My husband and I came to the hotel with our one year old and had a great time. The pool is large (but very cold, understandable in May) and the section by the beach is wonderful. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of greenery and flowers and the most beautiful view of the sea.
We went for the comfort package so we had everything included, I enjoyed the fact that the lunch buffet was near the pool so we didn’t have to go to the main restaurant and it kept things from getting boring.
There is a great selection of food at the buffets and lots of drink options. We don’t really drink alcohol so I only had a few glasses of wine throughout our week there, but I saw an array of delicious looking cocktails going to other tables.
If I were to say one negative is that there is a lack of baby changing facilities. This did make it quite difficult to change my daughter but we found ways.
The one thing I can’t get over is how kind and lovely all the staff were. The staff are incredibly friendly and really made the best effort to give us a great trip. They were so engaging with our daughter and everyone from receptionists, waiters, and housekeepers were so kind to her. The staff really made the experience what it was. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at Grecotel Eva Palace and had one of the best vacation experiences of our lives. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the beach is pristine and relaxing, and the entire property is kept very clean and well-maintained. The service, in particular, is what truly sets this hotel apart.
A special thank you to Themis, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We follow a Kosher diet, and he made sure to provide us with brand-new dishes and personally oversaw all the details to accommodate our needs. It was an incredible gesture that we deeply appreciated.
Of course, nothing is ever completely perfect—the room we stayed in had a bit of a funny smell when we arrived. But honestly, everything else was so exceptional that it hardly detracted from our overall experience.
We highly recommend Grecotel Eva Palace and look forward to coming back in the future!

The hotel's exterior is beautiful. The lush gardens, the pools, and the beach area. The only downside are the rooms that are not fitted for a five star hotel and the breakfast that is the same everyday. There is no variety although the Greek cuisine is very rich. I didn't think it is worth the amount you pay, but it was an experience.

We stayed at Grecotel Eva Palace and were truly impressed by the beauty of the hotel. The facilities are gorgeous, the pool area is stunning, and the private beach is a dream. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.
However, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The hotel is quite far from Corfu Town, and although they offer a free shuttle service, there are only two trips per day and not enough space for all guests. We also requested a late checkout, which was denied, and on our last day, we weren’t allowed to use the free shuttle to town because it was our checkout day – which felt a bit disappointing.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing place, but some service policies could be more flexible.

We had a fantastic time staying at Grecotel Eva Palace. We were met with a warm welcome and fresh lemonade which was lovely. The location is beautiful, and we loved that the hotel had it's own little beach. The free shuttle into Corfu town was great. We really enjoyed the food, for both breakfast and dinner. There was always a good selection. Cats do roam around when you are dining but we didn't mind that at all - the cats don't jump up onto the table or chairs, they are tame and really cute. I'd give our whole experience 9 out of 10 and would love to go back. The reason I didn't give it 10/10 was because the WiFi didn't work in the hotel room, and some of our amenities (water and coffee) did not get replaced - we were told on arrival we would get fresh ones daily. However, the lady that cleaned our room was very warm and friendly!

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the photos online.
Positives:
• The breakfast was decent and satisfying.
• The room itself was functional, and everything was kept clean.
• The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay!
Negatives:
• The photos online make the hotel appear far more luxurious than it actually is. In reality, it’s more of an apartment-style hotel with no real services like room service, which was disappointing. Lots of water and pipes problems.
• It was quite noisy during my stay, and the noise levels made it hard to relax.
• The overall standard of the hotel did not match what was advertised.
Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the experience didn’t meet the expectations set by the online presentation. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury stay as pictured in the photos.

An utter gem of a hotel. The location and rooms are very nice. The food is far above our expectations (and far better than other, more expensive, hotels we have stayed at). What makes this hotel so perfect is the staff and the service. They go above and beyond to be helpful and professional. I am so pleased we found this place, we will definitely be back

Beautiful hotel, warm service, we were greeted upon arrival with a personel nice presentation welcome drink, several pools in different locations in the hotel, a private beach in front, lots of activities for children, there is parking for cars to the hotel.

