I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and top-notch. The resort is modern, clean, and beautifully designed with tropical vibes and stylish Balinese touches.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is a highlight absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing with poolside service. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is also a huge plus just a short walk from Seminyak Beach, shops, cafes, and nightlife, yet still quiet and peaceful inside the resort.

After three months of traveling, I arrived in Bali looking for rest. Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak became the warmest and most comforting stop of my journey.
The hotel isn’t flashy, but the service is deeply personal. From day one, staff remembered my name and preferences. Every morning, they asked,
“Same as usual, or would you like something different today?”
They knew I was tired of Western breakfasts and kindly prepared local options—even making a takeaway for my driver.
The pool bar staff, especially Penny—who was pregnant yet full of energy—made me feel truly cared for. She shared local tips with joy and sincerity.
Unlike other luxury hotels where spaces feel public, Courtyard feels safe, calm, and personal.
(AYANA is stunning, no doubt, but more open to outside visitors. This is just a personal preference—not a criticism.)
Every day, I saw guests returning. Staff greeted them like old friends:
“How’s the past year been?” or “Still looking great!”
That kind of warmth is rare—and unforgettable.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for heartfelt hospitality, not just a beautiful building.

I’ve been visiting Bali for years and stayed at many hotels, but Courtyard has completely won me over.
It’s not just stunning, it’s family-friendly, peaceful, and everything you want for a relaxed getaway.
✅ Perfect location — short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket & ATM right across the road.
🍴 Food is top-notch — don’t miss the poolside burger! And the breakfast buffet? Loaded with fresh, evolving options every day.
🏖️ The vibe is just right — 2 beautiful pools (one with a swim-up bar), beanbags on the lawn, and even a ping-pong table to bond with fellow guests.
🛏️ Rooms are spotless and modern with all the comforts of a 5-star stay.
💪 Bonus: The gym is amazing — way better than what the website shows!
But the real highlight? The staff. So warm, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make your stay feel personal and memorable.
If you're planning a trip with family, especially parents, this place is a gem.

Wonderful hotel with great sized rooms, clean and comfy, and the staff can't do enough to help you. Easy to get around seminyak from here and a short walk to the beach where the hotel has a private sunbathing deck with sunbeds. You can also be shuttle there if you want to! The hotel also has a little tacos place just outside called "what the truck" which offers a delicious selection of Mexican style tacos and drinks. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

We had a good stay at Courtyard Bali Seminyak with our entire family! We had a room facing the pool, and despite the central location and active vibe of the hotel, the rooms were surprisingly quiet — great soundproofing.
The amenities here are definitely a highlight. Our kids especially loved feeding the koi fish in the lobby every morning — it became a daily ritual they looked forward to! The courtyard area has such a warm, inviting atmosphere with lots of cozy seating, cute lights, and a great vibe around the pool.
Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, with solid Western and international options. Another small but fun perk was the free popcorn machine in the lobby — perfect for snacking while waiting for a Grab or lounging by the pool.
While the room wasn’t quite as polished as the beautiful common areas, it was still very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s central location also made it easy to explore Seminyak on foot. Would definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and amenity-rich stay!

We stayed here for two days and everything was absolutely perfect! We had a stunning sea-view villa. Our thoughtful butler, Aussie, contacted us before arrival to understand our needs, even helping us arrange for a cute duck float for our in-room pool. She also came to our room for check-out, which was incredibly considerate. The room itself had everything you could wish for: snacks, drinks, honeymoon decorations – so many details worth experiencing firsthand. We enjoyed a floating breakfast, a delicious seafood barbecue with plenty of lobster and oysters and a live band on our first night, and a romantic dinner with a charming private setup and roses on the beach on our second. The food was, of course, delightful. You absolutely can't miss their infinity pool, it truly feels like you're swimming in the ocean! We also tried the spa and morning yoga, both highly recommended. Every single staff member here was so friendly and polite, creating a truly comfortable atmosphere. It's definitely worth experiencing if you get the chance, and we can't wait to return!

