This would of been our 5th time staying and we do love it but this time the pool was just so loud I know not much you can do.. hen parties, big groups of family's and diffrent groups playing music. So 3 diffrent sets of music playing is enough to give anyone a head ache..
There is a smoking area by the bins and I don't understand why everyone is allowed to sit vaping all day and blowing clouds of smoke into your face all day long it's absolutely vile... it completely ruined my holiday trying to avoid it like the plauge but sadly nearly everyone was vaping and can't seem to put it down for more than 5 seconds as if it's a baby's dummy.
We was so happy with our level 5 room the staff always listen to us in that way.
Just sad we probably can't stay again 😞 I don't come on holiday to have people's smoke in my face for the whole day. Or keep moving beds was rhe other option. Never mind but think the vapes need to be classed as smoking and there needs to be an area for it.
Towels as always down and reserved again this should be sorted you have people missing for 5 hours at a time and come back to a bed they had a towel on all day. Isn't fair.
Thank you though sol for giving us our lovely room.. but honestly the smoke around the pool is vile and unbearable.

Great apartment complex with clean, spacious rooms. We had booked a one bedroom apartment and a studio. Great view of the pool from 330. Well equipped with Fridge. Hob and microwave. Enough utensils to get by.
Pool is a good size with plenty of beds and a lifeguard on duty.
Bar well stocked and service was fine
All in all a decent place to stay.
Near enough to the busy central area for food. Close to beach.

Good rooms but if you get the ones facing the car park , try and change it was cold and dark. Bit sad. Should have asked to change. Rooms are also very noisy , you hear all the neighbours. Talking everything. Light sleepers bring ear plugs also the cushions were the worst.
Good bathroom nice kitchen . Nice pool. Clean.

Apartment hotel with a decent price in the perfect spot in the middle of everything. Surrounded by top notch resturants and bars. A high quality food store with fresh vegetables and fruit within a few hundred meters sets you up for your own breakfast. Make sure to be up early to get a good spot in the pool because it will be crowded. Located within walking distance from several beutiful sand beaches and the same distance to the resturant and shopping district. I will probably stay here on my next trip if available. Nothing fancy but you get all you need... Almost the room lacked some useful kitchen utensils and a dishbrush but had a decent fridge.

Had a duplex sleeping 4, but the bed in the lounge was a single bed with a trundle bed, so not great for couples. Loved the location, airer walk to the beach, loads of shopping and restaurants, cafes. Try NOIR cafe for breakfast... excellent!

The apartments are great so clean and the kitchen is well stocked
Mattress is very firm so that’s the only thing I didn’t like but the pool area the food drink great!
The staff some of the nicest people I’ve met on holiday they loved to chat accommodate anything u need fresh towels booking taxis recommendations on food and drink outside the hotel.. they couldn’t be more helpful
Being adult only made it such a relaxing stay I would recommend and give 10/10! Loved it!

I stayed for four nights to attend a wedding. I stayed in one of their cheaper rooms and was very suprised by how nice it was. Large room, kitchenette, nice bathroom and spotlessly clean.
Due to the reason for my visit I did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, but when I did it was very pleasant. Hotel staff were lively and friendly. Food at the pool bar was delicious and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here for a fantastic week. Looking into booking here again for next year. The staff were all lovely, helpful and very friendly. Our room was lovely. It's spotless clean. The pool is a good size with plenty of longers and a poolside bar that do reasonable drinks and food. Location is great.

Lovely hotel, smaller but very nice! Been refurbed. Very clean and staff were fabulous.could do with a pool table! Location excellent. Just one thing.. the towels small awful. We had to ask for them to be changed a few times and also heard others.. they are just old but really need updating. Everything else great and would stay again. Loved being able to use Altair pool area too...that pool seemed warmer.

