Incredible hotel, staff, service and food. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Travelled with my partner and 2 year old son. First time staying with a ramada and everything was perfect. I'll definitely be returning. This hotel offers something for everyone. 3 separate pool areas , one which has a jacuzzi style area for over 16s. Plenty of activities throughout the day for people to get involved in. On site snacks during the day near the pool and an ice cream van which serves ice creams and hot waffles all day. Lots of little ride on games for children and air hockey in the pool snack bar area. Lobby bar and main pool bar open till 11pm. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and adored my son. Nothing is too much to ask of them. Take a trip into the main town centre and harbour . Lots of shops, bars and restaurants to chose from. You do get hassled to buy things, but it's very normal- just be polite if you don't want to enter their shop and walk away. NOTE: if you LOVE cats like we do , you need to come to this hotel !! Lots of beautiful kittens and cats running around and they do enjoy a sneaky fish or sausage from the restaurant. Very well looked after by the staff as well which makes it nice. I would highly recommend this hotel its simply wonderful.

Excellent hotel, the place cannot be faulted. Staff are amazing and so are all the facilities. In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm. This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here. Trying to find some tomorrow and have been told it's bus or taxi to go to them. Other than shopping which isn't for everyone, definitely try this hotel as you will not be disappointed. It's great for kids and adults alike.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and I was impressed with the quality of the staff, the food, they are super inclusive space for families with children. It was our first time in Kusadasi and we loved the city, the people, everyone was friendly, the city was organized. The food was very delicious, all the meals always had lots of options, they always varied the food. The sweets Jesus… Love those The staff people always making sure everything was clean and tidy. Very well equipped gym. Not to mention how practical it is to have guides working in partnership with the hotel who can indicate beautiful places to go pick up and leave at the hotel, which was not the case for us because we rented a car and the tours we took we chose to do on our own, but for people who really prefer Don't drive and just rest, this is a great option. We just highly recommend them.

Clean room , bit of a walk down to the port from hotel - easier to get the bus. Lovely hotel , food good. Would return to this hotel if in location again. Would also strongly consider a ramada hotel in turkey again as no problems and service was good.

Nothing is too much bother for staff who are all kind, thoughtful and always smiling. Entertainment is extremely good too. If you are looking to feel special, the spa is an experience not to be missed. The basic Turkish bath was sooooo good! Kids club and entertainment is also excellent. Children are safe and not allowed to wander off as well as keeping them interested and occupied! Kids pools, slides and assortment of adult pools means something for everyone! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Average 4-star hotel. Very busy in August and not really able to cope with those volumes (would expect it to be far nicer to stay here before or after the summer holiday season). Crazy sunbed reservation practices by guests, with sunbeds completely packed in around the small pools - far too small for a hotel with the people capacity. Pool also hugely cramped in peak afternoon heat. Slides were excellent and kids really enjoyed that. Pool party on the Monday was deafening - dangerous noise levels for children's ears for over 2 hours. Made the pool unusable. Snack bar (pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, salads) by the slide pool was excellent for refueling during the day. Animation/entertainment team were great - worked extremely hard with scant resources provided to them. Foam party on the Wednesday was great fun (and didn't take over the whole swimming area like the pool party!) Food in main restaurant was generally decent albeit a bit monotonous after 5 days. Service practically non-existent as not enough staff to serve drinks (had to self serve and go to the bar myself every day) or clear and reset tables (resorted to cleaning a table myself one day). Resident cats were seen walking across freshly laid breakfast tables. Rooms were very nice albeit soundproofing could do with improving! Beach was a nice change but water shoes essential as the shore is very rocky and painful to walk without footwear. Bar and snack bar worked well albeit the staff could do with a reminder to not scowl whilst serving customers.

Enjoyed our week here. Staff very friendly and helpful especially customer relations. Food is excellent huge choice. Fantastic desserts. A child's paradise so much for them to do. . A little out of the town but taxis just outside hotel. We'll worth booking a holiday here.

A very very lovely resort for a family holiday. The staff are really polite and lovely, they make a really welcome atmosphere for our family especially the kids. The food is tasty and the pools are nice. The only thing is the beach is not beside the resort, you need to take a shuttle. However the beach is not the sandy beach, full of rocks...not very nice. However, the resort itself is very very good. The spa is nice and the photo shooting is cheap, and can really create a nice family memory.

