Been here for a week over Easter. Hotel wasn't crowded and therefore very enjoyable. I stayed in a spaceous, bright, double room on the ground floor, near the lower swimming pool. The room had private bathroom without windows. It was very quite in the room, even when sleeping with open windows. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, with local and continental options. Dinner buffet offered different options every night and was very good. I cannot comment on the location, as I was there with a group and we moved around with locals by car. However, we reached stunning beaches in 10 mins or so.

Rooms are spacious and clean but a bit old and not so good lighting! Incredible view to see the sunset. Very nice breakfast and amazing dinner! Value for money! Highly recommend and you get what you pay!(in a good way)

Attended a Christening there, did not stay in the hotel. The location was amazing overlooking the bay, and the Buffet meal was excellent with a wide variety of foods to suit everyone. The bathroom facilities there were very good, and they had plenty of parking for all the guests.

I had a very good experience during my 4 night stay. Location is about 15mins from the main center. It was good as it felt quite and more relaxing. Great view of the sea and sunset from the rooms. (Will probably depend on which room.) The breakfast is decent, and the facility is also good. Infinity Pool, gym, spa/massage.

Rooms are old and tatty and have never been renovated since probably the 1980's. Bathrooms are grimy and there are ants crawling around the furniture. The whole hotel is run down, with worn out scruffy and dirty furniture, but the swimming pools are quite clean. Breakfast is limited and is of questionable quality. The only good thing about the place is the staff who are very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay, thank you to all of you. The rooms are really nice for families, and the staff very attentive and friendly. Really appreciated the Mediterranean sea views. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool was unexpectedly huge and we had a great time swimming. Great hospitality and an excellent value for money services. Highly recommended!

Phoebe.Neophyta ,Elena and the other Ukrainian lady at reception were fantastic with their customer service delivery. Pool was massive and unbelievable, and all to me and my wife. For some, no one else used it. Comfortable accommodation. Atmosphere lacking though. Food fine.

I have nothing negative to say about the people working there, they were all very nice. The complexion was beautiful with the pool and the gardens, it was all nice. On the other had thought, the room was a little bit disappointing. The bed sheets were smelling weird and were all stained, even though they gave us clean ones. I don't even know if they washed the sheets with detergent, because the sheets had a weird smell. Also, I thing it's time for the hotel to change the sheets and buy new ones, literally! The room had a big fridge, a stove, washing machines, all good. In general, I think they should update their rooms immediately. Other than that everything was good.

It is located really near the beach and the hotel grounds are so beautiful, with trees, plants and flowers.. A person with disability can easily move around the hotel.. The rooms were spacious, with good soundproof, fully airconditioned and the beds were very soft and comfortable! All spaces were clean and well maintained and the kitchen was very modern with a big fridge providing perfect space for our needs. Towels and toiletries were provided by the front desk. Choices for breakfast varied and the coffee was great! we also really enjoyed the pool.. The staff was very polite, helpful and well poised.. We highly recommend Akamanthea for a relaxing vacation!!

I can recommend this place without a doubt! The location was great but make sure you know where you're going. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Very few beach bars etc but I still managed to meet so many wonderful people. Beach is beautiful but not crowded at all. The hotel itself has everything you can ask for. The owners are amazing! It's a hotel run by a family which makes you feel like you're part of that family too. In general staff was extremely helpful and kind. Private road to the beach, like 5 mins walk. In the area you can see lots and lots of beautiful lizards and the kindest cats I've ever met! I was really enjoying the food and the service. Also listening to some local, live music for the whole evening was awesome!

I can't believe it! Don't even think about staying at this hotel, just go anywhere else! The breakfast was decent on the first day, but then they had the nerve to remove the fresh orange juice machine to save money over the weekend. I've never seen such a cheap move anywhere else in the world. The managers need to shut down this place for good. Seriously, steer clear of this hotel. We're never coming back, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else either. The furniture in the rooms is ancient, the balcony door won't even close properly, and the hairdryer? Ha! It stops working after a mere 30 seconds, probably the cheapest one they could find on the market. And get this, they had the audacity to charge us 10 euros for a basic wall plug adapter! To top it off, we were stuck with a room featuring the tiniest balcony imaginable, while our parents next door got a room with a spacious terrace for the same price. Talk about stingy owners running a shoddy operation! This hotel perfectly fits the saying: "Outside the fence is painted, and inside there's a leopard." Don't make the mistake we did, avoid it at all costs!