-its noisy as ****. The evening entertainment is so loud that you are forced to be a part of it no matter what. And when the entertainment is finnished you can hear the nightclubs from the center. You could close the doors and windows, but then you boil, cause there is no AC.
Dont bring kids here.

rooms are extremely unclean. arrived at this hotel late last night to find stained bedding and pillows and clumps of hair all around the apartment. aswell as that, cockroaches outside our room.
all staff here are extremely kind and welcoming. However, i mentioned to reception that one of the rooms had an awful eggy smelly and explained the issue with how unclean everything is. We had been told someone would come to sort it out and after all day, no one has been.
In addition to this, a kettle in our room leeks and we were left with water all over the sides and covered our charging cables.
apart from this, the rest of the hotel is lovely and a great place to be. Just the rooms need to be more taken care of.

Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are great and cleaned regularly. The pool area is great, especially for kids with entertainment throughout the day and night. Great selection of food and drinks and the staff are so friendly. Wonderful views of the resort too.

Beautiful holiday with my family. The location of the hotel is spectacular. The rooms are very clean, and the environment is very serene. All the staff are kind and helpful. Maybe the food could be improved a little, but for the price paid and for the 3 stars, it's fine. I wanted to say hello to the guy from the animation Valerio, really good good good... always present and available, but the thing that amazed me was that he remembered all the names of the customers including my family

The location of the hotel is great!
Unfortunately on arrival we were given a room with 2 single beds for 3 of us, and when we requested another room the receptionist told us there was nothing he could do and that I could wait for the manager who may or may not turn up. They offered a trundle bed that wouldn't even fit in the room!
Luckily another guest offered to swap rooms with us and saved the day! Had it not been for them hearing us at reception I dread to think where we would have slept.
We received no apology of offer of assistance and were extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and care in this situation. I had even emailed the hotel prior to arrival to make sure we had enough room for the 3 of us and was told there were no 2 bedroom rooms, when in fact there are!
The air-conditioning in the room was not fit for purpose and it would be awful in the height of summer.
The food was not amazing. Not a great choice and appeared to be reheated from dinner to lunch and vice versa. Breakfast was good but we struggled at lunchtime and dinner. In addition there was no selection for children really other than chips and pasta.
There are only 30 sunbeds for the whole hotel and apartments, and 4 umbrellas which was not enough and unless you queued for a bed at 8am you were lucky to get a sunbed!
Usual people leaving towels and disappearing for hours but the lifeguard did remove after an hour or two to free up beds.
You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel and despite the issues we had it was a nice break away but things could be improved!

So where to start.. mixed bag this holiday was we arrived to be told we had to pay tourist tax this we were not made aware of.
We checked in and was told we had to stay in the apartments over the road from the main hotel, we were on the 3rd floor, there was a lift that holds 4 people just about, the lift had issues all week finally breaking down on day 6 trapping me inside which wasn’t great fun it was very warm, I pressed the alarm but nobody attended, after about ten mins the door self released and I got out, the lift was about 10 inches from the floor
The room itself was ok they were clean Rooms, the cleaners were very good they came in every other day and brought fresh towels. They put rowdy all male groups in the same block as us which was not ideal especially with young girls. The restaurant was well presented and again always clean however the food was very repetitive not always great with the kids. It was always cooked to a good standard the timings were not great breakfast was 8-10 lunch 1- 3 and evening tea 7:30 -9:30 there were not many snacks available during the day and the all inclusive drinks did not start until 10am running until 11pm.
With the all inclusive make sure you have a euro handy for every drink you purchase as you have to pay a deposit for a plastic cup which you keep
When you return it you get the euro back. It’s ok drinking with plastic cups outside but when you have a drink inside a proper glass would have been better!
The sunbeds are an issue 50 beds for 300 guests so it’s very much get down early and get a bed, some people got down early to place a towel on beds and not return for long periods which is unfair, also smoking around the pool was not great in my opinion.
The entertainment was ok the guy who did it was great fun he likes to get People involved
Bingo is on most nights followed by a quiz or karaoke there was a singer on one night she wasn’t the best but it’s better than nothing I guess. Location was the best bit about this hotel it’s about 10 minutes walk to a wonderful beach front with lots of great places to eat and drink

Stayed in the apartments across from the main hotel, the apartment was extremely spacious and pretty clean. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the beach. The hotel staff were all extremely nice and provided good service. The best part of the entire stay was Valerio, the in house entertainer who organised daily tournaments, bingo games and karaoke.

