I absolutely loved my visit to Bel Jou and St Lucia. Everything is perfect. The attention to detail and customer service are impeccable. I love the fact everyone acknowledges you from ground staff to management. You are definitely made to feel special. The transport options also go above and beyond to ensure you can travel around safely. As someone traveling on my own this was a great option. Above 10 out of 10!! Will definitely visit again.

I’ve always loved Bel Jou Hotel from the pictures and talks from friends. I am happy to say that they have definitely exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was exceptional and the food was out of this world. I definitely recommend Bel Jou for anyone who enjoys having a good time. I only spent one night but it was the best!!!!. I’ll definitely be back☺️

My friend and I only stayed two nights with Bel Jou, but we were so impressed with the staff, activities, and service! Such beautiful views every day. We came during low season so felt even more taken care of by the staff and loved meeting the other visitors. There are two pools, a lot of food options, and entertainment (even right after a hurricane). We were a little disappointed with our room though. Upon walking in, we could still smell the cleaning bleach but it dissipated eventually. It seems that we were staying in an outdated room where the TV was super old and didn't have streaming services, and was too fuzzy to watch basic cable. The bedsheets also just felt damp and sticky. However, it was spacious, had AC, and super clean. Regardless of our room, we still had a great time and enjoyed relaxing by the pool, eating well at the buffet and Lulu's, and visiting the Castries town center by shuttle. Special thanks to Trina for welcoming us and answering all of our questions (and getting us the shuttle to town on short notice, and a shout out to Jahfrees for our pilates class and holding the Aquatics Aerobics class even when there weren't enough people attending!

This is a late post as we visited in April 2024 - a big thanks to all of the staff of the Bel Jou for making our vacation great. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the hotel did everything to make our time special. The hotel works very hard to give a variety of entertainment. The fire show was amazing! Very clean rooms, attentive service, excellent Caribbean food, and walking tours as well as the daily water aerobics made our trip fun and kept us active. Note there is no Coke Zero or Diet Coke, but if you ask the manager, he will arrange for bottles to be brought to your room, which was very nice. I miss the views at breakfast of Castries and the beach. Highly recommend this resort!

Excellent stay at Bel Jou. Incredible variety of food. The cocktails were spot on. The room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. The reception staff are always willing to help with all queries and issues leaving nothing unresolved. We would definitely stay again. I would suggest getting a car to make it easy to get to the beaches and other parts of the island from the hotel. Driveamatic is a very good company and will drop the car off at the hotel with no extra charge and will even let you drop off at another location when returning i.e. the airport for no extra charge. Overall seamless and pleasant stay.

My husband and I just got back from Sandals Regency La Toc to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and had a great time! The food was great compared to other all inclusive resorts we stayed at previously. What really makes this resort special is the excellent service we received. Everyone was wonderful, but DJ Simeone, Nigel at the pub, John at the swim up bar, and Charles really went about and beyond! Thanks for making our trip even more memorable.

My wife and I chose to celebrate our honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. One highlight of my trip was the exceptional service provided by Charles. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for our overall experience made every moment memorable. Charles went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and his recommendations were spot-on. He has a heart of gold and definitely goes above and beyond for his clients(friends). The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, but it's the dedicated staff like Charles that truly make it a five-star destination. Highly recommend! This was such a beautiful place to vacation with my husband. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve had. The staff members were great! We had a couple’s massage that was so relaxing and much needed. Highly recommend. Our favorite places to eat were Pitons’, Armando’s, kimonos, and Soy. Our favorite dishes in this order were grilled lamb at Pitons, grilled steak at Armando’s, and sesame salad and all sushi at Soy. At Kimonos, we had a great chef that was so entertaining and made the experience so much fun! We also bought great photos taken by the staff, which you can view at any point of your stay. I also enjoyed shopping at the gift shop and buying St. Lucia hot sauce and vanilla! I do want to recognize the cleaning staff. They were all so nice, and Sherma went above and beyond in making our stay so inviting and comfortable. Great experience! We will be returning soon.

My husband and I just returned from an absolutely amazing honeymoon at La Toc and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, they went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The food was all amazing, the views were incredible, and we just didn't want to leave! We also took the recommendation of a staff member to do the "Land & Sea" excursion, which was definitely a huge highlight of the trip. We had such a blast and we definitely want to return!! Thank you, La Toc!!