I will start my review with positives. The location with the close access to lovely sandy beach and within 15 minutes walk along the beach to Pafos harbour. The view from the balcony on the second floor is stunning. The majority of staff are nice and polite. The breakfast was good with freshly squeezed local orange juice. The dinners buffets had enough varieties with different choices every night. What was not so positive was the strange noice coming from air conditioning on the roof. The receptionist offered us a different room but we decide to stay because of view. The rooms are spacious but furniture was old, the couch was not very comfortable. The folded bed was also old and rusty. A time there was a smell coming from bathroom. The chairs in the restaurant have stain on them. The hotel claims to be 4 star, but in reality it is a 3 star hotel. The indoor pool has a cold water. Overall we had a good stay.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with sea view and it was lovely! The room was clean and spacious, with nice comfortable bed (two single beds united), big bathroom with both, bathtub and walk-in shower. Greatest thing about it was the view (the rooms are facing the West so you can enjoy marvellous sunset views) and the bereakfast! We loved it!!

We stayed here for 10 days during early March. Hotel is perfectly situated to be right on the seafront with easy walking distance to the harbour and easy links to other areas available. Staff were amazingly helpful and service was second to none. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices available! I would 100% recommend staying here and will hope to return closer to peak season.

First time back here since 2013 when we had stayed 3 consecutive years at the Athena Beach; stayed at the Royal for 7 nights 3rd to 10th April which we chose as we don't normally holiday during out of schoolers and was relaxing, gentle but friendly to mix with younger and older couples alike. The continuation of the emplarary service, decor, cleanliness and bonhomie is evident since 2013. In the intervening years we always intended to come back to the best hotel we both agree we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everything is perfect from the food variety and sustainability right down to the ambient background music, the air diffusers, efficiency of the lifts, entertainment and animation projects to the cheery greeting of all levels of staff as they quietly go about their chores.

Pretty sure all bad reviews are taken down. Room had no AC despite it being 25+ celsius, told them after the first night ac was not working, and said its not turned on yet. ok fine, asked for a fan and they brought it. My last night at 10:45pm maintenance decides to show up to "fix the ac"... I was packing and going to bed. Good to know they wanted to fix it 12 hours before i left & they wanted to make my stay comfortable right after I paid my bill... Room is outdated, fine for the price, but not really how pictures show. No outlets by the bed, only USB ports, so if you have USBC charger, you won't have your phone next to you. Did not want to tocuh anything in the room, because who knows the last time the curtains, decrotaive pillows, throw blanket had been clean (looks like they are at least 15 years old). So much dust I ended up catching a cold for my stay. Hair dryer cord is maybe 8 inches long max, therefore difficult to use. Beach is all rock and not easy to deal with, so if your looking for an easy beach to access, walk down the harbor about 20 min. Everything outdated. Oh, you also had to turn in your key ( was a physical key not a keycard) everytime you left the property. I understand if someone loses it, thats an extra expense but it became a hassle. Door handles are quite old, and in my opinion probably easy to pick. Only reason I liked the hotel was because of the location. Housekeeping, first day showed up and I asked them to come back later, she asked what time and I told her 12:30pm, never came. Went back to my room at 8:00pm to shower and get ready for dinner, and all they had done was drop off the fan. My second day, housekeeping began around 8:30am, fine but I am still sleeping so I didn't hear the knock. Not once, but 5 times the lady knocks on the door once, and then opens it not even a second later, not giving me enough time to answer her. Good think I had the door chain on otherwise she would have just walked right in. 3rd day, finally no issues with housekeeping as I left early to do a tour. Came back to shower, a part of the pipe is on the ground, and you see disgusting green (possibly mold) in it, and there has been this gross stain on the shower floor since I arrived... Sheets had holes in them & don't get changed unless you explicitly say so. Taxi/bolt - No issue with taxi booked by the hotel, just a general caution for all (especially woman) traveling solo. Friday Night I went out for an early dinner & a drink, took a bolt there no issue, the bolt driver back harrassed me and made inappropriate comments, and did not let me out until I screamed for help. 3 lovely ladies drove me back to the hotel safely, where I then asked front desk how I can report it to authorities, if theres a non emergency number. Guy at desk said he will get back to me the next day, I had no follow up. Then again, not really the hotel's fault, but was a scary experience and I would have appreciated some support. Overall the stay was not great, definitely wouldn't stay again. Didn't try any of the food on the property, but some great resturants as you walk along the water towards the harbour. Beautiful country, but my experience between the hotel & bolt driver really dissapointed me. Would have asked for a refund or some compensation but doubt expedia or the hotel would be of any help. Chose another option in my opinion, especially if you are under 70 years old Update - clearly they will not take accountability for their actions and have an excuse for everything. If the AC was fixed immediately why did it not work throughout my stay? Why did maintenance knock on my door on my last night. My room definitely was not an upgrade, compared to the photos..

