We’ve had a fantastic two weeks at the Al Raha Beach & Spa Resort (01-15/10/25, room 352)
All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone says hello and asks how your stay has been and if can they do anything else for you.
The housekeeping team of Rahat, Samy and Sakib were amazing. Our room was expertly cleaned and the towel art and rose petals were fantastic. A touch of class.
At the poolside bar, La Piscine, Myint and the team were so nice providing excellent service but also taking the time to chat.
Myint is such a nice guy.
Hosni and the other lifeguards by the pool, again so friendly keeping everyone safe.
All of the restaurant staff were fantastic and the food was delicious!
Also the concierge staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Overall fantastic location close to the airport, Yas Bay and the Yas Island attractions. 10/10 Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa for two weeks during a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, always perfectly clean. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was high quality and great variety. The resort is right next door to a small shopping mall which is highly convenient for essentials. The beach and pool were perfect for swimming and relaxing. The gym only opens after 8am which I would have liked to use earlier. Plenty of safe undercover parking. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and recommend it to other travellers.

Its our first time to stay in this hotel and its was amazing. We enjoyed our staycation with family and hotel staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was smooth thanks to Alyaa. The dinner and breakfast buffet was good but for us there’s not much option. Thank you to Chano, Chris and Mark for being welcoming and helpful in the buffet area. Also Riaj and Naim from housekeeping team keeps our room neat and clean. Overall it was a memorable experience and i highly recommend it to families.

My experience in Al Raha Beach and Resort was overall fantastic. From the spacious room for a single stay with luxury amenities and comfy beds with a tastefull enterior to the super class service from all employees in the hotel. Special mention to the room service team, Samy and Rahad. The room was cleaned and arranged every day. Always enough clean towels. Rahad assisted me with lighting issue by involving an electrician. The matter was resolved quickly. Guest service assisted me with involving their maintenance team for a minor issue in the bathroom. Locationwise the complex is outside the city. Connetion with public transport is unreliable. Taxi are not expensive though.

The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that housekeeping left me, rose petals on the bed. I am very happy and will be back

I had an amazing stay at Intercontinental Hotel Abu Dhabi — truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The hotel offers everything a person could need in life: clean and well-maintained rooms, delicious food in plenty, and a wide selection of continental breakfast options to start the day right.
The gym facilities were outstanding — well equipped with every machine you could possibly need for a full workout. Hygiene was superb throughout the hotel, and I must give special thanks to Lameck, an excellent gym instructor and my baby brother, who encouraged me to stay at Hotel Continental during my time in Abu Dhabi. His professionalism, motivation, and friendly guidance made my fitness sessions enjoyable and effective.
Another highlight of my stay was the wonderful, soothing, full-body massage I received from "Therapista," a truly skilled and professional therapist. She used the time perfectly, applying blended aroma oils that relaxed my tired muscles, and the facial treatment she provided left my skin glowing and refreshed. The prices were very reasonable, especially with the great discounts offered — absolutely worth it!
I’m so happy I chose to spend my holiday at Hotel Continental Abu Dhabi. Everything — from the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality to the professional staff — made my stay unforgettable.
Thank you, my baby brother Lameck, for persuading me to experience this wonderful place. I’ll definitely be back!

We have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years. The service and the quality of the food is great especially in the club lounge.
The service is impeccable, Mathai, Apkansder, Vince, Rowena, Ofelia and Sangaay., thank you for looking after all our needs and making us feel at home, we did miss Shelia.
This hotel has a great beach and is in a good location. It also has many restrauntsp to choose from and not far from the emirates palace.
Highly recommend a club room, so you can access the club lounge and be spoilt by the staff and the food .

The location of the property is beautiful for sure like many other properties in Abu Dhabi. What made the difference and best experience of my 5 nights stay at Intercontinental was the staff, very professional, very kind, trained, available, attentive to details, hospitable, and whenever I asked a question or wanted help they were all ready to go an extra mile to get an answer or resolve the matter for me. For example, my room had an issue when the sink clogged. Fred at the Front Desk didn't hesitate to move me to another room when mantainance failed to resolve the issue. That made my five nights stay very comfortable. At the outside dinning, Elijah the security officer made sure everyone and everything went on well. Housekeeping was amazing, the life guards , the SPA and dinning staff, all are spectacular.
I made sure to make reservations again before I left to return to this property during my next visit to Abu Dhabi.

The Intercontinental Abudhabhi by IHG is an older property but very well maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Staff & Service: The staff are supportive and welcoming. A special mention to Theresa at the reception, who greeted us with a warm smile and even upgraded our room, which made our stay extra special.
Dining: Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, though the lunch options were quite ordinary and could be improved.
Facilities: The pool is clean and well maintained. The private beach, however, lacks natural waves as it has been cut off from the sea due to recent construction.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, reflecting the overall good upkeep of the hotel.