As a small hotel things could have been much better, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The food is just the worst selection especially breakfast we eat the same thing everyday for two weeks. I could go on and on but I rather be respectful. Entertainment need a hold lot of work need more night time activities for adults that came without kids.

Personally would rate this hotel a 3/5… the hotel was nice but was not 4 or 5 star. The bedroom we had was a side sea view upgraded room which had a nice balcony leading to a larger balcony just for the people on that floor which was nice. The bedroom itself was nice and spacious but the cleanliness when we arrived was not great, there were stains and holes in the bedding and rubbish left over on the floor and the floor was also dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. We upgraded the room which wasn’t cheap hoping for a better experience but ended up being worse… there was entertainment every night 7 days of the week at 10pm until 11 pm roughly 100 metres from that section of the hotel and was decent when you went to the entertainment but awful if you wanted a early night or had to be up early for any activity’s outside the hotel as it was extremely loud. The reps at the hotel were also nice and friendly but could be a little too much at times, they were very pushy and at times didn’t know when to leave you alone. The food was all you can eat and was buffet style, had a variety of different foods which most was nice but some was also very heavy on the salt and oil. The staff around the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. Last thing is the shops/Spa, we first went to the spa and was choosing between a 40 pound 30 minute spa or a 60 minute 80 pound spa. We chose the 30 minute spa and was asked why not the 60 minute one and we replied it was too expensive and within 10 seconds of saying that was changed to a 60 minute spa for 50 pounds… the hotel spa and shops try to rip you off even though they are in the hotel so please be careful and attempt to barter before just spending there.

**Review for Tusan Resort:** I recently stayed at Tusan Resort, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort, but this place doesn’t even deserve a 2-star rating. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the conditions were unacceptable. The resort was filthy. The food was awful—so bad, in fact, that both my mother and mother-in-law, along with myself, ended up suffering from food poisoning. It's alarming to see how often food poisoning is mentioned in the recent reviews. We were served meat that was raw in the middle, and it seemed like we were eating reheated leftovers day after day. The salads were dirty, the fruit was rotten, and the desserts were inedible. Additionally, getting a plate, cutlery, or glasses was a challenge, as they often ran out. The pool was small and filthy, and there were no chairs available during our entire ten-day stay. Our room was old, with a lingering stench of sewage that made it unbearable. I am beyond angry that we spent nearly £5,000 for such a disaster of a holiday. I truly believe that any positive reviews for this place are likely from staff members trying to boost its image. No one in their right mind would leave a good review for Tusan Resort. It desperately needs to be closed down, and I hope Jet2 is held accountable for selling this place to unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

Where can I start Rooms dated drains smell toilet in the room we stopped wobbled found out its on a foil covered brick to stop it falling off wall, complained about drains smelling - solution plastic bag and toilet brush over drains. Told no other rooms available. Beds hard- suited me though Air con cold no in-between Fresh towels daily Shower ok Food 1 word horrid. Eat out. Spa ok. Pool bring extra towels, you can then reserve sunbeds that ( (which are OK) you don't use all day whilst utilising other sunbeds. Staff are good quite friendly and plenty of them. Wifi intermittent - depends where you are. Didn't stay in for entertainment so can't comment. Location lovely small narrow beach but no chance of a sunbed as all reserved Overall wouldn't come back to tusan beach it's old and in desperate need of modernisation Thanks for the reply, we did report problems several times!!

Be warned! Hard bed! Not much sleep all week. But lovely area. Enjoy swimming pool. Foods is ok especially with me being fussy. Had pancake for my breakfast. Pizza is one of delicious!

We had an excellent stay! The service was outstanding, and the food was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a complimentary late check-out. However, there were two minor issues: the WiFi was unreliable, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others. A special thank you goes to the Guest Relations team! Thank you, all!