The Aquanare could be so much better. It is in a prime spot but service is appalling. I upgraided from half board to all inclusive. You go for a drink and was given a menu that has selected drinks for all inclusive and you pay for the rest (limited). They bring you a drink and then you never see them again but hear them laughing behind the bar. Not one person comes to you when you on your lounger. The pool is tiny. Not worth the upgrade as the tea for two is just a 20 min walk up the street that serves a full English breakfast with toast jam and tea for €5.95 and that does you for the day. The pool bar closes at 5 and after that time, you will need to go upstairs to the main bar passed everyone in your swimwear to get a drink. Saying this the rooms are clean and view to die for but that it not you hole holiday. I have stayed in many hotels along this strip and this is far the worst for service and food. I thank god for tea for two every mornings the photo you see would be my breakfast for the next week. If you book a holiday please pay that little extra and say at the ivimare or leonardo it is alot better for service and food they have alacart this hotel does not. Also no mini bar even though it says in the leaflet you get that you have mini bar??? for all inclusive??? Every hotel I have stayed in has a mini bar for all-inclusive.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff very friendly. Especially the lovely Marina & Flex. They couldnt do enough for us & made us so welcome. Bedrooms very clean & towels changed daily. Massage at the spar very good. Bus stop near by to the harbour. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is really perfect :) All hotel staff is really helpfull and do best to help/ enjoy your stay. The hotel is really clean with beatifull sea view (recommend to extra pay beacuse the room from street are a bit of noisy from car street).Area is safety and great for long walk with beatifull view. The food is really tasty. Really recomended !

Nice and clean hotel. The pool area in the shadow of trees is nice and cool during the day. The beach is also fine. You should enter to water in the middle or to the right from the middle. There are underwater rocks on the left. Rooms are good, butthe rooms on the roadside suffer from traffic noise. Breakfasts are very good.

One of the best hotels in the area. Clean rooms, great service and fantastic food at the restaurants. The Spa and the swimming pool were clean and very wel maintained. We enjoyed the Gym as well as the steam and sauna. Great for couples and very well suiter families too. The staff are super friendly and have given as a free upgrade upon request. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, once we got to the adult only one not the general hotel for families next door: all part of the same group. Check in easy, reception staff are not so smiley but are efficient. Reception area is lovely and welcoming drinks constantly available. Rooms are absolutely fine, side double sea view. Comfortable beds, not so much the pillows. Hard to understand why there is a huge gap in the door letting in lots of corridor light. Not the fault of the hotel but good sleep often interrupted by noisy inebriated guests coming back to their rooms. Room service every day was excellent Breakfast was lovely, very plentiful, healthy and not so healthy options available. Breakfast staff could smile a bit more and be less strict. Pool areas absolutely lovely, towels could do with an upgrade, tatty and a bit stained and sun beds not the most comfortable. We were bed and breakfast and the hotel was fabulously positioned for walks to the harbour, restaurants etc etc. Spa - facial and massage excellent, irritation being they got the time wrong for my appointment and were phoning my room and did not accept they were wrong even on showing them my email confirmation but the actual service from the young girl doing my facial and massage was excellent. There is a dive college next door, this could do with better advertisement by the hotel. We had two good dives with them. Overall excellent holiday, very relaxing and hotel in a really good position.

