Wonderful Experience!
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very kind, and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. Fred at the reception stood out—always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel right at home. The service overall was impressive, and the hotel is conveniently located for my needs. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I’d like to especially highlight the valet service — the person handling the parking was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. It really made our experience smoother and more pleasant.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.
The only point that I believe could be improved is the hotel’s policy regarding the sauna, jacuzzi, and cold jacuzzi. Teenagers under 16 are not allowed to use these facilities, even though, according to hotel policy, anyone 14 and older is charged as an adult. It doesn’t quite make sense that they’re considered adults for pricing but not for access to amenities. It would be great if the hotel could review this rule in the future.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

Hotel is a little dated compared to the residence which looked like a modern day version of the hotel.
All the staff were great except by the pool,seemed a little rude especially at the pool restaurant.
Hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job with our room.Very polite also.
We had an all inclusive package which saved us a fortune.
Food was great and not to repetitive although the alcohol under the all inclusive package was limited in variations of spirits.
Gym was great,pool was great.
I would give it a 9 out of 10
I would return to that resort.

A hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. The meals are local, continental, or Asian, with generous portions and extremely tasty. The location is very good; there's a bus stop right next door, parking is free, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport or the city. Drinks and meals are naturally much more expensive than in the city, so you have to be aware of that. Unfortunately, not all guests know how to dress and behave in a 5-star hotel, but that doesn't detract from the hotel's sophisticated quality. The service is first-class across the board. Every employee is extremely attentive, friendly, helpful at all times, and absolutely customer-focused. Many thanks to every single one of them!

I had an amazing experience at Al Raha Beach Hotel from start to finish. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beachside views were absolutely stunning. Every member of staff was courteous and professional, but a special mention has to go to Edwin, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. His warm demeanor and excellent service really stood out and made a great impression. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

We were a group of 8 she went the extra mile to make sure that we get the best experience at the hotel during our stay, when she knew that we are visting for a birthday celebration, she prepared a birthday decoration for my friend's room,

Another note: the la piscina resturant food and service, needs alot of improvements, only Halim was helpful. Also Azure seafood resturant, must serve fish that suits international taste, not only asian, the grilled fresh fish taste was very bad.

My husband and I stayed at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary—and honestly, it was amazing from the moment we arrived.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Reem, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who really made our stay extra special. She arranged a stunning sea view room upgrade and surprised us with cakes and fruit platters more than once—such thoughtful touches!
Big thank you as well to Leah, our housekeeper, who kept our room spotless every day. It’s those little things that make all the difference.
The hotel itself is beautiful—super clean, well maintained, and full of charm.
We used the gym daily (it had everything and more), and the breakfast buffet was unreal—so much variety, fresh and tasty. We also had an amazing dinner at Marco’s restaurant—great atmosphere and delicious food.
We both agreed this is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed. We felt genuinely looked after and cared for throughout our entire stay.

I'm currently enjoying an extended stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, and halfway through, I can already say it’s been a truly exceptional experience. This 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi offers not only stunning views and a great location but also a level of hospitality that makes a long-term stay feel incredibly comfortable.
The hotel features a spacious swimming pool, a gym and several on-site restaurants, all of which add to the convenience and enjoyment of daily life here. While some of the facilities are beginning to show their age, it’s the people who make the biggest difference — the service has been consistently warm, professional, and accommodating.
A heartfelt thank you to Khim Phyo and Roy, who take care of my room with genuine care and attention. Their kindness and warm smiles always brighten my day and make me feel right at home. I truly appreciate their continued efforts.
Dining has also been a highlight. The team at Marcos Italian Restaurant, the breakfast buffet, and the lobby café all go above and beyond. Although it’s hard to remember every name, and with apologies to those I may have forgotten, I would like to especially acknowledge Al Maktoum and Raffy at the buffet, Alex and Marcos at the Italian restaurant, George at the Lebanese — their professionalism and welcoming approach truly stand out.
With more time to go, I’m very much looking forward to the rest of my stay. Thanks to the dedicated and caring team, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr already feels like a second home.

