A lovely hotel, staff were impeccable, food and drink great. They need to do something to sort out lounger brigade, people putting towels out at 6am or earlier still, plus shortage of towels. Beware of location, beautiful views, however you are reliant on shuttle service to reach the beach. Overall a great hotel and would go back.

Coming to the end of a lovely, relaxing stay at Bel Jou. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of sockets, all UK style in the room we were in. Lower pool has a self serve bar with soft drinks, spirits and wines, while the top pool has a cocktail and snack bar. Plenty of sunbeds around both. There are two restaurants, Veranda is the main buffet with great views down over Castries and the sea, while Hummingbird is an air conditioned al la carte. Both served excellent quality food, though sometimes signage wasn’t clear for vegetarians/vegans and choices were sometimes a little limited. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus several times a day (not Sundays and Wednesdays) down to the beach and town, both are well worth a visit. Free sunbeds are provided on the beach and there are vendors selling drinks and snacks. Saturday is market day in the town with many stalls around the centre, there’s also a Massys supermarket/pharmacy for anything extra you might need. Staff have been lovely, special shout out to, Devon, Vionce, Princess, Keshia and Sam who go out their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed here for 6 days. Everything about this resort is wonderful! The food, drinks, night-time and daytime activities were wonderful! The food is diverse and not your typical continental American-style food which I really appreciated. We were able to get a real taste of Creole food without having to venture far away! The drinks were absolutely slamming. The staff was very polite, very very helpful and very friendly! We arrived way before check-in time and Stasi was kind enough to let us have lunch and hang out until our room was ready. Thank you to the Bel Jou staff - we will definitely be returning!

Definitely worth the trip. This hotel is for those looking for a serene getaway, to relax, enjoy nature and views, away from the busy town life. Plenty activities and in-hotel entertainment to enjoy and the staff is the best. Extremely attentive, kind and always willing to assist anyway they can. I would 100% recommend and I still have a couple days left to enjoy while writing this review.

From the moment we arrived in St. Lucia, Sandals Regency La Toc delivered a flawless luxury experience. The airport shuttle was seamless, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff who sang a cheerful welcome song for us. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by the hotel manager Jason Lynch, whose hands-on approach and genuine hospitality truly elevated our entire visit. His personal attention made us feel valued and ensured that every detail was perfect from start to finish. The resort's dining and drink offerings are nothing short of five-star. Each restaurant provided a unique and exceptional culinary experience, with gourmet dishes, fresh ingredients, and beautifully crafted cocktails. Our favorite restaurants were Armando's and Soy and my go to cocktail was a Pink Panther. Whether we were enjoying a romantic beachfront dinner or sipping drinks by the pool, the service was always impeccable—friendly, prompt, and professional. The resort itself is a tropical paradise. The pools are beautifully maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing under the sun, while the crystal-clear beach offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Sandals Regency La Toc exceeded every expectation, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable escape.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our current stay at a Sandals Resort left us so disappointed that I feel compelled to share our experience. I was going to wait until our honeymoon was over but last night was the final straw. We chose Sandals based on its reputation for luxury, all-inclusive service, and attention to detail, but what we encountered was far from the high standards we expected. From the moment we arrived, the quality and service were underwhelming. The Italian restaurant “ Armando’s” was such a horrible experience. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our meal but the table on the terrace where we were seated had cockroaches crawling around on the rock next to us. One of our biggest complaints was the room service, which was not only unbelievably slow but also of poor quality—despite being a key feature of the Club Level package we paid extra for. We got consistently hassled every day by the women who worked at the spa. They would walk around the pool and try selling you spa packages everyday. I’m only on day 4 of my stay and I can say I’m counting down the days until I’m able to go home. This was my first time staying at a sandals and I can tell you that you that it will be my last. We spent over 8 thousand for our 9 night stay so I expected quality but all we got was frustration.

Let me start off with the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. I had Club Sandals and they really made it a special experience. Mervin hooked us up. We decided we wanted a room with a balcony and within and hour, we were accommodated. Another huge plus was them having distilled water for the CPAP readily available since we just traveled and they did not have it and if became a quest to find some. The beach is truly the best out of the three resorts in St Lucia. The food was amazing. I can’t think of any downsides. We will be back.

The resort was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with great views. The food was delicious with many different options to choose from. They also provide various entertainment options in the evenings. The beach views were stunning, however swimming was limited due to rough waves.

Beautiful area, staff is super friendly. Great scuba diving spots, our captain Mikey was fantastic the rest of the crew were super friendly. Our cleaning lady Macrina was so sweet, she made great towel art for us, she was awesome! Our stay here was so much fun! Only down side is the ocean is pretty rough, couldn’t swim in it very much but really nice pools. Food is fabulous. Highly recommended the Buccan restaurant.