First of all, I want to say the service is bad if you book through the phone! Somebody hang up on us twice! NOT OKAY plus they asked for credit card details what the hotel never does! Plus they lied about the Fazaa… Fazaa is already included the breakfast and on the phone they gave us the rate with breakfast and without! We would’ve just ended up paying twice!!! LUCKY, Priyanka from guest relations took over and explained it all to us! So she deserves a 5* review! She made everything clear. So if you ever have any issues please ask for her!
It’s not on a walking distance from any mall or other things. You’ll have to take a taxi to bring you or you’re own car! Perfect Valet service! The hotel has a beach and a beautiful pool and if you love fish, Fishmarket is the best! This is so fresh! Love it!
The room was amazing, a shower and a bathtub! It’s just lovely! There was no smell in the hallway or the room, it was perfect! We’ll be back!

Good location, very central and within easy reach to the Corniche but also to Saadiyat (20 minutes) and to the CC/Galleria mall.
Service is very nice; everyone was very professional and helpful. Aws and Yusuf were very helpful and professional; thanks. Even housekeepers are pleasant.
We had 2 rooms, 1st night on the South tower; the rooms are a smaller there and the 2nd night in the North tower, floor 15. Those rooms have a great view and they are very spacious with larger bathrooms. They seemed clean though when the kids tried to use the Jacuzzi some really disgusting stuff came out (probably no one used them in a while).
Breakfast and lunch buffet are good and generous (though very expensive); all restaurants in hotel are expensive btw.
The swimming pool is nice (though a little too close to the buildings) and there is a decent beach/sand front.
The gym is huge, more like a professional self standing gym and not a hotel gym. They have all kind of equipment and several rooms. Did not check if they have Sauna/Steam though or locker rooms.
Overall very good and very nice 4 plus stars hotel.

Our stay at Beach Rotana Suites was truly exceptional! The suites are beautifully designed spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
From check-in to check-out, the reception staff were absolutely outstanding, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful experience. Ms. Aileen checked us in and Mr. Charles checked us out.
The location is perfect, connected to the mall and just a short walk from everything you might need. The housekeeping and room service were impeccable, and every detail was handled with care and attention.
Overall, it was a delightful experience that combines luxury, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays, can’t wait to return!

I've stayed at the Beach Rotana for work and with the family and it's been excellent. The food, service, location, pool and gym are fantastic.
The hotel is connected to the Abu Dhabi Mall but with the beach and pool, it feels like you could be on the coast.
I especially want to call out May and Yusuf from the front of house team, who both made our recent stay brilliant. The staff working throughout the hotel are all very helpful and friendly.

Overall, our stay was a delightful one. From the beginning, May upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. At breakfast, the buffet experience was made even better by the attentive staff, always ready with fresh coffee and quick to respond to any requests.
For our toddler, the playroom was kept neat and child-friendly, and Rosemary stood out with her warm.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail and a wonderful atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
I would like to give special thanks to housekeeping attendant Bhupender — he did an incredible job keeping our room spotless every day. He’s very professional, always polite, friendly, and truly cares about the guests. Thanks to him, our room always felt fresh and welcoming.
All the staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect.
Thank you to the entire Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi team for such an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to everyone!

this is my own personal review with this hotel. I only went the first time for a wedding, and it was absolutely phenomenal. There was parking easily, and there is also a valet parking for the ball room, which was absolutely very convenient and also the second time I went to this hotel , it was to celebrate my friends birthday and we ordered that afternoon tea which was absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed every single dish and it is perfect for a celebration and hang out. I highly recommend it and I also got one coconut Matcha latte. It was hot and it was perfect. I really enjoyed it and I would definitely go back again and my friends got iced Spanish latte, which was absolutely phenomenal and I really recommend this place because the ambience of the lobby is absolutely perfect beautiful and so perfect
there was a valet parking in front and it was absolutely so convenient and so perfect. I really enjoyed everything I experienced in this hotel and hopefully in the upcoming months I will book a room and check their service. The view is absolutely spectacular and everything about this hotel is so phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back again

I spend 5 days with my family. We had an amazing experience. The rooms are so nice, the pool was so good, and the selection of restaurants was perfect. We were met by staff Aisulu she was lovely and super friendly, she provided us with whatever we need she was really amazing. During dinner we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and there was a specific staff called Alhasan he accommodated our requestes and was super nice to my kids. I highly recommend the hotel for families who want to have a relaxing time.