We spent the new years eve at the hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful the room was very tidy. The breakfast has a super wide variety, the snack bar is nice to have. The outdoor facilities are good. Unfortunately the indoor spa was below of our expectations. As my opinion, the heated indoor pool not equal with a pool in a heated space. In the spa the air was about 22 Celsius but the water was maybe 17 Celsius. Especially the dead sea salted pool was a disappointment. It was more cooler than the other pool and seemed that has less salt than an average see has. For an extra 10 Eur/10 min / person it wasn't a good bargain. The gala programs were nice, the bar in the middle took a very huge load in the evening, but the staff were great. The tradition with the cake is a very kind attraction should be some more of this type of kindness. In summary the hotel is a great place with a superb staff at a nice beach.

Great hotel so far. Here for a few days holiday. First day so far, everything is great. Hotel by the beach and our room had the sea view which was really nice. We had booked all inclusive so everything included. We had great food at the dinner, really tasty food compared with other hotels. Will return for sure and highly recommend this hotel. We were served my Stefan and Tamara, they were really good also other staff were good too.

Really lovely hotel and nice rooms with comfy beds, great initial welcome but experience with reception staff was hit and miss - quite cold at times or inaccurate information. Really appreciated the continued flow of tasty food. However, as a vegetarian it wad quite challenging, some dishes were not accurately labelled multiple times, we ended up accidentally eating meat and they did not care much. Generally though we had a nice time.

We just returned from this hotel. We loved it! You can always find something to criticise if you are looking for it, but the overall experience of this place was amazing. The service really attentive. The food was brilliant. We chose half board & you certainly couldn't accuse it of being the same each night. Both breakfast(with fresh orange juice and your own selection of pancake toppings/omelette fillings brought to your table) & dinner (different themes each night) was amazing. We enjoyed the desserts & especially enjoyed the fact that you were able to have a drink with dinner that was included. I didn't find the prices at the bars too bad. We were invited to a complimentary drinks reception the evening after our arrival & the manager of the hotel personally greeted us. I would certainly have no hesitation in returning here & wish our stay had been longer. Location also excellent for a stroll along the front. Well recommended. Love that you are assigned a sunbed, so are never without. They need to fix the jets in the pools/do some maintenance in some toilet cubicles, but the maintenance team always seemed to be doing something so I am sure they will get around to it.

The Hotel is situated in a good position near to the harbour. It has a large grass area overlooking the sea so a great choice of where to sit outside.We stayed at Christmas 23/24 and had a great time on this visit we were recognised by some of the staff. The staff in this hotel are great so friendly and helpful you feel as though you are part of it. It would be unfair to pick out any mention any names for praise as every body was great . The breakfast area has been refurbished to a very high standard no expense spared. The food and service was excellent plenty of choice. plates in the warmer were very often not hot. The hotel was clean and tidy . Several other areas had been improved the main seating area and other work was ongoing. We played tennis nearly everyday the gym is excellent one of the best i have used on holiday and the instructor very helpful. Sauna and steam room always hot used daily and the pools were always clean and tidy. It was good to see the manager out and about in the hotel very approachable keeping an eye on things. There seemed to be a lot of senior staff staff seeing you to your places at mealtimes but i will say they helped out when required. place. The entertainment team put their heart and soul into their activities especially the shows but in my opinion as a musician they need a better area to perform as the shape of the room distorts the sound but well done Matt and his team. So yes i would highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday we will in the future go back.

My family and I had a terrific winter break at the Alexander the Great Hotel. We booked a Superior Room Sea View and it had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our view was great and housekeeping did a very good job of cleaning the room while we were away on outings. The food at the hotel is outstanding and we had a lot of fun at the Christmas Gala Buffet. Furthermore, our daughter loved spending time at the Little Monsters Kids Club. There were activities to partake in and entertaining every day and we greatly enjoyed drinking our daily cocktail while relaxing in the hotel lobby/lounge in the evening. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

The atmosphere is so relaxed in this hotel, it smells like a spa. The rooms are spotless and the staff can't do enough for you, the location is perfect, 10 minute stroll to paphos harbour, 2 minute walk to watersports and a supermarket across the road. We would definitely return here. Also the indoor pool, sauna and steam room is such a great extra to have. We have had an amazing stay and aren't ready to go home.

