Caribbean dishes, I feel need to be in its own section, rather than neighbouring another cuisine, just because of the lengthy queues / confusion when wanting to select this option only.
Should be a mandatory requirement for all attending dinner guests to gel hands prior to eat / handling utensils.
Queueing system on entering into restaurant needs to be better structured. I.e. those awaiting a table, once they have been given their room number / details need to be in one line.
Those first entering and giving room details at desk, in a separate line.
Drinks (juices) are from concentrated, high sugar, cheap, mass produced.

We've had a lovely stay at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The property is beautiful. We had a fantastic experience at the Japanese restaurant with our waiter, Rayon! The kids club girls are absolutely phenomenal and deserve all the raises! The level of detail in the kids club experiences is amazing and my two kids (7 & 5) loved every experience! We also had Shirley for room keeping, and she was absolutely lovely and kept our room super clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay! ❤️

Visited Portofino and had Jarrel has our waiter, super helpful and friendly. On the ball and constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. Really good guy, highly recommend the restaurant and asking Jarrel to be your server!
On our last night we visited the moonlight dinner and was served by Akeem, the meal was stunning and the setting was great. Really recommend to everyone, fresh authentic food and quiet settings!

Ate at the Sumptuori restaurant. Treshana was our server. She was very helpful, courtois and professional. The chef, Jason, also came to the table to ensure everything was going okay. He explained the difference between regular sushi and the uramaki. Everything was amazing. The service was exceptional and the food was great. Definately a return visit is a must.

Best place ever! The resort is nice, but the stay was exceptional and unique mostly because of amazing staff such as Kenardo who was the most welcoming. We went to Sandals South Coast as part of a pickleball group. The entire experience was top notch. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast on our private balcony every morning. The pickleball was well organized with great coaching. The choices for food allowed us to try different types of cuisine. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The pool was great. There were many activities and entertainment opportunities. Great place! Highly recommended.

Yeah Mon!! Sandals South Coast is amazing! This was our first time at a Sandals and also first time at even an all inclusive. The rooms, pools, landscape, beaches are all perfectly maintained. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed Shavia's games on the beach and her karaoke night!! She is so charming and so much fun. Tammy and Tajay at Sushi by the Sea are the most amazing servers. And Damine at the Dive Shop is the best dive instructor, as he did our refresher SCUBA course and took us on two dives. We had not been diving in years and were a bit apprehensive but really wanted to do it. He was so patient and calming and understood exactly the instruction we needed to allow us to enjoy diving again!! We highly recommend it and will return again one day.

We had a lovely time at Sandals South Coast! The views were beautiful, our room was spacious and the food was delicious. I want to give a special shout out to Kayan. She did activities at our pool and we became friends. We came down to see her sing in the evenings. She has an amazing voice! She even sang our first dance song and had us dance. She also came and found us in the lobby to say goodbyes on our last day. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a vacation at Sandals South Coast in Jamaica. The hotel itself was wonderful, located in a beautiful setting with stunning beaches, and the food was delicious. While the overall experience was good, I’m not entirely convinced that it meets the five-star standards they claim. The staff was friendly, and the cuisine was great, but the service didn’t always feel top-tier.
However, a significant downside was the journey to the hotel. The road conditions are quite poor and the drive, which takes about two hours, felt risky and challenging. The roads are mountainous and not well-maintained, making the trip stressful. Although the drivers were kind, the journey itself was not what we expected from a luxury experience. We genuinely worried about safety during the ride.
In conclusion, while Sandals South Coast offers a beautiful and relaxing environment, the transportation aspect needs serious improvement. It’s important for the resort to ensure safer and more reliable travel conditions for their guests. Until then, we would hesitate to recommend this destination to others.

Pros: The lobby and inside resort areas are really nice. The restaurants are very nicely decorated and the food is delicious. The service was amazing.
Con: the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They look just like the old Renaissance Jamaica Grand rooms with a fresh coat of paint,molding, mirrors and a new nightstand. Nothing special at all. I love luxury and just wish the rooms were better.

It was all excellent for me. I really loved the lobby, so fresh and beautiful. Room service was awesome and the beach and pool were amazing. I would visit every week if I could. My family and I had a great time. The food was really good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We did so many excursions right from the hotel. Swam with the dolphins, snorkeling, the kids went scuba diving and we did a sunset cruise for the adults. The food was delicious, the service was great and the drinks tasted great. We loved the crepe station. The rooms were nice and clean and we loved the smell of the lobby. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking. It was family friendly. We would definitely recommend!

I believe that when things are better/good we must talk about them they same as we do when things are bad. So I'm happy to state that despite the initial disappointment on the day we checked in, there have been some awesome experiences and persons I have the joy of experiencing and meeting.
1. Davarone - from the Security team for his assistance in securing parking after we were driving up and down, here and there for parking upon our arrival. Unlike the others who sent us all over to find parking without listening that there was none in the numerous designated parking places, Davarone called a manager to seek a solution.....all this whilst it was raining. 30 minutes of distress melted away after he stopped, listened and sought intervention.
2. Stacy Duncan - PRO, who is a true embodiment of a public relations practitioner. She called to apologized about the lengthy lines at check-in upon our arrival, the long time it took for us to actually get a room amongst other things. She should be a detective (lol)..I recommend that you link her when you get there.
3. Shelly and all the wait staff in the Buccaneers restaurant, who were pleasant, truly pleasant, not the pretentious courtesy as is normally given.
4. Room service staff for daily check-ins to see if we needed anything.
My favourites
1. Jerk Hut - the jerk chicken 'sell off' as we say in Jamaica. The bread pudding served at the jerk hut was really good.
2. Boulangerie Cafe - HOT Coffee and HOT ginger tea plus wide assortment of pastries. Nice little section to just sit and chat whilst having coffee or tea. #myfavouritespot!
3. Oxtail - well done and seasoned.
4. Omelets one to orders
5. The views from all angels were breaktaking
6. There are numerous activities showing that the needs of every visitor is taken into consideration
7. Family friendly - everyone, young, old and in are welcome and have things to do.
8. Gym for those who want to remain fit and buff whilst on vacation!