I’m not used to writing reviews - I don’t like to complain a lot about the accommodation nor service. I’ve felt like that in my life (I’ve traveled the world). First of all I’ve booked the room though travel agency (description on the site was the room with garden view) - we’ve received the room with dumpsters/parking lot/smelly balcony view. Second of all I’d decided to upgrade our room to sea view (10€ extra per night) the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs - overall wasn’t worth it at all! Third of all I’d never in my life would have imagined that 5* hotel would treat their customers in certain way - for example you need to reserve your sun beds with towel otherwise forget about having any place to lay down by the pool, ordering drinks is like bingo never knowing how your drink is going to taste (every bartender has it’s own recipe - some of them use regular glasses others use plastic ones)/during breakfast-lunch-dinner you need to reserve your table outside otherwise you gonna sweat inside without any ac. (to be fair food was excellent)/lifts, hallways and common areas could use more cleaning. I want to add another point - there’s supposed to be 24/7 reception. I’d called and asked about the mini bar in our room (asking whether or not it’s included in all inclusive) they weren’t even able to answer the basic question with answers YES/NO. Overall I would NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel has an age and you feel it when you enter. Room utilities are old, pipes' drains don't work so we'll. However the service is Incredible. Upsides: *They will try to solve your every problem with utmost urgency. *Food selection is great! A lot of different choices in each course. *The entertainment team is very friendly and great. *The pool, Spa, hamam is extraordinary. *Moat beautiful sunset ever. Downsides: *There is only instant coffee. Although you can find filtered in the bar located in -1, it is not the best. *WiFi in rooms are at an additional cost. *There is no beach. You can enter the sea by the cost through ladders.

The food was okay; I often enjoyed it, and there was a decent variety. On my birthday, I received congratulations, a bottle of red wine, and a fruit platter in my room, which was a very nice gesture—something I've never experienced in any other hotel, even though I celebrate my birthday in a five-star hotel every year. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives during our stay. Right from our arrival, we noticed that the elevator was very slow, and in the evenings, we had to wait a long time. Moreover, the entire hotel had a warm, humid atmosphere, with the air in the elevator being particularly stuffy and uncomfortable. Another annoyance was the Wi-Fi: while it was free in the lobby, it cost €14 per week to access it in the room and other areas of the hotel, like the pool and beach. For a five-star all-inclusive hotel, this is definitely a major no-go. The same applies to the rooms: they felt outdated, with an old bathtub and a low ceiling in the bathroom. A walk-in shower would have been more appropriate for a five-star standard. Additionally, the TV in the room was extremely small and broken. When we requested a technician for repairs, he simply said there was nothing he could do as the device was too old. The air conditioning was incredibly loud but didn’t effectively cool the room. Moreover, there were surprisingly many mosquitoes. The service was also lacking: the restaurant chairs were worn and stained, the pool drains were full of moss and dirt, and the pool lane dividers were damaged and so old that they had lost their color. I didn’t see the pool being cleaned even once during our stay, so the water became quite dirty after a while. It was also frustrating that the restaurant often ran out of black tea in the evenings, and it wasn’t restocked. The most serious issue, however, was the lack of leadership in the hotel. The staff undoubtedly worked hard, but there was a clear lack of effective management and organization. What was especially irritating was the behavior of the hotel owner, who, instead of taking care of the guests, preferred to have himself served and reserved the best spots for himself and his family. The arrogance with which he treated the guests only highlighted how little importance was placed on customer satisfaction. Despite the high cost we paid for this vacation, we experienced the worst, dirtiest, and most outdated hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was the most expensive vacation we’ve had in an all-inclusive hotel, and at the same time, one of the most disappointing.

I have a lot to say about this hotel, the hotel on its own is really old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is terrible it has zero taste to it. More then 50% of the food is undercooked which lead for me to get sick. The desserts were good and flavourful. The workers are really nice people. The animation team is really friendly the kids love them especially Kaan, Hakan & Sam. The servers and the girls who make the drinks are super friendly people especially Seray & Busra were really nice. The roomcleaning is poor. The swimming pool is not terrible but has a lot of hair in it. The hotel doesn’t have any wifi besides the lobby (which is terrible) if u want to get wifi in ur room and other parts in the hotel u need to pay €15 per person to get access to wifi. The hotel doesn’t have a real beach it’s man made u need to go in the water with a ladder. The lobby and the rooms do not have proper airconditioning. The animation team are very awesome people on their own but the animations on its own are terrible for older people, its more concentrated on little kids like blasting baby shark. Our room view was half sea and the other half was the construction of a new hotel next to us. The drinks made by the guys working behind the bars are really good tho. The workers on the watersport stand are all scammers they wanted €500 for a boattrip of two hours and the hotel supermarket gives us different prices if they see that ur a tourist. The first thing the hotel doctor asked me was “are you a local or a tourist” which means that he is going to decide if he is gonna charge me €50 of 100 turkish liras. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if u are an overworked person who wants to have some rest and quality time in an all inclusive hotel. This hotel is everything besides “5 stars”.

