The decor in the rooms needs a bit updating, dresser drawers did not work very well, but where this hotel lacked in luster it made up for in service and hospitality the staff was marvelous big shout out to Helena and Nildra..the food was excellent and location location location...Rodney Bay has it all and more. We will be back Saint Lucia.

Amazing hotel and great staff, however we had 3 bookings and were overcharged in all our invoices (other people’s food was in our invoice and charged hours after we checked out). The process to get the money back is a nightmare, we had to call multiple times (pay money for international calls) and it’s still not sorted after 5 days. We checked our invoice at check out, but our card was charged days after and new invoices were created without our knowledge (which we only discovered through the Hilton Honour App). Totally unacceptable and we are still $300 out of pocket.

Overall a nice hotel. I felt as if things were not as they were advertised. We had setup an airport transfer to and from the hotel and I asked to confirm pricing and was told it was $100 round trip for the both of us which was charged to the room when we arrived. When checking to confirm our return transfer we were told it was an additional $100 to get back to the airport. I had read there was a shuttle to the beach but upon arrival I learned it was $5 per person for a shuttle around Rodney bay. The pool is lovely but there does seem to be a shortage of lounge chairs and while it wasn’t very busy while we were here I could see it being an issue on very busy days. It was difficult to get in touch with the concierge prior to arrival to setup a taxi and it doesn’t seem like same day taxi booking is ideal. If you want to go to the southern part of the island it will cost you, we were told $250 for a taxi for the day. The room was nice and the hotel was close to nice restaurants at the marina.

I loved my stay at the Harbor Club. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly, the location is perfect and the food was decent. 5 stars for the actual resort. However 0 stars for the transport provided by the resort. I prearranged a private car from the airport. When I arrived the driver said “Oh I’m also going to be giving this person a ride.” (The person was not a harbor club guest) I had to sit up front in the passenger side for a 90 minute drive with my bag cramping my feet because the other person sat in the back seat. We stopped for a second because the other passenger wanted to stop for food. When we stopped the passenger was inappropriate and started asking for my number and asking where I was staying. I’m a solo female traveler and this was a strange middle aged man. The driver dropped me off first, showing this stranger exactly where I would be staying. I did not feel comfortable there should not have been another person on my ride. I was still charged full rate for a “private car” absolutely unacceptable unsafe and unprofessional.

Having been multiple times over 7 years for the patisserie, sushi, and pizza we decided to go for our evening meal with friends. Everything was great except 1 pizza, greasy poor taste and not up to scratch. When discussing this we were told it's a meat pizza it's like that because of the meat. We sent it away ,refusing the offer of a replacement, requesting the bill Our surprise came at the 25% reduced pizza still on the bill. This was after speaking with a manager to request it's removal. Our server argued that slices had been eaten to which we responded yes, he tried to eat it but failed and sent it back. Long story short we said remove it and the service fee and we will pay the rest. This sparked a service fee debate and we left cash to the value of the bill AND service fee less 7dollars (£2.50) as we were unhappy with the interaction regarding the food. We were met by 4 security at the exit and escorted to a card machine. At which I was then fuming at the overkill and embarrassment, lack of tack and pure attitude that no matter what you pay our service charge. Also told the server would be docked it if we didn't which is also disgusting behaviour and all over £2.50!!!

There aren't enough stars for the Harbor Club. The location and facilities are great. The range of food and drink was lovely, however all of that was eclipsed by the stunning service and friendliness of the entire team of staff. Without exception everyone was cheerful, friendly and so attentive. We loved it and will return.