From the very first moment, the reception team at Rixos Marina showed exceptional professionalism and warmth. After a long journey, the fast and seamless check-in was a true relief. Reception staff went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcome. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding breakfast service, something almost impossible to find in other hotels. Guest relation team was equally impressive in helping us with restaurants bookings when it was almost full. We personally would like to thank Caner from reception and Ravi from guest relation for their assistance throughout our stay. Pradeep from restaurant team was always kind for offering us good side tables during our breakfast time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! There are so many wonderful programs for children — the Master Chef activity is an amazing experience for the little ones. The animators are always kind, smiling, and full of energy; it’s such a joy to watch them work with passion every day.
The sports trainers are truly exceptional — they bring such positive energy and motivation. The variety of sports activities available adds so much value to the hotel experience!!!
The food is excellent all day long — fresh fruit by the pool, and many delicious dishes. The bartenders are professional , creating countless cocktails that all taste fantastic.
A big compliment also to the waiters at the People’s Restaurant — they do an amazing job, always helpful, friendly, and attentive. The lifeguards are also very attentive.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t get into the Asian Restaurant — although the booking opened at 9:00, by exactly 9:00 they were already saying it was fully booked. We were a bit sad to miss it, as everything else in the hotel was absolutely perfect.
Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team — they keep everything spotless and tidy every single day.
Overall, this hotel truly deserves praise in every area — great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, and perfect service. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for relaxation and fun! 🌴✨

Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile.
Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.
The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service.
Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner.
Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hilton thru the Yas Stay and Play package. It’s a good hotel but not 5 star level , either in quality of rooms or service.
- Rooms had basic issues in them like leaking washrooms, leaks from shower fixtures etc. The team was prompt to respond but this isn’t what you expect.
- Staff tried their best but service was patchy. We were celebrating an anniversary and despite 3 reminders and promises never got a cake delivered in the room.
- No welcome drinks, no water at the pool - none of the basics that u expect from a quality 5 star in UAE.
- Pool wasn’t very clean and 2 of us ended up with itchy rashes after using it. The pool staff was really friendly tho and the pool in itself is great.
- No minibar, toiletries in fixtures bottles - does not give the 5 star feel to match the rates paid. Better options available in Dubai for same price with much more luxury.
Highlights:

Hilton Yas Island truly delivers five-star hospitality at every level. The service is outstanding — professional, warm, and always attentive. The staff take genuine care in every detail, from the spotless, well-organized public areas to the beautifully maintained rooms. Everything feels clean, calm, and thoughtfully managed.
A special mention to Nuri Korean BBQ, the hotel’s signature restaurant — absolutely superb! It’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was exceptional, the presentation impeccable, and the staff made it an unforgettable dinner for two.

These guys have been so attentive and we have wanted for nothing as they were always asking if we needed anything from drinks to food to snacks to cold face towels. We loved everything at the hotel. The location is great, beautiful beach and awsome restaurants. We tried the Teppanyaki which was great fun, thr Orient Restaurant which was good and our waitress Angelie was very nice. The Aja was excellent and even the buffet restaurant was very good. For our kids the pool, the waterpark and the kids club were great fun. We are already planning on coming back soon. Abu Dhabi is just great fun!

Rixos Premium at Saadyiat Island is a beautiful old hotel, the architecture is amazing. However, service could be better and also the hotel shoul be maintained better. During our stay we smelled a weird mouldy smell in some corridors and also in our room - probably from air condition. Room service was not ideal and it was difficult to explain to them some things since they did not understand English well. For example, they have a pillow menu, but the personell did not understand what the down/feather pillow is. They brough us pillows 3 times but none of them was the one we asked for. Or they did not provide enough towels etc. Beach service was ok. The beach is beautiful with white sand and also the sea is very clean. It is all inclusive hotel and you can also choose to eat in a la carte restaurants - couple of dinners are included - depending on the lenght of stay. The food in main, buffet style restaurant was ok. From a la carte restaurants, food in Marmaid restaurant as well as in japanese restaurant was amazing.

The rooms need to be renovated. The beds are not comfortable.
In other hotels we always have little gifts for our baby, along with shower gel and shampoo for baby. Here, nothing. No welcome gift either for adults. No chocolates on the bed in the evening.
The water temperature of the pools was cold. When you arrive to the sunbeds, there is no one to greet you and take you to your place with towels. No sun cream, no water offered.
The restaurants were quite disappointing And the wine selection was sub-par.
For the first evening you cannot go to an à la carte restaurant, they impose you to go to the buffet.
The only positive thing was the phillipinos waiters who are very nice.
The room was not ready at check-in 15:00. Also we had our flight late in the evening we asked for a late checkout which was not granted and the receptionist suggested booking another night (!).
Massage is approx 200€ for 50 minutes which is a total rip off, in other hotels it is around 120€ for 60 minutes. I always book a massage for myself, I did not here !