Stayed for a week and had a nice holiday. Rooms are clean and ok. Living area was a bit small (we stayed in the loft/appartments). Rooms were a bit noisy, i could hear our neighboors talking.
On our last day our kids (12 and 15) went into the heated pool for a bit. The weather wasn't great (windy and a bit of rain). They were sent out after a few minutes by someone (guy) from the staff (main desk). He said, because of the weather it was dangerous. 15 minutes later we went out for a walk (weather was unchanged) and we saw several kids and adults in the pool.. So service 3 stars out of 5..
Location was perfect near the beach.

We had a really great week at this hotel! The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a good selection of local foods alongside staples. The pool and beach were both really great, it is next to a road that you have to cross to get to the beach but it was never busy enough to be problem. We both had fantastic massages in their wellness centre on our last day which were a (necessary!) highlight. Room was fairly basic but we were really only there to sleep so not so much of a problem for us!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Grecotel Creta Palace and can highly recommend the hotel.
The entire resort is beautiful, very well-maintained, and extremely child-friendly – perfect for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home.
The food was fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. The selection of drinks was also excellent.
Our room was stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and serviced daily. A special thanks to the amazing hotel staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to accommodate even the smallest request.
Thank you for an unforgettable week – we’re already planning our next stay!

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, great beach. The room we booked (garden view) could not keep up with the very modern, new and high-quality facilities and was unfortunately also very noisy.
The breakfast buffet was extensive, a very large selection and very tasty, unfortunately with little variety. But that's complaining on a high level, as the dishes on offer were very tasty. Unfortunately, neither the lunch nor the dinner buffet could live up to the breakfast buffet; only the selection of starters and the salad selection was very good. Many of the hot dishes were repetitive and there was a lack of spices. So if you expect a buffet in line with a 5-star hotel, you may be disappointed.
The selection of drinks, preparation and service were very good.
Great, very courteous service in all areas! Absolutely must be mentioned.
All in all, we were very satisfied; and yes, it is perhaps complaining on a high level. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars, but it wasn't quite enough for the full 5 stars due to the room and buffet situation.

Had a trip as a family of five. The location is nice, a bit remote but still conveniently close from the Rethymnon center. About 10min/10€ with taxi.
When we arrived to the hotel we were welcomed in very friendly and warm way. The personnel is such a nice group of people, we really miss many of them.
We had a family bungalow with balcony near just next to kids pool and it was a nice room. Later we were able to upgrade to family suite with side sea view and that was perfect for us.
We had half board plan but soon updated to comfort pack which is the all-inclusive. Food in the restaurants is good and diverse.
We enjoyed the stay and will definitely look to go back.

The hotel has the most disorganised service I've ever seen.
We were part of a wedding reservation, and at the checkin they mixed up couples to stay in different rooms, with other guests. Even when they had been given a list of room assignments prior to our arrival.
All the services are overpriced, think of paying 30e for a small sunblock bottle. Only water and some alcohol items at the minimarket were fairly priced.
The bar staff at the wedding were fantastic and provided great service. However, the hotel failed miserably by not having any labels or information available about the allergens. They didn't have this either at the breakfast nor at the wedding dinner.
Also, if you are staying here, please note, it's easy to use paid facilities at the hotel, and they might notice it and come push you out after spending hours at the paid areas. Areas that have absolutely no labels or signs describing the nature of the area. I guess it's to be expected from the not too expensive resort.

We stayed here on an all inclusive basis and had a really good holiday.
The food is abundant, with a large variety of choice. It is freshly cooked and well prepared. Everyone will find something they like. You could use the buffet all holiday without getting bored. The bookable restaurants are only worth doing if you are on all inclusive as the menu prices are steep for what you get and not value for money if paying direct.
We found the staff here to be friendly, polite and always wanting to make your stay as good as possible. We had an issue with one of our rooms initially which was sorted to our satisfaction with a minimum of fuss.
This hotel and its grounds are immaculately clean and well cared for. Virtually everywhere you go is spotless. It makes the environment very relaxing. The water feature around the outside dining area has a nice aesthetic too.
The private beach is a bit grey and pebbly but the view across the water to Turkey is nice if a little hazy. This beach faces east so it is better for morning sun bathing. The sun loungers in the beach area are not as comfy as those around the pools.
The pool bar is well placed and has an extensive drinks menu. The 1930s bar near reception is a quieter place to spend the evening with cocktails outside in comfortable seats.
For me it is not 5* though as there are some annoying niggles which they should sort out.
It is basically down to a lack of staff. Most annoying of all is getting to the Lagoon restaurant to find that there are no tables available. This is not because they are full but because there are lots of tables that have been vacated and not cleaned and reset. They need to get on top of this because it is a real negative. In addition, there is never enough staff at the pool bar resulting in long waits in the sun for drinks. This could easily be rectified with a couple of extra bar staff.
Overall, though, we had a really good holiday. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the staffing caveats above.

