Just came back from a 3 week stay. Everything was amazing. The room with the kitchenette was perfect. Cleaned everyday by a wonderful little lady always cheery and chatty. Specially kept me stocked with Teabags and milk. The calmness and communication from the team during hurricane Beryl was so comforting. The food was good. A couple of errors but nothing that wasn't quickly rectified. And no problems if we wanted to go off menu a few times we was catered to. Everyone working at bay gardens was so friendly. Big special Mentions to Miss Cheryl always a pleasure to see and speak with . Miss Jenny, always checking In with us, felt like we'd known her forever. Miss Maggie for keeping me topped up with diet cokes and marissa for recommendations of where to eat, drink n party locally. Quincy the bartender for his freestyle cocktails and great conversations. Plus many more of the team at bay gardens, they couldn't do enough for you. The shuttle to the other resorts is very handy but we walked quite a few times as its only 15 minutes stroll and shops, bars n restaurants are just around the corner too. It really is a home away from home and would recommend here to anyone. Thank you to the team for making our stay an extremely pleasant one xxx

Just come back from Bay Garden hotel the room was dated needs updating the hotel staff where brilliant the food was good but expensive located near shops, supermarket restaurants not too far to walk to the beach not so much the hotel fault but the excursion we had booked for the Saturday never showed so we ended up doing it on the Monday which was very good. It was a catamaran down to diamond waterfall the sulphur mud Springs lunch was included and lots to drink.. if you get a chance, go and check out fish Friday as we had a wristband. You can also go and visit other garden Bay hotels. The one on the beach is excellent.

Visited Coco palm to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a splendid time. We were treated exceptionally well. We got got meet the manager who gave a personal greeting to him as well as offered our party a treat. Our room was decorated beautifully and they even accommodated our drink preferences. We felt we had experienced top class treatment. The hotel room was beautiful and tranquil. We enjoyed having our private entrance to the pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty creole delights. We loved it so much, we decided to have an impromptu visit. Thank you to the manager and all the staff who made our time with you exquisite and memorable!

Let me start by saying that the staff is amazing. The room was nice and very clean. The food is so good and we never once had a bad meal. The location is wonderful for the beautiful beach which is a 10 minute walk, many restaurants and shopping to do outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend if you aren't looking for the a huge resort but something small with a friendly touch. We will be back to visit Coco Palms in the near future.

Lovely hotel, nothing to worry about. Plenty of friendly staff to support you, hotel is well maintained and located close to restaurants and shops. Very short walking distance to the Rodney beach, probably the best sandy beaches in the island, for snorkeling I suggest to try Smugglers cove within a short 10min taxi ride.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times for work and I’m never disappointed. You know exactly what you will get. Good service. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are courteous and very helpful. The food is also very good. I must say the creamy spinach is to die for. It’s very delicious. The location is excellent as it is right in town and close to most things. To top it off, the price point is excellent. Great service and food and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Stayed at Coco Palm a couple weeks ago and was not pleased. I had a series of bad service. The waitresses at the restaurant was not inviting, the front desk lady greeted you with a frown. The esthetic of the place is old. Won't recommend.

The Windjammer Landing was the perfect place for me and the guy I’m dating to stay. St. Lucia was our first vacation together and it was nice to stay at a place that had everything in order. The ride from the airport to the hotel was a little over an hour and when we arrived we knew we were in great hands. Our room was a villa - the only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen area did not have AC, but the rest of our villa did. It really did not matter that the kitchen area did not have AC because we never ate in our villa. The Windjammer had 6 restaurants and pools. Good is amazing. Service is amazing! Loved the breakfast!! We did their Jammin’ Day Sail to the volcano and the waterfall. We stayed 5 days total! If you have the opportunity to go to St. Lucia, stay at the Windjammer Landing!

This is my favourite retreat in St Lucia. I've been coming here regularly for the past ten years and each time it's better than the last. The accommodation is simply superb with a wide variety of large fully serviced villas facing the ocean and a 24/7 shuttle service up and down the resort. The restaurants are great with all styles available and great quality food. Delicious breakfast by the sea. Beach area is a secluded paradise with water sports, quiet areas and beverage service. Gym, tour desk and convenience store within the resort. Best: The staff team, caring, attentive and always ready to serve. I love you guys! I'll be back soon...

I can only share on the "service" we received as our trip never happened. We were scheduled to depart on Wednesday 08-07-24 and on Tuesday 08-06-24 my husbands father passed away unexpectedly. Our trip obviously needed to be canceled. Anticipating we would be able to reschedule, that turns out to not be the case. They are telling us there is nothing they can offer us. All the money spent is now a loss and we have noting to show. I am truly disappointed at the customer service or lack there of at this resort. We were looking forward to a lovely holiday only to have tragedy upon tragedy hit our family. I would not recommend you stay at this resort at this time. Truly devastated at all that has transpired.