I chose this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my family. During the booking process, I informed the hotel about the special occasion and received a kind message saying they would do their best to make it memorable. Naturally, I expected a small surprise — perhaps a complimentary room upgrade .
In addition, the view from our room was quite disappointing, facing the rooftop of the hotel entrance, which really affected the experience. I had hoped for a more thoughtful touch, especially after their message. I truly believe that small gestures make a big difference, particularly for special occasions.

My fantastic experience began right at check-in, where Carlo truly went above and beyond to assist with all my inquiries. His can-do attitude, coupled with his exceptional professionalism and warm friendliness, was a perfect demonstration of outstanding customer service.
Stepping into my room felt like entering a personal oasis, complete with a delightful surprise in the form of edible Etihad Towers – a wonderfully thoughtful touch.
Given that it was Easter, the hotel was charmingly decorated with festive rabbits and eggs, a detail I'm sure many children thoroughly enjoyed.
Breakfast was a lavish buffet, offering a diverse array of options to satisfy every palate. I particularly appreciated the selection of fresh fruits, especially the refreshing watermelon.
Dana deserves significant recognition for her excellent management of the team, ensuring seamless service throughout. And let's not forget the dedicated housekeeping team who tirelessly worked behind the scenes, keeping the entire hotel, and my room specifically, impeccably clean.

We came to have afternoon tea (with my husband and daughters) at the lobby lounge and it was delightful! We were greeted with a warm smile from Citra and the rest of the team.
We received our welcome drink, followed by tea and the lovely sandwiches and sweets, it was exquisite! We loved everything, the view, the food.. the experience, there was a live piano show as well so that was a nice surprise! Thank you Citra and lobby lounge team for welcoming us! Staff is very accommodating and helpful, doing all their best to help the guests. We were celebrating a birthday and they were helping with the cake and restaurant arrangements, especially Mia.
One of the standout features is the variety of restaurants on-site, catering to all tastes with delicious and high-quality cuisine. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining options with relaxing sea views. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of international dishes.
The pool and beach area were perfect for unwinding, and the fitness center and spa were well-maintained and offered great facilities. Whether you're in Abu Dhabi for business or leisure, Beach Rotana strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel as a young couple in our 20s. From start to finish, the hospitality was incredibly and I cannot fault anything.
All the restaurants we went to, had incredible food with our favourite being the steak from Rodeo Grill- cooked to perfection.
Our room was lovely, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was great was good variety of options from fry ups to fruit and pastries.
The pool and beach is amazing- managed to get a subbed everyday. The service staff at the pool and beach were great and brought over anything we needed.

A Special Anniversary Trip We’ll Never Forget
There were a few small issues with the room at first, but the staff responded quickly and took care of everything right away. We had to wait about an hour for our room to be ready at check-in, but the staff kindly offered us tea and coffee during the wait, which made it much more comfortable.
Nelly warmly greeted us—even in Japanese—and checked on us several times throughout our stay, which made us feel especially welcome.
What truly made our stay unforgettable were the beautiful flowers in the room and the lovely message spelled out in rose petals on the bed—it was such a thoughtful touch. The room service was excellent, and our kids were absolutely thrilled with the experience.
This trip, which also celebrated our wedding anniversary, turned out to be more than we hoped for. Truly a wonderful and memorable stay.
We will definitely be coming back here for our next holiday.

From the point of check in to the point when we checked out it was a fantastic experience. Zheo done a great job.
The small gestures really went a long way from free sunglasses cleaning by Ibrahim at the pool, welcome gifts and coffee upon check In to complimentary ice pops from Hashim to keeps us cool all contributed the 5 star rating.
The staff were always friendly and attentive and would go over and beyond to help you from collecting your Uber eats deliver to booking you a cab. Shout out to Ibrahim and Salman who were extremely attentive and always welcomes us by name.
The actual facilities were great too with both shallower kids pool to a bigger adult pool which increased in depth and a great kids club.
Foodwise we were half board and had the options for a number of set menu from their Ala carte restaurants which we both Michelen select or buffet restaurant. I would personally recommend Li Jiang restaurant which served amazing Thai/Chinese food with a fantastic view of Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
The rooms were clean and spacious and bathroom offered both shower and bath with ample space.
I would highly recommend this hotel from a service and facilities perspective. Will definitely be back.

