I want to spend some words to share my exquisite experience in Cordelia’s at the St. Regis Palm Dubai tonight. Lavish the buffet was mouth watering. The array of delicacies offered was simply opulent, boasting a richness that tantalized the taste buds. What truly elevated the dining experience was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness added a delightful touch to the meal, making it a truly memorable culinary journey. I loved also the possibility to eat outside enjoying the relaxing pool view. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious dining experience with impeccable service.

· What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot. The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.

Great hotel. Love the spot and the service is second to none. On one of the nights, there was a whole scene in the lobby because one of the hotel guests was robbed by some companions he brought back and there was a massive commotion in the lobby because of it and the team handled the situation superbly and made sure all the other guests were comfortable and not worried. And the breakfast buffet? Unbelievable. Absolutely amazing spread. Oh and the access to Kyma Beach club is super convenient too with a shuttle that takes you directly there. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend and I’d come back for sure!

I love the hotel and this time I tried the bar. Perfect place if you want to enjoy drinks and relax. They have 2 singers with a magical voice and a room full of bottles of wine. I tried a chablis and the taste was stunning. They even have cheese platters. I am so happy I discovered this place.