Very mixed opinions after our week stay here.
Rooms are extremely dated and basic. They only have single beds in rooms and they are all different heights.
Food- very basic and very similar each day. We ate out every night as the restaurants within 5/10 min walk are soo nice, much better than the food in the hotel.
Cleaner Julia- was lovely and always did a good job was more helpful than the reception staff!
Velareo- hotels entertainer was absolutely amazing. The days he worked was the best days round the pool and the best nights for entertainment within the hotel.
Bar staff- very friendly and helpful unlike reception staff!
Location is perfect 2 mins from the beach and shops/ restaurants.
Don’t expect anything at all from the rooms or food!
Also you need to wake up every morning early to secure your sun lounger otherwise you are on plastic chairs!

We had a fantastic stay here from the 18th to the 22nd of April. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and cleaned regularly, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.
The food was exactly what you’d hope for from an all-inclusive – plenty of variety at every meal, with something to suit everyone’s taste. We also loved that there were snacks available throughout the day, perfect for keeping us going between meals.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
Just want to add a huge thanks to the entertainment team that were there during our stay ; Alejandro, Tamara, Alba, Shannon, Pablo, Marko, Marina ( apologies if I have any of your names wrong ) we loved you guys, even down to watching you rehearse. You were all incredible, friendly and do such an incredible job. We appreciated all the effort you put in to perform such great shows for everyone.

Great location, excellent staff and excellent value for money.
Rooms are large and plentiful - they are to meet basic needs rather than pile on the luxury but there are 3 pools and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating which even when really busy there was still somewhere for everyone. An option today for drinks if you aren’t all inclusive and always met with a smile. Cocktails were amazing!
We had a 1 bed apartment and the rooms were comfortable, spotless and stacked with all the basics and storage, including a full kitchenette and a proper under the counter style fridge. Supermarket literally round the corner behind 2 STUNNING restaurants (Nevada is perfection).
Food here is great!
Our check out was 11am and our flight was only at 11pm, they let us pay to keep our luggage in a secure locker so we could enjoy our last day.
If anything we can say the area and the hotel grounds are honestly spotless.
Looks like it’s been spruced up and not left to get tired.
We will definitely return. Have realistic expectations and you will not be disappointed. :)

An incredible holiday resort! Paid for all inclusive and it was worth it. 3 beautiful pools and our room was lovely too. A big shout out to Georgia on the reception desk who helped us with any issues or queries we had. Daniel and Shannon from the entertainment team were lovely as well.
Our last night we watched the Bollywood show that the team put in which was a great show to watch! You can tell the team took great care and effort to put on a great performance for everyone.
My only feedback would be based on the size of the resort only having one restaurant at peak times in the year would be crazy. It started to get busier near the end of the week and that showed a little glimpse at what it would be like in summer. The buffet restaurant was nice, with places to sit outside as well. Seemed to be a nice variety of options each day. But I think this resort would benefit from an extra restaurant buffet space or expanding the current one.

Family of 4. 2 adults. 2 kids. Self catering. Absolutely brilliant holiday and the hotel is very family friendly. Rooms could do with a little tlc, nothing major just like new shower heads, kettle, etc. The location is perfect! 5 min walk to the center and beach. Lovely reception staff, cleaners, bar, and entertainment. Would highly recommend.