Spent 5 nights here as part of a sister's trip. The place is beautiful, rooms are comfy, staff are attentive, and the food was great. Anything you wanted you could basically get. There are 6 pools plus the ocean/beach. There are ample water sports available (we did the paddle boards and kayaks as well as the daily tube rides). Keezie is so helpful in booking off site excursions (we did the volcano mud baths and snorkeling). All in all a fantastic experience!

Would be 5 stars but we had an issue with room service and they wouldn't discount it. We submitted an order through the tablet in room and it confirmed that it sent. An hour later and no food when I called they said they didn't get the order I put a new order in and got food 2 hours after original order. I provided proof of the original order time etc all they would comp is the delivery fee lol. Never been to a place this nice where they wouldn't make an issue like this right for the customer. Other than that it's really nice here would have been 5 stars had they properly handled it even some discount but just waving delivery fee after a 2 hour delay is not good enough in my opinion even 30%-50% off would have been nice

Nice place, decent rooms though not special, food is good, drinks are decent enough. They do male good use of tourist pricing. Service is a little erratic, slow at times, some staff don't look hard for work, but all very polite. Good that it is in partnership with the 3 hotels;we were in the Inn. Fine quieter but with less facilities. Useful bus link from the hotel to the beach. Would not like to see what happens in peak season. We were in low. I should point out that Helena was a fantastic example of how hotels should be staffed.

The hotel is on a great beach with beautiful water. Location to nearby restaurants are walkable. Rooms and resort are clean. Housekeeping staff, front desk, restaurant and bar are friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the food. Many buffets,lunch menu never changes neither does breakfast. Unfortunately the food quality is not good. Would definitely eat elsewhere. This is our second visit and food was a little better 6 years ago. We travel extensively for over 25 years and love St Lucia. Would not pay for the meal plan again. Enjoyed all the nearby restaurants. This was our 9th visit to St. Lucia.

This is our 2nd time at the resort. We had a wonderful with our grandsons, who thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING!!! We had a 2 room, pool view suite which is very spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Definitely a great resort for a family vacation.

Seems like a great resort but they market it falsely for the summer of 2024. If you are on the right side of the resort for the garden rooms, you are looking at a concrete jungle. No one on the staff informed my family when we called to plan our stay, acting as if the gardens were still there. There is an active construction site ~20 ft away from the balcony that ruins the trip with their gas saws and other equipment blasting away. I am hoping they can accommodate us better and will provide an update at a later date.

We stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort around the end of October for three nights before heading to another resort on the island. Started off on the wrong foot with our room not being available for us to settle in to right away. We ended up relaxing at the restaurant for an early dinner and drinks until our room was ready two hours later. We also discovered late that night that the air conditioning was not working properly in the bedroom (we had an ocean view suite). Figured it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of changing rooms and causing a fuss since we had to get used to the temperatures anyways, we did end up reporting it at check out. Our next resort room was open-air rooms. Aside from the two inconveniences, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. I never felt like we were being neglected, always was greeted when passing staff on the property. The beach was incredible and the food was top notch. The location was perfect for exploring what the north side of the island had to offer. We always felt very safe at and around the resort. I definitely would consider staying here in the future if visiting Saint Lucia again.

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our honeymoon last year and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. From our spectacular room to the service and food, Coconut Bay was the perfect retreat for us after our wedding. Service: The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something, someone was there to assist us! Additionally, all the activities we could book and do through the resort were so fun and unique. Personally, we recommend the island tour and the catamaran ride—both were incredible! Location: there are pros and cons to this. On one hand, it was really nice to be so close to the airport and not have to do the two hour drive necessary to reach the north side of the island. On the other hand, there really isn’t much to do, right outside of the resort. Because of this, it’s easy to feel a little confined to the resort, something I would imagine is a little different if you stay at the north side of the island where the main cities are. For us being on our honeymoon though, we didn’t need to leave the resort much, so this was perfect. Overall: We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Especially if you’re looking for a more quiet, luxurious experience, Serenity offered everything we wanted and needed to make our special trip one we’ll never forget.