Very nice hotel for an older generation, not so much for younger folks. Great facilities such as indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, and very close to the beach and beach path walk. Not far from harbour too. Pleasant clean interiors and a selection of in-house cafe/restaurants. Rooms are a little basic and lack some flair, but very nice grounds and reasonable views from the balcony (depending on what room you book). Staff were always friendly, attentive and willing to please. My only complaint would be buffet meals should not be self-service, this is not hygienic considering the amount of colds/flu/covid people may have (there were quite a few sniffles and coughs I noticed). Also some people help themselves slower than others making it a bit of a pain. Some additional staff to serve at the counters would have made it more acceptable. In addition to this, food could be served hotter. Most of it was warm rather than hot. Not good for potential food poisoning. Would certainly visit here again but next time would avoid the buffet dinner completely.

First of all I would like to start with the hotel staff, at the reception they were sensitive, professional and willing to help in everything, the bartenders were friendly and very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, cleaning services every day and a balcony for each room. The dining room had a rich selection and every day a different theme. The pools are large and there is space. The hotel itself is far (10 minute drive) from attractions but there are buses and taxis all the time so it's nonsense. Totally recommend. And I want to personally say thanks to Olga, for her concern and help in everything we needed. Highly recommend ❤️

Great hotel, got a little over busy during half term week, probably better suited to a family holiday rather than a couples getaway. If you go with the all-inclusive option, all meals are buffet style, but the quality of food was great. My only criticism would be that the drinks from the pool bar weren't the best, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Has the potential to be a great hotel, however, it’s lacking in some areas. The rooms are nice, simple and clean but the beds are really uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The pool area / main pool is very nice and warm. The food is nice, can’t complain. Nice variety and they cater to allergies which is amazing. Drinks are substandard. Most disappointing part of the stay was the incessant barrage of children’s songs, every night. Felt like I was trapped in a never ending preschool singalong. Great if you have kids, not really suited to a couple looking for a relaxing holiday. Still had good overall experience.

Lovely gardens well kept. Made the experience loads better than a hotel due to smaller buildings. Staff were 10/10 very helpful and friendly. Food was 9/10 mostly great desserts hit and miss at times. Location 9/10 fabulous sea view but about 10 minute drive to Paphos town centre (get the bus instead of taxi lots cheaper). Spa was 10/10 for price and service. Would definitely visit again.

Punhes well above the Star rating. Food was so much choice for any appetite & cooking to perfection. Staff also very friendly & welcoming. We met a lot of lovely guests, also really friendly. I don't write many reviews about Hotel's abroad but I have no reason to complain about this place at all, near perfect for what you pay. If you're a 5 star+ person & think your a special person then don't go. If you're a normal down to earth person get yourself booked in. Faultless in my opinion ( pool is cold) though! No big deal.

We found the hotel just lovely, we arrived fairly late and they made sure they had some food and drink on arrival which was a nice touch. Getting into our room we found a bottle of champagne and fruit and a lovely message from the team to wish us a very happy 20th wedding anniversary. This was so nice of them (I think my friends had been in touch) but very thoughtful. We had the most lovely sea view and sound of the ocean every morning was just perfect. The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful. Always on hand when needed. We loved it by the Apollo snack bar, the staff there were incredible at all times and super nice to just jump in the pool for a quick dip to cool down! The hotel is big but has a really relaxed atmosphere, lots of different nationalities around which adds a great feel to the place. Evening entertainment was there if you wanted it but if you wanted a quiet drink on the terrace watching a sunset that was also available. Very kid friendly (we did not have children with us) but easy enough to be here as a couple and enjoy all the surroundings! We have already decided to book next year with friends. A massive thank you to Sofia our housekeeper for the week. She was so lovely and always had a smile on her face. We never used the in house safe and felt that our belongings were always safe. In short, this has been a fantastic holiday with beautiful people, beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. Cyprus you have made our anniversary very special and will never forget this amazing holiday and to the Leonardo Laura thank you so much for an amazing week, we will be back.

