellent, but definitely enjoyable.
Overall, the stay was very good but not perfect. Good location, decent food, and effort from management—but the check-in delay affected the first impression.

The staff were really attendant - valet, lobby host and hostess, front reception, housekeeping. Special mention to Elisha in front desk and Shanaya lobby hostess. They made me feel welcome. Housekeeping did really well in cleaning and valet guys were always smiling. I had an amazing view by the creek. Will definitely come back!

We have just spent 6 nights at the Fairmont. We booked a Gold room and cannot fault the staff in the Gold lounge for their service and attentiveness. Our particular thanks to Christian (who remembered my coffee order every morning ) and the chefs at breakfast. The lounge is as good as any we have visited at other hotels. During happy hour we were served drinks of excellent quality and the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern.We look forward to visiting again soon.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with the utmost respect, and the hospitality truly made our visit memorable. Every staff member we encountered—front desk, doormen, room service, restaurant staff, and the wonderful Ritz Kids Club team—was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. They greeted us with a smile, remembered little details, and made our little boy feel so special.
The hotel’s cleanliness was top-class, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Abu Dhabi’s main attractions. We stayed in an executive suite, which was absolutely divine. The pool area was beautifully maintained, and the pool staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
We visited during the last week of September, and it wasn’t too busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel—truly a palace in every sense!

The staff were really sweet and treated me so well which made everything feel even nicer. I really loved the Sorso bar. We stayed as a family of four (kids aged 4 and 6) at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal in October and had a lovely experience overall. We booked a deluxe room with lounge access, and there were plenty of highlights that made our stay memorable.
Positives:
- The hotel is very close to the airport, which was great after a long flight.
- Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, special mention to Osumane at the front desk and Thidar at the Kids Club, who were both fantastic. The Club Lounge team were also brilliant and made us feel right at home.
- The Kids Club was excellent, our children loved going every day, which gave us some time to relax.
- The pool area is large, beautifully kept, and perfect for families, spacious and not too deep, ideal for young kids.
- Our room view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was stunning, especially at sunset.
- Food quality across the restaurants and buffet was generally very good, and the gym was probably the best I’ve seen at any hotel…spacious and equipped with top-quality machines.
- The team at Li Jiang went above and beyond after a delay during our first dinner there, inviting us for complimentary drinks another evening, a very classy gesture.
- The hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay, which made it all the more relaxing.
Negatives:
- Check-in took around 30 minutes, which felt long given the hotel wasn’t busy.
- The coffee machine in our room didn’t work properly.
- Food service times were consistently slow…on two of the three restaurant visits, meals took a long time to arrive (around 3 hours total each time), which was tough with kids.
- The beach area is quite small, and due to nearby construction, part of it was closed off, meaning no kayaking or paddle boarding was available, which was disappointing.
- The most concerning issue was a major water leak in the main buffet restaurant during breakfast, it flooded part of the dining area and clearly wasn’t just “maintenance.” The situation looked quite serious, and staff seemed very stressed. There was also maintenance work taking place outside the Club Lounge on the 7th floor, which was a bit disruptive.
Despite these issues, the staff handled things professionally and acknowledged the shortfalls, which I really appreciated. There were far more positives than negatives, and we left feeling that the service and hospitality made up for the hiccups.
Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for families. With a few improvements, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Hotel is Wonderfully located, Saadiyat island nature beautiful place, better than any place I have been in Dubai.
Staff is warm and helpful. From main entrance porter Mr Yaove was excellent. Lounge service at the 4th floor, Mr Saw was amazing serving people with passion and energy.
Pastry at the main lobby was delicious, I suggest to try mini brownie and Nutella Crostini.
It was an excellent time here. Definitely come back.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Saadiyat Rotana for about five months straight due to work, and it truly feels like a comforting second home. One of the standout aspects is definitely the people. Every interaction, whether with Hom Yaovi, Brent, or Saad from the valet, is always filled with positivity. They greet you with a smile, remember details about your life, and make you feel genuinely valued. Alizon at the reception always makes sure I’m comfortable and gives me the best rooms, while the staff at the gym is so sweet.
Beyond the amazing staff, the resort itself is stunning. The rooms are so beautifully designed, it doesn’t have the usual hotel room interior decor. It’s unique and the overall ambiance is unmatched. I’ve stayed at practically every hotel in Abu Dhabi, but nothing compares to the vibe at Saadiyat Rotana. The resort has a wonderful scent, and I love unwinding at the beach after work or taking strolls at night after the beautiful resort. The breakfast is another highlight, my favourite amongst all hotels in AD. It’s so diverse and delicious, even for vegetarians.