Went on honeymoon June 27-July 1. Everything was okay. Commute from airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes. Wasn’t as bad as a ride as everyone made it out to be. Curvy roads. La toc location was nice. Mountain Views. First few days it was a green flag on the beach and it was nice. Rest of the days were red. Beach at the grande was much better. All of the workers made up for everything else. They were really good. Hurricane beryl came through July 1 and our flight was canceled to 3 days later. Although , I was excited to extend the vacation , it also was unfortunate to hear they were only comping us one night and then the other 2 nights were $500. I asked what happens if you don’t have the $$ , they said they wouldn’t kick anyone out but also said to find somewhere near the airport. The policy sucks. They said because the hurricane had passed , it was our responsibility even though there were 0 flights. They tried to make the best of it. Shower didn’t work for a day, only 2 out of 7 restaurants open. No room service , no housekeeping. Other than that, we had a good honeymoon. Not sure if I would go back though. :/

This stay was a dream come true for us, 10 years in the making. In our books it is kind of pricey, however, it was well worth the money. Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia was a quiet and laid back kind of resort. Not a bunch of hoopla, loud music and partying. Just perfect for us. We very much enjoyed the restaurants and everything else the resort had to offer. The one think I must say is that the staff made the stay even better. It is very obvious that these employees love their job. None of them ever walked by us with out saying hello and wishing us a good morning, good evening, etc. They all went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We visited the Sandals Grande once during our stay and that resort was not our kind of vibe. It was very crowded and was very much the party scene, we only stayed for the food. On that note, we very much recommend the Sandals Halcyon to anyone wishing to go to an all inclusive resort that is laid back and relaxing.

My husband and I loved this resort! We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms with an outdoor soaking tub. The room was perfect and the outdoor area had a curtain for privacy, which was perfect as the path in front of the room was pretty well-traveled. Housekeeping kept the room pristine and well-stocked. While you can travel between resorts via Sandals shuttles, we did not feel it was necessary as the food, beach, and pool were amazing. There is a pretty good assortment of food options that range from beach casual to dressed up (dress for women and dress pants for the guys). The beach was quiet and we never had a problem finding chairs. There were some locals on the beach trying to sell souvenirs, but they were not too bothersome. I would recommend booking any excursions through the resort as it gave me peace of mind, especially knowing that transport was prearranged. Everyone was very, very friendly, and we were informed that this resort is the quietest of the three Sandals resorts on the island, which was perfect for us. Overall the trip was amazing and we plan to return! As an FYI: I also highly recommend the Catamaran sunset cruise with snorkeling. As far as I saw, there were not opportunities to snorkel ON the resort as there are at other Sandals locations (I've never been to another, so this is based on what I read beforehand). As far as excursions go, we booked ahead, but most of the couple we met at the resort booked on the first day they got there and were fine (it was actually easier for them to see what was offered and compare excursions with the help of the employees). We did arrive right after a hurricane, so I don't know if it is this easy to book all the time.

My husband and I stayed at Sandals Halcyon Beach in June of 2024 for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We booked a Honeymoon Butler Room with Private pool. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and got us into our room quickly. We seemed to have missed the formal 'tour' of the property that we saw other vacationers on, so we had to request that on our second day. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and warm. We had three different butlers, so I'm not sure that we necessarily got a seamless experience, however they all accommodated our requests. They even set out a cute "Happy Anniversary" banner with a chilled bottle of bubbly. The resort is clean and beautiful, but like others probably mention, it has a bit of age. There were spots on our pool where the tile was shoddily patched, and the main beachfront pool was a bit worn. Overall, everything seemed clean and tidy at the resort, but I did notice a bit of mold/mildew in our shower. The food was fabulous! We tried every restaurant except Mario's because we loved Kelly's Dockside so much we went there twice during our stay. So, overall, I enjoyed our stay.

The resort is really beautiful, and we had s ton of fun. There were some issues in the room with AC leaking causing other problems, but the staff and resort was accommodating and any issue small or big was fixed right away Special shoutout and respect to Chris the bartender, he was on top of everything anytime a drink was finished he was there with another drink and water to stay hydrated, he was friendly and fun to be around and made the trip that much better. He deserved a ton of credit for good vibes he brings to the island. Respect Chris.

I really enjoyed the stay at Halcyon Beach, it’s the smaller of the three resorts and that really worked for a relaxed, easy going holiday. The check in with club sandals was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and was cleaned daily, with the mini bar being restocked, not always with the same drinks, but plenty of choice. The included water sports were fantastic, I took full advantage of the included diving, the team was great, a little more customer suggestion would be nice to prevent multiple trips to the same dive site. The other water sports were great, hobby cat sailing, paddle boarding. kayaking, and even tried water skiing, with instruction where needed. Throughout the stay the staff were (in the majority) extremely polite and friendly and the food mostly great. The stay at one and play at three was good, and the inter resort shuttle bus was generally quiet and on time. It should be noted, due to the local jazz festival over the weekend, the shuttle was cancelled for 3 days which could have been an issue for some. Overall I’d recommend the Halcyon beach resort for a chilled break.

We just spent 7 wonderful days at East Winds and we fell in love with the staff, the views and the food. The best food we've ever had at an all inclusive. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We already want to go back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at East Winds. The resort is gorgeous, rooms are lovely, food/drinks were great, and staff goes beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have everything you need (and more). This is so much better than a 'big resort' experience that can feel crowded and less personal. Shoutout to Devon who took us out on a hobie cat for an awesome sail when we were a bit nervous about the winds. Other guests staying here were really lovely as well - we got the peace, quiet, and R&R we were seeking in beautiful St. Lucia! We will be back to East Winds!