This place is awesome!! Highly recommend. Beautiful setting. Great pool areas and waterpark. My 10yr old son had a ball. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff...especially Guest Relations who really go the extra mile to help and make your stay the best. Perfect for families...lovely chilled atmosphere and happy kids. Food...well, it's all inclusive so don't expect fine dining but the food enjoyable and good selection...breakfast very good. All in all, it's a massive thumbs up. We have lots of holidays and this has probably been the best. Just love this resort. Thank you to all involved!!

Our family stay in this hotel was amazing. I dont even know where to begin with. Reception was very good, always helpful. Food in the hotel was also great. A lot of choices. We wanted to try everything!!! Also its a must to thank the entertainment team for great activities, mini disco which our child enjoyed so much and the evening show. Additional shoutout to Pavel and Nicole which were working in the kids club. They always met us with the smile and our kid loved to stay and play with them. All in all, amazing holiday. We will definitely come back.

Myself l, my partner, in laws and our 3 children recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic week. It was myself and my children's first time staying at an all inclusive resort and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, bright and very clean, with plenty of storage (always a bonus with 3 girls in one room 🤣). The cleaners Galina, Elpida and Artemil went to a great deal of effort every day to clean the rooms and made lovely towel characters which we all enjoyed. The waterpark is fantastic and there are plenty of sunbeds all over the hotel, the lifeguards were really good fun. And had a laugh with us. The terrace is a fantastic spot to watch a gorgeous sunset, I really recommend it as the colours in the sky are spectacular. The bartenders are all friendly and chatty, keep up the good work! There was plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, though at times we did find it repetitive. My biggest mention goes to Allicia on the Entertainment Team. My daughter absolutely loved her, as did we all. She was such a genuine and nice girl who made my daughter's holiday so special, we cannot speak highly enough of her. My daughter had never attended a kids club before but really enjoyed herself. We would have liked to have seen more evening entertainment, maybe some bingo or something. Also, we would have liked the music to continue after the evening entertainment as at that point the night seems to just stop, just when everybody is getting in the party mood. There is the night club but as some of our party were children we were told they couldn't go in there (apart from on a night when the weather wasn't good). On the final day we were allowed to use a courtesy room, where we could get changed and have a shower etc ready for our onward travels, this was really helpful and we were permitted to use all facilities right up until we left the hotel, even after checkout. Overall this is an excellent hotel and we would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel next to the sea close to the amenities. 5 star service in every aspect. The Guest Relations team is the best we have experienced ever. They are nice, kind, helpful and very professional! Highly recommended!💯

Me and my partner was there last week for 5 days and it was amazing staff was so friendly and kind. Rooms were amazing we had pool/sea view and it was gorgeous! Waking up every morning to that view. Watching sunsets there is a must! Food was great a variety of food and desserts. The snack bars were amazing sandwiches/pizza/burgers/kebab so many things. The cocktail bar near reception was great have live music. The swim up pool bar was great Christina was amazing she was so friendly her drinks were one of the best. Only thing was the pool was freezing cold was very hard to get used to it. Otherwise I would definitely go back!

Wow. What an amazing hotel. Everything about this hotel truly blew us away. Staff were all super polite and helpful. A massive shout out to Mimo (He loves his job). Mimo did everything to get us involved in the daytime and evening activities but also respected it when we wanted to relax and not partake. Food was superb in the buffet restaurant with a range of different food each night. The steak restaurant and Asian restaurant were also brilliant. I could not have wished for a better holiday

Wow what a beautiful hotel.We stayed in a Deluxe sea view room,cleaned and replenished every day. The food and drink was the best we've ever had in an all inclusive 🍹 The sun bed allocation works well,we got one all week on the beach ⛱️ All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

I love this place. 🩷 Cats everywhere, clear water, sea view, awesome interiors and garden, great service, delicious food. If I will decide to come back to Cyprus I will choose once againg this hotel.

2nd Visit and the staff are brilliant! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We visited for my husbands birthday in July and mine in November and both visits were fab...made to feel special on both occasions x November we didn't realise we had booked the last week of the season....you would not have known, polite, friendly, welcoming and overall brilliant service from everyone at the hotel and all the facilities were open / stocked until the last minute 😀 can't wait to go back again in the future xx We don't normally revisit hotels/countries but this place has a place in our hearts!!! Thanks for making both stays memorable xx
