We stayed at Sani Porto during half term with friends, and it was hands down one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! The setting is absolutely stunning – from the beautifully kept grounds to the luxury feel throughout the resort, everything was flawless.
The service was exceptional from start to finish – warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding too, with a brilliant range of restaurants that catered for both adults and kids.
Travelling with children, we found it perfect for all ages. The facilities are top notch, the beach is pristine, and the whole place has such a calm, elegant atmosphere. It’s rare to find somewhere that ticks every box, but Sani Porto truly does.
We made amazing memories with close friends and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury escape with a personal touch!

Is it possible to stay in the hotel and get everything you need provided that your pocket is deep enough. The food is good. The hotel's beach I prefer in Sani Dunes. With a car, there are plenty of other beautiful beaches in short proximity, but if the idea is not to drive anywhere else, the beach is good enough.

Five star prices - 3 star standard
The hotel Sani Beach charges very high prices for rooms that are merely a 3 star standard. Also the lobby and most of the common areas except for the beach and pool are pretty average in terms of design and materials. The main issue is that everything seems old and rather cheaply furnished.
We stayed in a junior suite which was completely disappointing despite its high price. We had a queen bed and the TV was somewhere in the middle of the room due to lack of space. Plus the room was rather small for a suite. The bathroom was super old and smelly. The furnishings old and cheap. The pictures and impressions people get on the hotels website are therefore misleading.
Also booking half broad is a waste of money. What the hotel does not explain on their website is that half board is tied to a so called „dine around“ menu which is of lesser quality than the a la carte menu that you get at the restaurants. Some restaurants don’t even participate in the half board system so there you pay full price anyway. Plus the food isn’t good in all the restaurants. Even though some of them look fancy the food they serve is pretty average. Anything buffet is even below average.
Having said that the service was excellent and the staff extremely child friendly. No exceptions. The beach was beautiful including the sunbeds. Some restaurants like for example the beach house serve excellent food.
All the above comments apply to Sani beach only. The other Sani hotels seem to be of a much higher quality and standard judging by the looks of the lobbies and common areas there.
The reception manager apologized for the low standard of the room and seemed to be fully aware of the issue pointing out that the hotel would get renovated in a few years.

A top class 5 star resort that was utterly superb for a recharge. We had booked Sani Club but called the day before we arrived and were offered an alternative to Sani Dunes and an upgrade. As a retired couple it turned out this was more suited to those without young children. A very well run hotel. It was utterly perfect, a utopian paradise. 5 star prices however the level of service (thank you Aria) the standard of the facilities and quality of food exceeded expectations. There are numerous activities including daily Pilates classes which one of us enjoyed! Padi diving, top class tennis courts and instructors but no golf. Also live very professional entertainment every evening, we just attended one as we mostly slept, ate and relaxed. There are some 26 restaurants to choose from. We were on half board so were able to eat at most restaurants using the dine around set menu, however we also ate at others without the set menus where the small allowance of 25 euros per person would be deducted from your bill. Most starters were in excess of 25 euros. One of our favourite restaurants was called Elia led by a particularly brilliant charismatic manager. Although I believe the resort was close to full you never felt that it was. Plenty of sun beds. A reasonably strict rule of no reserving beds, although this did happen sadly on our last few days. This was highlighted to our lovely concierge who brought it to the attention of the management and hopefully they will continue to disallow this awful practice! We arrived in the last few days of August and stayed a week. A wonderful experience and now both fully recharged!

The whole experience was incredible, a very fun holiday with my family, firstly they have many different hotels, all connected to each other making one huge resort, experiences and academies: water-sports, tennis, football, biking, and much more, experiences: The Bee Spot which lets you get close up with bees and teaches you about them, the Sani Treetop Adventure, Many different levels of difficulty, variety of challenges and lots of fun and excitement, the restaurant and foods are incredible, also having special days like a Greek Night, the manager, Nikos helped alot on this trip, reservations, bookings, and planning, basically anything you want to do he can help with it, the whole experience was absolutely outstanding, one of the funnest trips I've ever been on.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sani Club. Our beachfront villa with private pool was perfect, and the service was exceptional — from Mikael at the pool to our amazing concierge Alex. The food, even without seafood, was outstanding, and breakfast at Cabana (with a custom keto meal!) was a daily highlight. The nanny service, Volvo resort transfers, and even the airport welcome on our return made everything feel effortless. Highly recommended for families and couples alike.

Good,evan very good, luxury place. But it is very snobbish and pretentious. They close all of the beach. Price for people that is not in the hotel is 80 euro per sunbed. I think this is not ethical and may not be legal.

After reading reviews before we went I was a little worried but when we got there it is a lovely adult hotel situated in a great location, close to the main street and seafront of Hersonissos. Clean and tidy rooms, with comfortable beds, bathroom was a little small but at the end of the day it is adequate for the purpose. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and they had prepared some food for us as we were arriving late at night, which was a very nice touch. Food and drink was pretty good but we did eat out too to try the Greek restaurants. All in all, we had a brilliant stay here, and the hotel served as a fantastic base for us to get out and explore the island. We would definitely return.

The best bits were the beds and pillow, they’re sooo comfortable. The best I’ve slept on in any country or hotel. The proximity to the local shops and night life was a plus unless your a light sleeper. Now the bad bits, this hotel is a 2 star max, rooms are small, no furniture unless you count the dressing table made from different pieces of furniture, the bathroom were not fit for purpose and so tiny only a small child could comfortably shower. The cleaning was done once in the two weeks I stayed. I made my bed 10 out of 14 days and when the housekeeping did then well, they were threw together. Only gave us clean sheets and towels when we specifically asked for them. The food was awful and that was after you had shared it with the birds, not enough seating for the amount of people staying there, the hotel bar had 4-6 tables with chairs, again no where near enough. Then we have the power outages that kept happening, once it was off over 8 hours plus. Ridiculous! Then my husband had a bad fall entering the hotel on the steps as there were no wet floor signs, but after he fell there were two, never again would we visit this hotel.

We stayed here for 8 days. Arrived in middle of power outage. Staff dealt with it brilliantly. Welcoming, friendly, clean rooms little small on balcony. All very clean and tidy. Was 2 minutes from town . Great area loads to see and do. Staff all great George from the bar was so funny. Very friendly. Dinner was ok . Not much choice but found something each day. Puddings yummy. Again Staff great , cleared plates as soon as finished . All areas of hotel where very clean and tidy.

Great location just minutes from the beach, basic hotel but clean and tidy. The food is a bit repetitive and for my friend who is coeliac there was just salad, salad and more salad!! Food was good though. Drinks, including soft drinks were all local. Two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. I would recommend bringing earplugs, it is very noisy. Noise from outside and from guests walking to and from their rooms it's was very echoey, it was also noisy from the rooms either side and upstairs. Tea making facilities in the room (no coffee), rooms are not massive but very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Very strong smell of drains! Nice and friendly staff. No bottled water in the hotel and could do with a snack machine.

Great location in Dublin - a little away from the busiest tourist area which we enjoyed. Walkable to many sights around the city and close to many restaurant options. We really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean and had the perfect bedroom types for our two families traveling together (9 people in total). The staff was wonderful and accomodating when we arrived early. My teenager left his wallet behind when we checked out and were heading out of the city so they kindly kept it safe until we could return before our flight at the end of the week. Definitely would return and recommend highly!

The Belvedere was my second hotel in Dublin, and I wish I had picked it for the entirety of my trip. The staff is incredibly patient, helpful and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful with great drinks and great service. I only suffered from the lack of wardrobe or hangers for coats. Also, I would suggest upper management to make Rituals (their bathroom products' brand) to come up with a better pump, they're almost obsolete. But I'm nitpicking. :) Everything was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. I will make sure to be back.

