Now we're all smitten .. plenty to do for the kids, but equally, if you just want to kick back and relax, it's the best place in the world to do it. Every single staff member was polite and very helpful ...food was amazing, and it truly is a little bit of paradise If you can get on a plane and give it a visit

At the begining my stay was not what i have expected... The déception was hère and i was not happy regarding thé price of such a luxury resort. Thé room was not what i have booked. Thanks God Tamara was at thé réception when i share my expérience with a member of her team. Thanks to her i spend my 2 lasts amazing day. My family was so happy and i have to say that she is a real professional. Everything was fast and she change my mind about thé sani expérience. thanks to my job , i know lot of manager in hôtels but this woman know exactly the définition of luxe and expérience. Thanks to her, even if it was just for 2 days i will be back in this resort for sure cause Sani knows how to fix issues ... i am living the resort happy thanks to Tamara ! She knows how to take care of guests and i am not an easy one ! Congrats Tamara, cant wait to be back ...

An employee called Nikolas Karatzogiannis works at this hotel. This person started virtually stalking me on my cell phone through my e-mail Ip, constantly. Using his knowledge of computers. I'm Brazilian and I don't know what else to do to report him. Even though I ignore his attempts to make advances, he continues to pursue me. Watch out women!

Fantastic resort with top notch service and attention to guests with a personal touch. The resort is wonderful and there is plenty to do from relaxing to many activities. The guest relations manager Nikoleta from Sani Beach reception was absolutely brilliant and looked after us throughout our stay with any issues we had. Despite the rooms being a little tired and there being way too many kids around, it was an amazing holiday because of how good the service (and food) was, and we will be coming back again.

The Sani club was recommended to us. It was nice but not the type of holiday we like. It is a big resort, very well run, but lacks what is special about Greece. It is just a little bit corporate and the Greek philoxenia seemed a little forced compared to what I'm used to. The facilities are fantastic and the beach nice, although it is much cooler here in September than the southern Aegean, which stays very warm right through October.

Perfect vacation! Wonderful staff, great service, crystal clean and quiet beach. Yoga in the forest with a sea view and ice cream by the pool. Kids loved Volvo rides to the main resort and endless attractions there. Bear Grills, Chelsea academy, archery lessons, Tree top park. 5 days were definitely not enough and we hope to be back soon. Thank you!

This resort would easily rate 5 stars ordinarily. However, on this occasion I feel that (mainly the reservations team) let my stay down. They were interested in guest acquisition but not retention which is common in high volume luxury facilities regrettably. We visited here from Australia after a 30 hour flight and unfortunately for our entire stay the weather was beyond miserable. They incorrectly kept reassuring guests the weather would improve but it didn’t. There was thunderstorms/ lightening and incessant heavy rain.) Whilst of course the hotel has no control over the weather we realized very early that the weather was going to be awful so we politely asked to move our stay forward in one week’s time. This was going to come at significant cost to us but we really wanted to experience everything Sani had to offer. In addition we were going to add further days to our stay. We had a look online and a room was available. However the reservation team showed no flexibility or sympathy for our position insisting on the 90% cancellation fee for the remaining 3 nights we had. The resort appears to have impressive beaches and outdoor facilities - but we cannot comment on this as it was not experienced. Sunset cruises were cancelled. Also waiting lists for activities proved quite annoying. Lia the duty manager was truly amazing. She greatly appreciated our position and offered us a nicer room which was generous to help facilitate a nice stay for us. We had a two hour drive of the city with Manos (our Volvo driver and tour guide.) He was exceptional, a real gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. I reiterate I understand the weather was not in their control but we offered a solution and it was dismissed. Overall potentially a great resort but their focus needs to be repeat customer / guest retention which they didn’t really achieve .

This an amazing hotel complex, we stayed at Dunes but you can use the facilities of all the other hotels. Get booked on the free cruise and get organised booking the restaurants for your other meals. We were half board, which was just right as the breakfast offering is massive and you can pick up boxes for a takeaway. The evening meals need to be booked and you can select from a wide range of places to eat mostly around the harbour. Bike hire was a helpful to explore the other resorts and forest section. The highwire course was brilliant. We probably should have hired a car as you can not get out of the resort area easily, we did book the coach trip to Moudania which was an opportunity to visit a local market and pick up some souvenirs. If you find it hard to get around, there are golf buggies to take you anywhere in the resort you need. Hightly recommended this hotel, look out for deals as it is rightly quite expensive.

Have now visited Sani with my husband and daughter twice and will be returning every year. Having stayed at both Sani Dunes and Sani Club, we can say the food, service and fit out is consistent throughout.

