Just came back from a 3 week stay. Everything was amazing. The room with the kitchenette was perfect. Cleaned everyday by a wonderful little lady always cheery and chatty. Specially kept me stocked with Teabags and milk. The calmness and communication from the team during hurricane Beryl was so comforting. The food was good. A couple of errors but nothing that wasn't quickly rectified. And no problems if we wanted to go off menu a few times we was catered to. Everyone working at bay gardens was so friendly. Big special Mentions to Miss Cheryl always a pleasure to see and speak with . Miss Jenny, always checking In with us, felt like we'd known her forever. Miss Maggie for keeping me topped up with diet cokes and marissa for recommendations of where to eat, drink n party locally. Quincy the bartender for his freestyle cocktails and great conversations. Plus many more of the team at bay gardens, they couldn't do enough for you. The shuttle to the other resorts is very handy but we walked quite a few times as its only 15 minutes stroll and shops, bars n restaurants are just around the corner too. It really is a home away from home and would recommend here to anyone. Thank you to the team for making our stay an extremely pleasant one xxx

The hotel itself was fine. The staff was pleasant. But wow the restaurant was the most overpriced food I’ve had in a long time. 150 EC ($50 USD) per plate for a buffet?! I almost walked away when they told me the price, but we were already sat down and I thought, “Maybe the food will be awesome!” But no, it was just good St. Lucian dishes that you would have at anybody’s home, except cooked in bulk. We had basically the same meal for 20 EC per plate at a mall the day before. It was absurd. Maybe the deals are good if you have the all-inclusive, but as we had just the breakfast plan, the exorbitant dinner price ruined our experience. What we paid for this buffet dinner could have fed us for the whole the whole week at nice local places, no exaggeration. Huge rip-off.

Beware of the organized stealing by the employees at this location. We came here with our family for Father’s Day. We booked a seven day stay and on day 1 when the maid, Zannia, was cleaning she took 80 dollars out of our money. There was another employee in the building watching for when people were going back to their rooms. There were other rooms in the same building with the same issue at the same time. We had just counted our money and had it in our book bag in the closet when we left to the pool and once we heard other people saying money was stolen we checked and realized some of our money was missing as well. Management and the on duty police were aware but they did nothing. The maid continued to clean for over 2 hours as they kept us in the room asking us to tell them our story over and over again allowing her time to hide the money. The police officer, officer Glass, is related to the owners so he refused to assist or report that this happened on his family property. Another family staying there told us this happened to them a year ago and nothing was done; not even a credit for the hotel for the missing money or a breakfast for inconvenience. A previous employee we met told us this happens all the time and company looks the other way. The general manager, Ms Erin , kept telling us we need to drive and make a police report for her to close out her investigation but even after a formal complaint still nothing was done and no copy of the complaint was given. The other officer that came to get a formal complaint said the hotel and the officer on site did not follow proper protocol at the time of incident and there was nothing he could do now. They are taking a little out of your money so you think you misplaced it or spent it. They have been doing this for a long time. Please ensure you are aware and bring locks for all your luggage if you even plan to stay here. Employees were seen laughing and whispering about it as if everyone is in on it and continued to avoid us for the remainder of our stay. Other guests were complaining how unfriendly and rude the staff are. We went the next 6 days without cleaning services and being treated like we were not guests. This place is a disaster. We were told a Royalton is on the beach stretch and nice air bnb’s and are hoping we can stay there on our next visit. Shame on you Joyce and Desmond Destang for allowing your employees to steal from guests and doing nothing about it. Shame on you.

