Royal M Hotel is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location — close to everything.
The suite was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The pool is lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
However, the reception service needs serious improvement. Requests made to the front desk took a long time to be fulfilled, and delays were frequent throughout the stay. It was frustrating, especially given how great the rest of the experience was.
Overall, I recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great amenities, but I do hope the front desk service becomes more efficient in the future.

We had an amazing staycation at Royal M! The service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We also loved the modern design and smart technology throughout the property—it really elevated the whole experience. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and it was beautifully presented. What stood out the most was how child-friendly the hotel is, with dedicated spaces and thoughtful amenities for little ones. We had a fantastic Easter brunch experience at Royal M! The buffet spread was impressive, offering an abundant variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. The Arabic corner, especially the Lebanese and Syrian selections, felt like authentic homemade cooking, rich in flavor and tradition. The international options and live cooking stations added to the excitement and diversity.
The ambiance was equally superb. Live entertainment created a vibrant and festive atmosphere, and the kids’ activities kept the little ones happily engaged throughout. After brunch, the infinity pool area offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.
A special mention goes to Elias, the General Manager, who was incredibly humble and hands-on with the team. His warm presence, engagement with guests, and genuine care for the overall experience truly stood out.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in a well-curated brunch with a touch of elegance and heart.

The place is modern, clean and offers everything you might need whether in business or in private travel.
Spectacular variety of food, great bar / pub with professional service, picturesque swimming pool, rooms you simply enjoy being in - often with nice views, always available parking lot, reliable wi-fi.

The hotel is honestly so classy, and the location is amazing — super close to all the well-known restaurants. The hotel facilities are also great. And imagine, at 4 PM they do a foam party in the pool — such a fun vibe!
The only thing I didn’t really like is that there’s a section next to the pool with a fee of AED 500 just to sit there. The price felt way too much, especially since it’s just a seat — nothing special included. If they at least offered drinks or something, it would make more sense. But it’s literally just seating, so that part was a bit disappointing.
Other than that, I loved everything — the gym, the calmness of the rooms, and I especially liked that each floor has a trash box so you don’t see bags left outside doors. Everything’s organized nicely, and it really shows.
I seriously loved the hotel — super elegant and beautiful in every way!

From the moment we were seated, Mr. Ronald made us feel warmly welcomed and attended to our needs with remarkable professionalism and genuine hospitality.
He demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ensured our table was always clean and well-arranged, and proactively offered helpful suggestions from the menu. What truly stood out was his friendly demeanor and his ability to balance attentiveness without being intrusive. His positive attitude and courteous manner made our dining experience truly memorable.

The room was absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and great attention to detail. The bathroom amenities were from Balmain, which added a luxurious touch. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also surprised us with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Although we initially had some communication issues with the front-line staff during check-in, the hotel manager stepped in promptly and resolved everything professionally. Overall, a very pleasant stay — highly recommended!

The Sofitel in Abu Dhabi offers a high-quality hotel experience, especially thanks to its beautiful suites. The one we stayed in was truly stunning—spacious, elegantly decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a great view of either the city or the waterfront, depending on the location. The overall ambiance of the hotel is nice and refined, living up to the Sofitel brand’s reputation.
The service throughout our stay was good. Staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Check-in was smooth, and we felt well taken care of from beginning to end.
However, a small downside was the buffet offered with the half-board option. While the variety of food was good and the quality quite decent, the atmosphere of the buffet restaurant felt a bit too much like a canteen. We would have appreciated a more refined setting and a better presentation of the dishes to match the elegance of the rest of the hotel.
The hotel pool is lovely—well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. That said, it’s important to remember that this is a city hotel, so it lacks the beachfront charm of resorts located by the sea. Still, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and stylish city stay.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and luxurious experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had.
The mattress was in terrible condition — the springs were completely finished and provided little to no support. A good night’s sleep is the most basic expectation from any hotel, especially one in this category, but mattress making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt more like a budget motel bed than a 5-star hotel standard. Waking up with back pain in morning is not what I paid for.
To make matters worse, the Muslim shower (bidet spray) in the bathroom was broken. This is an essential hygiene fixture, especially for guests from the Middle East and South Asia. Its absence when I used washroom in the middle of the night made my stay inconvenient and frustrating.
For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, basic comfort and bathroom functionality should be a priority. I expected better maintenance and attention to detail. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues and doesn’t overlook the importance of guest comfort.
While the staff and property may meet luxury standards in other ways, I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience where it truly matters.