It's an unfair comparison but I had visited ikos only weeks earlier which is simply outstanding. This has a different price point and once you accept that you can accept its offering is not the same.
That said whilst the rooms are tired and in need of an upgrade this is a great reasonably priced hotel and excellent for families.
Biggest problem was cold sea water pools and for this reason alone I suspect we wouldn't return

I spent over a lot of money on a family holiday and was very disappointed with our experience. The queues for meals, especially breakfast, were absurd—almost like a scrum just to get food. By the time we returned to our table, the food was often cold. Some days, we decided to skip breakfast altogether. The coffee served was lukewarm most mornings.
Our family room felt tired and outdated. Initially, there was a third bed that was too small, but it took a couple of days for them to address this issue. The drinks package was advertised as including branded options, but we only started receiving those after raising our concerns.
Entertainment was limited to just an hour, and there was little atmosphere afterward. The waitstaff at the pool bar seemed disinterested; I had to ask multiple times for a drink one evening, despite it not being busy.
Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the continued serving of foie gras, which I believe is an outdated and unethical practice.
Be cautious of the photographer who may approach you, as they try to sell you a package of 12 photos for €130.
Lastly, trying to relax by the pool was nearly impossible due to the noise from lawnmowers and strimmers.
Overall, I would not recommend this resort. If you can, invest extra and opt for an Ikos resort, as we did last year. This place does not live up to its four-star rating!

We recently stayed here for a week and were blown away by the hotel and the service we received. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after our flight and were greeted by front desk staff who took our bags and led us to the restaurant where we were given a complimentary buffet dinner, which we were grateful for after a long flight! Our room was very comfortable, with all the amenities expected. The hotel is stunning, exceptionally well maintained with plenty of pools, bars and restaurants as well as beautiful views across the sea. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel that will take you into Kos town, or there are plenty of e-scooters around to rent, which is what we used.
Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and could not do more for you.
Our only small comment would be for the pool loungers to be more carefully monitored. Hotel policy seems to be that you cannot reserve pool loungers by placing towels on them, but we were confronted by a French family who insisted that they had “booked” our loungers. A sign did go up beside the pool a few days before we left stating that unattended towels would be moved after 30 mins but we did not see this take place. I think it would help if this was more carefully kept an eye on so people aren’t able to “reserve” a sunbed all day with towels.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this or any Grecotel hotel to friends and family.

Really impressed with this hotel. Rooms were good though the Tv could be better. But the service is outstanding. Staff are so positive and helpful and this is what makes a huge difference. Food is excellent., both at the main buffet restaurant and at the separate lrestaurants. Location is great, with lots of sun beds around pools and also on the beach. Beach is pebbly but that means it’s great for snorkelling. Strongly recommend for a lovely relaxing break

We stayed from 2 May 2025 - 9 May 2025 and had a great time.
Our highlights:
* all pools are well maintained, clean, and spacious.
* Snack bar, crepe station is amazing, help yourself to soft drinks
* Staff are so friendly and welcoming
* Private beach was close to the hotel and clean
* Plenty of sun beds, we weren't having to get up early to find a nice spot.
* Wide range of all inclusive drinks at the bar.
* Always something we enjoyed at mealtimes
* Good evening entertainment - equally we enjoyed sitting around the bar area playing cards.
* Lifeguards we're friendly and great with families and children.
* Reception had a couple of birds that fly around and it is so lovely to see how nature is respected at this hotel.
* There is a beautiful cat who liked to lay on our sun beds and the staff are so respectful to the animals and don't see them as a nuisance.