We’ve stayed 5 days at the hotel in easter time.
Reception: We had a very poor experience, no information provided by reception, had to ask for all inclusive wristbands, they didn’t mention no details about anything - we had to ask where our room is, what time dinner is served, definitely understaffed hotel and also one hour standing in a queue to check in!
The food: was not tasty at all, the main issue was- it was not salty at all, the same dishes served every day. Fancy small rubbish bin put on each table to clean after yourself 😅 why not!
rooms: very good size with private balcony which was lovely but very old, not cleaned during our 5 days stay at all!!! I’ve sent two emails to reception asking for cleaning- then only our bed has been made and rubbish removed; the bathroom was not cleaned at all, floor not washed/ broomed - disgusting! Fridge- old and dirty.

Water: the water in a tap is extremely salty, you cannot use it for brushing your teeth, you can’t even use it for a tea. We haven’t been informed by reception about that as well.
Extra costs: lots of additional charges for reusable caps in a bar, Billard in the garden, lockers etc.
The location was good, worth renting a car to travel around, a few nice small beaches around.
Hotel definitely not recommended, absolutely not 4 start, poor 3!

Location was fantastic, staff were super friendly and helpful, and hotel was kept very clean. However I was in block2 which is in need of a serious upgrade. My very narrow bath had a shower curtain which just sticks to you while using the shower. Unfortunately the food let the hotel down, not a lot of choice and cheaper ingredients but I could deal with that as it was a budget choice holiday. My biggest problem was that the food was only ever warm not hot, which is something that can and should be expected and not difficult to solve

Amazing sea view room, perfect location with everything on your doorstep in a level location with no hills. 1 minute walk to the gorgeous Cala Millor beach. Lovely hotel with all the facilities needed for a short stay, good food choices for myself, (although my partner is vegetarian so limited on some of the days to pasta). Very welcoming staff who were happy to assist when needed. Happily stay here again as it was the ideal, and a much needed break for myself and my partner. Room was great with a large balcony where the view was amazing being on the top floor, only reason I gave 4 star is because the shower got the floor absolutely saturated, it didn't bother us but might be something worth looking into for the hotel. Overall a lovely stay for us both, and again much needed. Thank you Blue Sea Cala Millor, and all the staff :)

The hotel has been great value for money. Clean (smells amazing), good selection for food and drinks in the all inclusive. Elena who does the entertainment has been absolutely amazing. All the staff that I have encountered have been very attentive. Would definitely recommend here, and I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel situated over 4 Blocks, main reception area located in Block 1. This hotel is more of a hostel than hotel and is NOT child friendly. The rooms are low budget, the buffet style menu low budget and the small pool area becomes congested quickly! The overall service is poor and the music from the hotels bar starts from 9pm until midnight; avoid Block 2 if you actually want to sleep! The ONLY plus is that the beach is a 5 minute walk away, remember to bring a towel otherwise you have to pay for sun loungers. Despite all-inclusive status you need money!

Spent 6 nights in Bluesea Cala millor it was okay for the price of the holiday and definitely a 3 star. If you’re wanting a quick break away you’d have a nice time.
Rooms - they are 4 blocks in this hotel and I was placed in block 3, first impression was that the rooms were outdated and not like the pictures advertised. The walls in the block felt like they were paper thin we could hear the conversations in the next room over and hear the toilets flushing/ showers running. Another thing was the rooms were cleaned everyday but not to a good standard- walking around barefoot for even 2 minutes your feet were covered in dust and black specks🤢
Food was great in this hotel I loved every meal I had breakfast lunch and dinner - a good variety of food available! Drinks however… when we arrived at the hotel we were told to scan a QR code to see map of hotel, services etc… upon looking we saw the list of cocktails on offer and went to the bar to seek one only to be told it was only pina colada and sex on the beach available, very misleading information and these cocktails came from a jug!?
Pool area was perfect with plenty of sunbeds available!
Would recommend this hotel if you want a nice trip away for a couple nights

Had a lovely stay here, very friendly staff. Nice and spotlessly clean rooms, food is decent. Good entertainment.Very hardworking staff. The receptionists and bar workers were great, the receptionist Donna with the curly hair was especially kind and friendly. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves recognition for her work.
The only downside in my opinion is the all inclusive drink situation of getting a choice of wine/beer each meal, it would be nice to have spirits included and be able to have an alcoholic beverage by the pool outside of meal times.