Persons who complain about the noise may not get aware that majority of the noise is from the boat and other parties held across the other side of the hotel and is not within the hotel's control.

Couples Tower Isle is the perfect resort for mature couples and groups seeking a serene, less-hectic pace and genuinely friendly service. My wife and I had a truly relaxing experience.
The resort shines in its amenities. The gym is one of the best-equipped I've seen on the island—a major plus for fitness enthusiasts. Dining was abundant and delicious, with flexible options: breakfast starts at 7:30 AM; lunch runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM; and a convenient grill operates from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. A delightful, all-day ice cream station is also located right next to the grill!
Service is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help, which contributed greatly to the relaxed atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed and maintained with twice-daily housekeeping. We appreciated the fully stocked refrigerator, replenished daily with beer, sodas, and various juices, and the convenience of room service.
While the pace is relaxed, there is plenty to do. Guests can enjoy a wide array of beach activities and nightly entertainment.
We met numerous repeat visitors, some on their third trip, and we understand why they keep coming back. If you're looking for an intimate, small-resort getaway where you won't feel lost in the crowd, this is the place. Highly recommended

We stayed at this resort for 7 days at the end of January 2025. The rooms were basic but clean, the beds comfy and the AC worked great. This may be a small resort but the views are gorgeous. The staff was great. This was the 9th time I had been to Jamaica, and this resort had the best food! We also signed up for the Couples Rewards and were able to spend a day at the sister resort down the street, Couples San Souci. That was a great perc as it changed it up a little and made us want to try out the other resort too at another time.

Let me start with TahJay and Bernard. This two were awesome. The entire staff is great but Bernard greeted us eveytime we saw him with Warmth and TahJay is a young man who makes lovely drinks and enjoys his job. These 2 were and are a reason my wife and I will return (along with the other staff we encountered). There was a young lady who made me her own concoction of RUM and Vodka (vodka twist possibly) and WOW. Unfortunately I only had her for one night but she was memorable.
The beach is great but it wasn't until we decided to venture to the ".Oh Naturale Island" where were truly found our relaxation. [end🤫🫣🤩]
The room was the lack luster at best with the bathroom lay out not making much sense IMO. But, we didn't come 2230 km to sit in a room.
There are many more high points than low so go, stay enjoy the sights and warmth of the grand culture that is Jamaica.
Lastly, tipping I guess is not required apparently (which makes no sense due to these folks working so hard) but take time to acknowledge those who go above and beyond there call and show them a little love with a "gift".

We recently stayed at Couples Turtle Isles and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional experience—this resort truly deserves every one of its five stars!
First and foremost, the housekeeping services were extraordinary. The meticulous attention to detail and consistent excellence set a new standard for hospitality. In fact, the housekeeping team’s dedication and high standards could serve as a global benchmark for how hotel housekeeping should be conducted.
A huge shout-out also goes to the executive chef, who went above and beyond to accommodate our special dietary requests, particularly our craving for breadfruit,. His thoughtfulness and culinary expertise made our stay even more delightful and memorable.
Additionally, the bellhop team deserves special mention. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and eagerness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere right from the moment we arrived.
We also want to extend a special thanks to our wonderful driver who took us back to the airport at 7 AM on June 9. Though we unfortunately don’t remember his name, his amazing sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and safe driving made the typically tedious airport transfer exceptionally enjoyable and memorable.
The resort itself provided incredible entertainment and a unique, relaxing vibe that’s both chill and effortlessly cool. Couples Turtle Isles offers an experience you simply won’t find elsewhere—one that’s enjoyable, stress-free, and genuinely special.
We can’t wait to return!

Our stay here was simply amazing. The resort is beautiful and the service was excellent. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, but we especially want to praise the entertainment team. **Rosario L** went above and beyond to make our vacation so much fun and special. Disappointed by the Decline in Standards at Sandals Ochi
Having previously enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sandals Ochi, I was disheartened to find that the resort no longer lives up to the high standards it once upheld. Unfortunately, our recent experience fell short in several key areas, particularly in customer service and overall guest experience.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a room that had a strong mildew odor. While the staff did accommodate our request to change rooms without issue, the new room presented its own challenges — no hot water, flickering lights that eventually failed completely, and repeated maintenance issues throughout our stay.
The level of service from the butler team was especially disappointing. Unlike our previous visit, where our butler Romeo went above and beyond to ensure we were informed of daily activities, had snacks and refreshments awaiting us, and felt genuinely cared for, this time our assigned butlers were largely unresponsive. Requests were met with audible sighs over the phone, and even basic tasks — such as completing our weekly planner or cleaning our private pool — were either delayed or ignored entirely.
The resort grounds, once immaculately maintained, now appear neglected. We observed more staff members on-site, yet many seemed disengaged, often standing around in conversation rather than attending to guests or upkeep. The golf carts, previously reserved for transporting guests and staff with operational duties, are now frequently used by employees for personal transit, leaving guests to walk without assistance. When I asked one staff member for a ride, I was told, “That’s not how it works,” though he reluctantly agreed to help.
Room service was unreachable despite multiple attempts, and the dining options have noticeably diminished in variety and quality. The revised menu lacks the diversity we once appreciated, which further added to our dissatisfaction.
Given the premium price point of this resort, we expected a level of service and hospitality that reflects the Sandals brand. Sadly, this experience has left us deeply disappointed, and we are now exploring alternative all-inclusive resorts for future vacations.