I loved my stay here, the food, the service, I couldn't fault a thing. The one thing I wasn't aware of was you had to pay for wifi. Either per pay or week and this payment only covered one item like a phone or tablet and not the entire room. So keep that in mind if you have kids with you. Hotel definitely needs to update a little.

I stayed here 12th-15th in villa 3 I recently stayed and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. From start to finish, my stay was marred by numerous issues that the hotel staff seemed unwilling or unable to resolve. The service was abysmal. When I checked in, the front desk staff was indifferent and did not provide any information about the hotel's amenities or services. Throughout my stay, I encountered unhelpful and often rude staff members. When I called the front desk to report the issues with my room, it took several calls before someone finally answered, and even then, no one was sent to address the problems. Wi-Fi was practically unusable, with a weak signal and constant disconnections. The food quality at the hotel restaurant was subpar. The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection of stale and unappetizing items. The service in the restaurant was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was severely lacking. Public areas like the lobby and hallways were dirty, with trash often left unattended. The elevators had a strange odor and were not cleaned regularly. My stay at was extremely disappointing. unhelpful staff, lack of amenities, and general lack of cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning. Management needs to make significant improvements to bring this hotel up to a standard that justifies its name and price point.

We come to this hotel every year and we always enjoyed our stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful which we appreciate. There’s variety of food in all the meals, variety to choose from, variety of meat dishes, fish and big choices of salad and dessert. (Good for vegan diet). The water slides are so much fun, catering to both adults and kids. They’re only open during the peak season because the weather is warmer. Alina, the manager is super friendly and helpful. The SPA is excellent, they make you feel so relaxed and recharged. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel, it’s not perfect but it meets our needs. There’re many activities here, lots of nice and cozy area to sit with family and friends for quality time, etc.

Having previously stayed at this hotel in 2019, I had high expectations for our return visit. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by disappointment and neglect. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, particularly towards foreign guests, creating a hostile environment. Basic amenities such as air conditioning were lacking in the main lobby, and the dining options were inadequate, with food either overcooked or underdone. Our stay in the villa was equally disappointing. The room had several issues: broken handles, a malfunctioning TV, sagging mattresses, an ant infestation, broken lights, no WiFi, and unreliable air conditioning. Despite calling for assistance 15 times in one day, our requests were ignored, leaving us feeling as if our basic needs were being dismissed. Given our experience, I would strongly advise against this hotel for foreign tourists. The lack of respect and poor service, especially considering the high cost of over £700 per night, make it a place I cannot recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND A COMPLETE DISASTER! I recently booked a holiday through Thomas Cook, expecting a five-star experience. What I received was beyond shocking – this place is an absolute disgrace, and I urge everyone to stay far away from this so-called "luxury" hotel. 1. Filthy Rooms and Lack of Housekeeping From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel had no standards of cleanliness. Although the room appeared clean initially, it was NEVER cleaned throughout our entire stay. The bed sheets were not changed even once, and the floors, balcony, and couch were filthy. We were essentially left to live in squalor for the duration of our holiday. 2. No Towels and Missing Amenities To make matters worse, there were no bath towels in our room upon arrival. How can a five-star hotel fail to provide basic amenities? We asked for mugs to use in the room – something that should be provided without question – and yet, they never arrived. The service here is not just bad; it's non-existent. 3. Bed Bugs and Health Risks We were horrified to discover that our room was infested with bed bugs. My entire family was bitten, causing discomfort and distress throughout our stay. I provided photographic evidence of the bites and the state of the room to the hotel and Thomas Cook via WhatsApp, but NOTHING was done. How is this level of neglect even possible in a hotel that claims to be five stars? Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. 4. Contaminated Swimming Pool – A Health Hazard An adult defecated in the children’s pool, and unbelievably, the hotel did nothing about it. The pool wasn’t cleaned, nor were guests informed of the contamination. We watched in horror as children continued to swim in the pool, completely unaware of the serious health risk. This is gross negligence at its worst. 5. Food Poisoning – My Whole Family Got Sick If that wasn’t enough, my entire family got food poisoning after eating exclusively at the hotel. We suffered from severe diarrhea and vomiting during our stay, which was made worse by the fact that the hotel’s toilets were filthy and never cleaned. This is an extreme health hazard – the lack of cleanliness undoubtedly contributed to the spread of illness. It was a nightmare! 6. No WiFi and Terrible Connectivity Don’t expect to stay connected while you’re here! The WiFi in the rooms is absolutely useless. The signal was so weak that we were left without internet access for the entire stay. How can a hotel in 2024 not provide basic WiFi access? This was a huge inconvenience and yet another failure on the part of this dreadful hotel. 7. Rude and Discriminatory Service The buggy service was abysmal. I waited 20 minutes for a buggy, only to watch two families who arrived after me get prioritized by the driver. Despite being first in line, I was told to wait until they were dropped off. This type of discriminatory treatment is inexcusable, and it reflects the hotel’s complete lack of care for its guests. 8. Staff Were Incompetent and Rude Most of the hotel staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. On top of that, there was a major language barrier, as very few staff members could speak or understand English. This made it nearly impossible to communicate or resolve any of the numerous issues we encountered. The hotel’s disregard for customer service was appalling. 9. Emotional Distress – An Experience Ruined I was so overwhelmed by the poor conditions and lack of care that I ended up crying in front of the hotel manager. Despite providing photographic and video evidence of the disgusting state of the hotel, they did NOTHING to fix the situation. I expected a relaxing holiday but was left dealing with stress, illness, and complete frustration. This place ruined our trip. Final Warning This hotel is falsely advertised as five stars when it doesn’t even meet the basic standards of hygiene, service, or safety. I have reported it to the appropriate health authorities and will be pursuing a refund through Thomas Cook. This was not a holiday – it was a nightmare.

