I had an excellent stay at the Mora! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the variety of programs made the experience even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and fun holiday. A special thanks to the amazing staff — Ashok, Muhammad, and Pauline — for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. We booked the mora for our honeymoon and it is fantastic. The hotel is amazing and very classy. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family. All the staff are very attentive and brilliant. George was excellent and mercy was amazing, kelvin greeted us and ensured we had food and drink upon arrival and was lovely! We were well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean and modern and the resort is big and beautiful.

We’ve just left the resort after the most amazing 10 days at the Mora. I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’d like to highlight one particular member of staff, Pascal, in food & beverage. Pascal was the ONLY memorable member of staff in our opinion, he’s a credit to the hotel. He remembered our drinks order, when we were leaving the hotel and what our plans were. He genuinely cared about our stay at the Mora and was always so upbeat and positive. Thank you Pascal for making our stay even more enjoyable and special. You’re amazing! Few points to note below: Pros - amazing buffet and a la Carte options - Very friendly and happy staff - Hotel and rooms are kept very well - Good entertainment staff, constant activities to get involved with whether it’s sporting or cooking classes - Amazing beach, completely sandy, no stones. - You can go “dolphin chasing” from the beach, just 20 minutes from the hotel you can often spot dolphins in their natural habitat - Despite being at full capacity, there were always sunbeds free. Some people do get up early to reserve the best beds / view but we got down at 10am most days and there were so many options Cons - There’s generally poor drainage around the resort so if there’s a storm, you’re walking around in puddles - There are a lot of stairs in this resort, whilst there are slopes there aren’t any lifts. Something to factor if you’re less mobile - No bottled water, whilst they do provide filtered water it’s not bottled - They don’t have themed nights at the buffet so the food can get a bit repetitive. It’s all very high quality though and so tasty.

The rooms and facility are great. Clean, spacious, and the beach looks awesome. Cons: I wouldn’t call this all-inclusive. It’s half inclusive. Most of the drinks have a price, most amenities have a price. It’s impossible to book a restaurant even when the resort is half empty. Service is slow. Room service isn’t free. Not a lot of activities. No swim up bar in the main pool area. Not a lot of food options, non existent snack options. The buffet is mid. Can’t tell you about the other restaurants We’ve been here for 5 days, and haven’t been able to book one restaurant. We’ve tried daily. We have to eat the same lukewarm buffet food 3 times the day. It’s fine being here, but wouldn’t come back.

Lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. Lots to do on the resort with a lovely beach. Staff were absolutely lovely and attentive but found service in some of the restaurants to be quite slow.