We love everything about this hotel. The family room is a brilliant option, it has a queen bed and two single beds, which represents a great option for families with small children. Even if we don't leave the hotel, the kids still get to enjoy themselves. The room services is fantastic choice for the children after a long day of fun. Wonderful Experience!
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very kind, and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. Fred at the reception stood out—always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel right at home. The service overall was impressive, and the hotel is conveniently located for my needs. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I’d like to especially highlight the valet service — the person handling the parking was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. It really made our experience smoother and more pleasant.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.
The only point that I believe could be improved is the hotel’s policy regarding the sauna, jacuzzi, and cold jacuzzi. Teenagers under 16 are not allowed to use these facilities, even though, according to hotel policy, anyone 14 and older is charged as an adult. It doesn’t quite make sense that they’re considered adults for pricing but not for access to amenities. It would be great if the hotel could review this rule in the future.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

I’m currently staying at the hotel, a 5-stars, my experience so far has been mixed.
The building and rooms are clearly quite old, and the room decoration feels outdated—closer to a 3-stars standard. Two issues we faced was with the air conditioning; it wasn’t working properly. Maintenance came after about 40 minutes (understandably, staff is limited at midnight), and we were told that the AC only works if the fan is set to medium, which isn’t ideal.
The second issue, the lighting in the room is also not ideal; it’s dim and not well distributed, and even the light controller is very old and not user-friendly.
On a more positive note, the dinner service had some highlights. The salads and appetizers were excellent, the desserts were okay, but I was expecting better variety and flavor in the main course.
The standout so far has been the staff—everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and genuinely doing their best to help, which I really appreciate.
Hoping for a smoother rest of the stay, and I look forward to seeing if things improve.

Hotel is a little dated compared to the residence which looked like a modern day version of the hotel.
All the staff were great except by the pool,seemed a little rude especially at the pool restaurant.
Hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job with our room.Very polite also.
We had an all inclusive package which saved us a fortune.
Food was great and not to repetitive although the alcohol under the all inclusive package was limited in variations of spirits.
Gym was great,pool was great.
I would give it a 9 out of 10

We had an enjoyable stay at the Fairmont!
The room was spacious, and the service was good. However, we experienced a long wait at reception due to peak hours.
The swimming pool is lovely, though it can get quite crowded as many non-guests also use it.
There’s a great variety of restaurants to choose from, offering everything from Middle Eastern to Italian cuisine.
The beach, however, could use some extra attention to enhance the overall experience.

I'm currently enjoying an extended stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, and halfway through, I can already say it’s been a truly exceptional experience. This 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi offers not only stunning views and a great location but also a level of hospitality that makes a long-term stay feel incredibly comfortable.
The hotel features a spacious swimming pool, a gym and several on-site restaurants, all of which add to the convenience and enjoyment of daily life here. While some of the facilities are beginning to show their age, it’s the people who make the biggest difference — the service has been consistently warm, professional, and accommodating.

Dining has also been a highlight. The team at Marcos Italian Restaurant, the breakfast buffet, and the lobby café all go above and beyond. Although it’s hard to remember every name, and with apologies to those I may have forgotten, I would like to especially acknowledge Al Maktoum and Raffy at the buffet, Alex and Marcos at the Italian restaurant, George at the Lebanese — their professionalism and welcoming approach truly stand out.

Great spot for a relaxing day! There are two pools and a beach, all very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the changing rooms and showers — very convenient. Rose offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and the whole place is beautiful and well-designed. Definitely worth a visit!

I as well fell in love with the gym, the equipment is modern and the gym is pretty large. If I could change one thing it would be the location. Though the pools and beach are spectacular there wasn’t any nearby place to walk around and shop except for a small internal mall called the avenue. But overall I would definitely come again

Stepping into my room felt like entering a personal oasis, complete with a delightful surprise in the form of edible Etihad Towers – a wonderfully thoughtful touch.
Given that it was Easter, the hotel was charmingly decorated with festive rabbits and eggs, a detail I'm sure many children thoroughly enjoyed.
Breakfast was a lavish buffet, offering a diverse array of options to satisfy every palate. I particularly appreciated the selection of fresh fruits, especially the refreshing watermelon.
Dana deserves significant recognition for her excellent management of the team, ensuring seamless service throughout. And let's not forget the dedicated housekeeping team who tirelessly worked behind the scenes, keeping the entire hotel, and my room specifically, impeccably clean.