Loved the hotel, great price for Dublin and a decent location for sightseeing. Although not as central as others it's definitely worth looking into as there's still plenty of things to do around. Also quite a nice and safe area from the look and feels of it.
Room was a bit good ( no AC) so we had the window open all say and that made the temperature perfect and wasn't to loud with outside noise.
Checkin process was smooth, staff super friendly and able to leave bags behind desk on last day after checking out.
Would consider staying here again if I visit Dublin again.
Only 'upgrade' would be a smart TV in the room.

Beautiful modern hotel. The hotel rooms are basic, but clean. They have a mini fridge in with bottles of water, a hair dryer, shower etc. I personally don’t believe you need anything else, as you go on holiday you don’t go to stay in the room.
The location is each to their own, we didn’t mind it. There’s a beach down the slope of the hotel, there’s restaurants there, very cheap and very friendly with beautiful food. A few shops, and water sports. Cannot complain.
The food in the hotel is very nice, they do change it everyday, there’s always pasta on everyday, for fussy eaters. But they do gyros wraps, pastas, loads of veg, salads, different types of meat. Honestly something for everyone. Cannot complain.
The only down side is that on the all inclusive they only serve raki and ouzo which by end of the stay we quite enjoyed but at the start it was a hard drink.

Big choice of wines and other drinks. I was missing only freshly squeezed orange juice, but it wasn’t something that I would cry about.
-Extremely friendly and helpful stuff.
-Our friends in the beginning were not happy with their room but after conversation with receptionist we all received proposition of upgrade from 2 rooms to 1 room with jacuzzi - amazing !
The only small thing I would change was the “disco light” in jacuzzi - too strong and too flashy.

We recently stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Crete and overall, it met most of our expectations. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily recommend it, with a couple of caveats.
The location is peaceful and scenic, but it is quite isolated. Without a rental car, getting around the island would have been a challenge, so definitely plan for that. Also, the food at the hotel restaurants was a bit hit or miss, some days we enjoyed lovely traditional hot dishes, and other times the food was only lukewarm and less impressive.
That said, our room was spacious and comfortable, with a pool just steps away that was rarely used by others, felt like our own private retreat. One of the highlights was how close we were to Sunset Cliff, only a 15-minute walk away. It's a perfect spot for a short hike and to take in the beautiful views.
The staff were a real standout, super friendly and always helpful, they really contributed to making our stay enjoyable.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Creta! The location is nice, just a 10-minute walk to a small beach that’s perfect for relaxing or snorkeling.
The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything.
We enjoyed a room with a beautiful view of the sea, which was a real highlight. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night due to people passing through the corridor, but it wasn’t a big issue.
The food was tasty with lots of variety. It did get a bit repetitive after a few days, but there was always something good to choose from.
There are several swimming pools around the property, and if you're looking for a quieter vibe, you can use the pools in the annex areas.

It was our first time at Alexandros Palace. The food was very good, the rooms were amazing. Pool was clean and the kids had an amazing time in the kid area of the pool. The rooms and property was clean and accommodations were very good. The staff was very friendly. I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and it was everything we needed. Air conditioning was cold and worked well. All areas of the hotel were very nice and well maintained. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars 🌟

We stayed at the hotel in May, they were not ready at all for the guests and there were a lot of guests. Did not have any activities at all. There were not enough sunbeds in the first days, they brought more after.
The food was same for the 3 nights we stayed, and still there was not enough of it. For example you hade to wait 20-30 min in the morning just to get simple fried eggs or crepes.
Every evening they run out of beer 1 hour before closing of the bar.
The hotel could be great but I think it is very badly managed.

The hotel is Ok, it is not a 5 star, closer to 3 star hotel, but the managing of the hotel is for 0-star.
We had a booked HB for 3 nights, and the food choice was same, for the 3 days, not variety at all. And beside this there was not enough food, you had to wait sometimes 15-20 min. in line to get what you want. For example, in the morning there were not enough fried eggs, not enough sweets and cakes.
Another negativity was some guys from kosovo, were playing loud music from the room, they were aggressive and rude, they did not respect the hotel rules, but none of the hotel employees reacted. And this hotel is supposed to be family-friendly.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it and would never go back again.

Overall, the staff at Alexandros Palace made our holiday extra special. The location, amenities, and cleanliness were excellent, but it’s the people who truly made the difference. We’ll definitely return!

I rarely leave comments online but this time I will do it. Our stay was just great ! We arrived for a week with a little child and had an amazing stay. We got upgraded to a room with a stunning view to the sea.
Food was great, especially at the a’la carte restaurant which is on the top floor. A breathtaking view!!
The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Very polite housekeepers, waiters, reception. We even had a word with the GM and it was really nice to meeting him !!
Boom the hotel now when it’s available, otherwise we book it for us :) :)

Second year here as a couple and going to book next year. The all inclusive is great and has good variety but I would only ask that the allergy information gets filled out properly at the buffet please. Both of the guys at the main bar (the two Georges) went above and beyond for us as well as Billy always taking care of our table. Riggs the entertainer is great at hosting events during the day at the pool and in the main bar every few evenings. The staff make sure you feel well looked after and leave a great impression. See you all next year!

Rooms are neat and clean. Associates are polite and interactive. It's a beautiful hotel with a beach just a short walk away.
The breakfast layout is good. Plenty of choices. Bread products, eggs, sausages, and bacon, fresh fruit, yogurts, and roasted tomatoes with garlic and cheese. Many other food choices.
Only real downside to the location is that to go see anything like the port, castle, ruins, and shops, you have to take a cab or rent a car.
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you are here just to relax.

We have just come back for a 3 night break, first off, no way is this a 5 star, rooms are of a 3*, bathroom floor and tiles are thick with scum, shower head filthy and barely throws out water, and the shower curtain has seen better days.
The food is the same every day, just nothing wholesome to eat, the chef does cook some fresh food on the grill which is the best thing.
Reception, friendly and helpful
Bar lady was lovely and always happy.
Overall the rooms are not the best and the bed linen is pretty terrible, I’d say a 3 star here at a push, 5 star? No way!!!

Very enjoyable stay. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well positioned close to one of the pools. The grounds of the hotel were attractive and well maintained and there was lots of space for guests around the two pools. The nearby beach was also pleasant and the beautiful sunsets were a highlight each evening. There was plenty of choice of food and drink at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was always good. Car hire is the best way to explore other beaches and resorts on the island as the location is a bit removed from the main tourist areas. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at Gennadi Grand Resort in Rhodes last week, and to say it was five-star luxury is truly an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality, the impeccable service, and the warmth of the staff.
We had two swim-up suites, and every detail inside the rooms was thoughtfully curated — luxurious coffee machines, high-end toiletries, plush bathrobes, and incredibly comfortable beds made our stay feel indulgent and relaxing.
What stood out most was the service from the staff, particularly the catering and bar teams. They went above and beyond, anticipating our every need and treating us with such personal care that we felt truly valued. Their attention to detail and friendliness made all the difference.

A Wonderful Experience at Grand Gennadi – So Far, Perfect!
My friend and I are currently staying at the Grand Gennadi on Rhodes and we are absolutely loving it.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The housekeeping team is incredibly attentive and does an outstanding job – everything feels fresh and perfectly maintained every single day.
The buffet food is also amazing – fresh, varied, and full of flavor. The restaurant staff is warm, helpful, and truly makes the dining experience enjoyable.
A special shout-out goes to Victoria at the front desk, who has made our stay especially memorable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and gave us a great overview of the hotel and its amenities.
She regularly checks in with us, always with a smile, and makes sure we have everything we need. Her professional and caring attitude stands out – she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Victoria is a gem and an invaluable part of the team!