I recently stayed in this hotel, the experience, atmosphere, ambiance and staff was amazing. There was awide variety of food and activities throughout the day. The premises and rooms are very clean. Staff are very respectful and goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are looked after. The proximity to the airport was very close , around 5 minutes, I felt safe and secure for the duration of my stay. Good job to all those at the Jerk hut, food is good, I had it everyday of my stay!!! To add, the Jamaican chef is doing an amazing job!! Would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience we had at Coconut Bay! We took a mother/daughter besties high school graduation trip and loved every minute of our time at Coconut Bay! So many great pool and lounge options from around the pool, facing the ocean or on the beach and even hammocks over the ocean! My daughter is gluten-free and had great options at the buffet for all the meals and she loved the gluten free desserts too. The entertainment and the entertainment staff is top-notch! We had tons of fun with Gillie and team with tons of dancing, games and overall fun! We were there for 4-1/2 days and still didn't even get to experience everything the resort had to offer. If I'm ever headed back to St. Lucia I'll be back to Coconut Bay without a doubt!!

I just returned from Coconut Bay, and I can’t describe how great my vacation was! The staff at this resort goes ALL OUT for guests. They have an entertainment crew that gets people pumped and ready to dance, the food and service in every restaurant is top notch, the room attendants do an amazing job. We had little inspirational notes from Star every single day. I kept them as a souvenir. Vernon and his aqua fit class is an experience all its own. He will kick your butt and you’ll love him for it. What an incredible human being he is. All the bartenders make delicious drinks. The amount of work they do for theme nights is crazy. We had such a great time at Caribbean and western nights! The buffet was delicious with tons of choices every meal we had there. Calabash surf and turf was amazing. The cucumber watermelon roll at Silk was one of my favorite things of the week. Plus the catch of the day. This resort knows how to cook fish! The lazy river was a favorite and all the activities were a blast. They have bingo, foam parties, dance lessons, trivia, karaoke, and many others plus entertainment in the lobby at night by really talented performers! Many reviews mention the shape of the rooms. We stayed in Harmony 333 and it was clean and comfortable. We had no complaints but all we did was sleep in the room so this was not a factor for us. Go and enjoy. The staff remembers returning guests, and everyone was so friendly and warm. I can’t wait to go back!

Rooms are dated and need some love, but the resort, food, location and STAFF make up for it. The rooms are clean and nice, just dated. Resort is awesome, 5 minutes from the airport, lots of room and you don't feel like your elbow to elbow with people. Bars are great and bartenders are awesome, sorry I can't remember everyone's name, But Kerry at the beach bar is the best! They try their best to get to know you and are always happy! Food was fantastic and lots of it. Buffets were good, loved the Jerk Tree House and dinner restaurants were really nice!!!! I would definitely return, well worth it!!!!!

If you are wondering whether to stay in Landings or other places such as Sandals, I would personally not recommend here despite a stunning location. As some reviews have said the main negatives reasons are: Service - Inconsistency - had to wait 30 minutes for main course and 45 minutes for just chips the next day. Late check out - Usually hotels allow late check out for guests as goodwill , given we had paid all inclusive and rooms were available we still had to pay €175 extra. This is a clever trick by the resort since they know flight departures are in evening. Check in at 4PM and Check out at 11AM is quite a joke. Initially they told us they would give us a courtesy room for free however this is not a free extension but a room given to you for few minutes just to shower and change. We found this out when going to reception to change room and had to pay if we wanted to extend till our taxi arrived. All inclusive is not all inclusive - Be aware a lot of the drinks are not included, a lot of food is not included, and room service is $10 charge too when it should be free in AI. However given the prices it’s probably still cheaper to get all inclusive. Rooms - Are outdated and need renovation. Well the whole resort needs renovation really. Room service - Took 1 hour to get just a pizza The positives: Location - Is stunning, safe with a nice beach. Room - Huge rooms however outdated. Staff - super friendly and helpful.

We had a ground floor 2 bed garden view flat with a Jacuzzi. The space was incredible with a kitchen, sitting room also had washing machine and dryer- all great when you are travelling for 2 weeks as you can travel light. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 10&12. One of the restaurants was closed for refurbishment which we were not aware of until we arrived. We had bed and breakfast and were glad we had not taken the all inclusive option as food although was good there were limited options. The service was variable and generally was quite poor as we felt there was lack of management presence which made staff attitude variable- some were great and some could not be bothered. There seemed to be a lack of hospitality training for a resort of this calibre. It is a 2 hour drive with traffic from the airport as it is on the opposite end of the island so after a long plane journey it is tough to sit in a car for that long. The resort has great facilities, water sports, swimming pools and an amazing beach. Everything in St Lucia is quite expensive so be prepared for that. Great place, amazing sea, wonderful accommodation, shame about the hospitality.

I loved the landings! We were immediately greeted and treated like queens, which I have never experienced beforehand at a resort. They literally did not let us pour our own water, and insisted to do it for us! From their drinks while waiting at check in, and fruit platters that they handed out while relaxing on the beach. If you were seen walking and they went past you on a golf cart they would offer you a ride, Lots to do on the resort. Everyone was so kind, and always said hi and made sure our needs were meet when in passing. Huge thanks to Pero the butler who always checked in on us, and Lee (He usually hung out on the beach helping with water sports) for his positive personality. They both deserve a raise!! I would love to come back. It is further from the airport, however is close to the street party and some nice restaurants.