A Special Anniversary Trip We’ll Never Forget
There were a few small issues with the room at first, but the staff responded quickly and took care of everything right away. We had to wait about an hour for our room to be ready at check-in, but the staff kindly offered us tea and coffee during the wait, which made it much more comfortable.
Nelly warmly greeted us—even in Japanese—and checked on us several times throughout our stay, which made us feel especially welcome.
What truly made our stay unforgettable were the beautiful flowers in the room and the lovely message spelled out in rose petals on the bed—it was such a thoughtful touch. The room service was excellent, and our kids were absolutely thrilled with the experience.
This trip, which also celebrated our wedding anniversary, turned out to be more than we hoped for. Truly a wonderful and memorable stay.
We will definitely be coming back here for our next holiday.

From the point of check in to the point when we checked out it was a fantastic experience. Zheo done a great job.
The small gestures really went a long way from free sunglasses cleaning by Ibrahim at the pool, welcome gifts and coffee upon check In to complimentary ice pops from Hashim to keeps us cool all contributed the 5 star rating.
The staff were always friendly and attentive and would go over and beyond to help you from collecting your Uber eats deliver to booking you a cab. Shout out to Ibrahim and Salman who were extremely attentive and always welcomes us by name.
The actual facilities were great too with both shallower kids pool to a bigger adult pool which increased in depth and a great kids club.
Foodwise we were half board and had the options for a number of set menu from their Ala carte restaurants which we both Michelen select or buffet restaurant. I would personally recommend Li Jiang restaurant which served amazing Thai/Chinese food with a fantastic view of Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
The rooms were clean and spacious and bathroom offered both shower and bath with ample space.
I would highly recommend this hotel from a service and facilities perspective. Will definitely be back.

We had a nice time in this hotel. Hotel ambiance is gorgeous, specially the reception area. Rooms are stylish and you have a choice to stay in the room in the building or in separate villa. Hotel has a big pool, small football area, padel, beach and territory is very green, you can walk around. Of course as well there are many great restaurants.
Breakfast was yummy, with many options to choose. Also the dinner in same restaurant was wow, better than I expected.
For the spa and massage you have to book in advance by phone only.
Overall we had very relaxing time here.

The restaurants are all very good and both pools have good bars adjacent. The adult pool being the perfect size and never too busy.
Rooms are well equipped and spacious with breakfast being a real show stopper.
Travelling a lot for work means that a hotel breakfast is hit or miss. This however is the freshest and most varied breakfast I’ve ever had!
Situated within 4 minutes of the grand mosque it’s an incredible stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was spacious and spotless.
What truly impressed me was how thoughtful they were when it came to my pet cat — we came back to find the room fully set up with everything he needed without even asking. There was a cat tree, litter box, a cozy bed, cat food, and even food bowls ready for him. I really appreciated this level of care and attention to detail. It made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommended!

I spent a week at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island this March, and it was an unforgettable experience overall. The hotel’s design is striking and modern, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The real highlight for me, however, was the spectacular view of the Formula 1 race track—watching cars zip by from the comfort of the balcony was something truly special, even during non-race events and practice sessions.
Breakfast was exceptional—easily one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. There was a wide variety of options, from freshly baked pastries to international dishes, healthy choices, and a fantastic live cooking station. It was a great way to start each day.
The rooms were stylish, clean, and very comfortable, though they are starting to show some signs of wear and tear in certain areas. It’s nothing major, but a few corners could use some refreshing to match the otherwise upscale vibe of the hotel.
If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the service, which at times felt a bit inconsistent. While most staff were friendly, there were moments when requests took longer than expected or felt less attentive than you'd hope from a five-star property.
All in all, W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island is a fantastic choice—especially for motorsport fans or anyone looking for a bold and luxurious stay in Abu Dhabi. I’d gladly return!