We keep returning to Greece as we love the food and the people, and the Gennadi Grand certainly delivered. The staff were exceptional and we didn’t come across a single person who wasn’t smiling or happy to help - it was some of the best service we’ve come across. As for the hotel itself, it was very comfortable and clean and the facilities were great. The food was very good with an expansive buffet, and we really enjoyed the live pianist and violinist at breakfast. All in all we had an excellent time here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Rhodes.

Pros:
-Beautiful location & views.
-Very clean rooms with amazing air-con. We've stayed at a few hotels in Rhodes before with awful air-con so this was very important to us.
-We are a couple in our late-twenties that enjoy peace and quiet. So the adults only relax pool was great for us and it was never too difficult to find sunbeds. The view from this pool was gorgeous.
-Nice beach, only went down there once. (The hotel is huge and up a hill and our walk to the beach was a bit long. There was a beach shuttle but it was always unclear if/when it would turn up.)
-The hotel has a bus shuttle service to Heraklion which is super cheap and worth taking advantage of as taxis are very expensive. Take note of the times though as there is only one going to Heraklion in the morning at 9am.
Cons:
-If you are not French, this hotel may not be for you (we are Brits.) The staff were not friendly or approachable (bar one or two exceptions), we did not feel overly welcome at the hotel by any of the staff and we were openly ignored by staff in the restaurant who would serve the French guests and keep completely missing us. We are both quiet and like to be polite so we didn't make an issue of this, but it was quite obvious and it made us very uncomfortable.
-Initially we thought it would be nice to sit on the balcony at dinner with that view, but it is very clostrophobic which people continuously trying to jump on seats and get a table. A few times we sat out there, people who had gone to grab food had their table stolen and the staff would just set up for the newcomers, while the original people had to wait for a new table on the balcony (with food in hand) or go find a table inside.
-For a 5 star hotel, the gym was crap.
-The food selection wasn't great and most of the time didn't have much flavour. I spent most of the week with stomach problems which could be down to poor food hygiene. I did see staff pick up food that had spilled onto the counters (with no gloves on) and put it back into the serving dishes which was pretty gross.
-The snack bars were disappointing. I've been to hotels that serve better food in between meals other than ok-ish pizza and dry cakes.
-The cocktails on the all inclusive were very sugary and not the best. To be honest, the quality of the food at all meal and snack times and the drinks made the all-inclusive not worth it.
-We were located towards the bottom of the hotel and hill- I will not miss that walk up to the pool/ restaurant everyday! It is steep. For us it was manageable but it maybe wouldn't be for older people or those with mobility issues.
-The hotel is very secluded from everything, although the shuttle bus to Heraklion did make up for this somewhat.
-Housekeeping didn't always replace our towels and X2 bottles of water in the fridge. I don't want to hike up a hill to refill my bottle with warmish water when I need a drink. :(
-Our leaving flight was at 10pm. The hotel let us still dine and use the facilities on the last day. However, in our experience the hotel will give you a room to shower and get ready for the airport in the evening. Here, we were handed towels and pointed to a boiling hot/not so clean out house that we could use for fifteen minutes. Not good.
-This didn't really impact us, but the entertainment is all in French.
Can't comment on the Spa as we did not use it.
Overall, the hotel is in a beautiful location where you can definitely relax and unwind. But I wouldn't say that it's five star. There has to be other hotels in Crete that are friendlier and more welcoming (to Brits anyway) and that offer better quality food/ drinks as part of their all in-inclusive packages. I wouldn't return and probably wouldn't recommend it.

Fabulous staff, very friendly restaurant and bar tenders. Reception team very helpful. Location was fantastic with awesome sea views. beach a short walk down steep hill and if you've enough energy afterwards you can trek back up it. If not the shuttle bus is every 15 mins. We upgraded to a pool room, again lovely room with 16ft private pool and sun terrace. However I think the cleaner forgot to come to ours most days. Floor and bathroom never cleaned in our week stay and beds not made up on 2 days.. water/coffee pods not replenished as promised. Ohh and animation only really in French. That being said would stay here again, just need to swot up on my languages 😉

The service is amazing, such friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a room with a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made. Easily accessible, through a taxi booked with reception, bikes for hire or e-scooters made it simple to get to the town. All food was amazing, would recommend booking the restaurants early as they get busy. Overall a great stay made perfect by the Staff and the location couldn’t recommend enough.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this hotel is for all it has to offer, especially as we are still here and travelling home tonight. The staff are so hardworking but remain happy, efficient and polite. The sense of feeling welcome never left us. The chefs and dining staff performed wonders at offering us a massive choice of meals, more or less 24hrs a day. The quality of the food is superb. The housekeeping is first class and the beds a so comfortable it's unreal. Along with the beach buggy hire which is part of the complex, you can hire bikes, scooters and cars too. We had fun in a buggy. Kos town is lovely too, and full of historical interest if you're that way inclined. We came here at the very start of the season, so its been a mixture of rain and breeze along with the improving sunshine. The place is quite full as its Easter break, however the hotel is spread so well, you never feel crowded. We will be back for sure. A top quality hotel, with top quality people working in it to make everyone feel a bit special.

We have had an amazing experience. Hotel and it's wonderful staff cannot be faulted. We had a private pool which was utter bliss! The comfy outdoor furniture really helped make our late night drinks by the pool. Having room service bring all kinds of drinks was a lovely treat. Food was lovely especially Italian meal and Italian brunch. Would highly recommend.

Perfect room and location within the hotel - shower over bath quite narrow but not too big of an issue. Food/staff and location perfect for us - although would have liked to have birthday meal in Italian restaurant but this obviously gets booked up well in advance. The friendliness of staff is second to none- well done all 🏆we walked to and from hotel to Kos town - less able would recommend taxi/bus/bikes.

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces.
Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day.
The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant.
The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach.
There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this.
Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

While the food quality has been very good, I have to say that the overall service does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. One particular disappointment occurred tonight when I wanted to take the remainder of my dessert to enjoy later in my room. I was informed by the head waiter that this was not allowed. In an ultra all-inclusive hotel, I find this policy surprising and unwelcoming, especially as it also leads to unnecessary food waste.
Additionally, there have been a few other service-related issues that have negatively affected our stay:
At the beach, there were no towels available (around noon). We had to walk to the pool area to pick up clean towels and return to the beach, which was inconvenient.
There are very limited in-room amenities. Aside from shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, there were no basic items such as a shower cap or slippers provided.
The rooms are not soundproof. Every morning around 8:30 AM, we are woken up by the sound of the cleaner moving furniture in the room above us. We booked a bungalow with a garden view, but to my knowledge, bungalows are typically single-level accommodations. Ours is clearly part of a two-story structure, which is not what we expected.
On a more positive note, I would like to mention that the massage at the spa was good and appreciated.
Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Amazing hotel in village style, quiet and family friendly, good programs each evening (also beach party, guitar event, mini disco, magic show), staff very nice and helpful. The beach is partly pebbly, but not disturbing the kids. Cocktail bar and pizza on the beach, creperie and pita corner is also part of their system. We were 5 (3 kids), everyone found his summer pleasure and was enjoying the holiday!

3 star hotel with 2 star rooms!
Entrance to the hotel is lovely, including the main bar and the restaurant, unfortunately that's where is stops. Pool are is in need of an update and a good deep clean! The bungalow rooms, especially 1052 when I stayed on the 6th May, is 2 star, 1980's room, very tired and shabby! Very disappointed! No Information given when checking in, only found out 3 days in that there is a kids club, I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me, we didn't know that there is a fitness club on, didn't know that there was entertainment at night for the kids! (Maybe issue a list of what's on for guests) we didn't know that the other restaurants on site has to be booked and are not just turn up! The main pool is salt water, we never used it, granddaughter spent her time in the kids pool.
On the up side the food is good, and the staff are above average friendly! Unfortunately the room was a serious let down given the 5 star rating! On the last day we got a room to shower in, which was in the hotel itself (room 224) which is more like the 4 star rooms we normally stay in! Also sack who ever painted the place as they would have been better using spaghetti as a brush, as the paint was everywhere!

