Itinerary Highlights

Day 1 | September 23

Take off from London on your flight to Baku. On arrival, make your way to your 4-star hotel and make yourself at home. If you have time, you might like to visit the old town, with its medieval walls, ancient palace and historic mosques. In contrast, the futuristic Flame Towers are glistening beacons of Azerbaijan’s modernity and wealth, and are very easy to spot.

Day 2 | September 24

It’s the first day of your Formula 1 experience. Wake up and start preparing for what promises to be the start of an utterly unforgettable weekend. You’ll soon be making your way to Baku City Circuit, where proceedings will get underway with practice sessions 1 and 2, as the drivers get to grips with the street track in preparation for qualifying and the Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026.

Day 3 | September 25

Wake up ready for another day of Formula one action and excitement. Today you’ll get to watch the final practice session before qualifying begins and the drivers compete for grid positions and pole for tomorrow’s race. If you have any spare time before or after your visit to the Baku City Circuit, you might wish to discover some authentic Azerbaijani cuisine, with treats such as plov, piti and pakhlava among the local favourites.

Day 4 | September 26

The waiting is finally over. Race day is here and the excitement is building. When you’re up and ready, it’s time to make your way to the Baku City Circuit for the final time. Soak up the atmosphere and prepare for all the twists and turns, action and drama that lie ahead. Stick around after the race to watch the entertainment and fireworks as the curtain falls on a scintillating sporting occasion.

Day 5 | September 27

There might not be any motor racing, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself. Take advantage of a day of leisure to discover more of Baku’s sights and attractions. Keep the motor vehicle theme going with a trip to the Heydar Aliyev Centre, where you’ll find an exhibition showcasing a collection of presidential cars. Alternatively, you may prefer to step back in time at the city’s Historical Museum or visit Sharg Bazaar for a spot of shopping.

Day 6 | September 28

After an unforgettable Formula 1 experience, it’s time to say goodbye to Baku and Azerbaijan. Make sure you’re all packed up and make your way to the airport. You’ll soon be taking off with plenty of sensational memories and snaps to share with friends and family back home.

*Optional airport transfers are available upon request. The lead price of £1,099pp is based on two people sharing a room and a London flight. The cancellation of the F1 event (regardless of nature/reason) is beyond the control of Destination2 Ltd and should a refund through cancellation of the event itself be applicable, this will be offered to you. We will of course notify you as soon as reasonably practical should this situation occur, however, you accept this does not give automatic right to free cancellation of the accommodation, flight and transfer (if purchased) elements of your booking, which will operate as normal unless otherwise stated. We would specifically draw your attention to Section 34 of our terms and conditions in relation to this F1 offer, and you should note that F1 tickets are supplied to ourselves separately, therefore do not form part of your overall package holiday for the purposes of Package Travel Regulations.