A warm welcome as soon as we arrived and staff that understand the best experience comes from the small details being taken care of.
The restaurants are all very good and both pools have good bars adjacent. The adult pool being the perfect size and never too busy.
Rooms are well equipped and spacious with breakfast being a real show stopper.
Travelling a lot for work means that a hotel breakfast is hit or miss. This however is the freshest and most varied breakfast I’ve ever had!
Situated within 4 minutes of the grand mosque it’s an incredible stay.

Genuinely the best service and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I’ve been around the world to many many luxury hotels, but by far Ritz had the best quality breakfast, with the widest variety to the point I was actually overwhelmed with options.
The architecture is mesmerizing, the hotel is filled with top notch restaurants and entertainment. They even had a little fancy tea stall in the lobby.
Their staff will literally help you with anything you need, they are extremely well trained and know how to make their guests feel special.
The experience is worth every penny!

I went there to watch the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix and it was the perfect spot — stylish atmosphere, big screen, and great vibes. The sushi was super fresh and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent.

If you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this hotel is a perfect choice. While it’s not necessarily a family-focused hotel (though it does have a kids' club, which is fairly average and limits children to just 2 hours per day), our young kids still had a blast simply watching the cars race around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Yas Mall (with a free shuttle service) and other attractions on the island.
We stayed in the WOW 1-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The views of the race track and marina were beautiful, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the suite.
While there’s no dedicated lounge for elite guests, they offer complimentary drinks and tapas at the main restaurant, which is decent but could be improved. The main restaurant, Garage, serves breakfast with a good variety, though I wouldn’t quite rate it as a 5-star experience.
The gym is nice and well-equipped, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There are also two pools—one for families and another for adults only.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and it would be even more incredible if you can get availability during the F1 race weekend.

I recently had an amazing weekend at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island! The highlight was definitely the view of the Formula 1 race track—absolutely thrilling to watch from our balcony, even when the track was in use for practice runs or events.
The hotel itself is stunning, with bold design, great energy, and very comfortable rooms. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Separate swimming pool for family guests, play zone for kids. Spa and salon services at a price.
Breakfast was a standout! The buffet had something for everyone—fresh pastries, eggs made to order, healthy options, international favorites, and more. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had.
Whether you're a motorsport fan or just want a luxurious, lively stay in Abu Dhabi, this hotel is a must-visit. Will definitely be coming back!

We (2 adults+2 Kids) recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to its five-star rating. The place was overcrowded and filled with screaming infants and small children — not exactly the relaxing atmosphere one would expect from a hotel of this class.
While the hotel does offer some entertainment for kids, it was very limited and repetitive. The Ruxy Club staff seemed to take the easy way out — rather than engaging the children with crafts or games, they mostly let them sit for hours in front of video games or the TV. There was a real lack of motivation and creativity, which was disappointing.
The food was passable, but for the price, I’ve had much better. One positive aspect was the evening entertainment — not all the performers were great, but overall it was enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the cocktails at the bar were a letdown. The bartenders clearly lacked proper training, and the drinks were poorly mixed. A professional bartending course is definitely needed to raise the standard.
On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and hardworking. A special mention goes to Prashanth at the People’s Restaurant — he was excellent and clearly takes pride in his work. The fitness trainers were also great.
Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing, high-end five-star experience, this may not be the right place. But if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind a more hectic environment, it could still be worth considering.

Luxurious, plush hotel next to the Marina Mall. Beautiful tiling and carpets. Kids Club, swimming pool and access to private beach. Very upmarket. Classical musicians and classical dancing in the foyer are just one aspect of the hotel's entertainment. Lovely bedrooms, best rooms have a sea view. Very helpful and polite staff. The hotel looks extremely expensive, but overnight stays are less expensive than you would think, averaging out at about 250 euro per room per night at certain times of the year. Best time to visit is between October and April. Summer months are very hot, but the hotel has great air conditioning to keep guests cool and fresh. Taxis are readily available and are very cheap. It is a hotel for that very special treat.

