My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay here last week. The resort is stunning, rooms are comfortable, food is great, and service is impeccable. I've stayed at a lot of Marriott affiliated properties and this is by far the best one! Especially with how attentive and kind the staff are. My only piece of criticism: the relaxation room inside the spa should be adults only. We were relaxing in the baths and the sauna, when all of a sudden, 4 children ran into the spa with their father, and were being very loud and jumping into the 'pool' (that is meant for soaking/relaxation). They even had goggles and pool toys and were causing a lot of commotion. We were quite disappointed, as the entire reason we were in there was to relax in the quiet atmosphere, but a spa employee had let the children in. We ended up leaving the spa. We still had a wonderful stay, but maybe just some advice for future guests. Thank you again for a great experience!

This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. What makes it special is the staff, they are fantastic, simply can’t do enough. The location is also fantastic, 5 min walk to the Marina but I hardly ever left. The hotel is stunning. Pool area is fantastic with the pool bar. So clean. Food is amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We stayed at Domes Lake Algarve for our anniversary and honestly couldn’t have asked for better! The staff went out of their way to make it special — we got a room upgrade, the room was beautifully decorated, and they added some really thoughtful touches. Everyone was super friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel’s really clean and well kept, even if a few bits like the flooring are a little dated. It didn’t bother us at all though — the place still feels lovely and well looked after. We had an amazing stay and would 100% go back!

Overall, a fantastic five-star hotel in a great location. Front of house staff are helpful and enthusiastic. Guest relations, especially Daniela, are exceptional - they really go above and beyond. Food is of great quality and there is lots of cuisines to choose from. Rooms are spotless, housekeeping do a great job. The gardens and lake are amazing, lots of cool birds and trees. Location couldn’t get much better - you could practically crawl to the beach or the marina if you wanted to. Few picky bits… Gym isn’t super well equipped and some of the machines are a bit dated, it would be nice to see some newer equipment in there. The property does show its age in places - most doors look pretty beaten up and there are some walls that have taken some heavy knocks. Don’t get me wrong, the place is spotless, but I think someone needs to go round with a few new doors and some plaster. Apart from that, can’t fault the place. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous hotel, amazing inside and outside public spaces, handy for beach and Vilamoura marina. Room comfortable, enormous bed with great balcony overlooking the lake and pools. Great buffet breakfast (tea and coffee service a bit slow). Good selection of choices in buffet restaurant for dinner (good but not fabulous). A la carte restaurants excellent, but a bit pricey. Really enjoyed our stay, will be back.

Domes Hotel is a gorgeous boutique property with breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special — we were greeted with a welcome drink and a refreshing herbal towel. The staff is exceptionally attentive and always eager to help with anything you need. The spa experience was outstanding — Thanos gave an incredible massage and made the treatment truly relaxing. Each evening, turn-down service included a little sweet treat, and we even received a few thoughtful gifts during our stay. The location is also very convenient, just a short taxi ride from town. A perfect and memorable stay overall!

I booked this via the Amex Platinum. I was very happy to get an upgraded room with a beautiful beach view and a massive private pool. The pool was heated but still a little chilly in October because of the outside temperature. Service was phenomenal as I was able to what's app message and get my car and any other requests. The food at the resort was also very good and they have a gym and spa. Access to the sauna, steam room and indoor pool are included with a reservation. I would recommend if you're in a hurry to tell your waiter, otherwise lunch or dinner can take some time. Also there is a cooking class nearby (15 min drive) that is wonderful called Chania cooking class Crete.