The rooms were clean and room service was provided everyday. However, fittings and fixtures in the washroom could have been more comfortable. The pool is large and 4ft deep. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food is very delicious. A mixture of local and western menus. The drinks were great as well...bar is well stocked with a variety to choose from. The resort is walking distance from 2 shopping malls, supermarket and other restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a beach about 5minutes from the resort through a trail. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families

I spent 10 days at Coco Palm and it was delightful. My garden room was a good size overlooking a very peaceful garden. It was quiet which I liked. The pool was wonderful with excellent relaxing swimming and loads of sun beds - no fighting over or ‘early towel booking’ thank goodness. The staff were really helpful. They booked me tours and advised places to visit. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. A great holiday - thank you

This place is excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very accomodating to all your needs (dietary, religious, or otherwise). Rooms are pretty nice, and food is pretty good. Friday night live music was great. Resort is in my opinion, not too big and not too small, it is just right. Just down the street are multiple groceries, duty-free shopping, food, and a beach. It is important, I believe, to support Saint Lucian-owned resorts such as the Coco Palm.

Very nice resort. If you plan on staying here, I recommend splitting your vacation from the north side of the island and then south. You will be 1hr 30 mins from pitons and sugar beach. We ended up leaving 2 days early just to stay near the pitons.

Well what can I say COCO 4 Life has always been my motto for this beautiful place. I have stayed a Coco Palm on numerous occasions and has always been my first place of choice. Rooms are great, spacious and has everything a room requires. We stayed in the patio pool view which we enjoyed immensely as it allowed us to have a coffee on the patio before then going on to breakfast. The breakfast from 6 or 7 to 10 if I remember rightly amazing. A great array of choice for anyone taste, from the creole feast to the continental offering and you feel that you do not want something to heavy you can of course indulge in some fruits/yogurts. I absolutely enjoy my stay at Coco Palm as customer service is second to none. Coco Palm just cannot be faulted for service. My only gripe would be if you come in during the afternoon the kitchen is not open as as such you will need to go off site to find something to eat and whilst it is a great location for choice of eateries, I believe Coco Palm is missing a fundamental part of there offering and service in terms of customer offering and more importantly revenue. This allows customers to go out and potentially find alternative places to satisfy their palette at a later date or time during their stay. This is a gap which needs to be addressed as persons who come in on island are already tired and more often than not just want to rest, and the additional pressure of leaving the premises will only give customers an opening for a not so good review. Coco Palm please address. Finger food, sandwiches, local juices or a creole dinner would be superb. Overall, I would still come to home. COCO PALM 4 LIFE x

Fun place for years. Beach is nice. But unfortunately it's old. And not being updated. Food is bland. Way to much money for old stuff. Plenty of other places on Rodney Bay to go to that's new and great food. If this place lowered the prices for what is really there that's fine. But now not worth it. I was a timeshare person for 5 yrs. With maintenance fees and nothing ever got fixed. Workers and staff are great but again unfortunately the investors are keeping all the money and not updating anything

We stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort around the end of October for three nights before heading to another resort on the island. Started off on the wrong foot with our room not being available for us to settle in to right away. We ended up relaxing at the restaurant for an early dinner and drinks until our room was ready two hours later. We also discovered late that night that the air conditioning was not working properly in the bedroom (we had an ocean view suite). Figured it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of changing rooms and causing a fuss since we had to get used to the temperatures anyways, we did end up reporting it at check out. Our next resort room was open-air rooms. Aside from the two inconveniences, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. I never felt like we were being neglected, always was greeted when passing staff on the property. The beach was incredible and the food was top notch. The location was perfect for exploring what the north side of the island had to offer. We always felt very safe at and around the resort. I definitely would consider staying here in the future if visiting Saint Lucia again.

