We loved our stay in Santa Catalina. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help with everything, and they were specially friendly with our toddler and baby! The outdoor pool with salt water is gorgeous, the restaurants are really good (we dinned in 1890 La bodeguita), the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel!! When we visit Las Palmas again, we definitely repeat in Santa Catalina!

The service was friendly and the prices are manageable if you take into account the location, the attention to details, and the friendliness of the staff who went above and beyond with the level of service. Beware if you are British!! We were taken to our suite and we were extremely disappointed.  It was dark and dingy and we were completely underwhelmed.  For the price we were paying to stay in a suite at this hotel, we expected much more. This was not a suite, it was a room with a couple of chairs and a table. We then noticed the venetian blinds were dirty and thick with dust and in the shower there was body hair from the previous guests! Also mouldy seals and mildew present. Mini bar was terrible, no gin to go with the tonic and no vodka to go with the coke?.  All it contained was mixers and a couple of beers. If you wanted any spirits you had to call room service and this was chargeable! The rooftop area is really nice with beautiful views of the city and they also do really nice cocktails.  Please don't expect to get a bed next to the pool as other guests reserve these before going for breakfast and the hotel allows this.  It's pointless paying extra for your room to get this access. Even worse in the main pool area the same towels on empty beds are also present.  However, due to the location of the pool only certain beds are in the sun for most of the day. On our first day there were no available beds at either of the rooftop and main pool areas, we actually found ourselves having to sit on a granite step in order to get some sun. What we didn't realise about the new year in Gran Canaria is that almost all restaurants are shut on new years eve.  We never gave it a second thought that we would have a problem getting a meal on this night given that we had booked into a five star hotel with 5 restaurants. It wasn't until we asked to book the tapas restaurant in the hotel that they informed us that all of the restaurants in the hotel were pre booked for the new year Gala.  We asked the receptionist what we should do for something to eat on this night.  She advised that the hotel restaurants would be closed by 3pm and that room service would not be available given the amount of guests at the gala.  Incredibly her suggestion was to buy some food from the Hyperdino (local cheap supermarket) along the road!  We were shocked and made a complaint to the hotel.  We did not expect to have this problem at a 5 star hotel, especially one with so many restaurants.  The response to our complaint was that they could offer us a table for two at the gala for 380 euros each and this did not include drink!! AND we had to wear a tuxedo and ballgown!! This was not the kind of attire we had with us!We rejected the offer and made a further complaint that was then taken up by the PR & Guest Experience Director Manuel Martinez-Fresno Hernandez where my partner had a meeting with him and at this meeting Mr Hernandez threatened to call the Police, he questioned my partners nationality, advised my partner that he is in Spain now and the UK has left the EU. If that was not bad enough he then suggested to my partner that he was too impecunious to afford a gala ticket! He was perfectly polite and proper in that meeting but stood up to his intimidation. As a result in order to save face Mr Hernandez pretended to phone the Police but when my partner requested to listen it was apparent there was no dial tone and in fact Mr Hernadez explained that it did NOT have an outside line! It was apparent to him that the Director had then felt obliged to phone the police in order not to look ridiculous. We were left in a situation where my partner was facing arrest for simply making a complaint about service, with no independent interpreter nor witness, all at the instigation of the hotels’ Director of PR and Guest Experience (a misnomer if ever there was one)! It really does defy belief. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels (although Mr Hernandez questioned that also) and have never been treated with such disrespect. As it turned out my partner and I were left with NO suitable dining facilities and therefore no dinner, subjected to extremely loud music till 3pm on New Years Eve which stopped us from sleeping and had to pay for the privilege.

Love this place. Stayed over Xmas 2023 and looking forward to going back. Staff are fabulous, breakfasts first class and the bars and restaurants superb. Beds are biggest I've ever slept in. Gym, pool and spa mean you can lose a few calories after a few beers by the pool and lunch at the tapas restaurant 😋

Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and good quality linens. However, acoustics are poor as we could hear people passing in the corridor and people walking in their room directly above our room. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and beautiful and there is a great choice of swimming pools. The bad thing is that people start "reserving" their pool loungers already from 8am without actually using them until much later, which is very annoying. This is done in every hotel with a pool, but we didn't expect this in a 5-star resort. The buffet breakfast room is very crowded unless you go very early. After 9am it reminds me of a Madrid Metro station during rush hour. That's the disadvantage of staying in a very large resort with some 500 rooms. Bigger is not always better!! On our 2nd morning an employee entered our room while we were still in bed, even though we had a sign "do not disturb" displayed on the door!! He said he came to collect our luggage for check-out. We still had 4 days left on our stay. Our complaint at the reception did not receive much attention and nothing was documented. Upon check-out there were several errors on our invoice for drinks from a lobby bar where we never went and for drinks from the room mini bar that we never consumed. CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE SETTLING THE BILL. Other than all the above we had a pleasant stay but will probably not return,

Good location, decent rooms, bad service, low quality breakfast and hands down the worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel breakfast. There was insufficient bar service at the pools (we were actively ignored) and 0 flexibility and friendliness when requesting support. The beach towel policy is ridiculous for the 270€/ night you pay. If you just want to have a room, this maybe a good fit, but if you aim to stay and expect some service you would expect at a price of this range (definitely not a Western European 5 star), you will be sadly disappointed.

Lovely hotel. Plenty of room. They keep it spotless ( well during our visit end of Feb to start of March) Choose the 3 night buffet option , semi good value . There are some lovely restaurants 10 min walk from resort, give them a go . Staff very helpful. Couple of things , easier access to free of charge water would be good ( u have to buy water even at the buffet ) And , I know you don't go on holiday to watch TV , but the 4 channels they provide in English, are all news channels. Whereas, in German, there are loads....obviously cater for those over English. But a lovely hotel , that looks very impressive from the promenade.

Exquisite Exterior Property, Extraordinary Spa, Less Than Ordinary Rooms with Roaches The exterior property is extraordinarily clean, photogenic, and well appointed. Everything you need is at your fingertips including exquisite dining, thoughtful entertainment, countless pools, and convenient access to the promenade with breathtaking views. The spa is not a typical spa, but it is absolutely extraordinary! The staff is superb. You absolutely must experience the circuit! It is an unforgettable, invigorating, and rejuvenating experience for couples, families, or single travelers. The rooms are less than ordinary. There is absolutely no soundproofing. According to a front desk attendant, all of the rooms are noisy due to the “infrastructure.” I do not recommend a reservation at this resort unless you can budget for a room that is classified as having a view or the “Unique” category. My room description stated “pool or garden view.” I see darkness and common sidewalks. That appears to be the view for most of the double standard rooms. You can probably get a better value at another property on the island. Also, there are roaches (see video). As someone from Miami, I know it is possible for effective property managers to mitigate insects. I expect more from a property at this price point. Absolutely, do not reserve a double standard room here — you will regret the cost and you will have no pleasure in your room.

Celebrated my wedding there. The stuff of dreams. No words to describe service. Only slight negative was the florist they use their appointed subby, who forgot a few key flowers we noticed. Try and get it pinned down rapid. Best wedding planner ever Bernie. The number one. Food service rooms nothing was ever too much. A true gem.

Staff all exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient. Vast area, need to find your way round as it's across different levels. Bedroom was large and airy, garden room. But bed was lumpy and hard, not 5 star quality, same with bed linen and towels. We did not have Privilege but were all inclusive, but impossible to eat anywhere except buffet - breakfast and lunch we're good, evening meal was OK but repetitive and unimaginative, not 5 star, more like a big noisy cafeteria. We ate out a couple of evenings at some great local restaurants. Pool towels - one each no exceptions! And only from the spa which meant you had to traipse across the grounds and downstairs to replace, why not available by the pools?? Again not what's expected at a 5 star hotel. Access to spa was included, lovely facilities and plenty of towels! Reflexology massage by Lana was excellent. Staff always friendly. Very clean, well maintained, the lovely staff made it a pleasure, but there were a few grumpy staff particularly in the buffet, need to improve dining arrangements and treat guests like they're at a 5 star hotel.

Impeccably maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed our stay and only the shower in the bath - no walk in - disappointed. Free secure parking a bonus. The all inclusive included cocktails and decent spirits but was very limited with the wines. For the price charged a better range of better wines required. Staff excellent and we would recommend. It takes a little while to get used to the layout but once you are it is fine, and your daily step count will thank you. Amazing buffet, lots of food choices. Very close to the beach, and the pools are brilliant. Highly recommend the location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time.