I didn’t receive spa vouchers when I checked in and did not know what she was talking about. She called my hotel and spoke with them then charged me $75 usd. When I returned to the hotel, I asked for a refund as they had not given me the vouchers at check in, nor informed me of the process at check in. The hotel staff informed me that the pedicure was not an option the voucher would cover and that $75usd was the price of only the pedicure (which was just nail polish—nothing fancy). I told the staff the situation, still no refund. The staff are unhelpful at best. I would politely approach asking for information. The staff would stare and eyeroll us constantly. We often waited long periods of time before we were waited on at the restaurant or bar. One staff member was particularly rude throughout our stay, Shanese. She worked at the front desk. One stay-related question we asked her, she simply rolled her eyes and stated, “I don’t know.” And that was the end of the interaction. After a few moments, we asked if she could check for an answer, to which she again rolled her eyes and gave us a look of exasperation. She finally called someone for an answer. We are able to use the beach at another hotel. Also in the all inclusive, there is the “Dine Around Town” program where you are able to eat at some local restaurants. Again, I was not informed of the process of this when I arrived. The receptionist, once again, said she didn’t know. When we pressed her to find out the whole interaction lasted about 20 min. Finally, she gave us a print out of restaurants but informed us that one of the listed places was no longer in the program. A couple days later, we called down to reception to try the program. The front desk had to have a manager sign, and there was no one around to sign. Blue paint from the smaller, middle pool came off on our bathing suits which are not ruined as the paint won’t come off with washing. Cockroaches and ants in my room was a constant. I did not have any food in my room, but there were ants in the bed which was firm to the extreme. A couple days into my stay, I showed Alicia the operations manager photos of the cockroaches. She said she would have the room cleaned again. She did not offer to move rooms. The room was clean, I’m not sure how cleaning, again, would help. It didn’t. The insects were constant. The door, when shut, showed daylight where the door met the the jamb. Insects came and went as they pleased. The three onsite pools are very small. Really, if the service hadn’t been so horrible, I might not leave a review at all. The karaoke keeps anyone in a room around the pool awake until very late. A room by the road has terrible traffic noise by which I mean you can hear the music people are playing in their vehicles. Overall we had bad service, everything was a hassle, we were made to feel bothersome. Such a terrible experience. I don’t want to return to St. Lucia because of this experience.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times for work and I’m never disappointed. You know exactly what you will get. Good service. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are courteous and very helpful. The food is also very good. I must say the creamy spinach is to die for. It’s very delicious. The location is excellent as it is right in town and close to most things. To top it off, the price point is excellent. Great service and food and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Let me start by saying that the staff is amazing. The room was nice and very clean. The food is so good and we never once had a bad meal. The location is wonderful for the beautiful beach which is a 10 minute walk, many restaurants and shopping to do outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend if you aren't looking for the a huge resort but something small with a friendly touch. We will be back to visit Coco Palms in the near future.

Lovely hotel, nothing to worry about. Plenty of friendly staff to support you, hotel is well maintained and located close to restaurants and shops. Very short walking distance to the Rodney beach, probably the best sandy beaches in the island, for snorkeling I suggest to try Smugglers cove within a short 10min taxi ride.

The rooms were clean and room service was provided everyday. However, fittings and fixtures in the washroom could have been more comfortable. The pool is large and 4ft deep. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food is very delicious. A mixture of local and western menus. The drinks were great as well...bar is well stocked with a variety to choose from. The resort is walking distance from 2 shopping malls, supermarket and other restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a beach about 5minutes from the resort through a trail. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families

I spent 10 days at Coco Palm and it was delightful. My garden room was a good size overlooking a very peaceful garden. It was quiet which I liked. The pool was wonderful with excellent relaxing swimming and loads of sun beds - no fighting over or ‘early towel booking’ thank goodness. The staff were really helpful. They booked me tours and advised places to visit. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. A great holiday - thank you

We had a tremendous experience at The Harbor Club! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are exquisite—spacious, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. Every detail speaks of luxury, from the plush bedding, to the incredible views. What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to cleanliness. Not to mention, our room had it's own private pool entryway which made it that much more magnificent! The service at this hotel steals the show. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Whether it's recommending the perfect local restaurant or arranging a personalized experience, their dedication to satisfaction was unmatched. A special mention to Joel and Kervin - they both served us on multiple occasions - their service was exceptional. Always smiling and very professional. Last but certainly not least, the entertainment at this hotel was amazing! Live music and entertainment every evening - Fire throwing show.. waterside BBQ.. dancers and more.. We will most definitely be back, this hotel stands out as a shining gem in the world of hospitality.

It was my Grandmother's 85th birthday dinner celebration From our entrance, to the moment we left, we had an amazing time. The team there were cohesive, aware, attentive and thorough. Their service was amazing. Kaja and her team did their thing. Food was so yummy. So worth it. The night was an exceptional one.

I decided to take a solo trip as a black woman. The hotel staff at the front desk were great! Loved them. However, The Hotel driver who picked me up from the airport decided that he had a crush on me. I’m already trying to be on guard because I went solo. The driver (Julius) kept taking his eyes off the road and hands all while trying to convince me to make an unplanned stop to view an area. I had to tell him NO 10 times, and even after he finally decided to take me straight to the hotel he said “Are you always like this?” He then admitted to me that he took the long way to the hotel in order to spend more time with me which was so scary. I had to pretend to be nice and change the subject because you know..I’m in another country I know nothing about solo and hoping to make it safe. How f’n disrespectful to think you are entitled to me!!!!!??? The driver “Adrian” took me to the street party in the hotel shuttle and got upset that I didn’t want to date him I guess and left. I had no way back. It’s a good thing I met two wonderful ladies that got me back safe. Bottom line…if you are an attractive solo woman, do not stay here. The men are crazy!! Go and spend more money for something a little more upscale or just don’t go solo. I will never go back solo or stay here period!!

