I really enjoyed staying at the Aloft. This is the first and only hotel I have stayed in where you can cast your phone to the TV. It really made my stay easier while working away from home. The rooms were really spacious. Only issue is there wasn't a bath in my room which was a shame. The restaurants were delicious and the pool area was lovely and relaxing.

We stayed for couple of nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and we got complimentary extra bed for our son which was so nice of Mr. Kumar for looking into our request. The breakfast spread is good and variety of options. Swimming Pool is nice and big. Vibrant colors like you will find in any Aloft Hotels. 24×7 coffee shop. The access to the hotel is from parking. The location is good as it is not inside the city.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who made our trip more interesting with their advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you soooooo much.

The views are amazing. Whether it's the view of the gorgeous 🕌 or the pool side.. there's no wrong view. It's reasonably priced, and they have quick meals or a sit-in buffet restaurant in the lobby. They also have two awesome restaurants that offer you a chill feel or a more upscale rooftop restaurant in the facility. The whole place is impeccably clean. The staff are amazing and can provide great site-seeing suggestions, and the room service is fast and efficient. The best part is that the weather is always perfect and the hotel is near several shopping centers. You can't go wrong.

This hotel was really charming. It has multiple restaurant options, swim up bar at the pool, beach, and walkable to a mall and downtown Abu Dhabi. It was a nice change to stay in a hotel with a bit of soul. It has a very American old school bar & saloon near the front entrance - which was kind of cute and reminded us of home. The hotel is clean with a very intimate feeling. The rooms were quite small for an older hotel, but it was fine - and clean. The absolute only thing we were disappointed in, is the hotel seems to market their football pitch, which is the reason we booked it as we were taking our kids to the Saudi Super Cup. During the day, we walked over to the pitch and it was locked. For some reason the front desk told us where it was but failed to mention it was locked. We walked back, asked how to access and we were told it’s actually a FIFA prepped pitch and available only for groups. The Google page literally has a photo of the pitch with a Le Meridian ball on it. Unless it’s accessible to guests, they should remove the for marketing. However, we’d definitely stay here again as it’s a nice change of pace and scenery from Dubai. We quite liked the mid-Century charm and learning about the history of the hotel.

I cannot say anything about the room since I have only stayed over the pool for the day. Notwithstanding, I had such an amazing and relaxing time. Ms. Quincie and Pretty from Pool Reception went beyond expectations by providing immaculate support with genuine smiles and a lot of kindness. I am extremely grateful from both of them and efficient communication via whats app prior to the day. Mr. Dewar (Pool area bartender) also took very good care of me during my stay. Food was quite taste and has been served on time And hot. Recommend the hotel for some nice relaxing time with family or alone.

This hotel is old but elegant. It has quite a history back in the 90's. I loved our room which has a city view. The room service was great and accommodated our needs on time. Check in was smooth. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but we were given access to their executive lounge to relax and eat while waiting. The lobby and elevator smells so good and calming. They have a breakfast buffet with lots of food options. They have an outdoor pool with floating bar and beach if you prefer swimming there instead. I was impressed with their gym as it was huge and has everything you need to workout. The only cons I can share is that they have little amenities inside the bathroom, which were body lotion, hand soap, shower cap and sanitary bag. But it isn't a big deal for me but an opportunity for the hotel to reconsider. P.S. If you are in UAE, make sure you have an adapter for your electronics as they use a different type of outlet as shown in the photo. Luckily for us, the hotel provided us with an adapter.

We spent a few days in Abu Dhabi and tried this hotel. I didn't have many expectations but I was surprised from the moment I walked inside. The hotel overall is very well kept. From what I understand it was opened in the 1970s so it doesn't have the flashy looks and it's not as high as newer hotels, but it's very unique and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable and similar to other higher mid tier hotels. Service was excellent from the front desk to the room attendants. We get late check out from status and they were able to extend it further due to our very late flight. A pleasant surprise. The food at the breakfast buffet was nice as well with various hot food and cold food stations. The rear of the hotel is very nice with a pool, bar for the pool, many chairs and a private beach, all well maintained. We stumbled upon the gym and fitness center and I was surprised at how large and well equipped it is. It's made for serious weight workouts. The biggest and best gym and fitness center I've seen in a hotel. People were using the heavy weights and machines area so I didn't get a pic. But know this rivals many dedicated gyms I've been in. The location seems nice. It's easy to get a taxi and downtown areas are fairly close. It's also next to a big mall. Taxis are easy to use, all of our drivers were professional, they all have the same meter equipment and take credit cards. I didn't consider Uber as the taxi system is nice and easy to use. I was impressed with my stay.