Spent fabulous time doing gym work, Pilates, aqua aerobics and stretching classes with Shereka who was absolutely amazing. Fabulous instructor, helpful and great fun to spend time with. You must visit her classes if you stay at Sandals Ohio Rios. At the beach sports centre Glenroy was super helpful and informative, big thank you to him for the help with my paddle boarding

We had an amazing time on vacation. The staff at Sandals Negril was awesome. We had a room in the longshore building and we were happy with it. The mattress was too hard for our liking but the staff got us a mattress topper which solved the problem. The Club Sandals concierge was available to answer our questions and help with reservations. All of the restaurants were good and the food was great. We didn't have a bad meal on property. There are some vendors on the beach, but once you say "no thanks" they walk away. Shoutout to Ashlee- one of the servers at Barefoot and Crema (and Bayside) - she was great. Very funny and personable.
The beach chairs right next to the ocean were usually reserved by butlers, but if you got up early enough, you could leave your towels there and have those seats.
This was our first Jamaican vacation and it didn't disappoint. Can't wait to go back!

Our experience here was excellent. As noted, the sunsets in Negril are amazing. Our view of the ocean was amazing. The service from our Butlers, Damion and Basil, was great. The loyalty and Island Routes team were amazing. We enjoyed our entire week. The one difference with the locations outside of Montego Bay is the drive to the resort.

We just returned Saturday Oct 11th 2025 and Sandals Negril is an incredible experience! The resort property is beautiful, natural and very well maintained. This is our 4th Sandals visit (2xbahamas 1xbeaches negril) and the quality of service and food is outstanding and I think it’s why they have alot of returning guests. Special shoutout to Hudari(I think that was his name) that we met at arrival and helped us to our room, he was incredibly helpful and we got to see him Saturday when we left. All the resort staff is really nice and they do whatever they can to make sure you’re taken care of ! I would definitely recommend and would love to return to Sandals Negril, however am very eager to check out all the Sandals properties!
Food is incredible especially at Brava, this is above average food for a resort as all the restaurants were, reservations were easy to get even the morning of the same day. Crema coffee was incredible and the girls worked hard to keep the wait time short.

Cons: Make sure when booking you ask if your room has a balcony if it’s important to you, not all rooms have balconies which was very surprising to us.

Better jerk! We’ve been to Jamaica 8 times and would have loved to have a jerk hut or something a bit more legit then was offered at Perla. Not to say the one at Perla wasn’t good, it just didn’t seem as legit as we’ve had in Jamaica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Sandals. We booked a few excursions through the resort and had a great time. The food was lack luster but our service was always good. I’d say the food across the resort was 6/10. We also asked to move rooms due to construction and they moved us immediately and allowed us to check the room first before moving our belongings. We had a great time taking photos on the beach and along the walkways. And we would highly recommend the extra cost of a dinner on the beach. However, after we returned home and had purchased many photos, we could not access them. After a week of emails and a phone call to Epix, they refunded us for losing our photos. Precious memories gone. Devastating and heartbreaking. We still would stay again, but probably wouldn’t bother with photography. We would’ve taken more photos of ourselves there had we known. We recommend bringing some cash to tip drivers, staff, etc.

It would help if a more noticeable sign is placed outside the resort to assist with identifying the entrance. Didn't enjoy the beach as it was not sandy but instead muddy.

Couples has always been a favourite for my husband and I. This last visit was below expectations. While we know it's an older hotel, the flora and fauna is always breathtaking and added to the attraction for us. Then the food was always 5 stars. The food this time was disappointing. The buffet dinner was blah and the best meal we had which I would give 4 🌟 would be at Casanova. Even that was underwhelming comparing to our last visit this year. Now I think they have lost a few notches for us, so Sandals in undoubtedly now our #1.

Traveling queen
A decent stay, but not quite what we expected.
The rooms were noticeably outdated and showed signs of wear, including visible water damage and a general lack of upkeep. While the resort is marketed as a smaller, more boutique-style property, it felt more like a standard hotel due to the number of rooms and overall layout.
Despite its larger size, the resort didn’t feel overly crowded, and we rarely encountered many other guests. However, this is not a luxury property—the atmosphere and amenities are more casual. The dining options reflected this as well: meals were simple and familiar rather than gourmet or high-end. The main buffet offered a typical selection of comfort foods, suitable for picky eaters or vegetarians, though not ideal for those seeking an upscale culinary experience.
A nice touch was the nightly entertainment during dinner, which added some liveliness and atmosphere to the evenings without being intrusive.
The beach itself was beautiful, with soft sand and clear water, but it is not private, which meant frequent interruptions from local vendors selling jewelry, jet ski rentals, or other items. This made it difficult to fully relax at times.
Another enjoyable detail was the self-serve ice cream station, perfect for cooling off during the day.
Overall, a good option for travelers seeking a simple, budget-friendly stay with a bit of nightly entertainment, but those looking for luxury, privacy, or a true boutique feel may want to explore other options

My husband and I had never been to Jamaica before and we absolutely LOVED the resort and staff. We met other amazing couples from all over the states who had been coming back to the resort year after year and offered lots of insight!
The food at each of the restaurants was great. Well seasoned and authentic. The staff were attentive and efficient.
We decided to do a Garden room and that did not disappoint. The view was lovely and serene. The room was clean and always stocked. The house keepers made sure you always had what you needed without asking.
The pool was a perfect temperature and the swim up bar was always fully stocked!
Of course I can’t forget to compliment how clean the beach was! It was beautiful and well kept. Clear water and nothing but sand!
Needless to say, we will absolutely be coming back!