It’s a lovely hotel if maybe a little outdated but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. Everything is well maintained and kept very clean. The proximity to the beach is brilliant and the beach is really nice with plenty to do. The beach bar had live music one day and the Pizza Hut on the beach was very good too. The fitness staff were great and very knowledgeable Karol gave me some great advice. The gym equipment is somewhat lacking but they are making improvements. The feed and drink was very good most of the time. The bar and restaurant staff were brilliant too. Nigerian John and Sokrates always kept our cups full and tables tidy and were always happy and fun to have around.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The setting is elegant, and the rooms are comfortable with tasteful decor that creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay at Domes of Corfu was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. The rooms were immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and refined.
The food was a true highlight. From the rich breakfast buffet to the elegant dinners, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. There were plenty of options to suit every taste, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and local flavors that made dining a real pleasure.
Service throughout the resort was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always with a smile. The staff truly go out of their way to ensure you feel welcome and well cared for.
And the beach—just stunning. Crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and plenty of space to relax. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Corfu.
We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming of returning. Domes of Corfu is a gem—we can’t recommend it enough!

The rooms and location were beautiful. Check in gave a good sense of a high end luxury hotel. The service provided was wonderful. The dinner buffet is something to be skipped the food was not great- the atmosphere after check in is VERY family friendly to almost a pathological level. Anytime you’re at the restaurant there are children running around and screaming everywhere. This is definitely the hotel to go to if you’re looking for a getaway with young children and family.

We recently stayed at Domes of Corfu with our 3-month-old baby, my partner and in-laws. While the stay was generally fine, the experience on our final day left us extremely disappointed and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a late checkout, especially families.
Our airport transfer was at 6:30pm, so I checked the night before about where we could leave our bags and whether we could shower before travelling. I was told we could store our luggage near reception, but there were no shower facilities available because the hotel was at full capacity. This seemed like an odd and irrelevant excuse from a supposed 5-star hotel.
I was told they would check if the spa showers were available, depending on whether other guests had them booked. We were later told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do, but they would let us know if anyone cancelled. No one did, apparently…
When I asked how we were supposed to wash ourselves and our baby after six hours in the sun covered in suncream before a 10-hour journey, they had no answer. I was told people sometimes rinse off at the beach showers or use the disabled toilet (which doesn’t have a shower).
We planned to wash in the disabled toilet, but throughout the afternoon I walked through the spa multiple times and did not see a single person using the shower rooms. In fact, both shower rooms were visibly empty at one point. It felt very much like the spa operates separately and hotel guests are discouraged from using the facilities unless they are paying for treatments.
This is a huge oversight by the hotel. Your final impression of a stay should be a positive one, and instead we were left feeling completely unsupported. Another couple checking out the next day had the exact same experience so this was not a one-off. Thankfully, we were able to shower in the room of a kind couple who were staying an extra night, otherwise our only option would have been a wash in a toilet.
One more thing to note: the room we booked was called a “Tropical Retreat”, which sounded lovely but turned out to face the car park. A few palm trees outside do not justify the name. Clever marketing, but misleading.
Overall, if you have a late departure or are travelling with a baby, be warned that there is no proper plan for you after checkout. Once you hand back your room key, you are entirely on your own. Definitely not the service you’d expect from a 5-star resort.

I would like to especially recognise Maria, the reception manager, and her brilliant team for their quick and effective responses to all our requests. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor—nothing was too much trouble for them!
Although we initially had some concerns about our room, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade that exceeded our expectations. Our experience was absolutely amazing, and we can’t wait to return!

Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to Casa Cook Rhodes. While we appreciated the kindness of the team, the quality of the food, and the overall outdoor ambiance, several key aspects of our stay were truly disappointing.
Check-in was far from smooth, and our “Loft Suite with veranda and pool accessories” was unexpectedly dark, cold, and lacked privacy. Suites are extremely close to one another — it’s hard to enjoy the pool without being watched from both sides. For €485 a night, we had higher expectations.
Housekeeping was also well below par. We found numerous hairs in the bathtub and the room felt poorly cleaned overall. The finishes were rough, and attention to detail was clearly missing. Despite having placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, housekeeping knocked at 9:00 AM asking when we were leaving — even though checkout was at 11:00.
We were also promised a fruit basket upon arrival, which was never delivered. When we asked about it, we were told it would be brought later, but it never came. Instead, we were given a warm bottle of white wine — made worse by the fact that our minibar fridge barely worked.
For this price point, we expected to be able to relax and truly enjoy the space in peace. Unfortunately, the constant loud music playing from the bars and restaurants — even during breakfast — made it difficult to find any sense of calm.
This stay had potential, but too many issues added up, and sadly, it just didn’t deliver the experience we were hoping for.

We had an amazing stay at Casa cook Rhodes. The hotel is greatly located, in a calm and quiet area nested by a small hill where goats can sometimes be heard.
Rooms are spacious and modern.
Service is impeccable, everyone is always kind, willing to help, grateful and listening, the bar staff knew our order before we even sat by the pool in the evening for a drink.
Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious food, tea station and coffee from the bar are also readily available, fresh (bottled) water is also served without asking during breakfast.
Evening menu is tasteful and remarkably well made, food was very good and once again, service was fast.
Big thanks to the staff of the hotel, especially the breakfast and bar in the evening for making our holidays so nice.

My favourite place on Earth. We’ve been here twice now and are already planning our third trip. The location is stunning, and so peaceful, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and any issues (we’ve only ever had 1, and it wasn’t with the hotel itself) are sorted out really quickly. We’ve stayed in the standard room and the prestige suite, and both are incredible. The standard rooms have a shared pool, but it’s only shared with a few other rooms and we’ve always found we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The prestige suites are beautiful with your own pool and outdoor area. For me, the food at Casa Cook is better than any other hotel in Greece- as a vegetarian, there are so many options (both vegetarian and vegan) each night and they’re all incredible.
The spa is also amazing and has an indoor heated pool. I’ve never been more relaxed.

Our stay was amazing. We were lucky enough to get our room upgraded to a villa - the views and room itself were beautiful.
Staff were so kind, welcoming & helpful.
We had bed & breakfast and there was so much to choose from at the breakfast buffet.
Atmosphere is very relaxing, and a really nice hike next door if that’s something you want to do.
Recommend getting a car as there is a local taxi but it gave us the freedom to visit lots of different places.
We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at the end of April and on arrival were told they'd given us a free upgrade to the villa room which had a private pool. The service from start to finish was incredible and it was the most relaxing holiday we've been on. We had a breakfast only reservation and the selection each morning was incredible. We had food in the evening in the restaurant a couple times and each time we really enjoyed our meals. We'll definitely be coming back in the future for a relaxing holiday.
One thing that was really handy is that there was a car rental vendor on site meaning we could rent a car from the hotel and drop it off at the end of our stay which we found really convenient and would do again if needed. Really recommend here for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with a location that made it easy to get to Old Town and Lindos.

I am very disappointed for this super expensive hotel, rooms are far different from pictures on their website. I've never been to worse "hotel", especially 5* hotel. This is definitely typical Greek scam, i am pretty sure this place was originally an apartment, and they just added pool and sunbeds to make it look like hotel. First night we got the worst room ever. No balcony, no toilet, sink next to bed...After complaining next day we got slightly better room, but also not that beatiful sea view we payed for. The receptionist was unpleasant, she just wanted to take our money by offering us abnormal prices for tours...Please don't make big mistake for this hotel like us..