Spend 3 days here because of a seminar and yes the hotel is old but I have to say they are making the best out of it. It is clean and well maintained. The gym is newish and has very nice equipment. The pool and beach is done up and very nice as well. The team is very polite and helpful especially security guard Ajay who is helping each guest in a very friendly manner by the door to the pool and spa. Over all it feels like a memory of the good old days of the uae. Thank you.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Super quiet and comfortable. The breakfast needs a lot of improvements but it is not a deal breaker for me. highly recommended

While the location is convenient, the parking situation is disappointing. There is only valet parking available, and if your car isn't high-end, the valet attendants may not give it proper attention. Additionally, the constant traffic in front of the hotel can lead to significant delays, often resulting in wait times of at least 20 minutes when retrieving your car from valet. Furthermore, the level of customer service leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's not a recommended option for accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's in a great location. Rooms are spacious. Personnel is friendly and helpful. The interiors are a bit outdated, but everything seems to be clean and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel has a very good vibe to it. We also got a good deal on our stay.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable. Our room gave us a lovely park view. The hotel in general is good for stay however it is a little far from tourist attractions - Yas Island , Grand mosque etc. with no direct public transport other than taxi which is not economical or a minimum 10 min walk to the bus stop. Also the hotel should expand their breakfast menu. The options are very limited and 0 dessert and bakery items on the menu. In the name of bakery, they just have 1 variety of croissant. We stayed for 4 days, and the breakfast was nearly same everyday with no request for food other than eggs. Suggestion- Expand the menu and add more items for a variety. Change the beverage options everyday from juices to shakes and cold coffee. Add a few more live counters other than just eggs.

Lovely staff Provides assistance when requested very well The breakfast looks ordinary, nothing special, the rooms are clean, the location can be walked into the city if you're not lazy. There is a bus station nearby as well. Or if you are convenient, take a taxi, there is one in front of the hotel.

"Review for the hotel: We are currently staying at this hotel with our 10-month-old daughter (Room 3105), unfortunately, our experiences have not been satisfactory so far. From the beginning, there were problems as we did not receive a baby cot despite being assured that we were on a priority list. It took multiple requests and a day to finally get one. The cleanliness in the room also left much to be desired. We had to remind the staff several times to clean the mirror. The pool was overcrowded, and accessing the beach was cumbersome with a stroller, as it could only be reached via a dirty and smelly service elevator. Additionally, there is a huge tent blocking the view, and unfortunately, there was no mention of this during the booking. Despite booking half board, we had to skip breakfast due to overcrowding and dine outside. At dinner, we were politely informed that coffee or tea would be charged extra. Non-alcoholic beer was also unavailable. The cleanliness was acceptable, but due to poor service, we would not book this hotel again. The location was okay, but the outdoor area was too small for the number of guests. We still have 4 days left and look forward to checking out."

The Ramadan Tent at Bab Al Qasr Hotel offers an amazing Iftar buffet with a wide selection of dishes, ranging from salads and appetizers to main courses and desserts. The food was fresh and flavorful, with plenty of options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The presentation was inviting, with each dish neatly arranged and labeled. The staff was attentive and quick to replenish any empty trays. The atmosphere was pleasant, with comfortable seating and ambient music. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with something for everyone to enjoy. The the buffet also hosted a series of dynamic live performances. These included vibrant musical acts, engaging dance routines, and perhaps even interactive entertainers, ensuring a lively and entertaining atmosphere that complemented the dining experience perfectly. The manager Mr.Elias was exceptional, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness throughout our dining experience. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, making our visit all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Although the hotel is a little bit old, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, with nice views of the Abu Dhabi palace. The service is also exceptional, every member of staff that I have interacted with for 7 days was polite, warm and very well trained. The business rooms are very well organised, and the hotel is conveniently located near some major attractions. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel, both were of good quality and decently varied. The only downside is the Wifi (pretty poor, especially in the evening) and the pool/beach area, which is not adequate to the size and quality of the hotel. The beach is a small strand of (artificial?) sand overlooking a canal. There is not even the sound of the waves, as the water is completely still and gives the impression of being almost stagnant. The sun-beds are squeezed under a handful of palm trees. Honestly when I saw the area it reminded me of public transports in any major city, the atmosphere is not relaxing at all as too many people are forced next to each other (some smoking too). The cheapest of commercial beach establishments wouldn’t look like this, hence I truly encourage the hotel to review its facilities - it may make more sense to have a bigger swimming pool that can accommodate more customers and get read of the “beach” area.