We stayed at Domes Noruz Chania the end of September for 10 days and it was the perfect retreat from start to finish. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. My boyfriend and I are into our fitness and the gym facilities were excellent, one of the best we’ve seen at a hotel. He also used the sauna every day and loved it! The whole hotel had such a relaxed easygoing vibe, no stress about getting sunbeds or queues at breakfast. The location is perfect too, right on the beach and within walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and spots to explore. A really special touch was on my boyfriend’s birthday, while we were out the team surprised us with a cake and a bottle in the room. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations- beautiful surroundings, amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere that made it feel truly special. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Our honeymoon began at Domes Noruz Chania, and it set the bar high for every stop in Greece that followed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—there was a chocolate bombe cake and a chilled bottle of champagne waiting in our room, a thoughtful surprise that made us feel instantly celebrated. We’d booked through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts and were upgraded to a beautiful room, and they honored our late checkout with no fuss. Breakfast each morning exceeded expectations, with a generous spread that included fresh juices, teas, and espresso drinks, a honeycomb block for drizzling, flaky pastries, perfectly poached eggs, fresh fruit, and rotating sides that kept things fresh and interesting throughout our stay. The service at dinner was equally polished, complemented by peaceful live acoustic music. One entrée arrived comically small—a lone chicken breast, some sauce, and a single broccoli stalk—but the team handled it graciously, offering dessert and champagne on the house. Between the spotless private beach, excellent towel service, and two distinct pools—one serene, one upbeat with electronic music—there was a spot for every mood. Drinks were creative and fairly priced, especially during happy hour. We also visited the spa, where the staff was warm, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. The treatments themselves were excellent, though a few of the spa amenities could use some fine-tuning. The warm-water pool and sauna were pleasant but not as powerful or hot as expected—the sauna hovered around 50°C, some of the jets in the pool weren’t working, and the steam room never fully heated up. Still, the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff’s professionalism made it a worthwhile experience. More than anything, what made our stay special was the staff. They were kind, thoughtful, and very attentive. After the whirlwind of our wedding, Domes Noruz gave us exactly what we needed: a place to relax. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon and a resort we’ll remember for its kindness as much as its beauty.

We travel for vacation about every two months and usually stay at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, so our expectations were quite high when we arrived at Domes of Elounda after a 1.5-hour drive from the port. The view was absolutely stunning, and our suite with a private jacuzzi and pool was beautiful, perfect for relaxing. However, the resort is very large, so we had to call a buggy every time we wanted to go anywhere. Even the kids’ pool was quite far from our room. For dinner, all à la carte restaurants were fully booked without a reservation, but the buffet restaurant was open. The buffet selection was quite limited, and there were almost no baby-friendly options, so our 1.5-year-old daughter had the food we brought from home. We took a buggy to the area near Antonio’s Italian Restaurant and then walked about 10 minutes to reach great restaurants just outside the resort, like Giovanni’s, where we also found cute local shops. Breakfast was nice but almost the same every day, so it became a little repetitive. We have stayed at W Kuala Lumpur before (for less than half the price), and their buffet had many more choices, so we couldn’t help but compare. The Kids Club is a great idea and perfect for parents who want some relaxing time, but our daughter was still too young to join. I think children aged 3 and above would really enjoy it. Overall, the scenery and staff were wonderful, and with a bit more variety in dining and easier access around the resort, it could be a truly amazing place to stay.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff made all the difference. Everyone we met was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and service-oriented. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. From restaurant reservations to housekeeping and guest services, every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our visit perfect. A special thanks to Sara, our concierge from the Haute Living Room, who helped us with every question we had and made all arrangements smooth and effortless. Her support added an extra touch of comfort and ease to our stay. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained with breathtaking views, comfortable rooms including a large private pool, and a wide range of amenities that made it enjoyable for both adults and kids alike. We truly felt at home and very well taken care of. Our time at Domes of Elounda was memorable in every way, and we look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a special, relaxing experience in Crete.

Just returned following a family holiday to celebrate a significant birthday. We had 10 in our group with ages between 6 years old and 81! We had a brilliant time and found the hotel to be exceptional in terms of facilities, food and service. Service was the best we have experienced in Europe - friendly, genuine and so helpful. Special shout out to Petros who was very kind when one of our children had a flare up of her chronic condition. He even arranged for food to be delivered to our villa as we couldn’t get out to eat. Despite the age range, everyone found something to enjoy - gym. Football sessions, beach and water sports or trips to Spinalonga. We were on the dine around plan and the food was very good and plentiful and we also enjoyed the private lounge for snacks. The accommodation was superb and housekeeping friendly and frequent. Two minor bits of feedback - Breakfast at Blend needed an extra toaster and wine/ water at meals was London prices and felt excessive. Apart from that, brilliant stay and thank you ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Domes of Elounda. The resort is beautifully maintained, set in a stunning location with a fantastic beach that’s perfect even for small children. The entire property has a calm, refined atmosphere — you never have to rush for a sunbed, guests are relaxed and respectful, and the overall vibe is very peaceful. We had the half board package, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Breakfast options are mostly the same each day, but everything was fresh, tasty, and of high quality. Dinner offered a smaller but well-curated selection that changed daily — delicious, well-seasoned, and something for everyone. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional: staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Our room was spotless, cleaned multiple times a day, with fresh towels and restocked amenities — truly impressive housekeeping. The pool area and facilities are also very well kept. The hotel is definitely family-oriented, with a dedicated kids’ buffet in the evenings and a very warm attitude towards children. The only real disappointment was the kids club. Unfortunately, parents are not allowed to accompany their children (except for a short midday slot), which makes it impossible for families with little ones who don’t want to be left alone. It’s a real pity — our son was looking forward to playing there, but the setup simply didn’t allow it, and the space often remained empty as a result. Apart from that, everything else was top-notch. For families and couples looking for a luxurious yet relaxed beach getaway in Crete, this is a wonderful choice. If the kids club concept were improved, this would be a solid five-star experience.

