Not up to expectations, really far from anything, rooms are rather small, nothing outstanding, staff quite rude and not all services available. Also the gym is just a couple of dumbbells and a treadmill… i do not call that a gym, and sauna not in function.

I’ll start by saying I have never written a review for anything bad or good. But my experience started very positive but finished with a nasty taste in my mouth. I’ll just get to the point and say that customer service starting from the top was horrendous. BE AWARE!! After checking out, I decided to leave my bags with the front desk so i can enjoy a lunch before boarding my ferry back to Athens. When I returned to pick up my bags I immediately learned that my bags(with my passport) were nowhere to be found. The young lady at the front desk insisted that i took my bags. Blaming me for the disappearance of my bags rather than helping me retrieve my possessions. Finally, I get a manager who shows me a video of his bell-person mistakenly loading it on a shuttle for a large group heading to Santorini. Manager never took any accountability, admit fault or apologized. Instead he was useless and absolutely rude. I had to suggest to the manager certain steps to successfully intercept my bags before it was too late. Mind you I was mainly concerned about my passport. After taking my advice, because this manager was not solution oriented, my bags were found and returned to me later that night. Once again, no apology was given and not even a ride to the ferry was offered. DONT STAY HERE! Location is ok but customer service was traumatizing.

AMAZING EVERYTHING!! Do not waste your time at any other hotel! This place has absolutely everything: walkable to the beach, incredible views and above all…. impeccable service!!! The hotel is a little ways from Mykonos Town, which can offer some quiet at night but make it more challenging during the day to get to the town. They had a nice pool, and very good and helpful service (for example, providing food near the pool or explaining areas of interest on a map). The room itself was fairly modest but sufficient for our needs.

The bathroom was completely moldy, so the room smelled like mildew and after showering, water ran down the wall on the bathroom exterior wall. Even after we reported this water damage to the hotel staff at the reception, the hotel did not offer us a replacement room or apologize for this condition. This room was unhealthy. Unfortunately, this hotel is not recommended.

Good views, polite and nice restaurant and cleaning staff, close proximity to couple of great beaches if you want to avoid crowded areas. I’m afraid that’s where anything good I have to say about the hotel ends. And I would call this neither a 5-Star nor a luxury hotel. Our room was spacious and came with two balconies. However we booked a room with a hot outdoor jetted tub which didn’t work and was overflowing the balcony on the first day of our stay. On the second day it somehow drained out. The manager was kind enough to have it fixed and cleaned each time but said a very direct NO to changing our room, when clearly the hotel was not fully booked (and we didn’t even want an upgrade just a room with a basic outdoor tub we can use, as we had booked). In the end we paid premium rates for a room where we had to wait 30-45 minutes or more a couple of times to use the tub (and then we gave up). Keeping your tub covered etc is your responsibility too and the covers are kept right next to tub which totally ruin your view (small details but they show why it isn’t luxury). Oh also please note you’re not allowed to use your tub after 10:00 PM out of respect for your neighbor’s peace but they are allowed to play music on speakers at midnight which would totally reach your room unless you shut every window close. The balcony chairs were unclean with patches of fungus on them, the bathroom was pretty basic too. Overall the hotel has potential but definitely won’t be our first choice for our next visit.

The breakfast was a disappointment as well, offering a limited and tasteless spread. Transportation from the hotel to the airport was a nightmare; the hotel failed to organize proper transportation, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Moreover, the exorbitant price we paid for our stay was utterly unjustified considering the poor quality of services and amenities provided. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized stay

The whole hotel is very nice and clean, however the room is not as advertised. I had booked the room with private pool, however the photos on their website are very misleading the the pool is not private as it is in an open space, which can be accessed by anyone on the resort. Also it is very far from most of the important attractions on the island

The staff is extraordinary! They really want you to have the best experience. The hot tub was not as hot as I like. But the last hotel, in Greece, also didn't seem to understand how hot I like my water. So maybe a cultural thing.

Loved this hotel. 5 star experience. Clean. Great amenities. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in my life. The ambience and aesthetic are lovely. They let me check in early and upgraded me to a jacuzzi room. I have no complaints about this hotel. I did a massage in the spa which was very relaxing. Hotel helped arrange transfers when I needed it and even met me park the rented car. Everyone made me feel so nice. Did I say how clean it was! Would def return here.