What a mesmerizing experience for Ramadan Iftar!!!!!!! Staring with location, atmosphere and the vibes to the 7 starts food quality and taste. Staff are amazing and very welcoming, specially our waitress Anita Mary, with her around we never had any waiting time for anything!! Over all 10/10 experience for the entire family and most definitely will be coming again🥰🥰 Highly highly recommend

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom residence. There is no laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. They didn't clean properly. So I tried put 30 dirhams on the bed on the second day. Still, the cleaning wasn't done well. The amenity was always empty. I paid for around 8900 dirhams. It is no more price competitive. The pool and the beach are also crowded with a lots of peoples. I could never have sun bed.

Had an amazing staycation with family, friends. The location and view from the spacious Mangroves Balcony rooms were spectacular. The day break and sunset views is to be experienced. Though the breakfast spread could have altered /with some changes it was still very good. Keep it up!

Overall, it's not great for a supposed 5 star hotel. The room annoyed me the most, the tap in the bathroom was soo far from the sink that water always splashed around the sink, and the pressure was the same despite turning hot and cold tap, the shower knob took ages to figure out how to switch between the head and the rainfall shower, then it got stuck in the same place, the balcony lights don't work and I wasn't given any complementary water bottles. Other than that, the pool is too small and the room service is pure extortion. Good sides are the location, short journey to places of interest, the breakfast has good variety and the soap smells nice.

We have stayed here quite a few times due to the lovely location of the hotel and gorgeous views over the mangroves. Kayaking is available right beside the hotel. Highly recommend the roof top bar (especially during happy hour from 5-8pm), we had a few cocktails and enjoyed the view. Background music was upbeat and dynamite shrimp was really tasty. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on our balcony was brought to us by the charming Sabirau who was lovely and cheerful.

Weekend was so much fun at Anantara property. Rooms are nice and spacious. We got room overlooking the mangroves. Hotel smells so nice and is quite clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Its perfect place to stay if you want some fun activity with your family as kayaking is available right next to the hotel. Breakfast spread is amazing. Definitely coming back! 🤓

Inital entry to the location of the hotel may cause slight confusion. You need to drive up the little hill. Nice entrance and lobby with welcoming staff. We used the pool and beach pass and also the Saturday brunch. Pool - fine Beach - fine Brunch - I thought very good, and the selection of food is great, lots of sea food, fresh, grilled, and baked. Mussels, oysters ... and more. Rib eye steak ....other beef cuts and everything else you can think of that is complimentary. Staff are friendly, and service is really good. Highly recommended for brunch and an easygoing place to chill out day or evening. One shower in the beach changing room was great and well equipped. I'll be back, see you again

It is the worst stay I have ever stayed at in a hotel (even motels too) it doesn’t cone close to the name and they will ruin your trip and literally nock on our first day at 3 AM for the 7th time a day to sign a bill that has been signed already and the bad management and communication is so clear you will regret staying cause it most likely will ruin your whole stay and i am giving anyone these multiple incident and i have way more but I truly don’t know where to start with. Overall the hotel is based on my own experience and what they made us go through is truly terrible and a shame that someone visiting an amazing city and face this. All of it has been faced by a lot of employees but not all of them the Moroccan guy at the restaurant and the Egyptian guy working at the night shift in the reception were kind and polite and professional.