one of the most disastrous hotels I've ever stayed at, I'll explain the reasons below: I had a reservation for 7 days at a deluxe double room with a sea view for 2 adults and 2 children, when we got there we were told that there were no rooms available except in the cottages, where after I saw them, I refused let's stay there because it looks like after the war in Ukraine. After long negotiations in gymnastic language (no one at the reception speaks English except at a very poor level), in exchange for 570 euros more for 7 days, we would receive a two-room suite that we had to take in the central building, otherwise we would have slept in the car. The apartment is in a deplorable state, in the first room the air conditioning did not work, the water was flowing continuously and the beds were destroyed. Strong points of the hotel: the aqua park and the location. Weak points: cleanliness, internet signal, industrial type food, but the most important is the lack of air conditioning even in the dining room or reception. Avoid this hotel at all costs, it is a big scam.

The animation team are an extremely friendly energetic bunch who are very helpful they go above and beyond to help you. They are extremely good professional yet friendly and make you feel at ease. This our third visit to this hotel and I’m very impressed. The wait staff are also very enthusiastic and quick to help, the Manager has been of great help to us with the few hic-ups we have had in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch.

Worst hotel i have ever been in. Really low quality food, food there gave me food poisoning. Idk if this has only happened to me but my room was terrible. 2 of 3 power outlets wasn’t working. Even the hairdryer was broken. I asked them 2 times to get someone to fix it no response. Also when my 100$ bill magically disappeared from my drawer and i reported it to the manager. He said that they weren’t responsible for valuable things that wasn’t kept in locked safe. So according to their logic maid cam take everything she wants and walk away like nothing happened just because it wasn’t kept in the safe. Lastly their lobby was stinking with smell of sweat.

Amazing! The resort has so much to do, a gym and plenty of classes/sports games on throughout the day, plus entertainment every evening. There are plenty of pools, slides and water parks to keep children entertained plus different activities throughout the day and the kids club. Three of our children have coeliac disease, I spoke to the manager on the first day who introduced us to the head chef - both were incredibly helpful! The chef made the children gluten free pancakes and bread in the morning, gluten free pizzas, pasta, chicken nuggets and muffins when requested for lunch/evening meal. There are plenty of food choices in the main restaurants and the a la carte restaurants are lovely. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And the Turkish bath is divine! Would definitely recommend.

Great location, food absolutely beautiful, bar was open 24/7 taxi and bus available all day, staff friendly. Pool lovely, activities at the pool was varied. The rooms were a little small and the shower small, I was disappointed with the room. Buy over all a good hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. The swim up room was great. The problem was the food. Within 24 hrs of landing back in the UK I was really ill. In fact I was ill for 2 weeks with Salmonella. On my last afternoon I ate kebab/meatballs and rice. I left one of the meatballs because it didn't look cooked properly. The holiday was booked through Jet2 and on contacting them I was disappointed with their response. They said their hotels follow guidelines etc.. Well if that was the case I wouldn't have been ill, I have travelled to Turkey with Jet2 previously and had amazing holidays. This was the first time at this hotel and never again. I would not recommend going to this hotel at all.