Our honeymoon at Sandals Halcyon Beach was absolutely amazing! The service was beyond exceptional—everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was always spotless, the fridge was fully stocked, and the dinners were delicious every night. We especially loved the convenience of room service and not having to worry about anything with the all-inclusive setup. We enjoyed a relaxing couples massage, sailed on the Hobie Cats, and even did a catamaran snorkeling excursion that the staff scheduled for us—it was a blast! Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. It made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My wife and I spent 8 days here in a swim up butler suite. The resort is a nice small and quiet resort making it easy to move around the resort. Our butlers Gibson, Crystal A, and Crystal C. made the trip very relaxing making sure we had a place at the pool or beach anytime we wanted. They also took great care getting us reservations to all our dinners. This is our 3rd time stay at a Sandals and have never been disappointed. We are both certified divers so we enjoy the easy of diving at Sandals resorts. The diving was about. 10-15 minute drive from the resort and about a 30 min to 1 hour boat ride to the dive sites. There was a lot of different sea life we were able to see including turtles, sea horses, and cuttlefish to name a few. The dive boat was always command the dive staff took good care that everyone had an enjoyable experience. I would definitely go back in the future.

Pros: Front Desk, red lane, and concierge was excellent. Definitely enjoyed my massage. Repairs occurred rather quickly when needed. Management helped us find a new room due to the issues we encountered. The grounds were well maintained gardening wise. Pools and swim up bars were nice. Not too crowded. Plenty of towels and places to sit. Cons: Takes an hour a half to get to the hotel. Food was average at best except for a few exceptions. Entertainment was lacking on site and relied on excursions too heavily. Had no hot water when I arrived. Beach had murky water and was full of seaweed which you could see a lot of even from the plane ride in. Many people pushed sales very hard and some resorted to begging me for money. Overall, not going to a Sandals again. Really expensive for the quality.

No complaints at all. Everything was excellent. The people who work here are very friendly and very helpful. At Sandals Halcyon the grounds are landscaped meticulously . They even rake the seaweed off the beach every morning. The rooms are very clean and modern. I had a special request for the mini bar in our room and they fulfilled it almost immediately. Even their public bathrooms are very clean. The restaurants were clean and the wait staff was very attentive. We had an amazing time there.

Sandals Halycon was alright in my opinion. Maybe I didn’t do enough research so part of this could be on me. The beach at Halycon was not very nice and the water was not very clear. The beach at the Grande was amazing. Housekeeping had to be called 2 of the 7 nights we were there due to them not coming before 6pm. The food at the restaurants were better than other all inclusive i have been too but be prepared it will take at least an hour and a half from sitting down to completion and there are no buffet options for dinner so can’t get anything quick for dinner. The island tour guide Jeaney was amazing in helping us book our tours. My wife and I also go 2 massages while we were there for the week. We had Cyril’s and Nadine, they were amazing, I would highly recommend both of them.

My partner and I have recently returned from a week's stay at East Winds - we initially chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews it has already received, which we can only echo having experienced it ourselves. East Winds is a special place, because of how beautiful and serene it is, and how thoughtful, welcoming and friendly every member of staff is. It's set in a tropical garden, with amazing plants, trees and wildlife everywhere - there was a mango tree outside our cottage, and we saw hummingbirds flying around our terrace every day. The rooms are lovely - beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a big comfy bed and a fully-stocked fridge with soft drinks, beers and wines. The resort overall is gorgeous, with great pool and beach spaces - both of them have plenty of sunloungers so you never need to worry about finding a good spot at any time of day. A real highlight was the food and drinks - breakfast and lunch are buffets which were always really varied and delicious (I think I had a chocolate mousse almost every lunchtime, they were so good!). Dinners are a bit more formal, with a 4-course menu every night - the dishes were always really high quality, and we left every meal full and very happy! Drinks were great as well, cocktails were always really tasty and a great range of wines for dinner - the rum tasting session was really fun as well. The best thing by far about the resort was the people - we've never felt so welcomed to a hotel before! Every single member of staff was so lovely, really welcoming and friendly, and our experience would not have been as amazing as it was without them. While it was our first time at East Winds, we met plenty of other guests who had returned multiple times - we look forward to hopefully being among their number and coming back soon.

Just back from 10days at east winds resort It was the best holiday resort I have stayed at The staff were all so helpful and attentive Jermaine your omelettes were the best I have ever tasted and perfectly prepared. Michal the Wild Sex Cocktails (the recipe I gave you) were the very best and delivered to us at the pool and beach always delivered with a smile. All in all the place is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday good food fine wine and excellent service by wonderful caring people.