The Orient restaurant offers stunning views paired with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including when I decided to change my main course mid-meal and when we asked for the brownie dessert instead of our original choices.
Our food arrived promptly, and every team member was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Special recognition goes to Sophia, our server, who was outstanding, positive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional throughout our visit.
The entire experience was flawless, with staff who truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Rixos Saadiyat Island with our family for three years in a row – and this year, twice, this time just the two of us. Our last stay was in May, and I must honestly say that since then, the level of service has noticeably declined.
We arrived last night – the room was ready, but surprisingly, it had an extra bed. I assumed it was a mistake and asked for it to be removed – which was done promptly. What surprised us more was the lack of any welcome gesture, which we had always received in the past – some fruit, pralines, a welcome note, or at least information about how the all-inclusive program works. This time, all we found was a remote control left on the table.
In the morning, under daylight, we noticed that the room wasn’t properly cleaned – dust on the furniture, coffee stains near the coffee machine, dirty mirrors. While such things can happen, this had never been the case during our previous visits. After breakfast, we politely asked at reception for a proper cleaning.
When we returned around 4:30 p.m. from the beach (where, by the way, they no longer offer fruit, allegedly because of the heat – although during our previous stays it was available even when it was 40 °C), the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I called again, and they said someone would come right away, but it took another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, we went to the bar, where we were used to a wide selection of desserts – this time there were literally only 4–5 pieces of cake. When we returned, the room had finally been cleaned, but the coffee stains were still there, the mirrors were polished, yet the dust was only superficially wiped.
And when I finally went to take a bath in the evening, only lukewarm water was running.
It’s truly disappointing, because Rixos has always been our favorite hotel. We’ve recommended it to family and friends – many of whom started coming here based on our recommendation. However, this time I must say that the quality of service no longer matches the hotel’s price or reputation.
We had planned to return again in the spring – this time with our family, to try one of the villas that we’ve always admired. After this experience, though, we’re honestly reconsidering whether it’s worth it.
If this is due to rising costs, I understand, but I truly believe that guests who return year after year would gladly pay a bit more to maintain the same high standard of service.
At this point, I sadly can’t recommend Rixos with full confidence anymore – and that’s something I used to do without hesitation.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service we received—particularly at the Horizon Restaurant.
The food was consistently excellent, and the service truly stood out. Regina, the Head of Front Desk, deserves special recognition for her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, and her efforts were greatly appreciated. Martha, who assisted her, was equally helpful and attentive.
In the restaurant, Shaleh, Moosa, and Faruk were outstanding. They were incredibly hardworking, responsive to every request, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.
We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the chefs for the delicious meals, especially for accommodating our special requests for aloo paratha and masala dosa. Every dish was prepared with care and skill.
The entire team at Horizon Restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Their friendliness and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that made our experience truly memorable. They should be highly commended for their excellent service.

The stay at Khalidiya Palace was absolutely amazing — from check-in and service to every extra request we had.
The buffet is varied and offers something for everyone.
When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet (we got there at 10 a.m., and check-in usually starts at 3 p.m.), but two hours later it was all set. In the meantime, we were able to change and enjoy the beach. The staff in that area were all very attentive and friendly. Arshad from the pool service always arranged our loungers just the way we wanted.
It was also great talking to Okto from the jet ski rental — a truly kind-hearted person (all the best to you!).
Cleanliness was excellent, there was always a taxi available in front of the hotel, and the reception staff even looked up travel requests for us.
One small suggestion from our side: we’re fully aware that Khalidiya Palace is a family hotel, but it would have been nice to have a small “adults-only” area, both at the restaurant and by the pool.
All in all, highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Khalidiya Palace. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, with excellent facilities and warm hospitality. While our experience was largely positive, there are a few areas where the hotel could make small improvements to enhance the guest experience even further.
We arrived late in the evening, around 11 p.m., and were informed that the king-size bed we had booked was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a room with two twin beds joined together. While not ideal, it was handled courteously, and we were pleasantly surprised when the concierge arranged for food to be delivered to our room — a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated after a long day of travel.
Breakfast the following morning was exceptional. As a rather selective eater, I was impressed by the quality and variety of options available, and the same could be said for both lunch and dinner. The all-inclusive beach bar, however, was advertised as operating from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., though we were informed on arrival that the all-inclusive service applied only from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It would be beneficial for the hotel to update this information in its guest materials to avoid any misunderstanding. That said, the pool and bar staff were consistently polite and attentive. In particular, Anowar, one of the lifeguards, went above and beyond to ensure our pool and beach days were safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
One aspect that could be improved relates to water accessibility. When exiting the pool area, I politely asked a door attendant where I could refill my water bottle, only to be told “no.” Upon seeking clarification, I was informed that water was only available in the room. Given the high temperatures and the limited provision of two 500ml bottles per day, this response felt unhelpful and somewhat dismissive. I was later able to locate a dispenser in the gym — seemingly the only one in the hotel — but it would be a great improvement if management could consider installing additional water stations throughout the property to help guests stay hydrated in the heat.
Housekeeping was excellent, with rooms serviced twice daily and staff consistently maintaining high standards. Small touches, such as folding clothes neatly, reflected genuine care and attention to detail — something we greatly appreciated.
The gym facilities were outstanding, featuring top-quality equipment, a spacious layout, and a lovely view over the pool. The fitness staff were friendly, professional, and always on hand to assist.
The hotel’s location is another highlight — conveniently situated within walking distance of Qasr Al Watan, several shopping malls, and just a short drive from the airport.
In summary, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Khalidiya Palace, supported by excellent staff and amenities. With minor refinements — particularly around guest hydration and clearer communication — this hotel has every potential to match or exceed the region’s very best.