We stayed for the weekend of the Jazz festival and it was lovely. Stephen and Shaun were outstanding making sure that everything met our standards. The swimming pool bar and outdoor pizza restaurant staff were friendly and made sure we were taken care. Can’t wait to return for a longer vacation.

Amazing hotel and great staff, however we had 3 bookings and were overcharged in all our invoices (other people’s food was in our invoice and charged hours after we checked out). The process to get the money back is a nightmare, we had to call multiple times (pay money for international calls) and it’s still not sorted after 5 days. We checked our invoice at check out, but our card was charged days after and new invoices were created without our knowledge (which we only discovered through the Hilton Honour App). Totally unacceptable and we are still $300 out of pocket.

Seems like a great resort but they market it falsely for the summer of 2024. If you are on the right side of the resort for the garden rooms, you are looking at a concrete jungle. No one on the staff informed my family when we called to plan our stay, acting as if the gardens were still there. There is an active construction site ~20 ft away from the balcony that ruins the trip with their gas saws and other equipment blasting away. I am hoping they can accommodate us better and will provide an update at a later date.

The hotel is on a great beach with beautiful water. Location to nearby restaurants are walkable. Rooms and resort are clean. Housekeeping staff, front desk, restaurant and bar are friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the food. Many buffets,lunch menu never changes neither does breakfast. Unfortunately the food quality is not good. Would definitely eat elsewhere. This is our second visit and food was a little better 6 years ago. We travel extensively for over 25 years and love St Lucia. Would not pay for the meal plan again. Enjoyed all the nearby restaurants. This was our 9th visit to St. Lucia.

We stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort around the end of October for three nights before heading to another resort on the island. Started off on the wrong foot with our room not being available for us to settle in to right away. We ended up relaxing at the restaurant for an early dinner and drinks until our room was ready two hours later. We also discovered late that night that the air conditioning was not working properly in the bedroom (we had an ocean view suite). Figured it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of changing rooms and causing a fuss since we had to get used to the temperatures anyways, we did end up reporting it at check out. Our next resort room was open-air rooms. Aside from the two inconveniences, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. I never felt like we were being neglected, always was greeted when passing staff on the property. The beach was incredible and the food was top notch. The location was perfect for exploring what the north side of the island had to offer. We always felt very safe at and around the resort. I definitely would consider staying here in the future if visiting Saint Lucia again.

Fun place for years. Beach is nice. But unfortunately it's old. And not being updated. Food is bland. Way to much money for old stuff. Plenty of other places on Rodney Bay to go to that's new and great food. If this place lowered the prices for what is really there that's fine. But now not worth it. I was a timeshare person for 5 yrs. With maintenance fees and nothing ever got fixed. Workers and staff are great but again unfortunately the investors are keeping all the money and not updating anything

This is not a resort. It's more like a hotel on the beach with a pool. Not is all inclusive it's an extra charge. Food or drinks are not included, its an extra 150 usd a day. When I was told I didn't purchase the meal package after already having paid about 4k for 8 days(just me), I tried to find a different hotel before i checked in but was told i couldnt get a refund and was rushed off to my room so they " could figure out the mix up", which was never figured out. Half the events on the calendar never happened. I did do the sip and paint and enjoyed the director of that. Very nice and sweet lady. I had to call to front desk 3 days in a row for them to come change my sheets again after housekeeping had left because they put dirty sheets on the bed. The room I had was adjoining with people I didn't know so I heard all of there conversations and vice versa. The room was nasty when I got there. Toilet was dirty, shower dirty, bed dirty (luckily I had 2 beds in The room). There was a large gap in door so bugs and especially mosquitos were in the room every night. I had to spray the door frame with off to keep them out. There is no adult only side( I was told there was prior to booking). I gave 2 stars because the staff I interacted with after check in were very polite, I did have a good view of the beach and the food was delicious.