It’s rare to find a place where you can feel that everyone truly cares about your comfort and enjoyment, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. A very beautiful hotel with great style. Check-in was easy and helpful, and from the first moment until the last, the staff were very friendly and kind. The food was tasty with many choices. The buffet called Agora was one of our favorites, and their Asian restaurant was also very good. A big thank you to Stamatis who served us he was always so nice. Also the best part of the hotel was the kids club! A big thank you to the Kids Club team Lorena and Katerina. They were always smiling and our child couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had!

We stayed at Autograph Dome for 5 nights. The hotel was renovated in 2025, and while it now looks very modern, the original building layout still creates some accessibility challenges. It has 7 floors, but the first thing you notice is the lack of elevators, which can be inconvenient. Our room had a small balcony with a lovely Mountain View, though the shower design was very poor and made it quite difficult to use comfortably. The property features two main swimming pools, with the smaller one reserved for adults. Both pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available. Guests can order food and drinks directly from the outdoor bar and restaurants, which is a nice touch. We booked a half-board package. The food selection and quality were good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. However, the dining area often felt very crowded. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for adults-only stays, as it can get busy. The location is also quite isolated, with little nearby, so having a car is essential.

This was a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. You really do need a car as it’s quite isolated from anything else, but that’s also a plus as it was quiet and tranquil. Took a great sunset yoga class with Artemis. Food at breakfast and dinner was delicious but I thought it was a little absurd to charge for water at dinner. Room was nice. The Haute living room lounge was fine. Only popped in once to be honest. But the welcome was very warm from the staff and it was a nice place for a short getaway.

I recently stayed at Domes of Corfu and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well kept, and has a calm, quiet atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beach is absolutely amazing, with stunning views and a peaceful vibe that really stands out. The overall ambiance of the resort is excellent – everything feels warm and inviting. What made the stay even more special was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The waiters at the restaurants in particular were outstanding, always welcoming and going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Domes of Corfu for anyone visiting the island, it’s a place where you can truly unwind and feel taken care of.

Great property. We booked a family suite which had two connected rooms with two washrooms a pull out bed and one king bed. Our room was spacious but I saw other rooms which were very tight, highly recommend to get a suite if you plan on visiting. Very disappointed to arrive and be told at check -in that the there is NO air conditioning and unfortunately the system is shut off during this seaon . I think it's absolutely absurd to only provide heat or cooling at different times of a season, and moreso to expect every guest in every room to either want heat or cooling. For a resort carrying the JW Marriot brand this needs to be fixed. Every room should be able to cool or heat to the guest desire any time of the year. Pool and beach access is good. A nice touch are the few rooms that have a private swim out access to a smaller pool. The agora restaurant provided lots of options for food. Upon check out get ready to be slapped with a climate resilience tax 15 Euro per room per night. (Just a nice way the hotel says thank you for your stay) :(

Thanks again to the amazing staff at Domes Zeen who made us feel welcome at any time of day. It was exceptional! We arrived quite late (9.30pm) but were given the chance to have a late dinner immediately upon arrival after a quick check-in. The half board option that we booked did not dissapoint: buffet breakfast or a la carte breakfast and a 3-course lunch or dinner were included. The options vary a bit from day to day (and yes, after a few days there was repetition, which was totally fine). But the food itself was great – fresh, rich in variety, savoury, light and everything in between. The menu at the pool/beach bar was also great, a bit pricey, but food & drinks were delicious. The hotel complex is built into a small hill, so you either have to walk up a few stairs tot he reception or take the golf cart-shuttle. Our room (6006) was close to all amenities, which was perfect. Everything including the restaurant, pool and beach area were close by. We enjoyed our complimentary room upgrade for our last night to a bigger room with an accompanying pool very much! In general the rooms were spacious, cosy and clean – nothing to complain! What we also loved about Domes Zeen was the way our daughter was made feel welcome. She had her own kids menu with a lot of different food options (the kids food always came first). The hotel has a lovely little playground that is open for everyone at the hotel and also a kids club, where you can book timeslots for children at the age of 4months to 3 years or 4 years and older. Our daughter didn’t go there, but having the option was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and it was everything we hoped for!