My husband ( a Jamacia Native) and I spent a full week at this resort for our anniversary and it was spectacular. From the door we felt right at home. From the assistance of the front desk ladies, wonderful service and cuisine in all of the dining areas, creativity and cleanliness of the housekeepers ; we were treated swell. There was always something fun to experience in the evenings as well.
The beach area is crisp and clean with clear seas .We're planning to experience the other campuses across the island as we speak. Thank you all for one the best vacations ever.

The resort had amazing food choices, from the curry to the gluten free. This resort had more gluten free options than I've ever seen in any restaurant. They catered to allergies and were very helpful. As far as being waited on, it just wasn't there. Compared to resorts in Mexico where you're waited on at every moment, it did set me back a bit. They say tips are forbidden at this resort, but tips are expected from the moment you arrive at the airport till you arrive back at the hotel. One of the memorable moments was the GLASS BOTTOM BOAT tour! Our guides were amazing.

This is our second time at this property and it never disappoints! Relaxing vibe and great service. All of the water sports are included so it’s great to go on a catamaran cruise one day, sail the next, enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, peddle boarding (aka water bike) and more! We were there for 5 days and each day was different with the activities, entertainment and dining options.
This time we were able to attend the repeaters dinner which was a luxury cocktail reception, upscale dining, topped off with a beach bonfire. This was the perfect, romantic way to celebrate our anniversary after honeymooning here 10 years ago!

I had an amazing experience at the resort. I got married there last week and everything was great. I especially appreciate the staff specifically the wedding staff (Rochelle and Desmont) who were very professional and accomodating. They made my day go so smooth and I'm grateful for that. The night entertain (I do not remember the band's name) but they were awesome and full of energy. The massages at the spa across the street was great and I usually hate massages. The makeup artist the day of my wedding did a fantastic job. I showed her my inspo photo and she did exactly what I asked for. The atomsphere is just relaxing and I honestly wish we would have booked more time there. I almost forgot to mention that the different varieties of food was great as well and I highly reccomend the private dinner on the beach. The beach in the daytime is absolutely breathtaking. We were extremely pleased with everything and may spend our 1st anniversary there.

Our second visit to CSA. T he beach & clear water cannot be beat! It was off-season so the resort was less crowded-which was a bonus. Although with this bonus came less amenities as a restaurant & bars were closed. It's a trade-off based on what you like.
The staff were somewhat less helpful & friendly than our priorities stay, which was disappointing. The food at Feathers, Lemongrass and the ala carte nights at The Palms were impeccable!

Many issues — mostly the staff being extremely rude and not accommodating. But the most important problem happened the night before check-out: we got sick, so we went to the lobby, and they kindly gave us two Advils — one for me and one for my husband!!!!!
The next morning, on check-out day, everything seemed fine. We asked for two more Advils just to get us through until we could see a doctor. They took us to the “nurse,” who asked what symptoms we had. We said just a cough and a mild fever. She told us to buy syrup from the gift shop. We checked, but there weren’t any good options, so we went back to the lobby and asked again for Advil until we could speak to our doctor.
They refused to give us any, with no explanation. Once we checked out, they still wouldn’t give us two Advils — something worth maybe $0.20 — after we had spent thousands there.
Really bad experience overall. Shameful.

I enjoyed my time at couples swept away except for a few things.
Positives:
The location was very nice, I really enjoyed being able to walk right on the long strip of the beach every single day. The food availability of food at almost all hours was great, I never felt rushed to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. The health and wellness center was also great. A lot of equipment to choose from at the gym and many other athletic options to choose from.
Negatives:
The lack of lighting in the room. The only working lights in our room was the overhead lights on the bathroom vanity and the bedroom vanity. (and entrance/hallway). The bedside lights never worked and when we asked for it be resolved, nothing happened.
The bathroom needed some obvious upgrading but it looks like they are in the process of doing that in some of the buildings. Our iron was also broken and leaking water (all over the suite that needed to be worn in a few hours) but they were able to replace that within 30 minutes.
I'm also curious about the privacy of some of these rooms, the first room we had, all 3 walls facing the outside had shutters that you would need to open since there was little to no lights in the room.
Overall I'm not sure if I would stay here again (not soon anyway) since it looks like they are in the process of doing some updates on the resort. Hopefully these issues are taken into consideration because I think it is a beautiful resort and the location is excellent as well.

I must say the staff at Sandals Royal Caribbean were exceptional and there was a very high staff to guest ratio. I was greeted by a cold wet flannel and a drink which was exactly what the doctor ordered. Please note I arrived at 11am and check in was for 3pm. They stored my luggage and was more than happy to assist me with settling in on the premises until my room was ready. The room was exquisite, the only downside was that the gentleman that took me to my room spoke so fast and could have taken time to explain things a little more as I felt lost on the first night there. Throughout the stay, staff members went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, special thank to all the staff in Cricketer's pub, you were all superb. My house keeper Terry-Ann was so lovely, thanks again.
The highlight of my trip though was Patricia at front desk. I had a late flight back home and stayed on the premises until it was time to leave. I was told earlier my a team member that I could use that facilities at the gym to have a shower and get changed. Patricia, however gave me access to a room to have a shower and get changed. Now, that is what you call going above and beyond. Thank you so so much and I cannot wait to come again as this was an absolutely breathtakingly epic experience, PS the fire dance was incredible!