Stayed here at the start of October and had an amazing week. Rooms were very big considering I only booked standard, service was amazing and the food was top class on half board. Cafe sushi was a standout.
Big shoutout to the pool staff who were outstanding. Particularly, Nauresh and Benjamin at the pool bar, who were always extremely helpful. Will definitely return next year

My experience at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr restaurant was absolutely exceptional! The dinner was outstanding in every detail — from the wide variety of dishes and their high quality to the elegant atmosphere and excellent service.
The grill section was amazing, with perfectly cooked meats full of rich flavors, and the Indian dishes were some of the best I’ve ever had — authentic, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The desserts were the perfect finale to an unforgettable evening.
A special thanks to Chef CHANDRAKANT JOSHI for his warm hospitality and for taking the time to explain the different flavors and ingredients. His attention to every guest’s taste truly made the experience unique and memorable.

We had our company briefing at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and elegant — perfect for a morning meeting. The food selection was great, with fresh options and really good coffee.
A special mention to Aldwind from the service team — very professional, attentive. His warm attitude really added to the overall experience.
Highly recommend this place for business breakfasts or casual meet-ups with a nice view and great service.

I had an unforgettable evening at the buffet dinner, made even more special by a surprise birthday celebration! The food selection was outstanding — a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The live cooking stations were a highlight, especially the grilled meats! The atmosphere was cozy and festive, and the service was top-notch. staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration feel special. The dessert section was a dream, with everything from rich cakes to fresh fruit and ice cream.
If you’re planning a celebration or just want a great meal with excellent service, this buffet is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it!

Had such a great time at Nahaam in Conrad Abu Dhabi! My family had a wonderful lunch experience here. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The staffs were amazing so friendly and attentive, they really made us feel welcome. The place has a nice relaxed vibe with amazing views. The hotel has a beautiful beach, comfortable rooms, and several restaurants where you can enjoy great food. The whole organization deserves praise!
Sometimes breakfast was a bit crowded, but the staff worked so hard that you couldn’t possibly be upset – it was easy to understand and appreciate their efforts.
I would fly back there in a heartbeat and stay at the same hotel again. I travel a lot, and I have to say, this was one of the most beautiful holidays I’ve ever had.

We had a fantastic stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi. The room was beautifully done and felt very luxurious, with a breathtaking view to wake up to. The observation deck was a real highlight, and breakfast was spot on – plenty of choice and really good quality. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring the city.
The service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Lori on Reception, who was incredibly attentive and made everything run so smoothly. She really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I am currently staying at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi for 25 nights, booked through my company. The hotel is truly impressive — the architecture, interior design, and overall atmosphere reflect a high standard of luxury. The food and breakfast offerings were also excellent, with a wide variety and great quality.
However, my experience with the service and flexibility left much to be desired. I arrived one night earlier than my scheduled booking (around 10 p.m.) and requested to shift my reservation to start a day earlier, mentioning that I would later obtain my company’s approval for the extra night. Despite confirming that rooms were available, the staff kept me waiting for a considerable amount of time before approving the stay. Given that I already had a confirmed 25-night booking, I found this lack of flexibility and delay unnecessary.
The following morning, I encountered another issue — my additional night was not booked with breakfast, even though I had clearly requested it. The staff at the restaurant directed me back to the reception, which is located at some distance, and after several calls and discussions, the matter was finally resolved, allowing me to have breakfast.
Later during my stay, I was moved to a different room, but unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell. I raised this issue with the staff as well.
Overall, Bab Al Qasr is a beautiful property with excellent food and facilities, but the service and responsiveness could be significantly improved. For a five-star hotel, I expected a smoother, more flexible, and guest-oriented experience, especially for long-stay guests

Memorable stay at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were extremely warm and helpful, offering us dates and arabic coffee. We got a room on the 3rd floor. Room was adequately spacious, aesthetically pleasing and spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one would expect from the Ritz. The room comes with a balcony offering stunning views of the gigantic pool and beach, which along with the hotels Venetian inspired architecture is an absolute treat for the eyes, especially enjoyed evening time when the lights are fully illuminated. The breakfast next morning was plentiful, varied and delicious. Even after checkout, the hospitality of the hotel continued when we were graciously assisted with our bags and guided to our car. The only minor drawback I could think of is that the hotel is situated far from supermarkets and the city centre (almost 30 mins by car), but apart from that this hotel is a must visit when you are in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