We were in Abu Dhabi for the first time and in the park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Saadiyat. In summary, we were able to experience a very nice stay and luxury in perfection.
From check-in to check-out, the stay was perfect and the service was at the highest level. Again and again we were asked whether everything went to our complete satisfaction.
The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly and service-oriented and you feel completely valued as a guest.
Our room was stylish, elegant and spotlessly clean - room service morning and evening. Bed was also comfortable.
The hotel complex itself is a green oasis. Water, palm trees and enough sunbeds everywhere. This also applies to the beach section.
Yesterday, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, exclusive and luxurious.
A wide selection of fresh and high-quality food is available for breakfast. This also applies to dinner in the various restaurants. We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Sriraj and the whole team for their excellent care and service. We felt completely comfortable.
As an overall impression property in Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, luxury, style and hospitality at world-class level.

It was a very good experience with the hotel staff. Peter at the entrance, welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He remembered us from the last year, as well as we did him. Puja at the restaurant and some of her colleagues greeted us with overwhelmingly positive highlighting exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Jean Paul at the beach is one of the most friendliest beach attendant we have ever seen. Our chamberservice let by Duminda made our room very clean and comfortable every day. We held our baby shower there, and took one of the suites.
Right from the start, from the valet, its a breeze, welcoming and well organized
Staff is so well trained and managed. Their hospitality training reflects, it shows they know what they re doing. Good communication skills.
They were so clear in what they could offer and not and also think solutions with the guest.
It was a group of 12 guests we had come over for the baby shower, lots of stress and organizing but with the Park Hyatt staff behind you it was much easier, This was so valuable
We had a butler Manish who attended and with his team they supported us through the day and evening. Well well done guys.

The water from the showers there and in the pool seem to feel softer and cleaner than other pools.( and yes i can compare with all Saadyat Hotels,been there done that).

We celebrated my birthday at Hayat and were absolutely enchanted. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet warm, and the signature tiramisu with caviar was a revelation—bold, luxurious, and delicious.
The entire team surprised us with a heartfelt birthday greeting—such a touching gesture! Special thanks to Omar, the hookah master, for an exceptional kalian, and to our wonderful waiter Ignatius: a true professional with impeccable service (and an exquisite fragrance!).

So we arrived at 6.30am, tried checking in with the night staff who were really unhelpful and trying to assist 2 families with 4 children but weren’t much of a help, we finally checked in and was told that our room would be ready shortly, 2 hours later we were still waiting, no offer of water or a welcome drink or explained about the facilities.
We were then shown our room which was lovely but after paying for a sea view villa we could only see the see if we stood on a chair, we asked to be moved but only had a room in the main hotel. Was offered free soft drinks as a gesture of goodwill but not good enough. I’ve read reviews saying the same thing about the room from other people.
So far this has been a really poor experience and just hoping it gets rectified as we can’t what we paid for. See photos for view.
I believe there are much nicer hotels to stay at. So disappointed. Definitely not 5 star standards as advertised.
Let’s see what happens, hopefully we get what we paid for

Hotel is great. I took a promotional upgrade to suite and it was a great deal. The staff arranged treats my child to make the experience memorable. The view from the room and balcony is amazing , overlooking the f1 race course.
The breakfast was amazing spread , indian , continental,chinese etc. The options for kids are great.
We also had a private beach entry , a well maintained and cozy space limited to guests only.
All in all a great place to stay if you are visiting Yas island for theme parks. The hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service every 15 mins to various theme parks and malls nearby.

I stayed at the W Abu Dhabi hotel for one night with family and was very interested to see the F1 racing track that ran below and around the hotel. The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided a good overview of all the hotel amenities which were quite inviting and extensive. I wished my stay could have been longer.
Upon being shown to my room I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was exceptionally beautiful with the full marina view and part of the racing track which was exciting to see and hear as the cars sped across.
We ate dinner at the hotel’s Brooklyn Chophouse Restaurant. The food was sumptuous.
A fabulous hotel indeed that I recommend is a must to experience!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in August while accompanying our son, who was leaving for the US.
Our stay was truly memorable. The location was perfect for us — close to the airport and Ferrari World, the only attraction we had planned to visit. Our room offered a lovely view of the racetrack and a partial ocean view. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
Though the lobby tends to get a bit crowded at times, the staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and room service was excellent — prompt delivery, delicious food, and generous portions.
We had breakfast at Garage on both days. The spread was extensive and impressive, though it does get quite busy around 9 a.m. On the first day, my son wanted a milkshake, which wasn’t part of the buffet. The staff went out of their way to make one specially for him, knowing he was travelling early the next morning — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
However, our experience on the second day was rather disappointing. After dropping our son at the airport, we returned for breakfast. While I was serving myself some gravy, the ladle accidentally slipped into the dish. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member simply reached into the gravy with his bare hand to retrieve it — something completely unexpected from a hotel of such repute.
Overall, we had a mixed experience at Garage — moments of genuine warmth and hospitality and on the other end of spectrum an incident that left a poor impression. Guests will certainly be wowed by the grandeur of the property, but what truly stays in memory are the gestures — both kind and unkind — of the people who represent it.