Sandals Royal Carribean did not disappoint.
Shadeen (wedding planning office) went above and beyond. To add some further detail, my wife and I had been planning our vowel renewal in Jamaica through Sandals and it was poor. HOWEVER, as soon as we get to the resort Shadeen makes it look effortless and there is no stress. Her attention to detail and "customer first" approach is great. She made our vowels renewal exactly what we wanted, thank you Shadeen you were amazing! Our butlers lan and Nicole were exceptional and in all honesty they made our stay. Both made our individual birthdays special and made us feel special on each.
To be honest, I think if we didn't have lan and Nicole I don't think our stay would of been what it was, they were amazing, friendly, professional and easy going, thank you both.
The maintenance team on the beach were also great and keep the beach in pristine condition whilst also being pleasant and professional.
Few comments for improvement.
My wife and I went to the sushi restaurant in Montego Bay and was met with abit of hostility when asking for Perrier water that we had thought our butler had arranged, it was as if the server w looking down on us, however she did warm u wards the end.

My husband and I stayed five days at Sandals Royal Caribbean for our Anniversary. This is a beautiful resort, very relaxing if you are looking for a relaxing resort with all the amenities. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants serve good food, the grounds are well maintained. The ocean view is awesome. Can't wait to go back next year. The hospitality is awesome 👍

Our Sandals vacation in Montego Bay at Royal Caribbean was really great. The resort was not as big as our first experience at St. Lucia, but we had a great time celebrating with our friends for their 10th wedding anniversary. Our Butler, Andre (Bossi) was superb and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable, worry-free time. He was attentive to our needs, anticipated our desires, and went the extra mile to help us celebrate with banners, flowers, and signs posted for the anniversary. The food was good and our server, Princess, at the Bombay resort was so delightful that we requested her on our return visit to the restaurant. The entertainment was very nice and we are already looking towards the next Sandals location.

We've had an amazing experience at this "adult only" vacation resort. It's absolutely beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful, and I felt completely "safe" at all times. Although, very discreet, you see security personnel stationed in various locations throughout the resort and beach area to ensure only the guests are on-site. Lush greenery, well-manicured grounds and flowers. Absolutely a "must" for couples who truly want to relax in a more calm, mature and peaceful setting. This resort is also close to the airport, about a 15 minute ride, but yet, a wonderful setting. We talked with "seasoned Sandals travelers," i.e., throughout their lives they've spent 350 nights in Sandals resorts and said they prefer "Royal Carribean" because of the resort size, proximity to the airport, and the overall experience! We are on our way to South Coast Resort, White House, Jamaica for 4 more nights, so we shall see what that experience is like next. By the way, the food is awesome, especially the Indian Restaurant Bombay, French Restaurant Le Jardienier, and the Carribean Restaurant Spices as well as the Italian Restaurant. This has been a wonderful experience! What are you waiting for? Book the experience already!!!!!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Super friendly staff that made you feel like family. Very welcoming and inviting. They all introduced themselves to us and always remembered our names. I will of course recommend this to anyone who comes to visit Ocho Rios. The amenities were amazing as well. from the nightly dessert selections placed in our room, the paddle boards kayaks and sailboats, there were just so many fun things to enjoy. we were also able to stay for the Tuesday night meet and greet with all the staff and managers and an open bar, and then a very lovely dinner on the beach in a buffet format. There was also Thursday movie night which had a nice James Bond movie displayed on a large projector out on the beach. overall, if I could give this higher than five stars I would! It was the best resort I've ever stayed and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I must say this place is absolutely perfect!! Not a single complaint. The wife and I are frequent travelers. We travel several times a year. I will have to say that this place is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We have stayed at huge all inclusives and luxury villas. But this place trumps all of them. We love how small and private it is. (Which explains why so many celebrities choose to stay here) The rooms are very clean with stunning views. The service is excellent. Staff know privacy and space. They don’t overwhelm you but are very attentive. Once you choose a place to relax on the beach and go for a swim, within minutes they set up your chairs with towels and linen. The food was delicious . The waiters know how to properly seat people with privacy and space in mind. All the staff are clean and professional. They have a beautiful sweet Labrador named Shadow that spends all day on the property and knows basic commands and loves to swim and fetch. Fun fact: Shadow is their 5th generation pet! You can grab her leash and hang out with her for as long as you like. She’s super sweet. I met one of the owners and he was very approachable and was very attentive of your needs. The wife and I have been looking for a place where we can come to every 6 months for 5 days to reboot since our business is so demanding. We found it!!! I am super excited to become a familiar face and establish great relationships with the staffs. The Morrows Family has owned this place since the 50’s and you can tell what their vision is. To be a place of privacy, safety and most of all relaxation. I highly recommend this place. I am now a regular customer at The Jamaica Inn. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful experience. See you in 6 months!!!

Favorite place in the world. I have been coming for 13 years now and although the dear people I met there are no longer with us, the memories will never end. Impossible to mention all the things I love about Jamaica Inn, here are just a few: « Welcome home » greeting upon coming in, veranda suite which feels like home, opening the shutters first thing in the morning to the beautiful light, walking barefoot across the lawn to the sandy beach to the warm water, « Blue mountain » coffee in the morning, afternoon tea, cocktail on the terrace under the stars with the sound of tree frogs… it’s the place where my soul feels at home and longs to be back. The only thing I wish for is the time-share option, so I could spend 2-3 months a year there 🤗

We went on our honeymoon and I expected a lot more than what we received. First let's start with the room. It was nice sized and right on the beach with a great bathroom. Negatives about the room is the ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work. The AC does not go below 68 so during the day it can not keep up and the rooms feel very humid. Cools down ok at night. Then we also had the honeymoon package added which we did not get. Next the service was decent. Most of the bartenders were fairly rude and took awhile to get you a drink. As for restaurants we tried them all. Nothing really stuck out and really made us want to come back. Our favorite was Soy which is a Sushi bar restaurant but it also had the longest wait. One night almost waited 2 hours just for some soup and sashimi. Now for location it is fantastic, you are literally right on the beach and we spent most of our days in the ocean or longue by a pool until dinner time. Very relaxing and beautiful. I would go back but so upgrades are definitely needed

