Couples Negril was everything we needed and more. The property and beach were beautiful. It’s a smaller resort, so everything felt more quaint - not far to get to anywhere and no over crowding or having to save chairs. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Usually we don’t expect much out of the food of an all inclusive resort, but we were pleasantly surprised with the variety of dishes and the quality at all the restaurants. It was also such a huge plus to have the transport to and from the airport, all the water sports and the catamaran trip as part of the overall package. In addition - the entertainment was amazing. Each night had a great theme (casino night, beach party, reggae night) and the piano bar was SO fun. We also had the best couples massage of our lives in the treehouse overlooking the beach. So many people we spoke to were return visitors (some coming for 10+ years) and we will 100% become loyal customers too. We’re already looking into a trip next year. Jamaica is a beautiful country and we felt safe the entire time we were there. Book your trip ASAP. You won’t regret it.

My husband and I spent 9 Wonderful days at Couples Negril. They took care of Everything so all we had to do was relax and enjoy all of the beauty of this Caribbean Gem. If you are looking to spend special time with your partner, you cannot find a better resort. Every single staff member makes you feel welcome and special! Everyone from the grounds keepers to the management staff work very hard to make your stay relaxing and memorable. We wouldn't try any other. Thank you to all the awesome folks who made our stay special. 💓

Perfect spot on the Negril 7mile beach strip to avoid harassment. Clean, comfortable room with an extremely comfortable bed. I was able to leave my room from the patio door and run straight into the Caribbean Sea! A dream! Staff is pleasant. Food is tasty. Property is original Negril. A variety of trees and plants, giving you a variety of birds to watch and listen to. Terrazzo tiles. Copper and emerald detailing on the walls and furniture truly make this property feel like a gem. Just walking around is romantic in itself. They've also created lots of cute sitting areas around the property. While chilling in the sea you can see lots of pretty fish going by. Love the beach chair covers that float. The best!

First vacation at an all inclusive resort and Couples Negril did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival with happy faces and Champagne. And it just got better from there. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The entertainment was enjoyable. The view was spectacular! We only stayed four nights and regretted not booking for a longer stay. We will be back, and we will stay much longer.

Recently spent our honeymoon at this beautiful resort and had the time of our lives. The staff exceeded all our expectations and more with every little detail. A complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport, a cool flannel and champagne on arrival. Beautiful food, snacks and desserts and you are never left without a drink at the variety of bars. I have to shout out to the best bar tender ‘Charles’ who we absolutely loved! Made the best drink's and was such a warm and funny person. Our rooms were made lovely everyday and the resorts in general was clean and tidy. The evening entertainment was also amazing Mario looked after us very well whilst having our private dinner which was the most special experience. We’ll be back! :)

This is our first Sandals experience and I don’t think I would book Sandals again. The service has been really bad (restaurant service staff not offering to refill drinks when empty, restaurant staff forgetting ordered items, and staff being unpleasant). All staff do a great job at greeting you anytime you see them but any other service provided by staff I’m pretty disappointed in. Also a disappointment is the food, it’s a huge let down. It’s not very good and the lineups for served breakfast are huge, and the buffet breakfast is just gross. The Brava restaurant and the pizza place so far have been the best for quality food. The gym has been remodelled and has pretty nice equipment but there are no mats leaving you to stretch and do exercises on the floor, there are no resistance bands, and the water offered is warm. The pool areas are nice but the smaller more quiet pool is almost always reserved by other guests first thing in the morning and the main pool is pretty loud during the day. The beach is nice and they offer some water activities at no additional charge, which is a nice perk. Our room faces the road and the one window in the room we keep the blinds closed because it is on the walking path to the rest of the rooms on this row so we don’t get a lot of natural light in our room. But the bathrooms are really nice and the bed and linens are comfortable. I do love that this place is adults only but doesn’t hit the mark when it comes to luxury.

