To kick start our holiday and celebrate my birthday we booked a club room for our family - 2 adults and 16 year old son. Upon check in the hotel suggested that my son should share the same bed as my husband and I. In my culture it would be frowned upon for a 16 year old to share the same bed as his parents 🤔after much debate the hotel agreed that they would provide an additional bed at no extra cost. I phoned the reception after four hours and asked if we could have the extra bed and a towel, as only 2 towels were provided (and only one bath robe). Still the bed and towel didn’t arrive, I then went to reception to ask again if they could provide the bed and towel. The hotel promptly then delivered the additional bed but did not provide an additional towel. We went to the bar to watch the British F1, since the hotel overlooks Yas circuit we assumed the hotel would be familiar with the racing schedule. We were informed by two members of staff that there wasn’t any racing on and as such would not be shown in the bar. They then confirmed that there was racing on, but they wouldn’t be showing it. We went to the crown plaza across the road. I went to the gym in the morning, there was no hotel staff in the gym during my visit, which begs the question what happens if somebody has an accident in the gym if nobody is around. Overall, extremely poor service at a premium price! When we checked out of the hotel, the chap at the counter did not bother to ask if we enjoyed our stay, hence the review… Must try harder Rotana!

I recently stayed at Yas Rotana for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They regularly checked in to see if I needed anything, and whenever I made a request, they were quick to respond, which is a refreshing change from other hotels where you often have to wait ages for assistance. Their consistency in delivering fast customer service is truly commendable.
Moreover, the hotel boasts a fantastic jacuzzi and sauna, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of activities.
However, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. The bedsheets were rough, which affected my comfort during the night. Additionally, the partition-like walls didn't provide much sound insulation, and I could often hear noises from neighboring rooms, including children crying, which was quite disturbing.
On a positive note, I appreciated the complimentary access to Yas Beach, which added value to my stay.
Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, the exceptional customer service and amenities such as the jacuzzi and sauna at Yas Rotana made my stay memorable. With a few improvements in room amenities and sound insulation, this hotel could easily become a top choice for travelers in the Yas Island area.

Very good experience with Rotana Hotel. The location is near from airport and from YAS park.
The hotel facilities are perfect and we were so comfortable with our children, they really enjoyed the indoor play area and the staff there were so nice with them.
All Staff are friendly and helpful, and always there for any inquiry. Quick service. We really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for hotel with your family and have children it’s highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Rotana for a business trip and had an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was quite decent, offering a good variety of options. The pool was nice and enjoyable, providing a great way to relax. Additionally, the rooms feature small balconies, perfect for sitting and enjoying the view.