From the moment we entered, we received amazing treatment and generous hospitality from the receptionist, the person who helped us with the bags, and even the waiters in the restaurant. Everyone was very cooperative. The hotel had many restaurants to choose from. It was also very clean, and the rooms were spacious and included food, drinks, and supplies. My entire family was very happy, and we all agreed to repeat this experience. Our stay was the most special stay in Abu Dhabi thanks to the hotel's amazing staff and service.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi and chose one of the villas with a private plunge pool (Villa 1084). The villa itself was excellent – very spacious, beautifully designed, and with large bathrooms that felt truly luxurious. The location was perfect as well, tucked away in a quiet, private part of the property with a stunning view of the canal.
The plunge pool was a great addition, though it could use a little bit of attention – some small repairs were needed, and unfortunately, it didn’t have lighting at night, which would have made the experience even better.
The hotel grounds and facilities are outstanding. There’s a great choice of restaurants, but my personal highlights were the Asian restaurant and the steakhouse, The Forge, which both delivered an exceptional dining experience.
The service really stood out during my stay – the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. A special mention goes to the team at the main entrance who manage the buggies – they were always available, incredibly helpful, and set the tone with their warm hospitality.
Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is a fantastic property that combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service. With just a little maintenance on the villa pool, it would easily be a flawless five-star experience. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

We held our baby shower there, and took one of the suites.
Right from the start, from the valet, its a breeze, welcoming and well organized
Staff is so well trained and managed. Their hospitality training reflects, it shows they know what they re doing. Good communication skills.
They were so clear in what they could offer and not and also think solutions with the guest.
It was a group of 12 guests we had come over for the baby shower, lots of stress and organizing but with the Park Hyatt staff behind you it was much easier, This was so valuable
We had a butler Manish who attended and with his team they supported us through the day and evening. Well well done guys.
Also shoutout to Mariana and another lady i forgot name who helped with planning the event in the room

The water from the showers there and in the pool seem to feel softer and cleaner than other pools.( and yes i can compare with all Saadyat Hotels,been there done that).

So we arrived at 6.30am, tried checking in with the night staff who were really unhelpful and trying to assist 2 families with 4 children but weren’t much of a help, we finally checked in and was told that our room would be ready shortly, 2 hours later we were still waiting, no offer of water or a welcome drink or explained about the facilities.
We were then shown our room which was lovely but after paying for a sea view villa we could only see the see if we stood on a chair, we asked to be moved but only had a room in the main hotel. Was offered free soft drinks as a gesture of goodwill but not good enough. I’ve read reviews saying the same thing about the room from other people.
So far this has been a really poor experience and just hoping it gets rectified as we can’t what we paid for. See photos for view.
I believe there are much nicer hotels to stay at. So disappointed. Definitely not 5 star standards as advertised.
Let’s see what happens, hopefully we get what we paid for

🌟 A Proposal I’ll Never Forget – Thanks to the Incredible Staff at Park Hyatt Saadiyat
I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat with my (now fiancée!) with the intention of creating the perfect moment to propose, and thanks to the exceptional team, it turned out even more magical than I imagined.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jisouk, our check-in agent from Korea. I had initially booked a standard room along with the outdoor proposal package, but due to the hot weather, I requested to move the setup indoors. I had also asked if a seaview room was available, but was told there weren’t any at the time.
To my surprise, Jisouk went above and beyond, sending in a request on our behalf and not only did we get a room with a view, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel! I was speechless. That one act of kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay.
Special thanks also to Marianna, who coordinated the entire proposal setup with such grace and care, and to Loubna for her kind support. I’d also like to mention Kawthar, who began the coordination with me before going on vacation, thank you and I wish you a restful break!
This hotel isn’t just about luxury, it’s about the people who work there with heart and passion. I’m so grateful to the entire team for playing such a beautiful role in one of the most important moments of my life.

This is a beautiful getaway next to the beach on Saadiyat Island. The rooms are well serviced with great amenities. Our favourite experience was the jacuzzi at the spa. Breakfast provided great options for all dietary needs and wonderful staff. I was a little disappointed with the check in. I asked for a room facing the pool/sea and was told that there was nothing the front desk could do to change my room booking. In low season, I would expect the response to be a little more accommodating. But nevertheless, there were little touches that made our stay special, like the ice water offered at the swimming pools and the beach. Extra special to see the gazelles right outside the hotel entrance.