I have to say the resort of this hotel is great, spacious, the pools are great with plenty of activities for children. We had family room in the older part which was a bit outdated but clean and big enough for family of 4, only thing is there is s street with private houses very close and it can be noisy, obviously that is not the hotel fault. The great benefit was on the bottom floor we had lovely outdoor areas with sun loungers and it was close to the pool but still had kind of privacy and green around. The new part is nicer and more modern, my sister had room there, they are smaller a bit but still spacious enough. There is always free beds later around the pools and at the beach too. Food was very good, breakfast, lunch, dinner always plenty of choices and always found something everyone liked (even the fussy ones😅) A la carte is we had was in Turkish restaurant and it was great too. The staff everywhere is friendly and helpful, specially reception, they are very nice and nothing is a problem. Rooms are cleaned every day apart from Sunday I think, we didn't need it to be done every day but always changed towels for us and took the bins. It is close to Kusadasi maybe 15 mins in the car (taxi) and it was 10 euro. There is great market 2 mins from the hotel for shopping. And a few other shops around including pharmacy. We had brilliant 10 days and would definitely come back. Thank you Ephesia Holiday beach club for our holiday full of amazing memories and for the most beautiful sunsets and views to see every day.

My family and I have recently returned from this fantastic hotel. We spent 2 weeks there and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they are a credit to you, especially Hakan and Cheylin from reception, Habib in the lobby bar and Ibrahim in the a la carte Italian. There are plenty of activities to do during the day, the pools are spotless and well supervised by the life guards so we always felt that our children were safe. The food choices throughout the day were always excellent with plenty of choice for all. We will definitely return in the future.

Just back home from a wonderful week at Ephesia and missing it already! 6 of us went, 3 adults, 3 children aged 15, 10 & 6 years. So many positives to write about, just a couple of things that weren't so positive so I'll get them out of the way first. Dining hall ... Always really busy and very hot. There are a couple of A/C units, but unless you are directly underneath them or by the open doors looking out to the sea, you didn't feel the benefit, that being said we did choose to go in August and experienced very high temperatures. Most staff are very hard working and try to clear tables quickly. Special thanks to 'DLake' from the kitchen who brought us our favourite chocolate pannacotta upon request! There was a grumpy one who objected to us pushing tables together to fit all 6 of us, but DLake's happy attitude outshone that small detail. Good - Lots of food variety everyday, all 6 of us with various tastes enjoyed the meals. Even the snack bar meals were great, especially the salad bar and freshly cooked pizza from the outdoor pizza oven. Drinks were great, but like others have said, the paper cups go soggy. The coffee cups are very small so I used 2 of the larger cups from the bar and doubled up to stop the burn/sogginess and managed to fit 3 coffees in ... Win win! Always cold bottled water available at every station. We mainly used the Sunny Bar, the staff there are wonderful! So friendly. No queues. Location - On the beach! The beach is small and not very clean, could do with a rake every morning. The rest of the grounds and gardens are immaculate. The grounds staff are extremely hard working. Right, onto the best bits ... Our room (2304 - the new part) very spacious, tastefully furnished and very clean. Cleaned everyday and given fresh bedding/towels. Fabulous A/C, great monsoon shower, free safe, fridge and huge comfortable beds and pillows. Great view of the lazy pool, the sea, sunset and mountains. Double sliding doors with insect net which was great it you wanted to sleep with the doors open. A large walled TV which we didn't use. The pool - Our favourite was the fresh water infinity pool which benefited from the sea breeze. The entertainment team put on lots of water activities such as aerobics and polo. Also liked the lazy pool but this is salt water and the kids weren't too keen. Lots of beds and always got good spots easily at both pools. At the other side of the complex is the water park with some great slides and lots of attentive attendants. Although this had been the pull factor in us choosing Ephesia, we only went a couple of times. It was really busy and finding 6 beds together was difficult, but we enjoyed the infinity pool so much that it didn't affect our holiday. We had a wonderful Turkish bath/scrub/massage onsite at really reasonable prices. There is also a small shopping complex onsite selling essentials/gifts, again at reasonable prices. Saving the best until last - The entertainment - fantastic! A great bunch of caring, hard working, wonderful people who made our holiday. They immediately remembered our names and made us feel really special all holiday. We had so many laughs playing shooting, dancing and darts everyday - Thank you Ronie, Rio, Sourinho, Diego, Burak, Casper, Twety, Poto, Eto, Niloy, Barnie, Limz & Nazli-Memet. The night entertainment was very impressive in the outdoor amphitheatre with special acts and prior to the show is a kids mini disco. The fabulous entertainment team mentioned above were still working during the nighttime shows, they never stop! We loved this holiday and will definitely be returning. Highly recommeded!!