Just completed a 3 day stay January 4-7 Rooms were shabby at best, moldy grout & stained tiles in shower, outlet covers were cracked & our keys frequently did not work! The ceiling fans in common areas did not work. The food, drinks & service were great! I was hugely disappointed in the cleanliness of the grounds & pool! We've stayed at other high end resorts Secrets & Palace chains, and we truly expected more from Sandals due to their reputation & cost to stay there! I was expecting raked sand with their logo stamped in it & some special towel animals from housekeeping. It was also disappointing that restaurants require reservations. We were their for our sons wedding, and approximately 32 people attended! My mother had credit card fraud after purchasing photos from the resort photo shop. My nephew & his girlfriend complained for 4 days that their safe was broken, no one came to fix it, and ultimately they had money stolen from their room as a result (I was unaware of this until our return home or I'd have made sure their safe was fixed! They felt blown off because they're "kids" 23 years old) I personally feel it was not worth the cost, a lot of hype & not a lot of happening! Sandals you can & should do better😐 I'm not posting any photos due to the fact we were there for the wedding & time was limited to photo document complaints! Needless to say, the wedding was beautiful & we had a great time regardless of our disappointment!

For an all expenses paid trip, I was underwhelmed. Our rooms were delayed two hours, were rather plain. Not much in the ways of handicap accessibility. For food, much of it is good, but not great. Long waiting times, and several of the scheduling staff were frankly rude. We were there for a wedding, and I expected it to go much more smoothly than it did, for a resort that does several weddings a day. Small issues that should not have been a problem just were. Failed to even control the regular beach going locals from antagonizing the bridal party during the ceremony and photos. All in all, it was a beautiful place, and the excursions are very neat, but I would not return, and I will look at other Sandal's locations with hesitancy.

Our experience was overall great. The food and drinks were good and the resort was really clean. Just we’re not a huge fan of how pushy the staff are to get you to pay for extra services.

We stayed for one week in January - our first trip to Jamaica and our first trip to a Sandals. We would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys staying in a place that meets your every need. Rooms were clean and tidy, and we found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Food - variety and freshness - was great. We couldn’t have had a better time and we will definitely be back! Seemed very safe in spite of the Jamaica travel advisories, but we didn’t leave the resort (honestly it had everything we wanted for a week long stay) and travel to and from airport was provided by Sandals too, and it was great too. Fantastic trip with a good guide telling us about all the things we saw.

We had a group of 10 for Spring Break and the resort couldn't have been better. First off, the beach is amazing, its one of the largest that we have experienced at any Sandals or Beaches Resorts. Secondly, the pool and water parks are great for the kids. There is plenty of space and at no time were there lines or congestion. Finally, the food was just incredible. Every restaurant we ate at was really good. Our favorite was Yaku, it's a family style restaurant but be prepared to eat a lot! I also want to mention the staff, who were just incredible the entire time. They were so nice, and responded to any ask we had. My nephew turned one on the trip and when the staff learned that, they got him a cake and a party. Just a great surprise. We highly recommend this location!

We vacationed at Beaches Negril for one week. We went with two other families. We had seven kids ranging from five to eleven. It was phenomenal. I can't think of a single complaint. The food was abundant and delicious. There are multiple restaurants as well as some takeout style food trucks on the beach. I highly recommend doing a snorkeling excursion. The price is included. My favorite things: 1. The beach 2. Waterslides 3. Food 4. Night entertainment

What a fabulous vacation my family had. Booked the 4 bedroom suite with butler service. Our butlers, Deborha and Robert were out of site. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation

Our first all-inclusive resort stay and we loved it! Family friendly and so many options for things to do. It was fun trying all the different restaurants too. And the beach was awesome too. We did the snorkeling and loved it too. Would love to go back!

The resort needs to update the rooms. The appliances are outdated. The bathtub didn’t work, and the bathroom outlet was out. The toilet also leaked. We also saw a large roach in the bathroom. I called several times for them to fix the bathtub and bathroom outlet. The issue was never resolved. My three-year-old daughter was forced to shower for seven days instead of taking a bath. I could not blow dry or curl my hair because the outlet was not working. The food was good, and the entertainment was excellent five stars. We enjoyed every performance. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this resort entertainment and the beach. I hope you have a better experience with working appliances. Also, there are no room services.