Big resort with lots of people but it doesn’t feel crowded or noisy.
There are plenty of activities—you’re invited to participate in a friendly, but never pushy, way. You can join, or you can simply relax.
Beach is beautiful. Water is crystal clear.
Staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient.
There is a wide variety of food in the main dining area—everyone is sure to find something they like.
The kids love the pools with the water slides.

Almost 5 stars - here is my experience:
We spent a wonderful week at this hotel as a small family — my partner, our 9-month-old baby, and I — and we truly had a great experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they showed genuine care and consideration, especially for our baby, which made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
The food was consistently excellent across all the restaurants, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A special shout-out goes to the Crêperie and the pizza stand — not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the team working there also did an outstanding job. Their warm service and attention to detail really stood out.
One of the things we appreciated most was how compact and well-organized the resort is. Everything — from the pool and gym to the restaurants and beach — is within just a few minutes’ walk, which made things very convenient, especially with a baby.
The only minor downside was the quality of some of the soft drinks. Beverages like soda or water occasionally had a taste reminiscent of chlorine or saltwater. If this issue were addressed, I would have no hesitation in giving the hotel a full 5-star rating.
All in all, we had a lovely stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place to unwind.

This is a fabulous resort with something for everyone. We spent a wonderful week at Mitsis Norida. As a family of 4 with 2 young children, we were provided with amazing customer service and facilities to enjoy and relax. The children's entertainment includes water slides, kids’s club, kids’ pools, playground, kids’ disco and the list can go on. The kids’ club and disco are amazing and our 6-year old wanted to attend them every day. The food is also amazing and with plenty of choice. The resort is incredibly clean and the views of the sea are stunning. Lastly, I would like to say that the staff at the resort are amazing! They are always smiling, very friendly and ready to help. They are great with kids too! If you are looking to spend a carefree holiday in Greece, we highly recommend Mitsis Norida :)

had the pleasure of staying at Grecotel LuxMe Dama Dama as a single parent with my three children for 6 nights and 7 days, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most heartwarming and memorable holidays we’ve ever had.
From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and kindness. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and made every effort to ensure that we felt comfortable and cared for — it truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the most touching moments for us was when the team surprised my daughter with a birthday cake for her 16th birthday. It was such a thoughtful and emotional gesture that meant so much to both of us. This kind of attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality is what sets this hotel apart.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of choices for every taste — whether you’re into Mediterranean, international dishes, or lighter options, there was something for everyone. The pool was always clean and spacious enough, and the minibar in our room was refilled every day, which was a nice touch, especially with kids.
Every single staff member we interacted with — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff — was kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests happy.
If you are looking for a place where you can relax with your family, feel safe, enjoy amazing food, and be treated with real warmth, this is the place. Thank you, Grecotel team, for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever. I will definitely return and recommend this beautiful hotel to all my friends and family.

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

We had a really lovely stay – the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and enjoyable.
However, one major downside really affected our overall experience: the sunbed situation. Unfortunately, almost all sunbeds – both at the pool and by the beach – were reserved by guests extremely early in the morning, often with towels left unattended for hours. Despite the beach being nearly empty at times, every single lounger was “taken,” making it nearly impossible to find a place to relax unless you got up very early yourself. This issue seriously needs to be addressed by hotel management to ensure fair access for all guests.
In summary, it’s a great hotel in many ways, but the sunbed reserving culture was frustrating and disappointing.

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

Staying at Domes Miramare felt like pressing pause on real life in the best possible way. The hotel itself and location and are amazing as are the facilities. You're literally on an award winning beach with amazing clear water. Staff are very kind and in particular the cleaners are amazing, tennis court is cool and the gym is okay, spa is decent.
One massive issue with this hotel though is the food, the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. But, do not have an evening meal here the food is awful nothing Greek all international and poorly done at that. The service in the restaurant is also appalling even just asking for a dessert took 30 minutes to arrive, Parmesan never showed up and in the end we just wanted to leave as everything was cold when it finally arrived at the table.

This was our first time visiting Greece and I have to say staying at this resort was heaven on earth. The location is out of this world overlooking the beautiful oceanic scenery Corfu has to offer. The service was nothing short of five stars from the moment we stepped foot in the resort. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and inviting. When we needed to hire a car the concierge lady Julia I think her name was sorted everything out for us in just under an hour!!! I would definitely recommend this resort over and over again. Thanks once again for making us feel so welcome not only in Greece but also your fine establishment.

Beautiful modernist architecture with fascinating history including Maria Callas and Jackie O. The location is spectacular, rooms are wonderful and the cocktails are out of this world, designed by Ioannis the bar manager. The perfect place to unwind after a week sailing. The massage was also excellent. Quiet enough but a local village to walk to for a change of scene, would recommend Village taverna. There is an app to order food or drinks to your sunbeds and the whole place smells fantastic in keeping with the high design standards. Would definitely recommend.

I'm currently staying here - if you're a Marriott Bonvoy Member don't hope that it means anything.
Rooms are somewhat dated they've been painted and maintained but it just hasn't been upgraded to the same standard throughout - bedding is good and views are great but that's about it.
Guessing most of the people that give this place 5 stars go for the full bed breakfast, lunch & dinner. But it has been by far the least 5 star of the Marriott hotels I've stayed.
The main foyer and entrance of the building is very nice but that doesn't translate throughout.
Gets very busy at the pool and beach so best to head out south of the island instead. The front of house at checkin try to upsell the restaurants and advise bookings but nothing looks all that interesting. There's a so call sushi bar - but it's not really... raw fish with soy sauce isn't sushi (this is a hotel that boast 5 stars so when claiming things like this it should be well executed but it just isn't).
There's are plenty of nice taverns only a short drive away.
Parking is a pain as it's small and guests and staff have to compete for bays as well as scooters parking inconsiderately- can't blame the staff though as there is no where for them to park either.
Service staff are very nice - restaurant/bar/waiters, house keeping etc... and they'll always help to try and make the stay more pleasant. Nonetheless someone just doesn't sit quite right with this hotel maybe it's the management.

I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel in Rhodes. The location is ideal to relax — just a short walk to the beach and close to the main attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing.
The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful views. The pool area was also a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and with sunbeds.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to the animation team and the restaurant staff — their service was truly outstanding! ❤️

The suite we’ve stayed in is perfect, spacious and private with all the amenities we needed. We were very grateful for the selection of pillows that were available. The bed was very comfortable. Big shout out to Joy who went above and beyond to make the most delicious mocktails - she made every effort to be creative and provide for us which was really appreciated and she always served with a smile! The staff at the hotel are clearly very hard-working and dedicated to providing the guests with a good experience. We’ve really loved the crêperie - they’ve served us with a smile every time and served crêpes that would make the French proud! The staff who cleaned and restocked our room have also gone above and beyond and done an excellent job keeping our room clean, fresh and restocked!

Booking one of the Nests for the signature cocktails was the best choice we made. Maria and the team did amazing with the three signature cocktails, that’s are not on the menu, plus nibble and fruit platters. We loved all three cocktails plus the cheeky shot. Everything was great and the service was fantastic. Definitely worth the small extra cost. If we were staying longer would 100% book it again.

The Den Bar manager Vassillis and his team were amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel special and well looked after.

First of all, big thanks to all the staff, that includes gardeners too. They work so hard and will always greet you with a smile they just can't do enough for you. Also special thanks to Alex the waiter at the buffet restaurant, he is such a nice person and will always ask how you are and will make you feel appreciated. The food at the buffet was amazing, I never had a bad meal and always had seconds. The A La Carte restaurants were 10/10. But make sure you book these before arrival as they get booked pretty quickly. The rooms are newly renovated and are exactly how the photos are. A nice touch is that the mirrors in the bathroom are all heated so never mist up. Just be aware that there are many stairs but there are lifts. Its still a 5* hotel. I will be returning!