We decided to book Sani Dunes because having visited over ten years ago we were excited to see what changes had been made to the complex. As per our previous visit the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough , the room was clean and the decor was relatively new. I would highly recommend the tennis, this wasn't here the last time we visited and at 30 euros an hour its quite reasonable. The only thing you need to do Sani is update your vegetarian menu's, there isn't enough choice (Even the Ala Carte menu isn't great). Other than this the stay was as expected, Fabulous. Thank you

Stayed at Sani Dunes in October 2022 and cannot fault the hotel the suite the staff, all exceptional. Truly a 5 star hotel with attention to detail from your room to all walkways and areas outside. Management attentive and always available and on hand if they are required.

This rates as my top holiday hotel. It is the most amazing place. The staff,the position,the views,the restaurants are amongst the best I have ever experienced. This hotel has top class management and the staff working within this structure are amongst the happiest and friendliest I have ever had the pleasure to meet. This hotel, and the resort that it nestles in is unique,and a place I defy any discerning traveller to find fault with. It keeps enticing my husband and I back year after year. We never tire of this place.

Great place for families with kids!Everything is made with thoughts for the littlebones,and for the grown ups is always something,a surprise or a great cocktail at the pool. All pools are heated,and you can spend exellent time around the forest. Bravo!

We have just returned from a wonderful first stay at Porto Sani and already re-booked to go back next year. It really is the perfect family resort - lots of fun for the little ones and fully geared towards relaxation for the parents. A special mention to the Eleni at e-concierge, the other Eleni at Guest Relations and the third Eleni at Kids Club & her fab team - they were so warm and helpful whenever they could be. All the staff we encountered were amazing. The lovely waitress at the Patisserie - Natalya, I think - at the marina was the nicest. We wish you all well, and thank you for making our stay so memorable. A special mention to the chefs and management for being super careful with regards to my husband’s gluten intolerance and making sure he had a variety to choose from. They have a very talented hairdresser at the Spa so do book in with her if you need some hair TLC. Beautiful sunsets , can’t wait to return.

Great family resort with perfect service, food options and facilities. Special thanks to Camille from guest services who was happy to help and accommodate with reservations and other requests, and also Manos from the very interesting and fun Volvo tour (complimentary for suite guests). One point of recommendation would be more indoor facilities for rainy days, as most activities are outdoor focused. But overall, a super relaxed worry free vacation!

Our holiday at Porto Sani was simply magnificent! Not a single fault, really, just 100% perfection. This was the best holiday and the family loved it! 50 minutes from the airport (SKG) in a super cozy taxi was just the start of great things to come. Porto Sani – Immaculate. Clean, not a single leaf on the floor or in the pool. Luxurious resort with luscious green grass always being tended to by lovely gardening team. Great restaurants on site and 3 minute walk to marina too where you can find shops, further restaurants and a mini market for your essentials – very well priced. Rooms – World class. Housekeeping great job, clean, spacious and cosy. Lovely outdoor space too. Pools are heated and warm and bar service attentive. Plenty of activities and free! Sunset cruse, tree top climbing, archery etc. It has it all. The whole ambience was superb. The team: Alexis. Took on 1-1 service. He gave his mobile number form day 1 and was on hand to be there for us always including booking restaurants and activities. Very friendly and so happy to have met him. Very personable and great customer interaction. Even on his day off he was still assisting us! What a true dedicated gentleman who really cares. And then he stayed after he had finished on the last night to say bye to the kids! How cool! On another note, my son left his jumper and Alexis personally took it upon himself to return the jumper for my son and didn’t let us pay for the postage either! That is just so amazing and kind from Alexis and really shows how great the team are here at Port Sani. Really nice humble lovely people who go out of their way to make the guest’s experience the ultimate! Chris in brown blazer equally superb. Very kind and helpful and got on so great with the kids – they loved him so much. Kostas was amazing too. Very helpful and went out of his way to help us with anything. Riad. Oh my god! Out of this world. Really interacted so well with the kids and us. Amazing character! His efforts were awesome. Really connected with the kids, just like Alexis did. Thodoris another kind gentleman. So kind and helpful. Very passionate re dining and service. All thanks to Pavel. When the hotel manager (Pavel) is so down to earth and kind, then rest assured the team will be too! Special thanks to the Lima restaurant chef who stayed longer to make sure we had eaten well. He personally came out and wanted to say a big thank you to him. Also the restaurant underneath (Greek) – world class with equally great food. Hats off to everyone mentioned. The whole of Pavel’s team were awesome. Cannot wait to return!
