Brilliant hotel and great location. If we were to holiday in Florida again we would definitely come back here. The staff were pleasant upon arrival. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool area was brilliant, bar staff friendly and plenty of loungers. The free bus shuttle is great and very frequent. We ate several times in the hotel and the food was lovely.

Upon first impression, the hotel presents itself well, but the experience does not justify the steep costs. It's exasperating to pay such high rates for rooms only to find out that parking incurs an additional, significant fee. No amenities are complimentary, which feels disproportionate to the room rates. The accommodations themselves left much to be desired. There was a notable absence of a closet space, diminishing the room's utility and comfort. The bedding appeared tired and the mattress was less than comfortable, contributing to a less restful night. Soundproofing is inadequate, as conversations from neighboring rooms were easily audible. Moreover, the bathroom was cramped and its door failed to shut completely. I advise against dining in the hotel—the food did not meet expectations. Positives include a helpful shuttle service to nearby attractions and a commendable staff. The pool area is spacious and remains open late, which is a plus. However, these few benefits do not offset the overall disappointing value.

The rooms are good but bed is really bad quality. Looks old and tired and really uncomfortable, not like disney beds. Cafe very limited choice, especially for vegetarians and ridiculously expensive ($12 for a garden salad). Some staff not so friendly others nice. Lots of free condiments so that's good. Bus stop convenient. Lobby staff nice. Pool a little small. Shop on site for merchandise. Access gate onto International drive very handy especially for eating out

My fiancé and I stayed here for the first time and we had a great experience! The staff from the time we checked in till we left were all great! This included the front desk, the gift shop, Starbucks, and the cafe. The cafe had good food options kind of like college style so if you didn’t want to go out after a long day at the parks you didn’t have too! Also we loved the free bus shuttle to the universal parks and city walk, it was so convenient we didn’t even need a car to go anywhere! The rooms were also very clean! We didn’t experience any problems during our visit. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The overall decoration is with a cozy blue which is my favorite color. The lobby is decorated with nice modern furniture. The room is rather spacious with 2 queen size beds. The cafe provided rather affordable food around $13-$17, which is convenient for us who did not want to go out for meals. There are shuttle buses to the city walk very 10 minutes. Clean swimming pools and nice bar on the side.