Hotel Review:
The hotel itself is visually stunning — beautifully designed with a modern, aesthetic feel. Our room was lovely, everything functioned well, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool and beach areas were also a highlight — clean, relaxing, and well-maintained.
However, there were some disappointing aspects that took away from the overall experience. Despite the majority of guests being English-speaking, communication with staff was a real challenge. Basic requests were often misunderstood, which made service frustrating and extremely slow at times.
Location is it quite far out the way and beach is covered with sun beds therefore not the best view. Buses were available but not that often therefore would recommend hiring a car.
The buffet was particularly underwhelming for a 5-star resort. The variety was poor, with very limited fish and vegetarian options, and several dishes repeatedly unavailable. Many advertised amenities such as billiards and watersports were closed, and to our surprise, you had to pay extra for things like billiards — despite being listed as included.
The à la carte restaurants were the only truly enjoyable dining option, but you could only book them once during your stay. Snack bars were also inconsistent — advertised to open at 12, but rarely did so before 12:30.
Overall, while the setting and rooms were beautiful, the hotel didn’t live up to 5-star expectations in terms of service, food, and activity availability. With a few improvements, it could be excellent — but for now, it falls short.

We went for a week family holiday, Australia and UK. Overall very good. Refurbished 2 years ago to very high standard, although some traces of the old fit out. Reception staff excellent, bar staff and restaurant staff good but not great. Rooms excellent although both of our showers leaked. Food is a standout, at the main dinning area and the specialist - Italian, Greek, Wine bar. Food a the star of the resort. Inclusive wine is dreadful, beers cocktails only passable. Needs a deluxe wine package. We ended up going to Patty's beach bar next door most days for "real" beers and cocktails. The best hotel by far along the strip. Recommend for all inclusive up market holiday.

We stayed in a Superior King Sea View room for 5 nights and were genuinely impressed. The staff were outstanding — warm, professional, and consistently attentive. One of the best hotel teams we’ve experienced.
Food was excellent. The buffet offered fresh, varied dishes each day, and the Italian à la carte restaurant was a real highlight — it served one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had.
Drinks were great too — proper all-inclusive with no restrictions and good quality throughout. The pools were clean and relaxing, and the indoor spa pool was a nice bonus.
The atmosphere was classy but still family-friendly. Entertainment was very good — we especially enjoyed the Latino and Greek nights.
For the price, the experience felt like fantastic value. Our stay was so good we’re already planning to return next year and bring our parents along too.

Well deserved five star experience. Happy with the choice and overall quality of the stay in the Electra hotel. Seafront with a lovely, rocky beach - nice spot to watch sunsets too. Just left the hotel after staying for 7 nights.
I had booked and paid extra to get the Executive Twin room with pool view , so there were 2 beds for my friend and I.
We arrived late , after 11pm, we got to the reception, and the gentleman checking us in was trying to deal with everyone who walked in the door while checking us in.
So he wasn't focused on checking the details of the booking (eg. my name , room type, etc)
So, We got checked in , and we got to the room to discover we were given the wrong room as there was only 1 bed with a single chair. If the gentleman who checked us in wasn't trying to deal with everyone at the same time, he would have noticed the room he was given us was incorrect.
My friend used to work in housekeeping, so she looked to see if the bed could be separated into 2 single beds, it could not.
So we went straight back to reception to inform them we were given the wrong room. The gentleman who checked us in said he'd get housekeeping to sort it out in the morning, and he wrote it down that this needed sorted. No apology was given at this time.
So the next day, after being down by the pool all day, we get back to our room to find out nothing has been done apart from the room getting cleaned. There was still only 1 bed and 1 single chair.
Tried speaking to someone again about this and was told the same thing , it'll get sorted, never did.
This made sleeping hard for my friend and I as we get hot quite easily, so even with the AC on full blast, it made sleeping hard due to us having to share a bed.
We got a pool view , which was nice , only down side was that the pool bar was open until 1am and the music was still on at that time and you could just hear the bass booming, which again made sleeping hard.
I am annoyed at the fact we weren't given the room we had paid for, and no one cared about getting the issue sorted out

Absolutely stunning stay at Atrium Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—hospitality here is on another level.
The food was a standout: the a la carte restaurants delivered beautifully presented dishes and even the main buffet was impressive with rotating menus and plenty of fresh options.
Sweeping panoramic ocean views are the highlight of the hotel that you just can't take your eyes off of. The hotel is set amidst unspoilt natural surroundings, giving it a secluded, peaceful vibe that feels totally removed from the tourist crowds. The gardens are vibrant and meticulously kept.
Every detail is clearly thought through: rooms are soundproofed and serene, Wi-Fi is strong everywhere (even by the pools), and the all-inclusive drinks include premium labels, which is a rare touch. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the stargazing session. The hotel app for making reservations and pool service add extra convenience to an already wonderful stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, premium escape.

This resort is real GEM, surrounded by wild nature and designed to be a true blue dream in what I found to be the most exotic and lovely island of Greece. Although I came for a work reunion, I was astonished to find such a paradise, where everywhere you look you see pure beauty and are surrounded either by infinite pools that dip into the deep blue see or by gorgeous flowers and butterflies. The rooms are incredible with the most comfortable beds imaginable, the service outstanding, with kind and polite staff, and the location mesmerizing. A must see, ....over and over again!

We stayed here in May 2025 for our first holiday with our little boy who was 9 months old. From the minute we got there to the minute we left, the service was exceptional and the main manager went up and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’d sent an email prior to our arrival asking about any baby facilities in the room and we found a bottle steriliser in there when we got there aswell as a travel cot. Our room got upgraded to a family suite so it was nice we had lots of room for our little boy to crawl around and play when we got ready.
The food, is amazing. For an all inclusive we done the premium all inclusive package and I highly recommend doing that as you get access to all of the restaurants free of charge, there are some things on the menu that have a * next to them which are 50% off for the PAI package but it’s things like expensive champagne which is absolutely understandable. The drinks included are all branded and the cocktails are amazing!!
The heated pool was a good touch as when we went it was very windy so the main pool was too cold for our son but he loved the heated pool.
The staff are all so lovely, they all absolutely loved our little boy and doted on him so much. In particular, Harrah (I think that’s how you spell it sorry if not!) she was amazing and was so good with our baby, Zina from the main bar, Dimitris and the main manager (sorry didn’t get his name!) and everyone from the beach bar and the pool bar, the service was 10/10.
I would say there was only 1 thing for us that we needed more of and that was baby changing facilities, there wasn’t any in the ASIA or fish restaurant toilets and I had to go up to the room to change our baby mid dinner, but obviously if you haven’t got kids this doesn’t affect everyone!
We will definitely be returning, thank you for making our first family holiday amazing!

Fantastic from start to finish we were upgraded to the adult only area which was a nice touch. But from start to finish everything was exceptional. Would also like to thank the main manger for looking after us on our last day as he helped us out massively and let us keep are room for a while as we had a late flight.
Only gripe would be that restaurant staff can be a little slow to serve you drinks often id eaten my breakfast before my coffee was ordered.
Other than that outstanding. Food great drinks great room nice and friendly staff.

Amazing view, the staff were great, the food was fantastic. Reserve your dinner reservation as soon as possible. They are usually booked up the day before so download the app before you get there. It's a rare place that's great for families with young children and people who want to be away from young children. They have an adult only part of the resort with its own bars.

