This was our 2nd visit to Rixos Saadiyat, first was November 2024. We really enjoyed our first stay so much that we came back. Was really nice that some of the staff recognised us and the service was excellent from all throughout our stay. Some nice upgrades to the loungers at the pool and the cooler boxes are a great idea. Nice addition to the DJ set up at the beach bar with the mirrored setting. The vibe created at the beach bar is amazing getting really chilled for sunset; however the music set could be changed daily as it gets repetitive, sounds more like a preset playlist rather than a proper DJ set. Evening entertainment is in a great setting in the outdoor area, well organised and the vibe is very chilled, however the bands playing this year were all virtually identical with all playing the same songs, it began to get repetitive. Buffet provided ample choice and had something for everyone. We dined at Aja, Orient, Mermaid and L'Olivio and all were excellent, food was delicious and really good choice on the menus. Staff service at all was first class. Highlights pool bar was excellent, thanks to all the guys who knew exactly what we were drinking and kept us topped up all day, special mention to KB for introducing us to a particular rum cocktail. Bar lounge was excellent with a great selection of drinks and great staff constantly on the go ensuring we were taken care of. Overall great stay, we highly recommend 👌

We as a family had recently the pleasure of staying at Rixos Saadiyat, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and exceptional hospitality, except one person who was arrogant and not welcoming. Dear Park Hyatt Saadiyat Management Team, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the organization and services provided by the hotel during my wedding, which took place yesterday on January 3, 2026. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations and caused me significant stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. To begin with, the bride’s room experienced repeated power outages throughout the day, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially on such an important occasion. In addition, the music was stopped at exactly 11:00 PM, despite our expectations and prior experiences with the hotel. I would also like to highlight that no special or private room or suites was provided for us as the bride and groom on our wedding day. What added to my disappointment is the inconsistency in service. When my one of our family held her wedding at your hotel in February 2025, she was provided with a dedicated bridal suite, the music continued until 12:00 AM, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well-organized. Sadly, my experience was completely different. The environment was tense, and I did not feel comfortable or relaxed as a groom should on his wedding day. I believe the level of service provided did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of Park Hyatt’s reputation. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, investigate what went wrong, and provide a clear explanation for the shortcomings we experienced. I generally love Park Hyatt properties as they’re very well designed. This hotel is no exception. I love the variety of water amenities across the property, from the free form kids pool and the adults lap pool to the vast beach. The hotel is very well maintained and shows no sign of its age. One odd thing I noticed was that the hotel logo at the entrance (see photo) doesn’t seem to be the standard Park Hyatt design. Breakfast at The Café was fantastic, with a wide buffet selection, a live waffle/pancake/crepe station, and a made-to-order menu. Unfortunately, I was most disappointed with the service. Throughout my stay, I had several very underwhelming encounters with the staff, which reflects low service standards, and not anomalies. Service was generally very cold, with most interactions feeling very transactional, and not personal. As an example, The Café had deployed additional staff from the lobby’s festive counter to help with the breakfast service. This particular server was incredibly unfriendly and not interested in serving guests. When I asked for a refill of hot water for my tea, she said she had to check (not sure what there was to check), and never got back to me. I later saw her at the lobby festive counter, and she just sat at the counter looking immensely bored and unapproachable. I had also informed the hotel in advance that I was celebrating a special occasion. However there was no acknowledgement of that at all; no special arrangement in the room, no wishes upon check-in, nothing. Even a Hyatt Regency or Hyatt Centric would offer something. The only exception to all this was Nitesh from the front desk, who was very helpful and proactive. It’s unfortunate that Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi has such fantastic hardware but sorely lacking in software. I would love to return, but am not sure if I would be welcome by the staff.

My wife and I went to the Cafe, one of the restaurants in the property, during our layover in Abu Dhabi. We ordered Guacamole and Quattro Formaggi pizza. We travel a lot and taste a lot of food but the guacamole we had here was scrumptious. We made a special request to meet the chef who made guacamole, she was a kind girl named Dia. The service was incredible, they made sure we were satisfied throughout our dine in. Really good experience! Fully recommended :)

Excellent experience with check-in and room view, amenities and kudos to the housekeeping team (Mukesh and Anjanette) for making the stay perfect. Breakfast buffet had varied options, including made-to-order items that you can let the helpful waitstaff know to bring to your table. Something unique that I've not seen elsewhere is the option to order special pillows (image of options attached) for extra comfortable sleep. And besides luggage storage, Park Hyatt offers shower facilities in their Spa till 10pm, which is a life saver if you want to do a tour or something else before a late flight. ~ 30 mins to Abu Dhabi airport from hotel.

