We chose Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi for our anniversary staycation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. As an anniversary gift, the hotel generously upgraded us to a twin suite, which was spacious, impeccably maintained, and beautifully designed. This thoughtful gesture set a great tone for our stay. The hotel’s pool and beach facilities are located at the Beach Club on the other side of the road, but accessing them is easy via a convenient tunnel. The Beach Club itself is fantastic, offering a range of facilities including a beach with waves, a lazy pool, an adult pool, a family pool, a kids' pool, and a dedicated kids' play area. There’s also a gym, squash courts, and a zip line (although it was unfortunately under maintenance during our visit). Another highlight is the hotel's prime location. It is surrounded by several excellent restaurants and is within walking distance of Marina Mall, making dining and shopping easily accessible. They also offer a variety of sports activities, adding to the overall experience. The only downside was the food. While the buffet had a wide range of options, both the dinner and breakfast were disappointing in terms of taste. This aspect could use significant improvement. Despite the food, our experience was good and satisfactory, and the exceptional facilities and location make it a stay worth considering for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay, we loved it! Shows it’s ‘old money’ class! The staff are the real stars here!! Our checkin was smooth, we were upgraded, thank you! The concierge was so polite and attentive to little details every time! The dining staff were so so nice - we went for breakfast and dinners - breakfast was busy period but they have done a fantastic job keeping the food plates full and prompt service. Dinner was calm fine dining environment and staff attended to little details like getting a straw for my little one every day! Food was very tasty and plenty of options! Had excellent variety over the week - not boring repeats! Our suite had lovely water views, not a shiny new skyscraper but the building could/may be classed as heritage, management has done a fantastic job maintaining it! The water park was super nice with wave pool, kids section, etc. kids spent a lot of time there and enjoyed it! We’d go again, highly recommended!

Complete Disappointment Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche fell far short of expectations. The reception staff seemed indifferent and exhausted. The room I was shown was unclean and had an overpowering odor. When I reported the issue to the receptionist and requested a different room, my concerns were met with indifference. Unfortunately, the disappointment extended to dinner as well. The food was below the standard expected of a five-star hotel and was quite mediocre. The dining area was poorly organized; despite available tables in the dessert section, we were not allowed to sit there, forcing guests to wait in long lines. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the outdated cooling system, which made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. This hotel fails to provide even the basic comfort one expects, particularly at its price point. This experience highlights a clear need for serious management improvements.

Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and their genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. A lovely hotel, the rooms were clean and well equipped. We visited Silk and Spice their Thai restaurant on the evening for dinner, which was exceptional. The hotel is close to the beach which is handy, as sadly the pool hardly catches any sun.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist took the time to ensure we were comfortable, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities. They were more than happy to accommodate our requests, whether it was a late check-out or suggestions for local dining options. What truly stood out was the personal touch the staff added to our experience. The positives: good room sizes, good amenities, everything looks nice and clean. The swimming pool is great! The good thing is, it is surrounded by buildings by all sides except west. So it is fully shaded almost all day. The breakfast was really good as well. The negatives: the bath area had a glass door. The toilet had a (shaded) glass door, but no lock. Not great if you are coming with family. There is no need for people to have direct line of sight and sound, when you are taking a shower or going to the bathroom, is there? Luckily I was by myself this time.

