BestTimeToVisit

Morocco's wonderful sub-tropical climate means it enjoys sunshine throughout the year, with hot summers and mild winters. A great time to visit is during the spring months of March to May and the autumn months of September to October when conditions are warm and pleasant, hovering around 21°C to 25°C. This marvellous destination gets more than 3,000 hours of sunshine each year, which is ideal for getting out and about during your holiday, visiting Morocco's natural wonders and amazing historical and cultural attractions. Refreshing Atlantic breezes in coastal areas take the edge off the heat in the summer months of July and August, but temperatures in inland Marrakech can be scorching and uncomfortable, when the mercury can soar to 40°C. Winter temperatures in Morocco average a pleasant 12°C, making city breaks a popular choice for travellers wanting to escape the dark nights and chilly weather back home. The wettest month of the year is November when an average of 40.6mm of rain falls.