A heartfelt thank you to Grace at the front desk for the warm welcome and smooth check-in, and to Nette, Ashwini, and Bhaven for arranging such a beautiful surprise in our room — complete with a delicious cake, fresh flowers, and lovely birthday decorations that made my son’s day extra special.
Dinner at Garage Restaurant was the highlight of our stay! The team surprised my son with a handwritten card, and everyone came singing and dancing with a cake — it was such a fun and emotional moment for all of us. Huge appreciation to JJ, Ann, Shila, Nanth, Baba, Sandeepa, Saiful, Rabindra, Jabid, and Shisla for making the evening so full of joy and warmth.
Shout out to all chefs, for the amazing breakfast selections that suits for all. Especially lots of Indian choices.
Apart from all these wonderful gestures, the rooms and the hotel itself are absolutely gorgeous — stylish, vibrant, and full of character. Every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious. We stayed at the hotel for two nights in August while accompanying our son, who was leaving for the US.
Our stay was truly memorable. The location was perfect for us — close to the airport and Ferrari World, the only attraction we had planned to visit. Our room offered a lovely view of the racetrack and a partial ocean view. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
Though the lobby tends to get a bit crowded at times, the staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and room service was excellent — prompt delivery, delicious food, and generous portions.
We had breakfast at Garage on both days. The spread was extensive and impressive, though it does get quite busy around 9 a.m. On the first day, my son wanted a milkshake, which wasn’t part of the buffet. The staff went out of their way to make one specially for him, knowing he was travelling early the next morning — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
However, our experience on the second day was rather disappointing. After dropping our son at the airport, we returned for breakfast. While I was serving myself some gravy, the ladle accidentally slipped into the dish. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member simply reached into the gravy with his bare hand to retrieve it — something completely unexpected from a hotel of such repute.
Overall, we had a mixed experience at Garage — moments of genuine warmth and hospitality and on the other end of spectrum an incident that left a poor impression. Guests will certainly be wowed by the grandeur of the property, but what truly stays in memory are the gestures — both kind and unkind — of the people who represent it.

Beautiful 5 star hotel international standards located next to the marina and the Yas F1 race track. Rooms are spacious and amenities are modern and well serviced. Delicious n varied cuisines available in the hotel restaurants which include a Greek food outlet, a steak house, a general cafe for buffets n breakfasts plus a lounge to relax n while away the hours with music. Staff are a delight n English conversant, always helpful n polite. Management staff are always ready to assist should the need arise. The hotel is pet friendly n allows pets within the premises on leash n of course in the rooms with their owners. All in a delightful stay with the hotel accompanied by the occasional noise n roar of supercars racing round the track. The gym n spa facilities are exceptional, clean and well maintained.

The hotel was the most relaxing and welcoming holiday experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was perfect for a large family. The pool and kids’ area were also fantastic — everything was just right.
However, the main reason we truly fell in love with this place was because of two incredible chefs, Lalit and Hasan. They absolutely made our stay unforgettable. Every evening, our dinners were exceptional, and the care they showed — even offering to prepare special dishes for us — was beyond anything we expected. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made each meal a highlight of our trip.

The breakfast buffet at Olea featured an impressive selection of options. The food was delicious. Fresh bakery items were prepared every hour, ensuring everything was served hot and perfectly fresh.

Beautiful resort but what made our stay outstanding was the Front Desk Manager, Brandon.
From the very outset, Brandon went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We were travelling with young children and my daughter felt unwell during our stay. Brandon went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and not inconvenienced so we were able to delay our check out until she felt well enough to travel.
Brandon’s outstanding service resonates across the resort. The staff at breakfast, lunch, dinner, poolside were all exemplary and work incredibly hard to ensure guests are comfortable and welcome. My stay at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort was unfortunately marred by two significant issues that do not align with the reputation or price point of this luxury brand.
1. Unsafe and Unmaintained Beach:
The main attraction, the beach, was a major disappointment. It was full of sharp stones and pebbles instead of soft sand. Regrettably, this led to an injury/cut on my foot while walking. A luxury resort beach should be safe and properly maintained for guests.
2. Extreme Delay for Beach Food Order:
I placed a food order while relaxing on the beach. I was initially told the expected wait time was 30 minutes. However, the meal only arrived after an astounding one hour and fifteen minutes (75 minutes). This level of delay for a simple order is completely unacceptable and ruined the enjoyment of my time by the sea.
The resort needs immediate action regarding beach maintenance and a serious review of the efficiency of their beach service staff.
The overall value for money was extremely poor.

The hospitality of the staff was truly amazing—everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the views are simply beautiful.
I traveled from Dubai, which took around 3 hours by car, followed by a 30-minute boat ride (as informed by the hotel). Guests should keep in mind that after the boat ride, it takes about 40 minutes in total to disembark, transfer by car to the resort, and complete the check-in process—so it’s best to plan your trip with that extra time in mind.
The spa and services were impeccable. I had the Anantara Signature Massage, which was totally worth the price—deeply relaxing and professional. The morning wildlife safari was fantastic, giving a real glimpse of the island’s natural beauty and wildlife. The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, though the breakfast was average compared to the rest of the experience.
Another plus is that the activities offered through the Anantara website often come with good deals, so it’s worth booking directly to take advantage of those.
Overall, this resort offers a unique combination of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable escape in the UAE.

Only thing that they can improve on is the F&B - Breakfast needs to have more variety. There needs to be more restaurant in the hotel or better option than the current one.