I am giving them a one star which I believe is too many. Absolutely no customer service. We had a reservation with them for one night in March, we were on a horse back riding tour where my son was thrown off a horse and we were taken to a emergency care clinic and then spent the day at St. Judd's hospital. They did x-rays of my 7 year olds skull but couldn't do a MRI as St. Lucia doesn't have a MRI and a CT is not good to do on the brain of a child. We were sent home to Canada so we could get the proper care he needed due to his head injury. I called the hospital the day after the incident as I was dealing with hospitals and insurance companies to get us home the day of the incident but we were within the 24hrs of cancellation. I explained the situation and I was told if I sent them the documents from the hospital they would reimburse me for our hotel stay. I sent them the documents that day. A few days later they told me that they would not reimburse but they could issue a credit for when we return. I explained that we had left the island and had no idea if or when we would ever return to St. Lucia. They then told me I need a medical certificate to get my refund. I believe that after providing multiple documents as they asked and always getting a response days later that I need to provide a new document we will never receive the refund. I understand we were 23hrs away from check in however given the circumstance and that I could provide proof of the situation they would be willing to help. Still haven't seen a credit which is no good as I will never return to St. Lucia or a refund, I am taking it as a loss.

The resort was nice. I had large king sized room with a living room and kitchen. Check in was smooth, the beach was very clean. Dinner and drinks at the restaurant were great. It's about 30 minutes from Castries but there are several nearby restaurants and a shopping mall. I deducted a star because the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned, but otherwise the room was very clean. Not a big deal.

We did an all-inclusive day pass here as a cruise excursion. Was a 20 minute drive to the resort from the cruise pier. They were very organized and check in was easy. The resort had a great beach bar and restaurant along with an amazing beach! Our kids used the water park too which was super cool.

This hotel is at best a 3.5 and ideal for those with children. Upon check in I was made aware that the room I booked wasn’t available. They did upgrade me with the contingency that on day 2 I had to pack and move to another room. Not the way to settle in. The elevator in my section was broken so I had to walk 6 flights of stairs to my room. There were hairs (not mine) in the tub. The beach bar is understaffed and they refused to take my order at the bar. The nice restaurant (The Palms) was great- however they were closed my second night due to a private event. The massage I received was a 3 and the lady who did it was very unfriendly. When I needed to change rooms I checked out for good and left. The guest services manager did issue a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and offered an apology. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Go south and pay a bit more for something worthwhile.

Outstanding! We had an ocean view villa with butler service and everything was top notch from the moment we arrived. The room, food, and especially the service, were fantastic. The entire team went out of their way to make our holiday special and to make us feel relaxed and totally taken care of. All of the staff at the resort were very friendly, helpful and had a customer-focused approach which really got us into holiday and relax mode quickly. The activities at the resort, or arranged through the resort, were also very good and contributed to our enjoyable holiday. As others have noted, the hotel is at the opposite end of the island from the international airport, so factor in time to get there; approximately 1.5 hours via taxi bus. Suggest that you take a taxi as the roads are narrow, steep and curvy. Best leave the driving to the local experts. My only extremely minor (and tongue-in-cheek) complaint is that the resort occasionally ran out of mint, thus taking mojitos off the menu for the day! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic, well run resort in beautiful settings. Wonderful staff and gorgeous room. We had a 2 bedroom, beachfront apartment with hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed the choice of 3 restaurants, two of which are on the beach. We are very glad we opted for all-inclusive as the drinks and food were expensive, but very nicely prepared and presented. We would love to return one day!

The Landings is top notch. Location of room might affect distance to bar and grills . The fancy dinner restaurant and bar is closed all day in hotel front desk , would be better to have this open all day for rooms farther from beach . All inclusive is nice but need wrist bands with room numbers so you don’t have to sign 0.00 bills every time you want something. Rooms were great and spacious- full kitchen. Beach was very nice and relaxing service was good and facilities were clean . Drinks and food were good about 3.75 stars. Overall very nice location just far from Airport.

We were very disappointed with the food the service ( except the at the beach and the spa, they were excellent and very friendly). The hotel is far from almost all places , taxis are very expensive and service at the front desk is so bad. We asked to make reservations for a restaurant, outside the hotel they didn’t do it , we asked to try to change our room since it was so far from the beach and to big for us .they said they would try but we never heard from them. Food at all restaurants in the hotel was very expensive and not really good. The beach and all the activities and services that are available is the best place to spend the days. The view from every corner of the hotel is amazing.