Great place for families with kids but also for couples of all ages. Divided in 3 man accomodation areas, each having large pool just at the doorstep. Nice and well equiped waterpark with slides for toddlers and teenagers too. Just beside is probably the nicest beach in the area, equiped with parasols and comfy sunbeds. Nice animation programme for kids and adults too. It is possible to take bus and in 20 minutes be in the Kusadasi historic town centre full of restaurants and bars and shops. Or you can just walk outside the hotel, and there is a seaside village with some shops, bazaar and few restaurants too and also a nice seaside walk. Large central restaurant with wide selection of great food. (I missed wider selection of fish and seafood, but Turkish cuisine is probably not about fish that much). Another 3 bars and 2 finger food spots beside the pools. Beer was good but the quality of wine and others alcohol drinks was way under avarege. The family apartments are spacious, with nice view on the sea and pools. The ground-floor rooms have their own water brambles for kids and direct access to the pool. The isolation on main room door should be better. All in all it is a great place to spend a week with family. Well worth the extra travel from the airport.

Overall good value for money but definitely not a 5* resort. We stayed for one week in the Penthouse Suite as a group of 5. Positives: - Good value for money for all inclusive. - Resort looked clean and tidy. - Spa facilities were nice and the massage received was food. - Good number of pools/sun loungers around each pool. - Each pool had a "Snack Bar" which served small food and drinks. - Excursion activities could be arranged from the resort with pickup/drop off. - Taxi's available near reception. Negatives: - Everything is self service around pools and the main restaurant, so no-one will come to take your order etc. - Outdoor pools are not heated so we didn't use them. - Only one proper restaurant to use and its only buffet service for breakfast/lunch/dinner. - No room service for food (hence not 5*). - Room wasn't cleaned daily, we had to go to reception one day to ask our room to be cleaned. - Cocktails are not great quality and served in small plastic cups. Neutral: - Resort is about 20 min taxi ride from the main Kusadasi town, if your a young group who want to go out each night - don't stay here. Overall we thought for the money it is good value, however its not quite a 5* resort.

The rooms and the facilities are amazing. The food was good. The cocktails where not too good. The hotel is an hour away from the beach. They have buses that run from hotel and the beach and they drop you. The taxis in the hotel are convenient but they will charge a lot more. The folks on the from desk are nice ... but they can also be rude. It depends who speaks to you. The cleaning ladies were nice but they took the coins we left in the table without our permission. The overall experience was good.

A hotel in the form of a large estate. You need to book a special free shuttle to the beach (we didn't). The food in the main restaurant is very tasty, especially the food prepared live. The big drawback was the lack of management over the pools. From the morning, all sunbeds were reserved with towels thrown on them, on which usually no one appeared all day. Someone should stop this precedent. Children's slides open only a few hours during the day at certain times. The hotel is located on a hill with large elevations. We had a room at the very end of the complex, on the top floor, which was quite a challenge for us. Each time we had to bring a pram (there are no elevators) and walk several hundred meters to get to meals. It was tiring and frustrating. In addition, the main pools play very loud music, also at the pool bar - these are two separate types, so you can be overcharged at times. The animators are pushy and louder. For the first few days of the holiday, we were very frustrated. Not the kind of rest we expected. There are many pool zones - unfortunately, children's slides are available only at the noisy main pool, and to get a place in other zones you have to get up at 5 am to reserve a sunbed. On the plus side, large and spacious rooms. Cleanliness at 3/5 and they are not always cleaned on designated days. No infrastructure next to the hotel, only very expensive shops in the hotel.

Our second time around at this hotel and loved it as much as the first. Amazing, clean and spacious apartments. Super friendly staff all around and great entertainment program. Great services to get to Kusadasi and most important, it feels very safe with our kids here. Thanks to all staff for a great holiday and a special thanks to Jesse for making our holiday extra special.

Our apartment was lovely although a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Went all inclusive although people complained about the food I thought it was lovely work a large variety. Do wish there was an adults only bar/lounge in the evening though. Never had a problem around the pool with loungers. The spa was amazing