The amenities are world-class, especially the fabulous beach bar adjacent to the pristine white sandy private beach. It's the perfect spot for an afternoon of relaxation.
A huge highlight is the dining experience. The hotel features a Michelin Star won restaurant, with dishes masterfully handled by the delicate hands of Executive Chef Kushan and his team. The quality and presentation of the food are absolutely exquisite.
This hotel is modern with all the luxury one could ask for. Highly, highly recommended for a truly unforgettable and opulent stay!

Our recent stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived in the early morning, the staff went above and beyond by having a room ready for us—a gesture that was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The hotel itself is stunning, with a grand lobby and elegant interiors that capture both luxury and comfort. Our room was spacious, immaculately maintained, and offered beautiful views of the Corniche and Arabian Gulf.
The service throughout was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The concierge team also deserves special mention, as their recommendations were excellent and really enhanced our experience of Abu Dhabi.
We opted for the half board package, which worked very well for us. It also offers flexibility, as you can choose between either lunch or dinner, and we found the food consistently high-quality, varied, and beautifully presented.
The private beach was another highlight—well maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Combined with the pool and spa facilities, it created a perfectly balanced stay between leisure and luxury.
Overall, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations in every way. With exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and world-class facilities, it’s a hotel we can’t wait to return to.

A visually stunning hotel from the second you enter. The staff are friendly and professional. The housekeeping and butler services are very helpful and efficient. Rooms are spotlessly clean and no request is too much. The breakfast is great with a wide selection of options to suit eveeryone. The beach club is very good, although the loungers sitting directly on grass meant that feet got very dirty from wet mud/soil when getting out from pool. On a Friday were struggling to get a sunbed at pool as too busy.

One small note for improvement: in the guest rooms, the bathroom design could be made more child-friendly. I suggest adding a small sink for kids and reconsidering the bathtub, as it might pose a safety risk.

Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service.
We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time.
The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait.
The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation.
Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking.
The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.

Awesome hotel and overall experience. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. The food was amazing. We tried Mare Mare, Tean and White and everything was delicious. The beach is the best in Abu Dhabi. I love the no plastic policy of the hotel.

Outstanding hospitality. Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. Very variable breakfast, there is almost everything available in their buffet. The pool is very family oriented, but they have also a separate beach club in the hotel for couples and if you would like to have some chill atmosphere. I absolutely loved this hotel.

What touched me the most was today, 2nd of September — Vietnam’s National Day, marking 80 years of our independence. The resort team surprised us with a beautifully prepared cake and a handwritten message celebrating this special occasion. I had a wonderful one-night stay at Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. The property is absolutely stunning — peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking desert views.
What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from Iko. He was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout my visit. From check-in to departure, he made sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely at home.

My wife & I booked a staycation on the 19th & 20th of September 2025 at the hotel. We stayed in Villa 12 with a private pool. The villa was huge, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dinning area and a lovely pool on the terrace.
It was my second time staying at this hotel.
The staff is super friendly. Everytime you would walk past any staff member anywhere on the property, they would greet you very politely.
I've stayed at many different hotels around the world and often what happens is, Staff would ask you to mention their names in a review which I really don't like because if I want to mention your name, it should be because I want to and not because you asked me to and when I read reviews where people mention staff names, I can easily tell when the guests / patrons have been asked to mention their names. Saying that, not one staff member had asked me to mention their names, or to write a review, which I found rather refreshing from the normal bombardment at other venues.
On my first night I went to the Bait Al Hanine restaurant. I asked the waitress what she could recommend from a "hungry guy", and she said, "try our Classic Burger" 🍔 To start off, the bun was incredible. The burger patty is freshly made for each burger. Every bite into that burger was like heaven 😋 Needless to say, I took my take eating it so I could savour every mouthful. Thanks Sapna for suggesting it 😊
The breakfast buffet is amazing, with just the right amount of variety. Even the juices are all freshly squeezed and not "fresh boxed juice". I loved the orange juice machine for freshly squeezed juice 👍🏻👍🏻 If there was anything you wanted which was maybe not on the menu, the management or staff would go out of their way to try and make it for you. I want to give a Huge shout out to the management team for constantly checking up on us to see if everything was ok. A lady by the name of Khin even made us something Special (not on the breakfast buffet menu) and it written on it was, "Thanks for staying with us". These small touches / gestures just made our stay so much more memorable. The staff always took time to stop and talk to us at our table. It felt like I really got to know some of them. It was like "Home". I don't remember all the staffs names but thanks again Khin, Sapna and Thin for going beyond what we expected.

It was a pretty good staycation. We had a small issue upon arrival as despite the team accomodating an early check in for us it was in a handicap room which is not ideal, the great Hakim at front desk helped us and the second room we got was marvelous.
There is a great guy that always walk by the pool, I think his name was Badri, and he helped us with restaurant bookings. His service was exceptional, unfortunately once we reached the restaurant they were not sure if we had a booking or not.
There are a few details here and there but we will definitely come back