A mixed experience. The people are incredibly friendly, the rooms are nice, and we loved the many pools. The main problem is with the restaurants. Pool bar is good, but S club offered cold food, did not come to the pool when we rang the buzzer, and made a mistake with the order. Sens is....very busy for dinner. Loads of options but prepare to stand in line. The pool bar was very pleasant. Overall would recommend if you're there for golf or pool time and not a foodie. If you are, perhaps another place.

We had the best time at this hotel and will definitely be returning! Every detail is absolutely perfect. The rooms were lovely and clean, stunning views over the golf course and the infinity pool is amazing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Came here as a romantic holiday and we both had the most relaxing time. The location is a little out the way but they run a shuttle bus into the local town which is amazing! Also really quiet and has adult only areas which is perfect. Only thing that could be improved is a little shop in the hotel as the closest one is 1.5km away.

Amazing breakfast & dinner buffet offering diverse cuisine each day. Fresh, good quality and international ingredients. Great oasis far away from low level & overcrowded beach sides. Hotel is yet large but offers enough space so you won’t feel it. Staff, service, cleaning…always on a profession level. Only 2 downgrades you may encounter are: 1. It’s an affordable 5* = some visitors are honestly not behaving appropriately = not kind & treat the facilities or buffet or staff without good manners, blocking pool chairs etc. 2. Neighborhood construction is extremely noisy We stayed for 3 nights as a couple, loved the easy transfer to the golf court, food & hide away from wind and crowds :). 💌🫶

This hotel resort is excellent and is located high in the mountain so you have great views of the lower lands and the golf course. The interior is modern and has tasteful design features. Food is freshly served and a good choice. A very good standard of service and friendly staff. The golf course is stunning and very scenic. I was here with a big group of friends for a week for a golf break. Highly recommended.

We arrive at the hotel and it looks nice, but nobody shows us around, which is odd as it is quite a big hotel, supposedly 5-starts, and we need to take two different lifts in different places to get to our room. As it was a special occasion, I sent an email beforehand requesting an extra nice room if that was available for us to have a lovely trip. I ask about it at the reception and the lady doesn’t even seem to have heard about us requesting a nice room nor any other information. Clearly the email wasn’t read. The room was modern and the bed was big, but the view was facing the staircase on the side of the hotel which is what I would call the opposite of “extra nice room” - that bothered me a lot, but I felt I should give them a chance in case they were filled up. I later found out they were definitely not booked up and it was a case of lack of willingness, which is really perplexing. We are both vegetarians and informed the hotel beforehand too. The food included was bland and the best dish we had was the pizza, which was what we mainly could eat as being cheese topping. There were often queues for breakfast omelet and crepe areas which was a bit strange for a five star resort. They had a huge selection on meat and fish which I can’t comment about. The worst of it all was the construction. There is this huge and visible loud construction near the hotel which we had no knowledge of. We could hear from all areas but the 11th floor, so we basically only used that pool during our whole stay which isn’t what we particularly wanted. We had a couple massages booked so we used the spa pool as well, which was also noisy because of the construction. I reached out to customer service to understand why we were not told about the construction. They bluntly ignored me and said the manager would call me back. He never did. This is a scam, definitely not a luxury resort. Added Edited: You can see how little they actually listen to customer feedback from their response below and how instead they come up with excuses. They aren’t even admitting to how true my statement is instead they just lie further. Wow is all I have to say.

A superb hotel to relax and unwind. All the staff were polite, helpful and best of all happy. I have given 4 stars for location because there are steps to the beach. No problem for us but maybe a struggle for the elderly. Otherwise just superb. The food was amazing. So worth a stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Worth a visit for the restaurant alone.

The hotel was of high quality. Always clean and tidy everywhere, the food in the restaurant was also very good. What impressed us the most was the service. Fantastic service and nice people. They did several little things to ensure that we had the best possible experience, without us having asked for it or that it was something they needed to do. For example, we got a birthday present (cake and champagne), they remembered what we liked for breakfast, made changes when they saw things weren't perfect and they delivered milk to our fridge in the room because they knew we liked soya milk in our coffee. We have visited many fine hotels in several countries, but never experienced this quality of service. Thank you very much, we will come back another time!

