Absolutely outstanding hotel with beautiful pool, beach and the nature surroundings. I must also to point out all the hotel employees, because they are amazing, friendly, helpful and truhly working with their heart to make you feel welcomed as family member. We stayed 10days and booked full board dining and that was great choice. The food and restaurant chefs are outstanding, wide choice and variety of the food is absolutely perfect. Thank you everyone for making our stay unforgettable. It was my dream from childhood to come Seychelles which came true and Hilton Seychelles will stay in my heart forever.

This hotel is a disaster with a new disappointment waiting for you every day. We arrived into our room and instantly felt it was extremely warm, told reception about it, told the air conditioning would be fixed, next day extremely warm again (outside 31c, inside was warmer) spent 4 days of this back and forth game of fixing but never getting fixed until we demanded a room change, basically no sleep for 4 days. The second room had a perfectly working air con and we were happy enough at that point. The hotel is reasonably kept but aging and in desperate need of renovation and tidying up, it just looks shabby everywhere. The food is ok but overall quite bland, we never thought anything tasted especially good, just edible. The prices for anything off the menus are outrageous, drinks cost between 15-30 euro per drink, a simple lunch meal will set you back 30-50 euro, it's crazy. We were forced to partake in the mandatory Christmas and new years "gala" dinner which was basically a bit better buffet for an extra cost of 140 euro per person per event even though we had already paid for half board, another letdown. The staff are friendly enough and do their best I guess, but often you feel they know about all the issues and are annoyed when you point them out (I overheard the air con issue multiple times). The location is alright to get around if you have a rental car but the beach at the hotel is borderline unusable, it's flooded with seaweed on the beach, and not maintained or tidied and full of seaweed and in the water as well. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, it's extremely expensive and in my view is a 3 star hotel at best, all in all we were quite disappointed with our holiday and from chatting with other hotel guests, they felt the same. Without the air con issues I'd have given 3/5 as it's a passable average hotel, but with the issues it's 2/5 and I don't give out bad reviews lightly.

Me and wife had booked this hotel on our last day to get the most comfort in our last date of our trip after the exhausting first 9 days of our trip doing all the activities in Seychelles across Islands. Instead, what we got was absolute pain. I am not complaining about views or room size etc. Look wise room was great but what it lacked the basic necessities. Our 1 night was painful because of frequent power cuts( 30 minutes or so) and water cuts (10-15 minutes) throughout the night. And in the morning the worst happened. Our water cut was there for 3-4 hours. I can't even imagine this happening in a 5 star hotel. Their engineering team just couldn't solve it. Finally when they said it was solved our stay was over. I am still giving 2 stars because they acknowledged that there was a problem, accepted our request for checkout time extension request for 3 hours and offered a coupon for a drink per person. But the experience was the worst anyone can have.

Our experience at Hilton was amazing. The staff was very attentive, rooms were spacious with the best view! Food was amazing. Room service was fast and the best. Nikhil attended us very well every time and chef Abhishek has hands on everything! They didn't make us feel away from home! Just amazing!

First time in Seychelles, and It was LOVE in first sight 🩵♥️ we arrived early and were ready to wait for check-in, but we were not kept waiting and our villa was already ready before us, a big plus. The staff captivated us with their cordiality, during our entire stay we received only the most positive impressions. Cleanliness, Restaurants, the beach, our Butler, everything in this resort is done so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. I highly recommend it with children, a large selection of entertainment, turtles, mangrove jungle, zipline, children's club, shallow beach, water activities, coral reef with a lot of fish and turtles. There wasn't a single annoying moment for us. We also had a late flight and were given a late check-out up to 6 o’clock absolutely free of charge, it was very nice. We lived in a family villa, very large with a large swimming pool and bicycles were at our disposal. Very Highly recommend 👌👌👌👌👌

Have a look on the real food photos and don’t waste your money at this hotel. Yes, you can find many positive things like nature, very good kids club… but to pay for that and get that low food quality can spoil your overall experience.

We travelled to the Seychelles for the third time and to Constance Ephelia for the second time. We've been there last year and had the feeling, that the Pandamic-Time hit the Ephelia very hard, like the hole hotellerie. This year, we have been there again for 5 days in April. And we can say, that the Ephelia runs perfectly. Starting with the more than friendly and warm welcome in the middle of the night (our flight had a delay of more than 4 hours), until the farewell, which made us feel like we were leaving friends. The management did a great job in the last 12 months. We didn't meet an unfriendly employee. Everyone was super nice. Namely for a international team we want to call Marie-Agnes the host of our Villa. Also the buggy drivers are helpfull and nice. We felt at home from the very first moment. We tested all the A la cart restaurants. The service was excellent and the food was great. Actually, you shouldn't emphasise any, because everyone is very good. But to tell the truth, the Cyann is outstanding. We met an excellent sommelier from France (sorry forgot the name) and chef Giovanni invited us for a few momants to his kitchen. The hotel and its surrounding area is one of the loveliest places on the island. The beaches, expecially on the north side is fantastic and clean. The water is warm and inviting. So what more can we say? Was there something going wrong or bad? No not at all in this holiday. We hope to come back soon.

Excellent service from this hotel. The food is amazing. The waiters were friendly and helpful. Excellent service from Karthick who looked after us every night at dinner. Shana and her team was also amazing at the kids club. So far the best kids club we have ever booked our 2 year old in. He was so happy and they are the best... compared to Mauritius and Europe kids clubs... this one wins hands down. Thank you for the amazing time Kempinski resort!!!