We recently stayed at Grecotel Casa Paradiso with our cousins, uncle, auntie, parents, and my brother – and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly lovely, kind, and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The food was spectacular, with a great variety that kept everyone happy, and the entertainment was top-notch, offering something fun every day. We loved having easy access to the pool, waterslides, and multiple bars, which meant we could grab snacks and drinks throughout the day with no hassle.
Our rooms were cosy, comfortable, and always spotless – the cleaning staff did an amazing job every single day. You could tell they really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, it was a brilliant family holiday and a place we’d definitely love to return to. Huge thanks to all the staff for being so kind, supportive, and hardworking. You truly made our stay special!

Great Location, Lovely Staff, Some Room for Improvement
We stayed at the hotel with our two young children from May 14th to 27th. The location is fantastic — it has its own private beach, and there’s a beautiful horse riding school nearby. You can also rent bikes and explore the nearby village, which we really enjoyed.
The rooms are a bit dated, but all the facilities are kept very clean. The territory is beautiful. The staff are lovely and always helpful, and it’s reassuring to know there’s a doctor available if needed.
The food is good, with a decent variety at each meal. However, there’s only one restaurant, and it gets very crowded during half term, which made mealtimes a bit hectic.
Kids’ entertainment could use more variety — it was the same disco every night, and our kids got bored after the third evening.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small drawbacks.

Pros: There are quite alot of things to do around the Hotel, the staff are friendly and regularly clean the rooms so it’s nice to come back to a clean room!
Cons: The hotel is really echoey like you could hear EVERYTHING from anywhere. The children shows always start with the same thing and if you wanted to connect anything to the TVs in the room by HDMI, it is really hard and if you do get it in, there is a chance of the cable snapping.

Shocking Service! +30min wait for drinks and 2 hours for food.
I’m writing my first hotel review because I’m shocked how this hotel has 5 stars and such good reviews after our experience. Management need to review as clearly they are under-staffed and not trained adequately. It’s the worst service we have ever had at a hotel. Just appalling!
Negatives:
• +30min wait for drinks at the bar on plus 5 occasions. Waiters and bar staff confused about orders, no system.
• +45min wait for a drink at table service
• 2 hour wait for mains at the Greek restaurant; kids only got their dinner at 9:30pm even though we asked for their food with the starters. After 3 hours they hadn’t brought our desert, we left at 10:40pm without desert.
• 10min wait at buffet for pancakes on 3 days
• Woken up at 7am by housekeeping making a noise
• House keeping didn’t stock fridge with water after day 1 and didn’t clean the first 3 days as we only left at 9:30am
• the kids club is a room that isn’t kept close and not a club!
• Many more negative points ……

Amazing location, however I think they may have underestimated how many staff is needed to keep a hotel like this running smoothly. Huge queues for breakfast and you have to request coffee at least 3 times, wait for cutlery when you finally get a table, then wait for bowls, milk and so on. Take your patience to breakfast with you ☺️. On the flip side water park area is great fun, beach bar and grill is perfect for cocktails. Spa area is super relaxing and I had THE BEST facial. Once you get past breakfast everything chills out and you never feel crowded... Not sure what it would be like in August though!!

An extremely beautiful part of Corfu, stunning location and the weather is perfect. The pools are clean and cool. Food is stunning and fresh everyday. First time in Greece and being a fussy eater I normally stick to what I know, I have tried local food and it is amazing apart from bacon, that's never the same as home though. Highly recommend to any family who doesn't want a really busy hotel and pools.

This is not at all the luxury hotel it is sold as. The rooms are dingy and tired and look absolutely nothing like the photos (5 stars for their photographer!).
The staff are nice but there just aren’t enough of them so the service ends up being very poor. It might be all-inclusive but it takes twenty minutes of queuing to get a drink, 15 minutes queuing to get a table for breakfast and your coffee will arrive only after you’ve finished breakfast.
It was a real pleasure to go out of the resort and go to a restaurant where water would arrive within 15 minutes of asking for it.
It’s a shame because the location is great and the beach is lovely but there are just too few staff.