We had come from Sweden to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I had booked a table at 360 restaurant with flowers and balloons and chocolate cake.Everything was exactly as we planned with the restaurant . So beautiful flowers and balloons and really fresh and delicious cake. So nice and kind staff. The food was absolutely fantastic (Stake and Wreckfish). The view and the atmosphere were wonderful. I am so satisfied and happy to have celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday there. One of the best restaurants I've been to in my life. Highly recommend 10/10! We will come back soon😅

We relished a splendid stay at this establishment. The hotel emanates a charming boutique ambiance rather than the grandeur of a large resort, rendering it an ideal choice for those in search of an intimate experience. Despite lacking an expansive pool commonly found in resorts, its emphasis on a more personal atmosphere enhances its distinctive charm. The rooms are not only beautifully appointed but also generously spacious. Situated on the eighth floor, the restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner, complemented by a high-quality Rooftop bar, providing a delightful dining experience. While guests have access to parking, it's worth noting that spaces are limited. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional attentiveness of the staff. Every encounter, across all services, was characterized by a genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. In terms of potential recommendations for the hotel, a couple of details regarding breakfast caught our attention. Firstly, coffee cups are available on both the tables and next to the coffee machine. However, this setup might lead to confusion, as servers don't offer coffee at the tables. Consequently, guests help themselves at the coffee machine and automatically return with a cup they have taken next to the machine. Secondly, after the appetizers are cleared, it would be helpful to replenish cutlery for the remaining part of the meal. While these are minor points, addressing them could further enhance the overall dining experience. As mentioned earlier, the familial touch in the service is noteworthy, and the hotel's proximity to the sea and beach adds to its appeal. Without a doubt, I am already contemplating a return visit.

As a Marriott Titanium member, I got a free upgraded to junior suite. The room is fantastic, having a big terrace, facing the ocean, and being equipped with B&O TV set and speakers! The room is also wheelchair users friendly. The housekeeping team always shows up during our breakfast time, so when we turn back to our room, our room is cleaned up. Love it! They provide more than enough premium bottle water too. The breakfast was amazing. There is limited but enough healthy collection of food at buffet, and egg dishes to order by demand. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they always made us feel welcomed. The view of the restaurant is unbeatable. Overlooking Maspalomas dunes and the ocean. Nothing can be better than that to kick off your day like this. It is just WOW. The location is fantastic too. Walkable to Playa de Ingles and Yumbo center. We loved it. The only drawback is that the spa and sauna is for additional charges. Given that said, I won't hesitate it to stay here again if I travel to Gran Canaria. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Nice hotel. We were first given a room on first floor towards the bus station in Meloneras, no view at all and noisy. I contacted the reception the day after arrival on upgrade, and got a new room on second floor with view to the basin the day after. Breakfast included was very good. Good facilities in hotel. What I liked —-> Very nice location: on the beach, and walking distance to the famous Maspalomas dunes. The sandy beach is very nice and large. Perfect for long walks, for surfing (good surf spot, with surf school). Rooms are modern and spacious. We had a pool view, and could see a bit of the see. Best is to ask a top floor Good food. 3 pools, very nice outdoor spaces with palm trees, a kids club & good service overall. What I liked less —-> I found the hotel a little pricey for what it is. The restaurants are also pricey. Parking can be complicated.

Great overall experience. But the fitness course "Healthy Back" was poorly orgsnised. The reception didn't know the location of the course, and directed us to the wrong meeting place. More importantly, the instructor lady was disinterested and unfriendly.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Direct Maspalomas beach access via south east gate. Several pools around the hotel and a small children's playground. The buffet is vast and of high quality. There is a small group of shops and restaurants close by, and many more within a few minutes walking.

I’m not sure why some reviews are so critical. We had a great stay and never noticed anywhere that needed renovation. The cleaners did a thorough job of cleaning our room every day. The view was amazing. It is so unusual to be able to have a sea-view and not be separated by a road. The buffet was good and the supermarket inside the building was super handy and well-stocked. The buffet could do with a greater range of food for children. My son is a vegetarian and there was very little he could eat (he didn’t fancy all the salads as he’s only young). There needed to be someone on at reception to take our bags. It’s not really 5 star to have to cart all your bags to your room after a long journey. But otherwise, we had a fantastic time and would come again!