We stayed here as a group of two families. Vacation at the Landings started badly and did not meet our expectations. The suite that was confirmed to us by the resort sales rep was unavailable and the front desk manager tried to blame it on us for not understanding what we booked. My friend had specifically confirmed and had it in writing from the Landings that we would either be on the top floor or no one else would be above us - we do not like noises from neighbours above. When we arrived they had no such unit for us. Instead, they kept insisting we would check in in what they had. After we produced an email the demeanor changed and they said they would “see what they could do”. Without being able to check in we had to stay in the waiting area waiting for them to come up with a solution. None came. We had to take that other unit in the meantime so not to be in the street. The unit was not what we requested, but still had some nice elements. What ruined the experience from this temporary solution was unwelcome visitors in the form of huge roaches. Ladies in our group happened to discover them in the showers and it resulted in a sleepless night for all of us. After we informed the front desk manager she kind of brushed it off saying it’s tropics and that’s normal. That was not a response we could appreciate at all, all other things considered. Eventually we were moved to the suite that met our original criteria. The management kept saying they would get back to us on the subject of reimbursement. They did, offering a laughable $75 credit. We did not accept, of course, and are addressing this experience with the Costco Travel team. Other things to note. My friend was asked to provide some info to allow the Landings to better prepare a surprise for his wife’s birthday (the reason for our trip), which was a great touch. However, they failed to do deliver any surprise at all, which was a big disappointment. Food and spa experiences were inconsistent. I’ve had an amazing massage one time and a really bad one another time, which I had to actually cut short just to make it stop. On a positive note, the beach area is nice and pretty and the activities that we booked were enjoyed by everyone in our group. The whole experience was bitter sweet with bitter being the stronger taste. The resort team has a lot to improve when it comes to damage control. We collectively decided one time was enough for us at the Landings and we would look for a smooth experience in other Caribbean establishments in the future.

The property, rooms, grounds and beach are all wonderful! The problem is the service was awful and lacks consistency. A few of the employees (Justinian, Amit and Nigel) were truly outstanding. However, the rest of the staff acted as if we were a bother and clearly were not there to. The service alone is the main reason to avoid this hotel. If you have a choice to stay in St. Lucia, I would recommend Jade Mountain, Ladera, or Sugar Beach. The Landings, while beautiful, has serious issues in terms of consistent service quality (Aside from the 3 exemplary employees named above). I did email my concerns to the Hotel Management and the CEO but have yet to hear back.

We had a great time at Viceroy, Sugar beach!! We felt safe, felt that the staff was attentive and aimed to make sure we had a great time & were informative all around. The rooms were nice & spacious and shuttles were used to go around the resort. The butler service was amazing!! The food and drinks were also great; we are vegetarian, and the options were great for us. I will definitely be back in the future 😊

Exceptional beach- we did not stay at the hotel. However it is the best beach on the island. It is well maintained. You get to view one of the Pitons whilst splashing away. There are various beach boards and pods in the water which make it really fun and relaxing. The water gets very deep quickly so it allows for snorkeling and thrill!

The best trip me and my boyfriend have ever been on! The rooms and views are beautiful! The butler/staff were so nice. I usually don’t care to go back to places but this is a place I would definitely like to return to at some point! The food was pretty good too, the late night room service not so much lol. The breakfast was my favorite, unlimited mimosas with the breakfast package was pretty nice. The place is very chill and relaxing and a perfect getaway for you and your partner.

Overall we had a lovely time at Sugar Beach resort. The location is absolutely beautiful, you could just relax on the beach taking in the stunning surroundings all day. The beach is on the smaller side but with beautiful clear water. The beach is open to public and therefore catamarans with vacationers from outside of the resort were arriving every day and that overwhelmed the beach quite quickly. The food was just okay. The quality did not warrant the price. I would suggest taking a few trips outside the resort and having dinner elsewhere if you decide to vacation here. The breakfast buffet was lacking in our opinion, and the staff at breakfast was quite rude on more than one occasion which was extremely disappointing. There were a few “themed” nights at the restaurant by the beach but again a big group of guests from outside the resort were invited and that took away from the “private oasis” theme the resort likes to promote. The checkout process was awful as there was no AC and it was rushed. The overall feel, including butter’s send-off, was “you paid your bill, don’t let the door hit you on your way out” which definitely left a bad aftertaste. All in all, we had a good time but we will not be back!