Such a great experience. The all inclusive was fantastic- I was expecting poorer quality of food and facilities but it was amazing. Great food, lovely staff, pools were fab and kids club/ activities were great. I wish they would have been more informative upon arrival about what was available- they directed us to the app which was poor and didn’t have much info on it, but not enough to knock it down in stars. DO NOT book a tour or trip with Bali travel, which is opposite- let the hotel guide you to another option or book a taxi for you!

The staff here is probably the best one I've ever met.
The first one who we met was Eleni at lunch- she was just lovely and made sure we're starting our vacation with a smile.
We've spent 7 days here- the food was always fresh and delicious. The water park was great for our kids (age 6-11).
The bartenders we're professional amd always knew to make us the perfect drink.
We did a pilates class outdoor - very professional.
We'll definitely come back.

The hotel is ok. The food is delicious, the pools are great, the beach is small but cute, the entertainment in the evening is fun. I was disappointed by the room. The door of the toilet could not be closed ( they said they will fix it but nobody came for 7 days). The wardrobe was smelling awful ( they came with a spray but on the next day the bad smell was there again). Our view from the terrace was the garbage department of the hotel even though we asked for a sea view. The sea you could see behind the garbage area and the garbage trucks and the street with cars. We were accommodated at Casa Marina Grand family suite. The guest relations lady was very good and offered us 2 dinners at the special menu restaurants as a compensation. She also organized the birthday surprise for my daughter. I wouldn’t give 5 star to this hotel because of the old room equipment. And the promise to fix it which was never done. Otherwise the service and the food are good quality. I left with mixed feelings.

Stayed at this resort recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms are comfortable but definitely in need of refurbishment—they could use a refresh. Housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything clean and well-stocked.
The food is outstanding—plenty of variety, always fresh, and far better than what you usually find in holiday resorts. Easily 5 stars for the food alone.
Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception who are lovely and professional. Unfortunately, the male reception staff could be more attentive—they sometimes act more like owners than employees.
One downside: no proper facilities for late check-out. If your flight is at night, there’s nowhere to shower or rest, which is a big letdown.
This place is perfect for families—lots of kids running around, playing, and making noise. If you’re after peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for a fun, family-oriented holiday, it’s a great choice.

Food and drinks brilliant, lovely friendly staff from the moment you arrive, we arrived late we had drinks and sandwiches in the room.
Husbands birthday whilst here and whilst sunbathing they put a cake, sparkling and red wine and fruit in the room.

Overall, this is a good hotel with friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
While the hotel itself could benefit from some refurbishment—our room appeared a bit dated—it was clean and well-maintained.
The food was decent, but not as impressive as what I've experienced at other hotels in Greece.
The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the nearest village, which is pleasant if you enjoy walking. There's also a public bus that stops right in front of the hotel in the morning, offering a convenient way to explore the surrounding area.
The downside was the repetitive music played at the restaurant and bar near the pool. It felt like the same ten tracks were on a constant loop, which became quite frustrating over time.

The Facility of the Hotel is great. It has two pools, a bar, Restaurant and an theater and of course a beach. If the weather is good, you can have a perfect stay here. For diner there is an huge buffet which is included in the price. The breakfast is also really big and good. The only bad thing is the room. It basically just has beds and a bathroom + an television that is older then the ruins of Knossos. The wifi is also non existent in the room. We couldn’t even google something. If you need internet you need to go the lobby.

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

Our 7 days family stay was amazing. Everything was top class from service, rooms, facilities to entertainment.
Postives:
1. Special thanks to Martina who sang lullaby to our 3 months old when he was crying.
2. We booked directly via hotel website so there was free pickup/drop from/to airport.
3. There was a guy at dining service(don’t remember the name) who took really good pictures of our family.
4. We got a free upgrade to sea view room which was great.
5. We arrived at 9 pm and couldn’t have the dinner because the kids were tired. They gave us complimentary dinner in our room which was really a nice surprise as the other lady(from customer relations team) already denied twice for it.
6. There is a lot to do for everyone so no chance of getting bored.
Negatives:
1. Some staff members specially at reception area looked overwhelmed with so much work and guests to handle. Reception desk should be bigger enough to handle more no. of guests at the same time.
2. There was a photography session at dinner service on 1 evening which was from an external company. The guy explained nothing before taking the photographs and was later charging different from different people for the hard and soft copies. There should be clear information about the price and everything before guests can opt for getting photos clicked.
3. Food was good but was getting a little boring as there were selected options for vegetarians. Just a suggestion to add may be quick vegetarian dishes to the menu(like samosas, easy curry options etc.)