In need of serious renovation. Absolutely cannot deny the high service levels. We have been coming here for years, but sadly they are well overdue for a renovation of the hotel. The beds are sagging, there are cracks in the walls, the furniture is worn out, curtains are torn. The location is great and the staff especially housekeeping are excellent, but really, the hotel is now so overdue for repairs its become embarrassing. Meanwhile because there are so few quality hotels in this area, prices have only risen over the years.

The hotel is completely appropriate for the island. not new, but very decent. Room cleaning is mediocre. The presence of tennis, paddle and volleyball courts adds advantages. The food in the hotel and in the restaurants nearby is underwhelming. breakfasts are strikingly monotonous.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I'm giving 3 stars to be fair; perhaps it wasn’t yet the high season resulting in some subpar experiences (potentially due to understaffing, etc.). However, given the price paid, one would expect higher standards. Service: - The staff seemed courteous, and really trying hard to make customers satisfied; however some appeared overwhelmed, leading to forgetfulness or mistakes. There were instances where requests were misunderstood or not fulfilled as expected (forgetting our order, giving us different cocktail than ordered) I need to mention that they waived the bill of our lunch once when they forgot our order which was a nice gesture. - Room service was inconsistent; despite booking a Junior Suite for four, towels were often insufficient or missing altogether. - The quality of food did not meet our expectations for this caliber of hotel. Despite opting for half board, we dined elsewhere due to dissatisfaction. The only highlight was the fresh orange juice at breakfast. - Obtaining towels was a challenge, as the attendant would frequently disappear, leaving guests waiting. This led to issues with securing sunbeds as guests resorted to reserving them with towels, a practice that should have been regulated. Room: - The room itself was spacious with a pleasant garden view. However, the arrangement of two beds for a couple was unexpected and not requested. - Attempting to book directly through the hotel's website with my Radisson membership proved futile, as the option was unavailable. This led to disappointment, especially when informed that the discount only applied to online bookings, which contradicted my experience. Location/Facilities: - The hotel's location by the sea is a plus. Despite the advertised heated pool, there was no noticeable temperature difference between the pools. - Many facilities appeared outdated and poorly maintained; chairs and sunbed cushions were often dirty, detracting from the overall experience. Given the hotel's high rating, I felt compelled to provide a factual review to aid others in making informed decisions. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we won't be returning due to the mismatch between price and performance.

We’ve been staying here a couple of times before and we were happy with the service. This time we could notice that it’s not the same anymore. When we arrived at the hotel no one helped us with the luggage and no one of the 2 guys in the reception offered us anything to drink. I had to ask them if I we could get something to drink after so long flight and the he said he’ll pour some. We as well called the hotel directly and asked if we could get the room where we stayed before and they had 0 interest of doing that. We got a room that was worse than any of the rooms we got before. Things are falling apart and destroyed. And it’s not possible to adjust the air conditioner. And on the top of it all the woman at the children’s club is doing her job poorly and is more interested to talk to the grown ups than the children. Very disappointing experience and I don’t think we will come back anymore.

A lovely hotel with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, as well as activities and entertainment options to keep all members of three families and three generations happy. Delicious and varied food. Staff are generally extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and dealt with some technical key card problems well, keeping us updated. I found that for the smallest concern, they would take care of it immediately. Restaurant staff always had time to exchange a little conversation with us and worked extremely hard to keep our large table of 9 clean and to always find a nice area for us very quickly. Rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. Our second visit and we enjoyed it even more! My only request would be daily complimentary water and brighter lighting in the rooms!

Just enjoyed a lovely week with family at Lopesan boabab for eater holidays The hotel is lovely with some fantastic pools heated too which was a bonus! However my one negative is the pools are missing some tiles and children are cutting there toes daily They were fixing some of the pool tiles in a morning before pool opened but I think they have a lot to go at to make the pool safer. Pool entertainment was great from aqua gym to pool slide and a form party kids loved it! Hotel staff brilliant and the hotel was very clean. All staff very helpful. We only stayed b&b breakfast was busy at times but couldn’t fault the food at all. Evening entertainment not bad a good range of shows/singers on. Rooms are good shame no kettle in the rooms and we did find a little dark through I know it’s an African theme which is lovely around the hotel but better lighting in the room would be good. Hotel is in a fantastic location, a very short walk out the hotel to bars restaurants and shops. Some fabulous restaurants and we had a brilliant meal every evening. Fully enjoyed are week but unfortunately the prices for future stays are really getting too high.