Its prime location on Yas Island puts you right in the heart of the action, with beautiful views of the marina and racetrack.
The facilities are always immaculate; from the poolside atmosphere to the fitness center and dining venues, everything is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and energy. However, at times, especially during events or weekends, the hotel can get a bit lively and loud.
On our recent visit, we faced an unexpected situation, and Mr. Murat, the duty manager, handled it with the utmost professionalism and care. His calm, respectful, and solution-focused approach reminded us why we keep coming back. He is the kind of leader every hotel needs; attentive, composed, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.
We’re grateful for another memorable stay and look forward to many more.

I had an amazing experience at the yoga session held at the W Hotel in Yas Island. Practicing by the pool created such a serene vibe, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect with calming music in the background. The coach was incredibly professional and guided us through the session with great energy and care. They even had AC set up, so the heat wasn’t overwhelming, and we got to enjoy some healthy bites after the class—such a thoughtful touch! Definitely looking forward to going again. If you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this hotel is a perfect choice. While it’s not necessarily a family-focused hotel (though it does have a kids' club, which is fairly average and limits children to just 2 hours per day), our young kids still had a blast simply watching the cars race around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Yas Mall (with a free shuttle service) and other attractions on the island.
We stayed in the WOW 1-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The views of the race track and marina were beautiful, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the suite.
While there’s no dedicated lounge for elite guests, they offer complimentary drinks and tapas at the main restaurant, which is decent but could be improved. The main restaurant, Garage, serves breakfast with a good variety, though I wouldn’t quite rate it as a 5-star experience.
The gym is nice and well-equipped, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There are also two pools—one for families and another for adults only.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and it would be even more incredible if you can get availability during the F1 race weekend.

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and it met and at times exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating.
The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city with direct access to the beach and direct connection to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering stunning views of the waterfront.
Staff is very accommodating and helpful, doing all their best to help the guests. We were celebrating a birthday and they were helping with the cake and restaurant arrangements, especially Mia.
One of the standout features is the variety of restaurants on-site, catering to all tastes with delicious and high-quality cuisine. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining options with relaxing sea views. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of international dishes.
The pool and beach area were perfect for unwinding, and the fitness center and spa were well-maintained and offered great facilities. Whether you're in Abu Dhabi for business or leisure, Beach Rotana strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel as a young couple in our 20s. From start to finish, the hospitality was incredibly and I cannot fault anything.
All the restaurants we went to, had incredible food with our favourite being the steak from Rodeo Grill- cooked to perfection.
Our room was lovely, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was great was good variety of options from fry ups to fruit and pastries.
The pool and beach is amazing- managed to get a subbed everyday. The service staff at the pool and beach were great and brought over anything we needed.
100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time and we will be returning.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the experience. This place used to be much better in the past, but sadly it has deteriorated significantly over time.
The service was very poor, with unhelpful and inattentive staff. Housekeeping was inconsistent with their response and their commitment is not true.
To make things worse, there was a mistake with our reservation, and it took time of frustration to sort out, with little urgency or apology from the front desk.
If you’re looking for luxury, spacious rooms, a nice swimming pool, or decent hotel amenities, this is definitely not the right choice. You’re better off booking a good 4-star hotel where you’ll likely get much better value and a far more pleasant experience.

We stayed with Rixos Marina for four nights and everything was perfect. The entire team was fantastic and they all were to assist us with our requests. Reception team and their welcoming was great. Ravi from Reception team upgraded our room with no extra cost to sea view room and room was with amazing view of the ocean that too on top floor. Also we would like to appreciate Glean and Jerry from the concierge team individually for their assistance in arranging for us city tour to mosque and for flower bouquet for us. I recently stayed at Rixos Marina in Abu Dhabi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming and well organized. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors, spacious rooms and top-quality amenities.
What really made the difference for us, though, was the service. I want to sincerely thank Ms. Moe at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient and always ready to help. Whether it was giving us helpful tips about the area or taking the time to answer our questions, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
It is rare to meet someone who is both professional and genuinely warm. Her attitude left a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our stay.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in room 2907 and hotel facilities were excellent and we had a great time. I personally loved the hotel and the team from the reception was excellent. We booked here for the business meeting Elizabeth and Ravi from the reception front team was excellent throughout our all check ins. They welcomed us with all friendly gesture and also allowed us for early checkin. Room was excellent with an amazing view and amenities were also good. Food was delicious and good to go for during our dinner event. Overall we enjoyed our event here and hopefully next time we return back with our family. Thank you Rixos marina team.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The service was honestly one of the best parts. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The guest relations team made us feel extra special by surprising us when we get into the room.
Throughout our stay, they were always available if we needed anything — whether it was extra towels, directions, or just a good place to grab dinner nearby. Housekeeping kept the room spotless.
It really felt like they cared about making sure guests were happy. Extra shout out to the team in executive lounge namely, Lailah, Reinhard and Munisa. They made sure we had a lovely time in the lounge. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great vibes and even better service.