There are so many great things to say about the Creta Maris resort and we can't wait to visit again! We were pleasantly surprised (and truly delighted!) by how well the hotel caters for vegetarians and vegans and also those on a gluten-free diet. Everything in the buffet at each restaurant is so clearly labelled. We were impressed with not only the variety of delicious cuisine on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also the very high quality of what was offered, much of it organic and sustainably produced. Absolutely top marks for this - we've never come across a resort where we've felt so welcome as vegetarians.
The resort is extremely well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and has so many activities for both adults and children. Creta Maris is absolutely perfect for families, with a superb kids club on offer. What stands out however is the huge passion they have in delighting its guests at every opportunity. From the moment we arrived to when we departed, we were amazed by how well we were looked after. A special thanks to Alexandra in Guest Relations, Manolis at the Concierge, and Nektaria at the Reception, who really went the extra-mile to make us feel very welcome.
We learnt that the resort is family-owned, and I believe this makes a huge difference to their approach and ethos.
An outstanding experience at Creta Maris and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

We’ve stayed at Creta Maris seven times now, and every visit feels like coming home. The beautiful grounds, clean and comfortable rooms, and the warm, attentive staff make this place truly special.
I especially appreciate the excellent vegan options, which are always clearly labeled. Whether for breakfast or dinner, there are plenty of delicious plant-based dishes to choose from—no need to worry or ask for special requests.
The pools and sea offer great relaxation, and the whole atmosphere is just perfect for a peaceful getaway.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming, vegan-friendly resort. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Our fault for not researching properly but I would not come again unless we had kids with us. There is no adults only pool and the screaming kids are a bit much when you don’t have your own! Very much a family resort with the classic mums getting up at 5am and taking all the sun beds also. Would look elsewhere if you’re a couple for the price.

We had the best holiday experience ever. The swim up, sea view room was amazing. The staff were amazing. The food was all gorgeous. But when all of this comes together, you get a vibe. We both felt totally relaxed, chilled out, able to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.

We came to Daios Cove for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away so much so that we extended our stay! If you’re a honeymooner looking for that perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, incredible facilities and service, this is the place.
Everything about the resort is next level. The setting is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is flawless.
Every staff member we met was kind, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room service team, pool bar staff, and the teams at Ocean and Taverna restaurants were all amazing and the pool/beach attendants were just as friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
The cocktails were seriously impressive, and the food was spot-on every time. Make sure you go for the all-inclusive option, you absolutely won’t regret it.
If you’re deciding where to book for your honeymoon… stop scrolling! Daios Cove is a must!

Daios Cove is a wonderful place. The hotel is beautiful and everything looks perfect. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and well trained – they really do everything to make guests feel special. They are also amazing with children: always smiling, patient, and kind. Our kids felt very welcome and happy here. The food is delicious, the views are amazing, and the whole place is peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoy our time here and will definitely come back again.

For the price, the service could DEFINITELY be better. The place is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We were upgraded to full board and to what was considered a suite, however, I wouldn’t have called it a suite. The only difference was that we got a private pool (not an infinity one) and some sun beds. We rejected the room and opted for the one we had booked originally, which was exactly the same, except it had an amazing infinity pool and a stunning view minus the sun beds. ‘Full board’ only included some restaurants, and lunch was only available at specific places. Also, it did not include any alcoholic drinks at all. The average cocktail was €15. The staff, although friendly, were rather inattentive. I have been to cheaper 4 star hotels and received better service, that’s for sure. We didn’t tip as we didn’t feel the service was great, but to our surprise upon checking out and paying the final bill, tips were automatically added. It was my first time there, but I wouldn’t be returning for these reasons. It’s really more about aesthetics with this place.

Stunning place to relax and enjoy good weather and amazing food. We stayed in early May so it was not at full capacity, the weather was around 25° C most days but the sea was cold which was fine for us but others didn't venture too deep! We were accommodated in one of the rooms that needed updating but it was very comfortable, clean and we did have an amazing sea view. The staff were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome wherever we were in the resort. Definitely upgrade to the residents club if you can stretch your budget. The buffet area was generally okay but the restaurants were on another level. The food, the atmosphere, the drinks, all amazing and again the staff were on point with their service and loved to chat with us. All the staff speak very good English too. The fitness facilities were also excellent for a hotel. This place is a little gem and would definitely return for another stay, but longer next time!!

Our room was stunning with a private pool and sea views. The facilities throughout the resort were impeccable, in particular the spa.
Hotel has exceptional staff, in particular Anna, the Pangea restaurant host. Every morning, Anna greeted us warmly.
All the restaurants and the room service were great - we tried all of them.

In my personal opinion and in my own experience I can honestly say I've never had a holiday as good as this. Traveled with my partner and from the very first moment we arrived it was simply magical. The hotel itself is situated in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and the views are incredible. The service is second to none, Cristina, who was professional, warm and friendly was such a great host and welcomed us like we had been there 100 times, nice touch checking in on us throughout the holiday. The rooms are fantastic, minibar, shower and space with great beds, slept so well every night. Housekeepers do such a great job. Best restaurant for me was the grill house, best steak I've ever had but every restaurant we visited was simply amazing with service and choice.
The pools are so nice and Paulo and Sophia made our days around the pool the best with their service and smiles. Beach service just as good. The bars in both the Sea and Sky building were so spacious and clean with again Mario and Aretti giving us 5 star service. Such a great selection of drinks in all the bars and food around the pool was a great addition especially when you can order without leaving your sun lounger. The resort is the cleanest I've ever been to so massive respect to all the maintenance and gardeners, they do a wonderful job. This place is simply incredible, I leave honest reviews both good and bad but I honestly have not a single negative thing to say. I knew this place was luxurious from my research but every room is quality and the service from the staff, who work so incredibly hard, is the best I've ever received. Credit to all of you for making Ikos Dassia one incredible place to holiday. All I want is to go back, best week ever.

First proper all inclusive resort holiday (other than safari) and it was excellent. Very expensive, not worth the Deluxe upgrade and the room pool, but everything else was excellent. Vast choice of restaurants, each one exceptionally high standard. Service great, short drive from the airport, lots of activities and pools to choose from, endless supply of drinks and food! Highly recommend. But dont go if you hate kids!!

Truly Exceptional Experience at Ikos Dassia!
We’ve just returned from an unforgettable 10-night stay at Ikos Dassia, and I can’t speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service, setting, and attention to detail were absolutely flawless.
A special mention must go to Maria, the Sommelier – who was absolutely fabulous & of course has an AMAZING knowledge of wine. Jaqueline, the Duty Manager, also went above and beyond to make our stay extra special; her warm hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out.
The food across all restaurants was outstanding, offering a perfect blend of variety and quality. Whether we were lounging by the pool or beach, the service was impeccable – always friendly, prompt, and delivered with a smile. The bars were fantastic, with top-shelf options and beautifully crafted cocktails, and the evening theatre shows were a real highlight, bringing a vibrant energy to each night.
I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team, who kept everything spotless and beautifully presented every single day – their hard work didn’t go unnoticed.
One of the unexpected highlights was the complimentary afternoon boat trip, which was such a thoughtful touch – a truly memorable way to see the coastline, take a dip into the sea, enjoy the Greek culture and unwind in style.
All in all, Ikos Dassia exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a resort that delivers excellence in every aspect, but this place does it with ease. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Ikos Oceania what can I say?
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all amazing. The rooms are kept clean and they have a modern feel to them with mini bar stocked and filled up every day. All of the restaurants on site including the buffet restaurant serve phenomenal food with excellent service. All staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive :) the main bar is open until 2 am and evening entertainment is always offered. We went to the beach party which was beautifully decorated and music was amazing. All of the pools are kept clean and are lovely to swim in.
You get 20 mins of water activities per day included and can choose other activities such as yoga or Pilates at no extra cost.
I highly recommend this resort, it’s paradise :)

The most amazing stay here the hotel would be 10/10 if the rooms were bigger and a bit more modern but I couldn’t fault anything else.
The food is incredible and drinks. I’ve never been to a hotel with so many vegetarian and vegan options I could have.
The level of service also is amazing. A special mention to Eva at the adults only bar she’s the best waitress I’ve ever had, and also to the waiters and chef at the fresco Restaraunt who made my partner a caffeine free tiramisu from scratch just so he could try it. We will be back!