Stayed here with my 3 children for 1 week. Lovely hotel, very clean and most of the staff were very friendly.
Coco the entertainer was fun and involved the children in activities throughout the day.
We spent a lot of time at the Pool and had no problems finding sun loungers. Antonio the lifeguard was absolutely lovely and always offering to help with the very heavy umbrellas to make sure the children had plenty of shade throughout the day.
The food was rather repetitive each day but not bad.
Beautiful beach just a 15 minute walk away and lots of shops along the way.
We were worried about coming here after reading some really bad reviews but I honestly can not fault anything. The all inclusive alcoholic drinks are limited to 3 with lunch and 3 with dinner which was plenty, I was surprised that so many were complaining about it.
We had a lovely family holiday, had lots of fun, met lots of lovely fellow Brits to chat with.
We will definitely visit again!

Staff of the hotel was always kind and helpful anytime we needed something. Rooms were quite big and there was nothing missing, maybe just a small fridge would be nice in the warm weather. We also had all inclusive and everyday there were so many tasty meals to choose from, the hotel's kitchen was really amazing. In addition, the hotel is close to the beach, just a walk down a small hill and you're there.

Hotel was a decent 3 star, food was OK, limited variety, Coco was exceptional and always had a hello and chat and held a great 360 party which we loved.
Pool was good and all inclusive was good. Didn't like them wanting to pay for a cup, so brought my own and this was frowned upon!
It was a a nice break few things were frustrating but overall a good 3 star mini break

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff (especially the dinner staff). The food is somewhat basic but good. The walls are very thin so you can hear people talking to each other in the next room. The location is excellent and well connected to Palma and the Airport.

This hotel was a fantastic holiday for me and my partner. Ignore the bad reviews, this was a lovely cheap and cheerful holiday for us. We thought the food was great, a variety at every meal but still a few staples. My partner is gluten intolerant and he could still eat a lot of the selection. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed - we didn’t find we struggled without a fridge as the air con is quite cold anyway. It’s in an excellent location a short walk away from the beach. All the staff were really polite and lovely and you can tell they work really hard. It does get a little busy at meal times but nothing that can’t be avoided and we had no trouble getting a sunbed. Great value for money holiday, would come back!

The room was clean and could not fault that . The bathroom was spacious. However, the food was disgusting for all-inclusive. I was so disappointed. Also alcohol was 3 beers or wine lunch and evening meal. There were no snscks unless you had a one sliced dry bread sandwich of which you could get at the pool area.There were no kettles or fridges in the rooms, so if you fancied a coffee, you had to keep going to the bar at the reception area and ask. The coffee in the restaurant was out of a machine and bland. The cleaners and restaurant helpers were lovely and polite the hotel reception workers and bar person were not so.The hotel is on a hill so it isn't really disabled friendly apart from having 2 lifts.The location was not too far from the beach and shops but up a hill. It's ideal for a over night stay, but anymore than that, you're eating out trying to find coffee shops. I think this hotel could be improved by changing the food up grading the quality and giving more options, putting kettles and fridges in the rooms. I think people would pay more if the hotel raised it standards and catered for customers.

Spain is a beautiful country. Vacationing here is simply wonderful. The hotel is good—clean, with great food, and friendly, helpful staff. It’s close to the beach and shops.
The only thing that might spoil your stay is the German tourists—constantly drunk (they drink all day and vomit all over the hotel all night), completely ill-mannered, loud, and rude. And it’s not just that we happened to have bad neighbors—there are a lot of Germans here, and being around them is nearly unbearable. Their disgusting behavior even surpasses that of the worst Russian idiots. Absolutely revolting. 🤢

Staff are arrogant and rude. Food is diabolical think I eaten 3 times in the week I stayed. Drinks are half pints nit full pints and they are classed as your all inclusive drinks.
The options of what to drink are ridiculous. Only San Miguel or larger or wine on the all inclusive. No other options what so ever. Can't even get a single vodka.