W Abu Dhabi Yas Island used to be one of our favorite hotels whenever we came to Abu Dhabi. We always made a stop here for a few days and truly enjoyed our stays in the past. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.
As a Bonvoy Ambassador, I was neither recognized nor greeted accordingly upon arrival. The lady at check in was an intern and clearly overwhelmed. She had to call for assistance several times. I asked for a nice upgrade, as we always received one before. She assured me everything was fine, so we went for lunch. Later, she came by the restaurant smiling and handed us the room key, saying she had given us a great upgrade. In reality, it was exactly the same room category I had booked. Quite disappointing, but fine for one night, as the rooms are still spacious and modern.
The next issue came later that night. We had taken a short nap in the afternoon, used the shower and bathroom, and left the Make Up Room light on before heading to Yas Mall. When we returned around 9 PM, nothing had been done, no evening service, no cleaning, nothing at all. At this level of hotel, that is simply unacceptable.
I will mention this again during check out tomorrow, but it is unfortunate to see how much the quality has declined compared to previous years. This review is meant as constructive feedback, and I truly hope the management takes it seriously and restores the level of service that once made this property special.

We had an outstanding stay at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Beautiful property and comfortable rooms, with great hospitality. The breakfast was my favorite of our entire stay in the Middle East, with excellent truffled eggs Benedict to order. Lobby bar had a great happy hour with snacks. Location was very walkable.

I had the immense pleasure of spending two nights at the St. Regis The Corniche in Abu Dhabi with my wife, our 29 year old son, our 33 year old daughter and our 3 year old granddaughter and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience we have ever had as a family.
From the perfectly smooth check in to the impeccable check out, every moment was pure excellence. We were delighted to receive one suite upgrade and to have all three beautiful rooms located on the same floor, which made our family stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
The hotel facilities are exceptional. The beach club features swimming pools, beach access, a kids club, bars and restaurants. The dining experience was outstanding, especially the breakfast with an extensive selection and personalized à la carte dishes prepared to perfection. Every detail in the hotel reflects luxury, quality and care.
But above all, it is the people who made the real difference. The entire staff made us feel truly special throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vincent at the Cabana restaurant and to all the wonderful team members whose smiles and professionalism made us feel not just welcomed but genuinely cared for.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my friend Karim Gharbi, the General Manager, for his personal attention, warm greetings and outstanding hospitality. You and your team have created a place that feels more than a home and truly like family.

We had a wonderful family stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The location on the Corniche is beautiful and convenient - close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and right by the beach. Check-in was seamless, and Ms. Daria and the butler team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Nation Riviera Beach Club is excellent, with a lovely beach, a kids’ pool, and a cozy kids’ club that our children loved. The rooms were elegant with stunning sea views, though the suite could be more spacious. Breakfast and dinner were great, and overall service throughout the hotel was warm and professional. A fantastic choice for families visiting Abu Dhabi - we’ll definitely be back!

We opted for the half board package, which worked very well for us. It also offers flexibility, as you can choose between either lunch or dinner, and we found the food consistently high-quality, varied, and beautifully presented.
The private beach was another highlight—well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Combined with the pool and spa facilities, it created a perfectly balanced stay between leisure and luxury.
Overall, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations in every way. With exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and world-class facilities, it’s a hotel we can’t wait to return to.

We had an amazing stay at The WB Abu Dhabi. The movie-themed design, spacious rooms, and friendly service made the experience truly special. Everything felt clean, fun, and welcoming, and the location on Yas Island is perfect for exploring.
We also tried the brunch at The Directors’ Club, and it was a highlight of our trip. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the grilled meats and starters. Service was attentive, and the atmosphere was lively but still elegant.

We stayed at The WB Abu Dhabi for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is not only beautifully themed but also perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to Warner Bros. World, which was ideal for us since our child is a big fan of the characters.
The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a Yas Island shuttle, which made it easy to get around to other nearby attractions.
What really stood out was the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. My child loved spotting all the movie posters and props, especially the Wizard of Oz one, which is his favorite. He was over the moon getting to meet Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Robin during the character meetups at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There were so many great options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was fun, family-friendly, and packed with little details that made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff truly shined. A special shout-out to Vinod, who managed the restaurant service flawlessly. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dinners special.
Also, a huge thank you to Hari in the laundry department. We needed a quick turnaround on a suit, and he delivered it perfectly cleaned and pressed ahead of schedule. His efficiency and kindness were remarkable.

The location is convenient close to major sites like the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and easy to access.