The most amazing hotel experience ever. Gorgeous design accross all aspects: rooms, outdoor areas, restaurants. The service and the staff is by far the best thing, all so professional and helpful. They have in Ikos Olivia a splash pool for the kids and playground area which help so much with kids. High chairs in all restaurants, toddler cutlery, mini market with diapers/beach toys. The Deluxe Collection is just superb. The beach is the only thing I did not think was up in the standard of the resort. Cannot recommend Ikos Olivia more.

We had a great experience at Ikos Olivia. It’s a perfect destination for families, with highlights like a lovely park and a fun evening dance show that our daughter really enjoyed. All the restaurants were excellent and very child-friendly, making dining easy and enjoyable.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the resort grounds are beautifully maintained. The food throughout was very good, with lots of variety and high quality.
We dined at the buffet a couple of times and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. However, the service there—while warm and well-meaning—was inconsistent. Drink orders were often delayed, and we had to actively seek out staff to ensure we had something to drink with our meals. It made us glad we had restaurant bookings on the other nights.
Booking restaurants was also a bit frustrating. You can only reserve three in advance before arrival, and once you’re on-site, securing the rest feels like a bit of a race—definitely not the relaxed start you expect from a luxury holiday.
Additionally, although most service was excellent, some basic things were overlooked. We frequently had to request drinking water in our room. Housekeeping kept things tidy and beds made, but simple touches like restocking water were often missed—something you'd expect to be seamless at this level.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return, but attention to a few details would elevate the experience even further.

We went to Ikos Olivia for our honeymoon and it was just perfect, even getting a room upgrade for the final two nights! The hotel is gorgeous and staff super friendly and attentive. The choice of restaurants is great, with delicious food, as well as a wide range of wine choices. We loved the adult only part of the pool and lovely beach. We used the Tesla car hire and went for a day in Thessaloniki which was fun! We’d highly recommend Ikos for your honeymoon, and are already planning our next trip back!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Greece — with the worst service we’ve experienced.
The property and setting are absolutely stunning. Truly one of the most beautiful hotels in Greece, no doubt about that. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The service felt like it belonged in a one-star resort. Every single request we made was answered with a firm no. We were traveling as a big group of friends, and not once were we allowed to dine together — not even at separate tables in the same restaurant. Instead, they split our reservations into three different restaurants at three different times. It felt like no effort was made to accommodate us.
Even more shocking — the kids weren’t allowed in the kids’ club. Apparently, it was full or had strange rules, but no one gave a clear explanation.
The hotel may look five-star, but the management and service are stuck at one. Hugely disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Our stay at Porto Sani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome, delivering a level of service that truly exemplifies a 5-star experience. The room we stayed in was luxurious which was room 215, equipped with all the high-end amenities you would expect from a top-tier resort.
Porto Sani is a perfect destination for families. We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful marina and pristine beach. The resort's transfer buggy service was a fantastic convenience, making it easy to explore every corner of the property with minimal effort.
The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, maintaining high standards throughout. Our 7-year-old enjoyed the selections, and we found it to be ideal for couples as well, thanks to the spacious layout that allowed for privacy even during the busy high season.
A special shout-out to Vlad from Sani Beach. We can't wait to return to Porto Sani, this little slice of paradise some point in the future!

Cannot fault the kind staff. Especially Riad at Artemis in Porto Sani. He cannot do enough for us and his attention to detail and politeness was amazing. Eugenia our personal helper was so lovely. We wish we could bring her home. She made our holiday. We will be booking the same time next year and recommending to everyone we know. My dad recently had heart surgery and his surgeon is now coming!

Truly a 5-star experience - a luxury for both the parents and the children. The pools were exceptional and the private beach with towel service was a luxury. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality we’ve received throughout our one-week stay. We were warmly welcomed at Porto Sani and were pleasantly amazed by the hospitality of the staff there, ranging from the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses to the housekeeping team. My daughter had so much fun interacting with the staff, who went to extra mile to provide an enjoyable experience for our entire family. A special shout-out to our personal concierge Demetrios, Angela at Sea Breeze bar, Diana and Albi at Artemis and the team at Elia for making our stay such a personalised and enjoyable one.

We’ve stayed at a few Ikos hotel and this one by far is our absolute favourite. Fixed any problems asap and superseded our expectations. Great service clean delicious food and overall many beautiful with excellent staff just the best resort ever: our stay here compelled us to visit the other Ikos resorts and as nice as they were this place was our favourite.

We stayed at Ikos Aria and while many aspects were beautiful — the setting, facilities, and generally kind and respectful staff — we experienced a repeated issue that left a sour note. On the first two days, two members of staff touched our daughter’s hair, out of curiosity or admiration we felt it was inappropriate. We let management know and staff were reminded. The next night a member of management touched our daughter’s hair again. Staff members touched our baby’s Afro-textured hair without permission. While they were apologetic when corrected, this repeated invasion of her personal space made us feel uncomfortable and even hesitant to leave her in the crèche where we can’t correct people’s behaviour.
We raised our concerns with management and were offered a massage, deluxe area access, and beautifully thoughtful touches including special menus and warm greetings from the head chef — all kindly arranged by Karina. These gestures were appreciated, but what we truly hope to see is proper staff training around cultural sensitivity and personal boundaries. Afro hair is not to be touched without consent.
Ikos Aria offers many five-star features, but this repeated issue took away from what should have been a completely relaxing and respectful experience.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Ikos Aria in June to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was truly memorable.
Highlights:
- Great food with a strong à la carte focus and plenty of variety
- Complimentary 30-minute watersports sessions each day
- Day driving experience with a Tesla for a day
- Wine tasting experience
- Sunset cruise
- “Dine out” options with food and transfers included in the all-inclusive - package
- Unique beach with ancient ruins on site and a small island you can swim to
- WhatsApp concierge service for seamless communication
Special thanks to:
- Reception team: Ksenia, Diego, and many others who not only handled all our bookings but also made our departure day extra special by giving us a temporary (and unexpectedly deluxe) room
- Beach team: Hercules, Robert, Vasilis, and others who cheerfully tolerated our cocktail obsession
- Ouzo restaurant: Athena made our birthday dinner unforgettable, and Igle was always super helpful and knowledgeable about wines
- Kos restaurant: Sophia and Anasthasia made the birthday breakfast a highlight
- Tennis club: Amazing free tennis cardio sessions twice a week
- Spa: Great sauna and steam room area, with a super helpful manager
I wish I could remember more names, but honestly, the whole team was amazing!
A few suggestions for improvement:
- The main beach has a rocky walk-in, which could be improved with a floating pontoon for the first 10–15 meters
- The deluxe beach could use more showers and toilets - adding one would make a big difference
- For the sunset cruise, I’d suggest reversing the direction (from the port to Aria), as the current route from Aria means the sunset is sometimes blocked by mountains and it can get quite chilly due to the wind (still, it was beautiful)
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Ikos Aria. Thank you to everyone who made our trip so special!

The staff are what truly make Ikos Aria shine. Every single person we encountered was professional, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. A special thank you to Stelios, Marta, Christos, and Dimitros — each of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and valued.
The facilities are immaculate — stunning pools, pristine beaches, and luxurious rooms all set in a breathtaking location. The food was outstanding at every restaurant, with an incredible variety and quality that made every meal a joy.
Whether it was a small gesture or a customized surprise to help us celebrate, the team made every moment feel special. We left with full hearts, completely relaxed, and already dreaming about our return.