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

Very nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite. Communal areas are constantly being cleaned. The pool area is very busy, with holidaymakers getting up early to get a lounger. There are plenty of loungers on the beach and with a nice breeze, makes for a better experience.

From the photos online, this hotel definitely looked different in person and wasn’t quite what we were expecting (eg. Hallways, lifts and rooms were outdated but online they look new). Our room got upgraded on arrival and was still outdated/our view as you can see on the last photo wasn’t great. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star if this is what you are looking for. Glasses were also often dirty when given drinks.
Food at the main buffet was decent but again I wouldn’t say 4*. Would recommend booking in the a la carte restaurants. You can only book each a la carte once during your stay. The Italian was the best food that we ate that week. Crepe and ice cream spot is lovely.
One thing I have to say is the staff were absolutely lovely and made you feel very welcome.
We did Pilates one morning and the woman that led this was lovely and accommodating, great session.
We also took a bus into old town Rhodes for the day which I would recommend. It leaves from outside the hotel and goes every 30 mins. Cost us 2.50€ each way.
We stayed for a long weekend and personally I couldn’t have stayed for longer than this given the food situation/not much to do in the area.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. Just returned from a few nights stay in a fabulous bungalow. The bungalows are cleverly built into the steep bank down to a bay with a tree lined sandy beach. The view from our spacious balcony was breathtaking. The staff are so helpful and cheerful. A credit to the hotel. The food is excellent. Downside, the hotel is very family friendly. We caught half-term. I don't mind during the day but an adult only bar, say after 9pm would have been welcome. There nothing around the hotel. It's 15 euros into Guovia but there's not a lot there. So really it wasn't easy to escape the kindergarten. The hotel provides a twice daily shuttle into Corfu Town. Great holiday all the same, brilliant accomodation and fabulous food. Thank you Grecotel LUXME.

This is our second visit to Daphnila Bay and it didn't disappoint again! The facilities and all-inclusive offerings are hard to beat! The quality of food and drink is our favorite element. You basically can't pay for anything in the hotel (just wine cellar bottles and room service not included). All 7 food and drink outlets are equally high standard.
Top tip is you can visit the facilities of the next door hotels on a free boat (these are even more exclusive and the Imperal has a heated pool)
Second top tip is you should ask for the wine list at dinner where you can choose from high quality bottles of wine included in your stay.
Only recommendations to the hotel are to add a kids play park/water play areas (this would have helped keep our under 5 kids busy). Also greatly increase the capacity of hotel bus trips to Corfu town as we had to pay €90 on taxis for our morning trip into Corfu town.
A highlight if our stay was my wife's birthday. The kitchen made a complimentary gluten free birthday cake and specially prepared lots of gluten free options including pizza, pasta, pancakes and burgers! (This is a golden find for Gluten free people)
Well done Daphnila Bay. We will be back to this resort I am sure!

What a lovely hotel! I really can’t recommend it enough, the location is stunning and well connected to corfu town. You can take the local bus or definitely recommend the hotel shuttle boat. The staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. A shout out to Alexandra, Sara & Dimitri. Alexandra made our short trip a great stay, always happy to greet us and helped us secure as many trips and reservations; just being a friendly face. Sara and Dimitri were very attentive and offered a lot of advice when it came to ordering drinks. I’m not normally a fan of the all inclusive as I feel like the drinks and food lack, not here. Even the buffet food was tasty offering lots of lovely salads! My only “complaints” would be no butter just margarine and the bathrooms in the room could do with a revamp. I would say to pretty minor things!

rooms are more basic than in photo. no slip mats for the shower. meals leave a lot to be desired, very little for vegetarians or children, but as rep said, there is salad and chips. the hotel is beautiful but nothing within a walking distance, great if you want to stay in your hotel all your holiday. paid extra for a room with a sea and pool view, which it did have but usually a room with a pool view would get the sun, this didnt only for 1 hour in the early morning, so if you want a room with the sun on the balcony you need a room on the other side to the pool which is quiet noisy, and save yourself the extra money as you get a view from the lobby or outside seating.