Navigated this place for the first time and felt amazed. Staff are incredibly helpful and will guide you in the right direction. The experience more than makes up for it. The amenities and facilities are excellent, the food is delicious and the rooms are equally impressive. The outdoor area offers a breathtaking view of the ocean , adding to the overall charm of the property. We particularly would like to recommend Ravi , guest relation staff for warmth welcome and smooth hassle free check in. We will return back here soon.

Our recent stay here my little family was nothing short of extraordinary, and frankly, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From moment we arrived, we were enveloped in such warm and welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely felt like coming home.
For my kids, every single moment was pure magic and will undoubtedly be historical memories for them. The highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible immersion with the Warner Bros. characters. Seeing their faces light up encountering Tom & Jerry, Daffy Duck, and so many more beloved figures was priceless. The character interactions and themed activities truly set this hotel apart and created an unparalleled experience for our little ones.
Beyond the fantastic entertainment, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible team. Every single member we encountered was genuinely friendly, incredibly supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their dedication and heartwarming hospitality transformed a great hotel into a true family haven.
We can't recommend this hotel highly enough, especially for families looking for an unforgettable getaway. Perfect Family Getaway – 10/10!
We stayed here as a family with our child, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hospitality and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, especially when it came to interacting with children and the WB characters — our little one was thrilled!
The hotel is truly one of the best in the UAE. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pools are fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults.
We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, fun, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back,

We have just left the WB with a heavy heart. What a wonderful hotel. Every staff member seems to thoroughly enjoy and are proud of their vocation, seem invested in your enjoyment and wellbeing. The service is exceptional everywhere.
A great pool (height is max 1m).
The fact a park ticket is included everyday in your stay is ideal and you're right next to them.
Also try the Amara restaurant next to the back entrance of the hotel (opp Warner Brothers), amazing authentic Lebanese food.
Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is good but I'd go for breakfast over dinner if you have to choose for funds etc. I think paying as you go is better perhaps rather than booking a package for the whole stay so less pressure to wake up etc!
The rooms are excellent with great amenities.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s beautifully designed and perfect for families. The best part for us was seeing the Warner Bros. characters in the lobby ‘ my daughter was so excited and absolutely loved them. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of tasty options. A Fantastic Family Stay – Great Package Value & Kid-Friendly!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which perfectly balances proximity to the parks, a family-friendly atmosphere, and great value when booking a room with park entrance tickets and half board included. If you’re visiting with kids, it’s an excellent choice to split your vacation in Abu Dhabi between Yas and Saadiyat like we did!
What We Loved:
• Location & Convenience: Being so close to the parks made our trip stress-free, and the package deal was a great value.
• Spacious Rooms: every room has a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed despite what the hotel’s website says
• Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: My daughter was absolutely delighted by how often we bumped into Tom and Jerry, almost to the point where they felt like her new best friends!
• Impressive Lobby: The lobby is stunning, and a must-try experience is getting a cappuccino with a custom design—whether it’s your favorite character or even your own selfie!
• Dining & Service: The food was good, and the restaurant staff was excellent. Sheriff (restaurant manager), Rupesh and Naw went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Riya from the fron desk was incredibly kind and helpful.
The main pool was closed for refurbishment, which initially seemed like a disappointment, but we were given access to the Hilton Residences pool next door. I thought it might be inconvenient, but it turned out to be completely hassle-free, no need for a detour and we didn’t hear any noise from the renovation.
Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic family experience with great service, spacious rooms, and a magical atmosphere for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We would also recommend staying during Ramadan season - we observed the culture, the customs and there were hardly any people in the parks (e.g. absolutely NO waiting time for Formula Rossa).