The experiences we encountered during this trip was so ridiculous I would never step foot in Jamaica. I was so excited to finally experience Sandals since it was highly recommended. From start to finish the staff was HORRIBLE. We were ignored to the point when we asked for help or service at the pool we got big attitudes. One of the staff members told us “ we could get our own drinks “ even though she was going around being friendly and attending to everyone else. We were so turned off by the aggressive remarks that we didn’t ask for nothing. One of the members of the trip wanted to speak to a manager about the service we have been experiencing all weekend , that was a joke, her attitude was worse than her staff. We have been so polite and tried to just wing it but even to the last minute when getting on the bus to go back home from the resort one of the men, don’t recall his name had hazel eyes was putting us on the bus and checking us off loudly said Get on the bus let’s go. He said it so loudly I was so shocked. He seem annoyed and was so aggressive. The only staff member that was nice was a man named Ian and the bartender towards the end she felt so bad for us cause she was the only one that we would try and look for to ask for help. We gave her all the tips we could because it was a breath of fresh air to get a nice person in that place.

Had to move rooms 3 times during our 3 night stay since the first room was infested with flies, mosquitos, and slugs. There were dead bugs on the bed and pillows when we got there. We were waiting for a new room for hours and got upgraded to a nicer suite (they should’ve just left us there) but nope. Kelsey found us the next day and told us we needed to move immediately to a different room. We got our things packed and then needed to wait for the other room to be ready. The third room we moved to still had bugs and a gross musty/vinegar smell that was embedded into the wood but we didn’t want to move again so we stayed. They lost someone in our party’s luggage for 2+ hours. There weren’t only bugs in our room, but they were everywhere around the resort. When eating at the buffet, swarms of flies would follow you, and granted everything is outside, its an abnormal amount of bugs that leads you to believe it’s a cleaning issue. The only food that was good was the omelette station at the buffet, the jerk chicken shack and most things from Soy. Every time we spoke with staff, they were rude, arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful. For how much money you’re paying per night, the staff, food, and accommodations should be top notch. Also, not to mention you are right next to the airport and hear planes landing and taking off at all hours of the day. We will never go back, we came to the Half Moon resort and this trip did a complete 180. Clean rooms, attentive and kind staff, and the food is AMAZING. It is not all inclusive but the price difference makes up for it. Don’t go to Sandals!!

I will start by saying those who complain- you’re the problem
1. You can’t get any better than being 7 minutes from the airport with a prompt pickup after sliding through Club Mobay
2. The second we hit the resort (this is our 7th Sandals stay) everyone could not have been nicer, every single person/staff we encountered would say hi- ask how the day was- if we needed anything
3. The food actually was pretty good. Keep in mind- portions are smaller than home (which is prob for the best) but we didn’t have a bad meal. Got into Butchs twice/ they recently updated their menu and I LOVED IT (also they now offer a sit down breakfast which I think is new)
4. Get the signature roll from Soy
5. Get the Espresso Martini from the bar next to Soy/Butchs
6. To our butlers Dalton & Cassandra. Thank you. Thank you for being the warm, stress free energy we both needed. Thank you for the incredible lunches, the small details that made our anniversary trip unforgettable and the daily hugs (Cassandra). You have the most tiring job but you do it with a smile on your face and I wanted to let you know how much you are appreciated

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica and visiting Sandals and we were EXTREMELY dissatisfied. We were not made aware that the hotel was under renovations which blocked several views that was promised in the lobby and restaurants. The room was okay - bed was super uncomfortable. I expected more for a honeymoon suite room. My boyfriend now fiancé planned a beautiful proposal on the beach and hired their photographer AND HE MISSED THE MONEY SHOT. The picture of him on his knee on the beach was not taken and the next day when we saw the pictures the staff and manager had big attitudes and we basically had to beg for them to comp us just $400. The proposal and photographer was hundreds of dollars more than that. They wasted several hours of our last night and morning “waiting for a manager” Christopher (one of the 3 managers we talked to) who still couldn’t do anything and had to escalate things more but it would take more time. Staff rude especially at the photo place - DO NOT GET KEVIN AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get managements attention. We sent an email to Vernon Johnson the General Manager in hopes to get compensation for the money my fiancé paid for the photographer. Doubt we’d get a response. I am an avid traveler and a travel agent. You are better off staying at a nicer resort where you can’t hear airplanes taking off every 30min.

It's not the building, views, or even the food that keep us coming back. We just completed our sixth stay here over the past 15 years and some of the same employees are still there. Getting to know the staff is truly the best part. The managers, Omar and Marvin, are running this place as if it was their own home. Always checking on guests by name, checking the food, and really caring about the experience. You will certainly find prettier rooms with fancy bathrooms all over the Caribbean, but you'll never find better hospitality and personalized service.
If you want anything all, just ask. They'll do it! Special lunch? Unique drink? Just ask!
They even provided coffee beans in my room so I could grind my own coffee. Those little touches make all the difference in the world.

We’ve been to various sandals and SRP is by far our favorite. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. You feel so welcomed! I believe it all starts with Omar the GM who I cannot say enough about. The fact he knows every guest by name is amazing! He walks around and is present even made ice popsicles 😁 as I told him he should make them and did not disappoint. Our butlers, Duwainey and Richard are out of this world with class and we call them our friend!!! Another individual I want to mention is Simone who gave so much of herself not only to us but to all the guests. This is our second visit to SRP and looking forward to our next visit August 2026.

