My experience was a great one. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They made us feel at home.
Jennifer our house keeper was really sweet and always made sure our room was neat and tidy.
Anastasia was a really fantastic, fun and friendly and we enjoyed dancing with her.
DJ Night also played music to accommodate us and that was awesome.
We had a really great experience and we will definitely recommend and come again.

The hotel grounds is beautiful and romantic in the night with the lights. The rooms are clean. The beach is nice and good with children because it is no getting fast deep. Around the hotel is one shop with almost everything what is necessary. In walk distance are about two restaurants. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately was the food (we had half board) not delicious.

We absolutely loved our time at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond, especially with our little one. The food was tasty, although breakfast could use a bit more variety. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the closet could use some reorganizing. The beach was a dream for kids – shallow and calm. The spa's beach view was breathtaking, and the massages were heavenly. Entertainment was great, with some shows at night or live music. Only hiccup was the all-inclusive offer; we hoped for snacks anytime at the pool bar, and some cocktails weren't included. Despite that, it was a fantastic stay!

Administrative staff were very warm and ever ready to help. Big thanks to the executive managers who made their best to make our stay a memorable.
But those in charge of the Food and Beverage service imperatively need to look into the TRAINING of the staff who comes checking into the minibar in the rooms as they knock and enter without waiting for the client to open the door : Once is enough and twice is way too much ... They need also to check the Celebration DATE. I was prompt enough to stop the birthday cake from coming to the table as they CONFUSED the birthday date which was to be celebrated on the following day !

Had a great stay at the hotel in February. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and particularly Sonny at reception and Rana in the bar.
Food was great and it was so nice to be served cocktails on the beach. I particularly liked the beach and the lagoon where you could swim safely. We also had a foot massage which was very relaxing.