Excellent service, high touch, but without being overbearing. Felt welcomed, and the attentive detail by the staff was welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the food offered in the restaurants, and was pleased with the fact that we had half-board as part of our reservation - we were able to pick lunch/dinner as an additional meal. The staff was warm, welcoming, and I would highlight the food to be excellent to boot. The rooms were well appointed with generous space. Will visit again. This hotel was the highlight of our trip.

We stayed at Domes Zeen Chania with my family and had an unforgettable experience. The resort is spectacular, with an incredible design that perfectly blends into the surrounding landscape — every detail is beautifully curated, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The service is truly outstanding. A special mention goes to Christos, part of the hotel management team, for his warmth and professionalism, and to the beach service staff — especially the young man who was absolutely tireless and always smiling. We came here for our mini moon. The resort is certainly beautiful. However, for the money, our room should’ve been more private. We could hear everything and everyone who passed by and our room was right on a corner everyone passed so it felt very exposed. The staff by the pool and beach was very capable. The concierge who greeted us was stalling as our room clearly wasn’t ready in time which was a bit annoying. The food was good, though half board felt a bit limiting as if you want to go out for dinner, the half board lunch isn’t great. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best we’ve seen. The beach area was so lovely and should be promoted more! One day there were so beds available so we just went to the pool which was nice as well. If you’re worried about children ruining your stay, we found the children were quiet and overall well behaved. You’ll notice them at the pool but not at the beach. Again, given this wasn’t an adults only hotel, you’ll notice them in your room since there is little privacy.

Truly a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and kind, always helpful and polite, I asked last minute if they could make a little surprise in our room for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary and they did the cutest thing. The room was super clean, even cleaned twice a day with a sweet treat on our bed at night time. The bed was very comfortable. The room in itself was very spacious and we had the most wonderful view on the pools and the sea. Food at breakfast was nice with plenty of choices and served until 11am which is greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone !

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a villa with a pool, jacuzzi, and stunning sea view—it truly felt like a special treat, especially for our 8-day stay. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. However, being closer to the road meant we could sometimes hear quite a bit of traffic noise, which was a bit distracting. The hotel’s highlights definitely include the delicious food, breathtaking views, and a convenient location not too far from both the town and the airport. We also appreciated that the hotel had multiple restaurants, several pools, and a long coastline where you could swim right from the shore. One nice bonus of staying in the villa was the lounge access. The staff there were always super friendly, and it was great to have cold drinks and tasty snacks readily available. That said, during busy times—especially after noon—there weren’t always enough sun loungers or seats available. The toilets and showers in the lounge could have been cleaner, and sometimes they ran out of hand soap and paper towels, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the service was low-touch but relaxed, which suited us well. Having valet parking was also a convenient and pleasant addition to the experience.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th year wedding anniversary in late-July 2025. It was amazing. We had a beautiful room directly on the Ionian Sea. It was so spectacular. Our patio had a hot tub and past that we had a grassy yard, and about 20 feet from our patio doors was the Ionian Sea. Our view across from the sea was Greece mainland. It was stunning. We had so many plans to travel around Corfu during the week since we had a car, but it was really hard to leave the resort. We did walk to the town right up the road a few times to have dinner and the places we ate at were incredible. A few roof top dinners after walking up a steep hill for some fabulous food. In any event, Corfu is amazing but so is this resort. Highly recommended.

Her genuine smile and care made all the difference. She even asked the chef to prepare a special dish that suited my medical condition, which truly elevated my experience at the hotel. We really enjoyed our week-long stay here. Our room was a good size, with a balcony and almost on the beach. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and kept in excellent condition. The staff were fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of good options. We chose to eat at local restaurants instead of the hotel’s, with some lovely tavernas within walking distance and others a little further away. A few small issues kept it from being a perfect 5-star rating, but overall, it was a great choice and we’d happily return.