I apologize in advance for the length of this email but I would be remiss in not giving a shout out to you and your staff.......
I am not sure where to begin to thank you and your amazing staff for probably our best vacation ever. Your energy is palpable and it reflects in each and every staff member we encountered throughout the week. I hope they all know how appreciated each and every one of them are to us.
I am sure I will miss some names here but I'd like to give a shout out to those we have known over the years and those that we met for the first time this year. They are all special people and each one went out of their way to make this trip special for us.
I start with Andre and Johovan. They are nothing short of amazing. We consider them friends and family. Their attention to detail, their spirit, all of the special touches throughout our stay were just wonderful. I can't imagine a vacation there without them.
Sherril holds a very special place in our hearts. She was one of our very first butlers in 2014 and her infectious laugh and spirit continue to warm our hearts. Even though we were not her guests, she took time for us to catch up and reminisce over the past and it was lovely.
In 2023 we met dear Vanya at The Terrace and we were thrilled to see her again this year. She has the most wonderful warm smile. We were also blessed to see Tiana and Stephne and we met Sherika for the first time and enjoyed her lovely personality at The Terrace and The Grill.
We also met Sheena, Giovanni and Romaine for the first time at dinner and they were so warm and engaging.
In 2023 we also met dear Chevon (Chevy) up in La Papillon. He holds a corner of our hearts and we were thrilled to reconnect with him again this year. He brings pure joy to everything he does.
To Chef Martin and Chef Vinroy, we cannot thank them enough for the wonderful food they produced each and every day and the special lobster dishes (yum!) and of course our private meal on our balcony. They are simply spectacular!
A huge shout out goes to Daniello, Trevardo and Romaine down at the beach. We have known them for many years and they are fantastic beach butlers. They made our time down on the beach so much fun. They are all three wonderful individuals and work so very hard.
Of course there is the Wobbly Peacock. It was wonderful to reconnect with Tressel. She makes the #1 espresso martini I have ever had anywhere! There of course was also Garnet, Junior and Jlee. All of them were so much fun!
At the spa, Dianna was fantastic and it was a pleasure spending some time with Trecia, the head of the spa.
To Marvin.... he was and has always been a great person to have conversation with and his love for what he does clearly shows in everything he touches.
I huge shout out to our room attendant, Nariesha. She was always so polite and clearly cared greatly for her job as she had amazing attention to detail throughout our stay. I hope we can have her again in 2026!
There are also all of the beach attendants who took care of the beach each day. I wish I had their names. I would watch them prepare the beach each morning and it was just amazing what great care they took to make the beach ready for everyone every morning.

Before we got to the resort, I was concerned about making the right choice. I worried it would be too small and quiet for me and my partner. The pictures do not do it justice,
After a couple of days of being there, the resort stole my heart. It is truly a magical place.
The beach is beautiful and so calm. The hotel is so elegant and charming, I lived on champagne and lobster pure heaven, but the best bit of this wonderful place is the staff, you can tell they're all really happy there and all love their jobs, our butlers were amazing they made us feel like royalty, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I felt really emotional there as it was just perfect I really did not want to come home, the royal plantation will always hold a special place in my heart

Very luxurious and premium all inclusive resort. My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and will be back! This is an all butler Sandals property and Omar and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. You don't have to lift a finger if you don't want to. Hospitality is the name of the game at this resort! The staff know you by your name and really care about your stay. The food and entertainment is also top notch! Our room was very clean and tidy, not to mention comfortable! I love the overall layout of the resort as well as the overall size of the resort. It's a smaller resort, but it's very well done. A must stay!!!

From the moment we arrived at Beaches Resort, we knew we were in for something special. The welcome was warm, with refreshing drinks and genuine smiles from the staff who made us feel like VIPs from day one. **The Resort & Accommodations:**
Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a stunning ocean view that felt like something out of a postcard. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive, and the little touches—like towel animals for the kids and a well-stocked mini-fridge—made a big. The food was *outstanding*. With so many restaurants to choose from, we never had to repeat a meal unless we wanted to (and we definitely went back for seconds at Soy Sushi Bar and The Jerk Shack!). Whether it was gourmet dining or a casual beachfront lunch, the quality and variety were excellent. Even the pickiest eaters in our group found their favorites.
What truly set this vacation apart was the **service**. Every single team member—from waitstaff to kids’ club counselors—was warm, helpful, and eager to make our stay perfect. The level of hospitality we experienced is hard to put into words—it felt like everyone genuinely cared about our experience.
Beaches Resort gave us more than just a vacation—it gave us quality time together, laughter, relaxation, and memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a worry-free, luxury all-inclusive that caters to every member of the family, look no further. We’re already planning our return trip!

We just spend 6 days at Beaches Negril as a family of 4. It was our first time staying here for an extended stay and my kids first time to Jamaica. This vacation was literally perfection! 7 mile beach is stunning - there are so many starfish, stingrays, fish, etc.... that you see, even if you never leave the harbor. If you choose to utilize water sports (which you absolutely should), you get to experience even more stunning sea life. The resort has the best hospitality I have ever experienced in the Caribbean, hands down. The staff is all so kind. They truly become family and were all so tuned in to the kids. They remembered my kids names after day 1. Would also check in to make sure they were having fun and knew of the kids activities going on. The food was delicious. The rooms were perfect! I could not recommend this resort enough! Thank you Beaches Negril for giving us a wonderful week in Jamaica!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Beaches Negril! We have a family of 5, 13 yr old, 10 yr old and 6 yr old and they had a wonderful time! The room was very clean and close to everything. The food was excellent. I would say the servings were a bit small but you can order more of it, so that doesn't really matter. I would say my kids would have liked more snack options throughout the day as they only have meal places and the yogurt shop. The kids loved the yogurt shop and they want 2x a day! The service was great and everyone was so helpful and nice! The hotel is at least 90 minutes from the airport which was a negative for us as my daughter gets car sick so the ride there and back was difficult for her. Wish it was a bit closer. The pool and water park and the beach were very clean. All in all the trip was great and would love to return again!