Our stay here has been unmatchable! The staff are all so attentive and kind. Special thanks to everyone working in the Executive Lounge they were all so welcoming to the whole family! The food here is just out of this world and there is such a wide range. The location is perfect for a family due to all the incredible theme parks surrounding the Hotel and easy access as they have busses to and from the hotel. Overall an excellent experience, one we wont forget!

We spent 10 days at Hilton Yas Island and had a great experience, 2 adults 4 kids, rooms were interconnecting, spacious and a great layout. Breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. We spent my birthday at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, and it was such a special and relaxing getaway. From the warm welcome to the stunning beachfront vibe, everything was just perfect.
Our room was beautiful and cozy, and the staff made sure every detail felt thoughtful. A highlight for me was the incredible massage at Zen Spa —so calming and exactly what I needed.
Our daughter had the best time at the swimming pool and didn’t want to leave! The whole resort was peaceful, family-friendly, and filled with kind, attentive staff who made us feel truly taken care of.

For my kids, every single moment was pure magic and will undoubtedly be historical memories for them. The highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible immersion with the Warner Bros. characters. Seeing their faces light up encountering Tom & Jerry, Daffy Duck, and so many more beloved figures was priceless. The best part for us was seeing the Warner Bros. characters in the lobby ‘ my daughter was so excited and absolutely loved them. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of tasty options. We have just left the WB with a heavy heart. What a wonderful hotel. Every staff member seems to thoroughly enjoy and are proud of their vocation, seem invested in your enjoyment and wellbeing. The service is exceptional everywhere.
A great pool (height is max 1m).
The fact a park ticket is included everyday in your stay is ideal and you're right next to them.
Also try the Amara restaurant next to the back entrance of the hotel (opp Warner Brothers), amazing authentic Lebanese food.
Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is good but I'd go for breakfast over dinner if you have to choose for funds etc. I think paying as you go is better perhaps rather than booking a package for the whole stay so less pressure to wake up etc!
The rooms are excellent with great amenities.

Absolutely amazing staff and hotel! Location wise it is further out but for the quality of the beach and service, it is well worth it. Sun sets are beautiful and so were the evening walks on the beach. Good variety of restaurants and the staff go out of their way to help.

In general, a very nice place to stay.
Room was advertised as see view but the way the building is angled, it wasn’t a full view, more a side view.
Checkin was quite slow, there were no sun beds when we arrived at the pool and it took us about 15 minutes to get served in the Italian.
However, rooms were lovely, breakfast was good and would come back!

Emirates Palace - Afternoon Tea Event in Episodes.
We attended the afternoon tea, and it was truly outstanding. The location – specifically, the Episodes lounge in the main building’s general reception area – is beautifully decorated with a cherry blossom theme, just as seen in the online photos. We felt genuinely welcomed and received exceptional service throughout.
Our waiter, Mr. Dino – although the title waiter hardly does justice to his level of competence – was incredibly attentive and provided excellent guidance in selecting our teas. We already had a general idea of the flavour profile we were interested in, and Mr. Dino offered suggestions accordingly. His recommendations were spot on and absolutely delightful.
We spent around two hours at the venue, enjoying everything at a relaxed pace. The food and savoury bites were beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated from a culinary perspective. The chef, Mr. John, served a variation of an English meat pie as a sort of main course – again, of excellent quality, just as one would hope.
For me personally, the absolute highlight was the selection of desserts at the end. With every bite, the exceptional craftsmanship of the pastry chefs was unmistakable. Truly first-class – an experience I can wholeheartedly recommend.