Great stay!! Breakfast is great; very diverse and delicious. My 5yo and 7yo enjoyed a lot the kids club. The girls made their time at the kids club so nice, that they didn’t want to leave when i was picking them up!! The service is great, nice and discreet. The location of the hotel is ideal: wonderful beach and close to the cultural district with all the museums! I recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in October 2025 at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas and would gladly return. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, incredibly friendly, and particularly helpful with families, something we truly appreciated. The pool team was equally warm and pleasant, always creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, and our room was spotless; we genuinely had nothing to criticise in terms of cleanliness or upkeep. The reception staff were available at all times and assisted us promptly whenever needed. There were, however, two points that stood out negatively. First, we noticed the hotel manager eating at the buffet while standing near the drinks area. Of course, everyone needs to take a break and eat, but it would appear more professional for a manager to do so at a table rather than directly at the buffet. Second, some families from a particular country behaved quite rudely and selfishly, especially during activities such as water polo, where the atmosphere became unnecessarily aggressive. While we understand this is not fully within the hotel’s control, it did affect the overall experience. Aside from these issues, our stay was excellent, and the hotel’s wonderful staff and pristine facilities made it a very memorable holiday for our family.

My stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi was absolutely perfect. The food was excellent, with a huge variety and everything always fresh. The beach is beautiful, clean, and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. The fitness center is modern and very well equipped, and working out there was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire stay, always smiling and ready to help with anything. A very special and huge compliment goes to the animation team, especially the animators Liza and Anna. Their energy, positivity, and approach to guests were absolutely amazing. They created a great atmosphere, lots of fun, and made everyone feel truly welcome. They were always smiling, friendly, and their programs were entertaining and highly professional. Thanks to them, the stay was even better and truly unforgettable.

Just back from Abu Dhabi and my last destination was Hotel Rotana on Saadiyat Island. I can only recommend this fantastic location - especially because of the beach. It is like in Maldives. I stayed 3 nights with HB. Breakfast is so amazing - staff will bring you all you want and it is even not needed to go to buffet: Benedict eggs with Salmon or spinach, carrot juice, nice decoration with green salad and cherry tomatoes. app. 80% of Russian speaking polite guests. We had also animation with Lisa and did Aqua gym in the pool & yoga on the beach. Thanks to her for nice trainings and fun. Sauna in gym area is also so comfort and with essential oils; plus detox drink after the session!!! Very supportive staff on reception (2 girls from Philippines and Mexico served for us special Arabic coffee) and in restaurant Sim-Sim. In case of price - it was high (x2) in comparison with other hotels I visited before (Conrad Towers & ERTH). By the way - the beach is the main point why you have to pay extra. There is also daily shuttle bus (free) till Culture District (Louvre Museum, etc). I will be definitely back. Thank you to hotel and staff for our relaxing time.

honestly this hotel deserves every bit of 10/10. The rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful view from our balcony , waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft. The pool area is fantastic especially for kids, lots of space for them to play, plus the kids club was amazing. From arrival to leaving everything was smooth, warm and genuinely 5 star hospitality. Breakfast and food overall was exceptional ,high quality, huge variety and very well presented. Every single person who works there is so kind and so welcoming , it really stands out compared to many other hotels this level. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception (I’m really sorry I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it was Boba). Special thanks to Chandi, Sabik and Ravi — they were so attentive and truly made our stay memorable. We also appreciated: • sustainability focus (water refill stations + no single use plastic . • very relaxing calm atmosphere especially at night • easy access to get taxis instantly • housekeeping was extremely fast & consistent daily We will definitely come back again. This hotel is perfect for couples, families and honestly anyone who wants a peaceful, luxury beach holiday in UAE. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time. The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait. The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation. Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking. The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.

The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is perfectly taken care of, making it a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We especially enjoyed dining at the Tean restaurant. It was a fantastic dinner with outstanding service from Hossam, who truly made the evening special. His warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail were exceptional. He even made sure our moussaka included potatoes, just the way we are used to at home. Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool. Golf course, spa, gym and all the other usual amenities. Great products used in the bathroom. Room service simple and easy where you order via QR code. The beach is really amazing .

Very nice selection of pools. The adult pool area was quiet, relaxing. A range of kids activities and pools available. Rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was great. However not great service when entering, welcome lobby service, poolside service, check in did not provide information about amenities. Could be better with their service.

The hotel exceeded my expectations — it is clean, quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Wi-Fi connectivity was fast and reliable throughout the property. The breakfast buffet at Olea featured an impressive selection of options. The food was delicious. Fresh bakery items were prepared every hour, ensuring everything was served hot and perfectly fresh. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious short escape!🩵