My family and I just returned from a vacation at Beaches Negril, this was our first time at a Beaches resort but we are frequent Sandals goers. When we arrived at the airport the lounge was full but we were greeted and checked in to wait for the ride to the resort quickly. When we arrived at the resort we went to the concierge lounge and they discussed everything with us and we were off to our room which I loved, no long waiting. The room was great for our family of 5, we don't normally complain about the room because we are barely in it. The only issue we had with the room was that the air conditioner started leaking and we called to have someone come check it out because it left a puddle in the room area by the closet but no one came to check on it and it did that for 2 days, it would stop at night though which was weird. Housekeeping was great they came everyday and cleaned the room and I loved the nightly turndown service.
The entertainment was great I loved that there were activities and music at the pool all day gave a great vacation vibe. The nightly entertainment though needed some work it was nice that they had a variety of shows but to me they were lackluster. We did love the Sesame Street show for the kids it was nice and the Broadway show was the best, Delly and Alexia made it an extraordinary experience. I loved Delly's personable personality and he was fun and engaging every time he saw my husband on resort he would yell out "Charles" which made us feel like we weren't going unnoticed. Another disappointment was the after party for adults at Liquid's we stayed up one night to go and there was no DJ in there and the bartender that was in there looked bored to death. I think that could be a good after hour spot but it needs to be a DJ in there and an attentive and energetic bartender. The best dinner we had was at Kimono's I am so glad that we were able to go there. We also ate breakfast at Stella which was great as well, the other food was just mediocre at best and The Mill's buffet is quite disappointing compared to other buffets I've had at other resorts, not a wide variety of foods and the fruit was awful. The food that they did offer was not that good. We also ate at the Jerk Shack which was just ok the chicken was not giving jerk chicken it was giving chicken with a sauce on it, but I loved the fish in foil, it was delicious, Kerry Ann was attentive and even got us some fries when they weren't on the menu and kept making sure we were good while we ate there. We also ate at the BBQ Park and it was not that good, the burger I ordered the bun was old and falling apart and the pulled pork was not good the flavor and bbq sauce, YUCK! I enjoyed the frozen yogurt shop though. We also ate at Marachi's and it was just ok as well the beef fajitas that I got were just okay but the servers we had there were EXCELLENT Andrea and Kaylia they made the experience a great one aside from the mediocre food. My kids really loved Sweetie's where you can get the ice cream from the machine they went there several times a day, I loved that little touch as well. Then Nickesha from the sales office gave me a tour of the resort and the eventides villa which was great she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I love the fact that there is a children's center for children with autism as I work with children and see how children with special needs can be looked over but not at this resort and I love that. I really enjoyed the resort over all I would recommend the resort to others looking for a family vacation the only thing that would deter me from coming back is the long ride to and from the resort, it takes up a whole day. I'm happy we came to this resort and my kids definitely enjoyed themselves. Lastly all the staff are so friendly and welcoming that makes for a pleasant stay as well because it is a warm and welcoming vibe.

I’ve been coming to Sandals and Beaches resorts for the past 10 years, and now I’ve started bringing my kids to Beaches as well. Every experience has been great, and the staff have always been wonderful.
On our most recent trip to Beaches Negril, one employee in particular really stood out — Marc Antony. Not only did my kids love him, but so did all the other children at the resort. He spent hours playing with them, splashing water, laughing, and just genuinely engaging with the kids. You could see the joy on their faces — they were smiling from ear to ear.
Every day, my kids couldn’t wait to get back to the water park just to hang out with him. As a small business owner myself, I know how rare it is to find an employee like that — someone with such a great attitude, strong work ethic, and fantastic personality.
It’s people like Marc Antony who make vacations truly memorable. I’d be lucky to have someone like him on my own team.

I stayed in this hotel resort recently. Loved it. Great staff. Very kind and attentive. No exceptions. It was a great facility. It was very charming. Felt like stepping back in time with very classic island decor. I heard that it was decorated by Ralph Lauren and I absolutely believe this to be true. Food was amazing. Staffed with Michelin star chefs. Shows every night. Beautiful beach, pool and water sports. Not the sort of place you go if you want to be rowdy.

The Villa was spectacular, the food was good, but not great, service was very good, but staff was actually too intrusive. The point of a villa is privacy, yet they wouod just walk on the grounds and into the villa constantly, it was ridiculous. But most importantly, and the reason I took a star off, was they listed a couples massage as $300, then charged $300 per person. As someone who has had countless massages, I have NEVER had that happen. It was truly outrageous.

All around amazing experience at Round Hill. The property is beautiful, timeless and pristine. The beach is perfect and the staff was fantastic. Special shout outs to Colleen, Shashana and the kitchen crew at Villa 10. They took great care of us, made breakfast an experience and kept the vibes high every morning. Also Bunny the groundskeeper at Villa 10 is an artist. Pristine property.
Owen on the bell staff was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to help us rent a guitar for the weekend.
Gavin was great on the concierge staff.
We also did a catamaran adventure one day. Thanks to Captain Sardine and his very fun crew. Shout out to Kenroy for guiding the snorkeling adventure and making it very memorable!