We recently returned from a stay here and we really enjoyed it. The staff were always friendly and helpful to us and we observed the same thing with other guests.
Our room was spacious and despite what some other reviews suggested it was very comfortable. It was kept clean and tidy by staff regularly. This was also the case with the shared guest areas of the hotel.
The buffet restaurant always had a good selection of food options in the mornings for breakfast and dinner. As many other people have mentioned, if you’re interested in eating at one of the a la carte restaurants then it’s best to get booked in advance of your stay. We found the hotel app didn’t work for us, however a few email exchanges with the reception prior to our arrival got us sorted out. At lunch time we tended to visit the beach buffet where you could get a good selection of pizza, fresh salad etc all while admiring the sea view.
I also have to thank the staff who provided a birthday cake for my husband, who celebrated his birthday during the stay - a nice gesture.

They also have a wonderful group fitness instructor who ran aqua fitness, strength and Pilates training. The evening entertainment program is gentle and enjoyable - none of the obnoxious loud music other hotels offer.
Overall, our experience was heavenly and I would highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Crete was incredible. The resort is so picturesque. We even saw a couple getting married there, a true testament to how beautiful the backdrop is. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of. We booked this trip for our mini moon for a few days away after our wedding. And what can I say! What an amazing hotel! The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, from arrival to departure nothing was too much of a problem for them. The rooms absolutely stunning, we stayed in a family suite, rooms are spacious, welcoming and cleaned every day. The pools were child friendly with also the addition of adults only pools & beach areas. The food in the buffet style restaurant was 10 out 10, hot& fresh morning and evening. 100% would recommend for family's or even couples looking for a luxury get away. 100% will be returning

"A hotel to live in" – and that’s exactly what we felt during our stay.
We had just come from another 5-star resort just 15 minutes away, but nothing compared to the hospitality, warmth, and truly 10-star service we experienced at Grecotel Corfu Imperial.
Every morning began with a breathtaking view of the sea from the breakfast balcony, accompanied by a buffet that showcased the very best of Greek cuisine. Our family suite was spacious and perfectly located in a dedicated family building, with a pool right outside our balcony – such a thoughtful convenience.
The entire resort feels like a serene, enchanted garden. As you stroll through, you’re surrounded by the scents of blooming local flowers that perfume every path. The on-site restaurants served exceptional flavors, and every meal felt special.
But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff – the heart and soul of the hotel. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and we always felt cared for like family. A special shout-out to Alexis and Leo, who went above and beyond every single day to make us and our kids feel like the center of the world.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location with amazing views. Very well kept resort and everything immaculate with pretty gardens. We had a bungalow room which had a shared pool and lovely sea views, it was a nice size and I liked being a short walk away from the main hotel. Beach very close to the hotel and nothing too far away. Ideal for families and older guests. Every single member of staff I encountered was helpful and friendly. They all go above and beyond. Food excellent and I didn’t think the drinks were expensive at all. Also a small supermarket onsite too. Gym was the best I’ve seen in a hotel so far. I hope to return one day.

We had a really lovely stay! The service was amazing from start to finish, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Gabriela, the bartender, and the beach staff who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special.
The location is amazing with a beautiful beach perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was great with loads of options. The rooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but the amazing staff and gorgeous setting more than made up for it. Would definitely come back!

The place it’s very nice in a great location, the food is excellent, starting from the big variety offered for breakfast, the food offer at the pool and at the private beach and, of course in the restaurant at dinner. But what makes the real difference is the great service by a very attentive staff.
Even if there was an inconvenient we really enjoy our stay thanks to the assistance given to us.
Our welcome to the hotel was nothing but perfect thanks to Nikolas and his warming smile, his presence was always reassuring during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Blu. The staff, especially NICHOLAS, were great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and everyone treated us and our kids like royalty. Some of the highlights were the lovely breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean and the kids ate free from the kids menu at all restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pools are not heated, and they are COLD. My kids enjoyed being in the pool, i didn’t.
Overall we loved our stay and grateful for Nicholas and the staff that made our trip memorable.