We had an amazing time here, 5 Star service and amenities! The staff was extremely attentive, even with our late arrival 1am. Walked us through the property and showed us everything we could possibly need. The included breakfast buffet was the best I've had in all of Europe! With the views to match!

The staff was very friendly and we had a stunning view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing and included in our stay. The boardwalk is about 4 minute walk downhill, a lot of restaurants close by with fun places to grab a drink. The beach was also very close, stunning views and plenty of beach beds to rent.

This is a very nice modern hotel! The free breakfast is wonderful! Very upscale! The staff is so nice and all very polite! I love how they all dress in white or white and black The pool area and restaurant looks over the agean sea! There is a steep hill to the hotel, and if you're on a tour or bus,the bus does not stop by the hotel you have to walk to the hotel about 5 mins down a small alley! The views from our room is beautiful! I definitely like it here! Very attentive!

A real 5 stars above expectations The best hotel we had in Greece while visiting 4 different islands. From the welcoming attentions to the beautiful design and equipped rooms/amenities, the incredible staff. The service was impeccable, the breakfast and restaurant delicious. We had an amazing family experience at the spa with massages, facials and thermal experience. We loved the little extras around the pool (mini ice cream cones, cleaning of sunglasses, facial mist, etc.). Nice gym also. Only 2 minutes away from the beach, action, stores and other restaurants. If we go back to Mykonos, this will definitely be our address. Thanks!

My Husband and I were staying at another hotel on the other side of the island and last minute booked Andronikos instead… NIGHT AND DAY difference! The staff at this hotel are above and beyond 5 stars. I’ve never had so many people literally go out of their way to get to know you and make your stay so personal. The location is a 10 min walk from town and the accommodations are lovely. But again, the service is TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend and hope we get a chance to come back someday!

This was such a beautiful hotel. Amazing location and great views and amenities. But what made our trip perfect was the incredible service. Each and every member of staff were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and by the end of our trip they all just felt like family. I can honestly say the staff are a credit to this hotel. Special thank you to Demitris who was just amazing. We will be back next year for sure.

Love this hotel. Modern looking place to stay with exquisite and friendly staff. Contains an outdoor pool, small gym and spa. Breakfast is good and includes fresh made eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled, omelet, etc.) and some sweet treats. Menu options for diner are really tasty as well. Would recommend this place for a relaxed stay, not far away from Mykonos town (10-15 min walk).

The best customer service of any hotel we have every stayed at. The location is perfect and the views amazing. Spend the extra money on an ocean view room it’s worth it. The staff are so friendly and could not help you more, the cocktails around the pool are some of the most affordable in the area. The little beach area is great to get a taste of the ocean. We stayed here with our 6 month old daughter the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The put us in room very close to everything with the least amount of steps. We will definitely be back and suggest this hotel to our friends.

A very nice hotel to stay in. The pool and dinning room face the ocean which is beautiful. The service is professional and of high grade. Great rich breakfast. The location is very good if you favor going to beaches and enjoying beautiful views (in better than staying in Mykonos Town in my opinion). There’s also a very nice spa to enjoy. However, your stay might be significantly downgraded if you do not take an elevated room since a lot of the rooms could have no view whatsoever and just face the mainland. Make sure to have a sea view or the very least not be at the ground level.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Our stay at Petasos Hotel was really enjoyable! The staff are super friendly, hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Joe was extremely helpful, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation and medical services. The breakfast is delicious with superb views from the terrace overlooking the town & access to the resort. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful resort. Staff are excellent. Food is very good. Drinks are pretty expensive. Rooms are clean and bright. Its located in a quieter area, a couple shops and restaurants around. Several of these restaurants are known for scamming tourists so be aware and do your research. The private hotel beach is a raised beach with only ladder access to the water.

A hidden gem, we stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and it was a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and had a great view, the roof top infinity pool with our suit was perfect for a relaxing night swim or a midday dive for cooling off. Breakfast was included and was a feast! I have celiac disease and there were plenty of gluten safe items that I could enjoy.