Usually I really rare made bad reviews in my life but this I really need to share!!! We wanted to come to the Kempinski for a few drinks today. We already know the hotel chain from our home in Dubai and have always been satisfied. Today we had a terrible experience in the Seychelles. We arrived at the resort at lunchtime without a reservation (my husband, mom and I (6 months pregnant)). When we arrived at the gate we met an incredibly rude security who said we couldn't go in without a reservation, not even for a few drinks & snacks. Then we said we would make a reservation right away, he should please call and he immediately rudely said no. Our cab driver already had a next tour and had to let us out. Now we were standing there in the blazing midday sun with a security guard who wanted to give us zero help. We wanted to call him ourselves, but we simply had no network with our phones. I then begged the security man to at least get us a new cab, but he said it wasn't possible.The Top of the Cake was when he said he have more important things to do!!! I (pregnant) then started to cry because I had become so historic in the blazing midday sun. In the end we were just lucky that a cab driver came by chance and drove us back to Four Seseons. That was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel in my life.

My partner and I spent 7 days here in November 2023 and it was paradise. The staff are wonderful; every single person was willing to help and so friendly and welcoming. The welcome reception we received was second to none and they had our room ready early...hugely appreciated after a long journey. The food is fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. We looked forward to every meal at Kempinski Seychelles. After dinner we enjoyed the bar upstairs; great musicians and a great holiday vibe....made even better by the superb cocktails. The beach was 20 steps from our room, with plenty of sun loungers, tended to by the wonderful beach staff. The photos do not depict fully how serene and stunning the location is. Our room was fabulous. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be going back here.

Had an amazing stay here. The property is just spectacular with easy access to their private beach strip. Friendly staff and a chill, laid back atmosphere. The rooms are superb no matter what category you choose. Should not miss the hotel hike it is super easy with 10/10 views at the end. Overall a splendid experience.

This has been a dream holiday. The hotel is wonderful we were so well looked after by all the staff everyone was so polite and friendly especially Dinish and Thomas who looked after our room. The rooms are beautiful. We had a room with a private pool and stunning views. The location is so picturesque that it is hard to leave.

Stunning location. The layout was private and full of tropical trees and plants. We had a premium ocean view villa. The Villa was spacious and very clean. Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and private beach. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. The staff were amazing and were more than happy to help with any concerns or needs we had. Food was very good. I’m vegetarian and the chef would tell me the vegetarian dishes he could make for dinner. This was very thoughtful and gave me a lot of choice. The hotel arranged our transfers and hired us a car for the day; this really helped and reduced the stress in organising - this is a choice and an additional cost to guest. We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Hilton. The staff and their radiant smiles make it the ‘Northolme experience’. Professional and courteous service throughout. Thank you to all at Hilton! There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this hotel but you don't get what you pay for. At around 500 USD per night we expected a flawless experience. When compared to other 5-star hotels in the Seychelles, we felt that it was few things that went wrong. Often the staff seemed absent-minded or rushed and we felt they didn't particularly like their jobs. While our room was spacious and comfy, the hotel itself shows its age and lacks maintenance. What stood out for us was our room's balcony, which had a beautiful ocean view. Also, there were some generous perks included for HHonors members, like a romantic bath and various free drinks, which we enjoyed. However, the food at breakfast and in the dinner outlets wasn't particularly fresh. In our opinion the hotel needs three things to improve, a general refurbishment, better training for the staff to be organized by the management and improved food quality.

The views are amazing, and the level of service cannot be faulted. There really is nothing that is too much trouble for staff and they are incredibly attentive. The villas are nice, but there’s an element of luck in which you get. They may look identical on an architectural plan, but some are definitely better than others in respects such as privacy, shade from the sun etc. Food in the restaurants is nice, but I would y class it as amazing, and like many resorts it’s somewhat overpriced. At some points, the service can tip from being attentive to being slightly suffocating. Try and walk around, and multiple times staff in golf buggy’s will try and drive you instead. And there’s clearly a script for staff who seemed to suppress individual personalities and responses for a corporate script of responses to questions (“It’s another wonderful day in paradise”). However, for a luxury week, it’s pretty hard to to beat and a good base for exploring the surrounding area

I have no words to describe how I feel about this place. The staff are amazing here, so kind and helpful to all their guests. The food was delicious. From breakfast to all the restaurants and bars. The location is hands down the best in all of Seychelles. We went fish and release, kayaking, snorkelling, body boarding and hiking…which was in their daily routine for all the guests and we made the most of it. For the price you pay for this place I think it’s all worth it. If I ever get a chance to stay here again, I will not think twice. Thank you to everyone here for making our stay a very memorable one.

Gorgeous views. Amazing beach. Service is pretty consistent with Four Seasons although we are in a tropical highland. So, expect island time service at times. As some of other reviews have noted, the resort has been around. The villas show their age but in a charming/luxurious kind of way. Breakfast is amazing. Limited restaurant options if you stay for a long time.

Disgraceful customer service and nowhere near the level expected for a 5-star hotel such as the Four Seasons. My husband and I received a gift card as a wedding present from a dear friend to spend at the Four Seasons Seychelles on our honeymoon. We wanted to use it towards dinner at one of their restaurants but when we called to book a table, we were told reservations are not possible as the resort has too many guests. We then asked if we can use our gift card in the future as we were staying for 10-days which is when the receptionist said that she would look into it and call us back which never happened. We will be using our voucher in Four Seasons London where they know what true customer service is.

We really enjoyed the hospitality of hotel. There was nothing that we asked for or wished for that we didn’t get in a very short notice. Our kid got lots of luxury services and our host, Mary pampered us in a very pleasant way.