Okay for the value. Was worth the upgrade to half board just for the dinner option. Food okay across the board - just be prepared for someone to latch onto you and give you no room whist at the buffet - was a real free for all.
Lots of noise in the evenings from inside and outside the hotel. But this is part of the area it’s in, close to the supermarket and short walk to the beach. I didn’t need cleaning for a short stay, however the room was a decent standard on arrival, sadly my request for a high floor was denied, but that worked out well as the lifts were very slow and unreliable.
Pool top bar is great for a sunset view, shame some young “loud” guests like to ruin the atmosphere with their “me me me” attitude, shouting and acting fools, really lowers the vibe.
If you are on a budget then it’s a no brainer - I’f you’re staying more than 2/3 nights then I would recommend somewhere a bit further on if you want to fully rest.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar snacks were lovely and the drinks very cheap. We stayed on a half board basis, the breakfast was lovely, with a wide choice of food. The evening meal was a bit of a let down, not much variety, but could always find something to eat.
The room was adequate and had a fridge which came in very handy. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if required.
The pool is small but wasn't too busy and we could always find a sunbed. Having free pool towels to use throughout the stay was a bonus. We would definitely stay again, but probably on abed and breakfast only basis

I stayed at BLUESEA Piscis Hotel (a 3-star hotel) from June 2–5, 2025, in Room 601. At first, I was pleased with the service — especially from Maribel at the front desk, who was kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations. However, what followed was deeply disappointing.
When we first entered the room, there was a strange unpleasant smell. We couldn’t tell where it came from, so we turned on the air conditioning to try and get rid of it. Later that night, after showering, we took a duvet from the wardrobe and were shocked to find it was damp and smelled like urine. It was extremely unhygienic. Since it was late and we didn’t know how to contact reception from the room, we left the duvet on the floor and went to bed.
The next morning, we reported this to the lady at the front desk. She asked for our room number and said it would be handled, although she seemed distracted talking to a colleague at the same time, which didn’t give us much confidence.
When we returned that evening, we found that the room had been “cleaned” — but the same soiled duvet had been placed back into the wardrobe, unfolded, and clearly not replaced. This was shocking.
I brought both duvets to the reception myself. The male staff member on duty was not friendly and even asked me to take the urine-stained duvet back to my room. This level of service is completely unacceptable, even for a 3-star hotel.
Cleanliness and basic hygiene are the most fundamental expectations in any hotel. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its housekeeping procedures and staff training.

May bank holiday weekend stay as a couple.
Half board, with room on 2nd floor facing road and car park. Room is comfortable with okay shower. Minimal outside noise, didn't disturb us.
Food was average, dinner choices average, paella, meat dishes, chips and pasta. We ate out all the marina during the day. Drink prices average.
Pool area comfortable, plenty of beds around pool and on balcony above. Hotel pool towels are provided on request.
Beds were "reserved" with beach towels (we suspected overnight) but Lifeguard moved them when mentioned.
All staff were welcoming and friendly. Cleaning and bar staff greeted us. Special mention to Marc/Marcus (apologies) who was welcoming and friendly, and suggested bars we could visit after dinner. Great to chat to.
Perfect location. Walkable to Marina, shops and bars (for music, cocktails or sports) Beach is 5 minutes down the road and was lively.
Enjoyable stay, would stay again. Budget break, you get what you pay for!

Struggled sleeping as room walls seem really thin, but that didn't detract too much from the experience overall.

Great pool and staff and facilities were excellent. The only downside was the bathroom was a little dated but fully functional and not bad enough for me to drop a star! For the price really happy 😊