There is plenty to keep you occupied from the lazy river of the west wing to the swim-up bar of the east wing and of course, the readily available beach sports. Quality of service is still acceptable but not as exceptional as in previous years. Food quality could also be perfected at the poolside restaurants especially considering the prices, if you pay 5 star, you expect 5 star.

My recent stay at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental felt like stepping into a dream. From the grand entrance to the serene private beach, everything was curated to perfection. I loved how every detail—from the scent in the lobby to the softest bed linens—was tailored to create a sense of calm and luxury.
One of the highlights was the warmth and professionalism of the staff—they remembered our preferences and made us feel truly seen and cared for. We enjoyed world-class dining, peaceful strolls through the gardens, and even the famed gold-flaked cappuccino.
It’s rare to find a hotel that combines architectural grandeur with such heartfelt service. I left feeling pampered, recharged, and already dreaming of my next visit.

Outstanding Afternoon Tea Experience!
We had an absolutely brilliant afternoon tea at Emirates Palace. The service was exceptional. Dino looked after us with such warmth and attentiveness, and Triana prepared an unforgettable selection of treats that were beautifully presented and delicious. The teas were fantastic, and the entire experience felt truly special. A perfect honeymoon memory. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal guest of this hotel since 2018, and for years, it truly felt like a second home. The service was excellent, the staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was something I always looked forward to.
However, my recent stay was a huge disappointment. The last positive review this hotel received was a year ago — and it’s no coincidence. That was exactly when everything started to change.
Back then, the food menu was one of the best I’ve ever seen. It was diverse, rich, and offered a variety of options that made every meal a joy. But now, the quality has dropped and the overall service has declined noticeably.
The staff are no longer friendly or professional. The new rules introduced are overly restrictive, unclear, and make guests feel unwelcome. For example, a 13-year-old child is considered a full adult and charged heavily. The private pool, which used to be accessible 24/7, is now closed by 6 PM. Even sitting in the lobby now requires a minimum spending of 500 AED — which is unacceptable in a place that once prided itself on hospitality and comfort.
It’s heartbreaking to see a place I loved so much become unrecognizable. I truly hope management reconsiders these recent changes, because right now, the hotel is not what it used to be — and certainly not worth the premium it charges.

Our stay at Rixos Saadiyat Island was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end and exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff who took care of our comfort throughout the entire stay with great care and warm smiles. We especially appreciated the possibility of early check-in (we were lucky that a room was available). and the hotel’s flawless arrangement of city taxis for our trips – a big plus!
The food was excellent – a wide variety of delicious dishes, beautifully prepared specialties, and a rich selection at the main restaurant. There’s truly something for everyone. We highly value the courtesy and speed of the service staff, who were always attentive and kind.
Housekeeping was done daily and very thoroughly – everything was always spotless and smelled fresh. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
The pool and beach were beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and more active leisure.
Overall, I’d like to highlight the high level of service, the helpfulness of the staff, and the pleasant yet luxurious atmosphere that the hotel offers.
Finally, I would like to personally thank waiter John from the Lounge Bar and waiter Hanzala from the Turquoise Restaurant for their outstanding care and service. Thanks to them, our stay was even more enjoyable.

Wonderful staff, attentive, helpful and friendly. Beautiful, well designed hotel for the comfort of guests. The variety and quality of food and restaurants was imaginative and to a very high standard. The main pool was perfect for all ages and, as everywhere else in the hotel, the staff and facilities were excellent. The beach was a joy, clear blue water, fine sand and comfortable loungers - all managed to very high standard by the attentive staff. A week of luxurious attention to detail and the comfort of guests.

We enjoyed stay in Rixos Saadiyat Island Hotel from 14.02 till 23.02.2025. Very comfortable weather in February-March - it was not hot during day time (enough for sunbathing and swimming in hotel pool) and not so cold in evening-morning (as in December-January). Since arrival to hotel you can feel care and warm welcoming from Rixos personnel. Any request are immidiately responded and tried to resolve ASAP. Special thanks to Kid's Club Rixi staff, our daughters enjoyed playing there. Food is very good in any restaurant or dinind facility, the only issue is that booking to Italian restuarant to be done 7 days ahead. We will definitely looking to come back to the Rixos Saadiyat Hotel.