We stayed here as a group of two families. Vacation at the Landings started badly and did not meet our expectations. The suite that was confirmed to us by the resort sales rep was unavailable and the front desk manager tried to blame it on us for not understanding what we booked. My friend had specifically confirmed and had it in writing from the Landings that we would either be on the top floor or no one else would be above us - we do not like noises from neighbours above. When we arrived they had no such unit for us. Instead, they kept insisting we would check in in what they had. After we produced an email the demeanor changed and they said they would “see what they could do”. Without being able to check in we had to stay in the waiting area waiting for them to come up with a solution. None came. We had to take that other unit in the meantime so not to be in the street. The unit was not what we requested, but still had some nice elements. What ruined the experience from this temporary solution was unwelcome visitors in the form of huge roaches. Ladies in our group happened to discover them in the showers and it resulted in a sleepless night for all of us. After we informed the front desk manager she kind of brushed it off saying it’s tropics and that’s normal. That was not a response we could appreciate at all, all other things considered. Eventually we were moved to the suite that met our original criteria. The management kept saying they would get back to us on the subject of reimbursement. They did, offering a laughable $75 credit. We did not accept, of course, and are addressing this experience with the Costco Travel team. Other things to note. My friend was asked to provide some info to allow the Landings to better prepare a surprise for his wife’s birthday (the reason for our trip), which was a great touch. However, they failed to do deliver any surprise at all, which was a big disappointment. Food and spa experiences were inconsistent. I’ve had an amazing massage one time and a really bad one another time, which I had to actually cut short just to make it stop. On a positive note, the beach area is nice and pretty and the activities that we booked were enjoyed by everyone in our group. The whole experience was bitter sweet with bitter being the stronger taste. The resort team has a lot to improve when it comes to damage control. We collectively decided one time was enough for us at the Landings and we would look for a smooth experience in other Caribbean establishments in the future.

The property, rooms, grounds and beach are all wonderful! The problem is the service was awful and lacks consistency. A few of the employees (Justinian, Amit and Nigel) were truly outstanding. However, the rest of the staff acted as if we were a bother and clearly were not there to. The service alone is the main reason to avoid this hotel. If you have a choice to stay in St. Lucia, I would recommend Jade Mountain, Ladera, or Sugar Beach. The Landings, while beautiful, has serious issues in terms of consistent service quality (Aside from the 3 exemplary employees named above). I did email my concerns to the Hotel Management and the CEO but have yet to hear back.

This hotel is at best a 3.5 and ideal for those with children. Upon check in I was made aware that the room I booked wasn’t available. They did upgrade me with the contingency that on day 2 I had to pack and move to another room. Not the way to settle in. The elevator in my section was broken so I had to walk 6 flights of stairs to my room. There were hairs (not mine) in the tub. The beach bar is understaffed and they refused to take my order at the bar. The nice restaurant (The Palms) was great- however they were closed my second night due to a private event. The massage I received was a 3 and the lady who did it was very unfriendly. When I needed to change rooms I checked out for good and left. The guest services manager did issue a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and offered an apology. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Go south and pay a bit more for something worthwhile.

Loved the landings and our first ever all inclusive stay with the butler suite. Pros - the location is outstanding, non motorised sports including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, Snorkelling and sailing (if you know how to do it) were free with great staff supporting - Kermit, Shane and Sheldon were all knowledgeable and helpful. We did get the butler service and they were all friendly although without cellphones or a direct line to them it was difficult to make the most of it. Maverick went above and beyond to take care of us. The massage at the spa was one of the best we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend the deep tissue. We did have a misunderstanding about the timings (you need to turn up 15 minutes before the treatment) however the staff helped resolve our issue. Go for the morning walk with Terry! His energy will keep you going all day. Overall - a lovely, beautiful relaxing stay but it is best to always confirm with the staff when you have booked things to avoid misunderstandings

Outstanding! We had an ocean view villa with butler service and everything was top notch from the moment we arrived. The room, food, and especially the service, were fantastic. The entire team went out of their way to make our holiday special and to make us feel relaxed and totally taken care of. All of the staff at the resort were very friendly, helpful and had a customer-focused approach which really got us into holiday and relax mode quickly. The activities at the resort, or arranged through the resort, were also very good and contributed to our enjoyable holiday. As others have noted, the hotel is at the opposite end of the island from the international airport, so factor in time to get there; approximately 1.5 hours via taxi bus. Suggest that you take a taxi as the roads are narrow, steep and curvy. Best leave the driving to the local experts. My only extremely minor (and tongue-in-cheek) complaint is that the resort occasionally ran out of mint, thus taking mojitos off the menu for the day! Highly recommended!!