Emirates Palace - Afternoon Tea Event in Episodes.
We attended the afternoon tea, and it was truly outstanding. The location – specifically, the Episodes lounge in the main building’s general reception area – is beautifully decorated with a cherry blossom theme, just as seen in the online photos. We felt genuinely welcomed and received exceptional service throughout.
Our waiter, Mr. Dino – although the title waiter hardly does justice to his level of competence – was incredibly attentive and provided excellent guidance in selecting our teas. We already had a general idea of the flavour profile we were interested in, and Mr. Dino offered suggestions accordingly. His recommendations were spot on and absolutely delightful.
We spent around two hours at the venue, enjoying everything at a relaxed pace. The food and savoury bites were beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated from a culinary perspective. The chef, Mr. John, served a variation of an English meat pie as a sort of main course – again, of excellent quality, just as one would hope.
For me personally, the absolute highlight was the selection of desserts at the end. With every bite, the exceptional craftsmanship of the pastry chefs was unmistakable. Truly first-class – an experience I can wholeheartedly recommend.

It's a very nice hotel, but it has lost some of its panache from years gone but is still worth the visit. There is plenty to keep you occupied from the lazy river of the west wing to the swim-up bar of the east wing and of course, the readily available beach sports. Quality of service is still acceptable but not as exceptional as in previous years. Food quality could also be perfected at the poolside restaurants especially considering the prices, if you pay 5 star, you expect 5 star.

This was our second stay at Emirates Palace within the year, and it somehow felt even better than the first. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We dined at several restaurants including Broadway and Matabaan—each offering fantastic food and service. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of Oriental delicacies that set the tone for each day.
The swimming pool was perfect—cool, refreshing, and beautifully maintained. We also made use of the gym a few times, which is equipped with the latest machines and was a pleasure to work out in.
Overall, this was a truly 7-star experience. A huge thank you to the entire team at Emirates Palace for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back again!

My review specifically is for the lunch at the Lebanese Terrace - this was the highlight of my weekend. I am a real foodie and was honestly very impressed by the selection and taste of the food. The hummus with meat, mixed grill platter, and eggplant starter were the best. Nady was patient and explained all the food beautiful. He made wonderful recommendations. Dessert of candy and cream was excellent. Would 10/10 recommend a visit.

We love the Rixos chain and have stayed at several of its hotels. Like the other locations, this hotel was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
As someone with Turkish roots, I especially appreciated the authentic and delicious Turkish food in the buffet area. The beach service was also excellent. A special thanks to Erdem, Gyan, Hasan and Nijanim, as well as the wonderful ladies at the spa reception, who were very kind and helpful.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel, especially during the winter months.
The only negative aspect of my stay was that the hotel’s signature fragrance in the hallways was a bit too strong. I would appreciate it if the scent could be less intense in the future.

Wonderful staff, attentive, helpful and friendly. Beautiful, well designed hotel for the comfort of guests. The variety and quality of food and restaurants was imaginative and to a very high standard. The main pool was perfect for all ages and, as everywhere else in the hotel, the staff and facilities were excellent. The beach was a joy, clear blue water, fine sand and comfortable loungers - all managed to very high standard by the attentive staff. A week of luxurious attention to detail and the comfort of guests.

We enjoyed stay in Rixos Saadiyat Island Hotel from 14.02 till 23.02.2025. Very comfortable weather in February-March - it was not hot during day time (enough for sunbathing and swimming in hotel pool) and not so cold in evening-morning (as in December-January). Since arrival to hotel you can feel care and warm welcoming from Rixos personnel. Any request are immidiately responded and tried to resolve ASAP. Special thanks to Kid's Club Rixi staff, our daughters enjoyed playing there. Food is very good in any restaurant or dinind facility, the only issue is that booking to Italian restuarant to be done 7 days ahead. We will definitely looking to come back to the Rixos Saadiyat Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. The beach was absolutely stunning – crystal-clear turquoise water and the softest sand I’ve ever felt.
The food was another highlight: breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all incredibly delicious and impressively diverse. There was always something new to try.
The kids’ club is a great addition – our children had a lot of fun there. The only downside is that it closes at 7 PM, and after that, children cannot stay without parents, which makes it a bit less convenient for families with younger kids.
The rooms aren’t very large, but they are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Still, I wish they were a bit more spacious.
The staff were always attentive and polite, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