Absolutely I had the pleasure of spending 5 nights at the Seminyak Beach Resort and absolutely loved my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.
On the first night, I requested a better room since the view from mine wasn’t ideal. The team was super accommodating and upgraded me to a recently renovated room that was just perfect.
The breakfast each morning was fantastic—great variety, fresh ingredients, and a beautiful setting to enjoy it in. And the pool… absolutely amazing! Perfectly maintained, with stunning views and a super relaxing vibe.
The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and ideally located right by the beach. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury in Seminyak!

This place is pure magic. Aussie was our villa host from day 1 and she made everything from spa treatments and meals to transportation absolutely seamless. We had a private pool and a romantic beachfront dinner prepared for us here. The spa was amazing and the included breakfast has an incredible selection! We’re so sad to leave. The care that the staff took to ensure the first stay of our honeymoon felt so special was absolutely noticed.

We attended the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa in March this year and could not be happier. It was our first family holiday with our 6 month old son and every single staff member was amazing. The attention to detail and overall quality was second to none. We stayed in a villa so we could use the pool while our son had his naps and were so happy we chose this. Our villa host's were Tude and Aussie and they were exceptional, attending to all of our needs, even fashioning adorable animals out of towels for our son. Another special mention is for Nika, our breakfast host who was always so helpful even offering to hold our son while we ate. We will definitely be back!

The hotel facilities and staff services are truly excellent—especially Nika and Uma, who consistently checked in with us and made sure all our needs were met. They went above and beyond, from providing detailed and helpful tour information to offering soothing ginger herbal tea when my daughter developed a sore throat during our stay. Their genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed, like we were staying at a home away from home. We also had a lovely and memorable conversation with Cipta. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a place we highly recommend.

Without doubt one of the best experiences my wife and I had staying in a hotel in any country. Could not speak highly enough of the staff - Amazing recollection of our names by all staff. Management could not do enough for us. Food and service was exceptional to the point when one of us was unwell due to a pre-existing health issue they went out of their way to assist with anything. Congratulations to management and staff for a memorable visit. Definitely will recommend and return.

I had a lovely stay at Alila Seminyak. The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was raining during our visit, so we couldn’t swim in the sea but the hotel has several pools that made up for it. We enjoyed the pool bar and the breakfast was also great with variety of food. Most of all, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding they went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay.

This hotel is beautiful. The entrance is open and stunning, the zero edge pools overlooking the ocean is so peaceful and calming, the sunsets are gorgeous. I love how at sunset everyone comes out to the beach to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset. We had a little issue come up and the manager Rina went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were taken care of which we were very grateful for. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Alila Seminyak. The hotel is stunning — beautifully designed with breathtaking ocean views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was lovely, with something for every taste.
What truly sets this place apart is the service. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks to Cakar at the pool, who took great care of us, and to Wendi at the spa, who gave me a super massage.
The spa itself is serene and high quality — well worth a visit.
A note for beach lovers: the ocean here is too rough for swimming, but the hotel’s pools more than make up for it — they’re beautiful and relaxing, with stunning views and great service.
The location is also excellent — right in Seminyak, close to great restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and private.
Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at The Samaya for the start of our honeymoon in Bali, and it was the perfect introduction to the island. The villa was absolutely stunning, with a wide range of luxurious amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were exceptional – so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We really felt looked after from the moment we arrived, with the team paying close attention to every detail.
Breakfast each morning was varied and delicious, and the afternoon tea was such a lovely touch – something we really looked forward to each day.
We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely recommend The Samaya to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and memorable experience in Bali.

My cousin had a wedding reception there. The place was great but the service was horrible. The lady who supposed to help us throughout the event was very tense. She kept yelling at our famiy members who supposed to also help during the event. Was not impressed at all with the way she worked. Also the banquet people during dinner, many of them were just standing and chatting. And people in charge of beverage, he did a good job but he certainly can use more help. The only helpful people were those in front desk. Please improve your service Samaya.

The breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner (didn’t get photos if dinner) was really well made and delicious. The spa and massage room overlooking the beach was also very spectacular.

We came here for a refreshing drink by the beach. The place looks great and the pool are is amazing. Everything is very clean and we really liked our stop here. They have a nice menu and the drinks are really good. You can easily spend the day here by the beach with their nice pool and lovely view. Overall great experience and is really recommended.