Hotel Review: A Promising Luxury That Falls Short
We booked an all-inclusive stay for around £3,000 for the week, expecting a premium experience. While there were glimpses of luxury, the overall experience was underwhelming.
Room – 7/10
The room had a lovely view and a nice shower, but sound insulation was poor—we were disturbed nightly by hallway noise. The TV automatically played a low-quality hotel promo on entry, and we noticed exposed wiring near the hangers, which seemed unsafe.
Service – 6/10
Staff were friendly but inconsistent. Poolside drinks and food often took 30–45 minutes, and some orders never arrived. Communication was confusing, with mixed messages from staff about restaurant bookings and payment methods. The hotel pushed the use of a buggy, unreliable app, and WhatsApp support didn’t work for part of our stay.
Food – 3/10
This was the biggest disappointment. Most dishes featured low-quality or frozen ingredients. Breakfast and some casual lunches (club sandwich, risotto, Caesar salad) were decent. The themed restaurants were hit-and-miss:
White Asia improved slightly over three visits, with the chicken curry and pina colada dessert standing out.
Agreco Farms was beautiful but overwhelming, with nine unadvertised courses and mostly dry or bland food.
The Italian restaurant was a letdown, with poor-quality mains and mistimed service.
The Taverna offered generous portions but lacked flavour and freshness.
Ironically, the best meal of the trip came during an off-site safari excursion, where a traditional Greek taverna served simple, fresh dishes full of flavour.
Location – 9/10
The setting is stunning—breathtaking sunsets, beautiful coastline, and picturesque landscapes. The location is undoubtedly the resort’s strongest asset.

Went here on our honeymoon and the resort is fabulous. Views are stunning and the food in the al a carte restaurants absolutely delicious. Buffet restaurant is also really high-quality but obviously busier and not as romantic!

Superb! We are a family of 4 and stayed in connecting rooms with a view of the Temple. The rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. Our hostess at arrival, Artemis, was exceptional. She offered us drinks, introduced us to the resort, and booked transportation to see the sunset at the Temple of Poseidon (35 Euros and the driver waits for 1 hour). Our daughters enjoyed time at the pool and raved about the service. The food was excellent. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, and pictures do not do justice to the view!

History, Luxury, and Family Fun – Cape Sounio Has It All!
Cape Sounio exceeded all our expectations — it’s a truly exceptional resort in a breathtaking location. The view of the ancient Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It’s a setting that combines history, nature, and luxury in the most beautiful way.
We stayed as a family and found the resort to be very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids that kept them engaged and happy. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with fun beach activities and a fantastic seawater pool that we all enjoyed.
Dining was a real highlight. The buffet was outstanding — high quality, fresh, and incredibly diverse with something delicious for everyone. Breakfasts were equally impressive: varied, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Service throughout the resort was excellent. There was a lot of staff and they were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Our accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and very well kept, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay.
We highly recommend Cape Sounio, especially for families looking for a mix of relaxation, culture, and great hospitality. We definitely plan to return!

The property is really nice with great architecture and beautiful landscaping. Views of the Temple are terrific especially at night.
The service is super friendly although at times, they feel that you need to be attended to 24/7, when a little less might be preferable.
The rooms are nice and large, and the bathrooms are modern luxury. For the price, they should have slightly better sheets/ blankets which seemed a bit thin.
The restaurant is a bit of a mixed bag. The food was generally good, not great. The salads at lunch were nice, fried potatoes delicious. Dinner was ok. Sushi lacked much flavor and the fish entrees were a bit over-sauced. Like the rest of the hotel, it feels like the ratio of staff to guests is a bit too high.
Overall, a nice experience but all a bit pricey.

We were informed that the pools were heated and they were not we were freezing, the indoor pool we used to visit for ten years that we are customers became outdoor and you cannot enter unless you have a paid therapy treatment. We asked for a two hour late check out because our daughter wanted to stay at the kids club and they said we have to pay and change room! The only “ok” at this hotel is the buffet and Giannis that was very kind with us. Next time we might chose other hotel nearby with water sports and heated pools for May.