I spent many days there so will give an honest review as I always do. First of all, the hotel is nicely located. The rooms are very spacious and nice… but when it comes to the service I must say that it is not that great… There is a selection of pillows from which you can choose your favorite, and when calling to request, the lady doesn’t even know what you are talking about, and when she finally understands, they send you two pillows stuffed in one cover 😁 … when you spend many days there, you expect them to change your slippers each time, but unfortunately even after requesting, they give you just one knowing that there are two people there, and no more slippers after that, wear your old ones for the duration of your stay … breakfast was not bad, but there is no variety, it’s the same thing everyday… overall its a Nice hotel but I guess only for a day or two ….

I went there for the buffet breakfast on the first day of Eid 2024. The breakfast was great with multiple menu from different cuisine. The price was reasonable for adults and for kids. It was worth and especially on Eid my kids enjoyed the breakfast. The ambience was great. Not forgetting the staff was helpful and respectful.

Excellent rooms, 5-star vibes, lavish breakfast buffet. Equally good were the Thai and Indian restaurants. Good spa and swimming pool to add. The location is a little isolated, thus less crowded entry. Service at the reception could have been better. Took a lot of time for check-in as well to respond to any billing related queries.

Review #6940 of the Google maps over a 2-night stay in April 2024. - Arrived here straight from Dubai airport. Taxi cost was 360 AED for regular taxi and 650 AED for Mercedes van 6 pax. - Arrival and check-in went without any hassle. No waiting whatsoever at 16:00 check-in time. Rooms were cleaned and well prepared. - Valet parking and self-parking are available. Discovered the hotel is opposite Al Jazeera outdoor arena, which is a host to big sports events in football and other types of sports. Cristiano Ronaldo has just been playing 1-2 days ago with Al Nassr the Riyadh-based club, which plays in the Saudi Pro League, saw their disgrace loss 1:2 to the local club. However, motorists may be seeking parking for extra grounds at the premises of hotels which makes drop-off of passengers at lobby area a bit congested. - The announcements and cheering sounds from arena across the road might be heard in rooms of the hotel facing the Stadium, and that might go into late evening hours as games are scheduled for late hours to avoid high temperatures. - Rooms were clean and full of amenities. Did not find any bed-bugs of which there were some previous reviews reports. The water pressure is a bit Low on the floors higher than 20, but that was not critical and could take good shower any time of the day. The use of carpets on the floor we found it appropriate. Carpets were clean and there was no smell or dust issue with them. - Hotel is not high-tech, but it has a style of its own. - Rooms sound isolation was good. Beds were soft. Towels clean. The only glitch was one of our rooms was not cleaned when we went over an 8-hours sightseeing tour, somehow the expectation was they should clean daily. - Food is definitely a strong point here. Locals come specially from outside the hotel to cater breakfasts here. Breakfasts are really state of the art. Big respect to those people providing them. Starters are numerous, main dishes will crate various needs, fruit and deserts are abundant. Get ready for a traditional old-school breakfast at it’s best. Special thanks for kids Food station. Quite tempting for kids with sweet tooth. - Benjarong Thai food restaurant is worth a visit and ground floor food and beverages outlets looked great with live piano music in the evenings. - Kids feel very welcomed in all the hotel premises that we went too. Staff knows how to chit chat with kids. At Breakfast time Kids get their own playing hall with more than 300 square meters playground with a cinema screen and an inflatable slider castle. It’s a treat. - Location makes this place much a standalone building, There isn’t much you can reach within a walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Mostly you can only be trodding on sidewalk of a busy road here. No convenience stores or malls anywhere around. However, the place is centrally nestled within city’s road infrastructure. Taxis will take you anywhere in the city within 15 to 40 minutes be it downtown or Al-Zayed mosque or entertainment like Ferrari world, Seaworld or Warner Brothers theme parks, Formula-1 curcuit of lush Supemall of Yas island. Downtown trips cost us 30-80 AED on a decent comfort taxi car and up to 100 AED in case of going to Yas island. - we used UBER and Careem taxi apps to call taxis and both were efficient and cost saving. - Hotel Safety 5 of 5. Did not have any issues whatsoever. Overall impression 5 of 5 Service 5 of 5 Overall comfort of stay 4 of 5 as we saw some glitches during mass check-ins, which are inevitable with the number of staff ratio VS the number of rooms inventory. Location as to comfort of accessing city’s infrastructure 4 of 5 Rooms 4 of 5 Food and beverages 5 of 5 Staff interaction - 5 of 5 Value for money 5 of 5 Parking 5 of 5