I recently had a delightful stay at Sofitel Abu Dhabi. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, offering stunning sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The dining options were excellent, with a range of dishes that catered to various tastes. The Thai restaurant was a highlight, featuring a lavish spread delicious food and excellent service. What stood out most was the housekeeping team, their attention to detail and dedication were evident throughout my stay. The rooms were consistently spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned and arranged. Their efforts greatly contributed to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and some minor drawbacks. Pros: Spacious room: The room was impressively large with plenty of space to move around, which added to the comfort. Amazing city view: The city view from my room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of my stay. Cons: Old-school design: While the design of the room and facilities felt dated, everything was still functional and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the room size and view standing out as key strengths.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day with my wife. I had a transfer from a vacation in another country and chose Corniche You need to understand that the hotel looks very tired. It is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3 stars - be sure to take this into account so as not to be disappointed Of the advantages: 1. Very beautiful lobby of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax, just to sit or drink coffee 2. Convenient location. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and generally close to any locations in the city center 3. Friendly staff - they help and communicate with you kindly 4. A nice and comfortable hall. There is a swimming pool with a good view of the city 5. Breakfasts with a wide variety of food, but it seems that this is an illusion (more details in the cons) 6. There are taxis on duty at the entrance, you can leave at any time to the desired location Of the cons: 1. There was no hot water for the entire time of our presence - we had to wash in barely warm water 2. The room was very tired of more guests and clearly needs updating. We had dirty ventilation, dirty sofas in some white drops and so on 3. There were no bathroom facilities for two people. They all lived for one person - one towel, one soap 4. The buckets in the bathrooms look just awful. Please replace them 5. About breakfast - there really seemed to be a lot of food, but there was nothing to eat. A couple of main courses and a lot of extra. The coffee is tasteless Overall, the hotel is normal, but definitely not 5 stars. Do not set yourself up for a high level of service and quality of the hotel

This hotel is a real scam. Do not ever visit. My husband went on a business trip and asked the receptionist about the laundry service. The receptionist told him that the laundry service was free of charge and advised him to use the laundry bag provided in the room. However, when he checked, there was no laundry bag. When he informed her, she said, "Give us some time, and we will bring one in a few minutes." She arranged it quickly, and the clothes were taken in the morning for washing. However, after the laundry was done, they demanded that my husband pay 129 AED for the service. He immediately refused, saying that this was misleading and not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Despite his objections, the front management and receptionist denied saying the service was free and insisted they never claimed such a thing. If they hadn’t said it was free, my husband wouldn’t have used the service at all. We later learned that this hotel has done similar things to many customers, charging them additional fees in misleading ways. Such behavior is unacceptable. Stop scamming people and get your act together. The room conditions were also terrible. On the first day, the bathtub was clogged, and the sink had disgusting black residue. No services from this hotel can be recommended. Customer service is 0/10. During check-in, it took 1.5 hours to access the room, wasting our valuable time. The front desk staff and management are the worst. From 11:30 PM to 6 AM, the staff appeared lethargic and lacked the energy to work. Their tone of voice was unacceptable, and they insisted that the customer was wrong while defending the receptionist. They refused to return my husband’s clothes until he paid for the service. This hotel is not up to 5-star standards and barely deserves a 3-star rating. It might be acceptable for someone who has never experienced a 5-star hotel, but I strongly recommend avoiding such third-class establishment. FYI, I have attached their room conditions.

Comfortable rooms, although the overall feel is a bit old and dated. Good breakfast with live egg counters is a plus. Swimming pool area is very average, not relaxing and well shaded. Pool depth is either 7ft or 3ft, nothing in between if you can just want to chill by the pool.

Stayed at this place in Nov 2024 for a day. Well built hotel with great location and views. Really great hospitality by the guy checking us in - Nimeka. Few drawbacks - Average breakfast. Not many veg or Indian options. Other hot items were not that tasty as well. Fruits & Bakery is great. Could improve the overall elevator experience. Because of 18 floors, have to wait for elevator sometimes.

I now call this place my home. I did love it there. I didn't have time to book through an app but I made reservations through a phone call and I was well received. All staffs are carrying from bell boy to the concierge to the housekeeping and then to the waiters and Chefs and let me not forget the life guard at the roof top he welcome you whole heatedly such a beautiful feeling, such a connection that I wished to stay there longer and even join the team and work with them but reality kicked in and it was time to check out but believe me when I say you are now home. This is the only place I will be staying when I visit Abu Dhabi. Thumbs up 😊☺️you will see me soon ♥️🌹