A very nice hotel, although it is not modern, but very clean, the rooms are cleaned very carefully.The waiters were not friendly on the entire territory of the hotel, I felt a little uncomfortable, a little strange attitude. The food is very tasty, all the products are of high quality, there was nothing that was not tasty, I had never eaten such good food before. It is a short walk of 500 meters to the sea. Although there was not enough entertainment for adults. And so everything is fine and I recommend it and maybe I will come back.

If you want to holiday somewhere hot, sit by a pool, eat great food... you could do a lot worse. Much of the the food was absolutely excellent. Much of the service was absolutely great. Much of the entertainment was absolutely ... entertaining. Seemed particularly popular with, and great for young - even very young - children. Not so much for teens. There's actually no need to leave this hotel... Except for water! (Thankfully, about €1.80 for 8 litres at the local supermarket, across the road.)

Such a family friendly hotel, with 8 or so pools and 1 for kids. Great for first time families, staff make you feel very welcomed, the resort is large and takes around 1500 steps to walk around it, so it takes a day or so to get used to the hotel. Extremely unique hotel with trees inside, room service and maintenance is very good,.the only downside is they only give you 2 bottles of complimentary water. Has a small gym which is free to use.

Our recent stay at Hotel Paradisus in San Agustin, Gran Canaria, was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Reserve experience at Hotel Paradisus is truly remarkable. It's like discovering a hidden oasis within an already breathtaking destination. The personalized service and meticulous attention to detail redefine luxury accommodation. Our Reserve suite was a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, beautifully blending modern sophistication with the island's charm. Every aspect of the interior design exceeded our expectations, providing a haven of serenity throughout our stay. The customer service at Hotel Paradisus deserves special commendation. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service by the poolside, their genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Paradisus was flawless. The Reserve experience, exceptional customer service, lovely food and breathtaking interior design combined to create an unforgettable vacation. We are already planning our next visit and eagerly anticipate returning to this luxurious retreat.

We had a great stay at Paradisus Meliá Gran Canaria. Room was great, the surroundings are beautiful and everything is spotless clean. Pool area is nice, and the beach is a few meters from the hotel. Good variety of restaurants, although it's a shame it can be hard to get tables at some and that all not are open every day. Staff sometimes forget orders at the restaurants or can't answer questions about food and wines - but they are all very nice and friendly so it's no big deal. The food itself is quite good, and the bars have a everything one could need - but vermouth. When in Spain it would be nice to have a spanish vermouth by the glass... The gym and spa is in perfect order and very nice. The hotel offers activities that are excellent (especially the hiking trip), but also wine tasting, candle making and - a bit surprising - stargazing at their own observatory. I haven't been to all of them of course, but I doubt you'll find a better hotel in Gran Canaria.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is a destination by itself. The rooms are extra clean, well decorated. Staff is friendly and very professional. Everyone is so kind and makes sure that your stay is beyond perfect. The hotel is all inclusive so you don’t need to worry about anything, the staff can organize excursions to complete your stay. Don’t miss the stargazing experience at the hotel ! A big thanks to the staff, specially Victoria our concierge who made everything so perfect ! Gracias ☺️

Don't go there... because you will never want to try other hotels. I've traveled a lot and been in many 5-star hotels, but this is above everything. Starting from the building - it's new, fresh, cozy, located at the clean beachfront with a nice 4km running promenade along the ocean. Service is illegal - it's too good to be true. Spain is known for lazy, slow, and bad customer service. Here - management did a great job. My applause, well done! Many restaurants to choose from, live music, great cocktails, and delicious food. If you book, then only ocean view. You get all-inclusive - it's totally stress-free. Great vacation for couples of families! Can't wait to stay there again. Thank you, Melia!

We had a family trip to Gran Canaria and while this is not the cheapest option it is worth every penny! The hotel has been recently renovated and it is modern and cozy at the same time. The hotel has a lot of activities for adults and kids and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. The food is great and there are multiple alternatives available, the only room for improvement would be around the Spanish cuisine as they could do slightly better there! Definitely recommend it, for families or couples! Looking forward to our next visit!
