Posting here because this resort absolutely deserves every 5 star review it gets. You get a true 6 star experience as soon as you set foot in the resort, where every detail has their attention. Their staff are absolutely wonderful and treat you like royalty. Small details like the Aloe Vera left in the room from the spa after a hot day, the lemongrass infused cold towels provided to you at the pool and restaurants, and fruit snacks throughout the day really make a difference. There is even a staff member walking around cleaning guests' sunglasses at the pool throughout the day. The layout of the resort is also terrific. It was quick and easy to get to everything so that there was very little walking or travel time, and all the time was spent enjoying the facilities. The value for money here is also extraordinary. We were provided a beautiful room upgrade (pictured) We had direct access to the concierge staff via WhatsApp where they arranged room service, turn down, restaurant bookings and the like. Sabri was a superstar. The food and drinks were really reasonably priced and were delicious. Honestly the only feedback I could give is that there should be gratuity options on the bills so we can reward the terrific staff for such wonderful service. If you're thinking of coming here, just do it.

Absolutely amazing stay! Our room had a beautiful view overlooking pool and beach. Ac worked wonderfully. Bed was comfortable, large room, daily water fill ups. Bathroom spacious. We had all meals at the resort-Breakfast is awesome, so much variety as well as the buffet for dinner. There are so many activities you can do regarding water or just relax. Property is well maintained and all of the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel in the villas for a week and did not step one foot outside the hotel for a reason. This hotel exceeded every expectation and provided a luxury only few would experience. This particular villa provided amenities and luxuries far greater than any other hotel would offer and I’m greatly impressed. Loved the staff, the rooms, dining (especially in the terrace) and environment. The beach was a bit unusable during low tide as the ground was very slimy. I’m aware that the hotel of course cannot do anything about this and this wasn’t that much of a concern. The housekeeping were a bit impatient. This specific time, the housekeeping arrived and I went into the bathroom for about 2 minutes. They knocked and waited for 10 seconds and knocked again. I was clearly using the bathroom and do not wish to be disturbed during that time and will be out once I was finished. The pool had a pipe that was broken and the level of the main pool was below and wasn’t too refreshing as it was very warm caused by the shallowness. If I didn’t have a private pool that was cooler, it would’ve upset me about the temperature. The gym did not provide disinfectant/wipes, so I asked the cleaners if I missed sighting them. They responded with they clean it themselves. It would be great if you could provide this as it is obvious that it is not wiped down after every person uses the equipment. Everything else of course was amazing, would definitely return and recommend to others.

The Danna Langkawi is one of the best resort in Langkawi. I had a wonderful time during my stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I love the timeless design of the British colonial style architecture, every part of the hotel is beautifully decorated and feels very classy and elegant. The hotel also features a lot of natural element with the garden and pond giving a lot of greenery. The hotel also feels very modern with floor to ceiling glass offering a lot of natural light to the interior. The amenities are plentiful. I really enjoyed the on site activities including the billiard room, the calming library and the swimming pool. The pool was probably the biggest swimming pool in any hotel I’ve stayed in. The live music at the lounge at night is a wonderful gesture and it made for some excellent evening entertainment. The food and beverage options on site are fantastic. I love The Terrace Italian restaurant and their food and service was excellent as always. The poolside f&b are fast and service is great. The room is very spacious with a well organised layout. The natural wood and marble design is simple and elegant. The staffs on site offers above and beyond service. They were very passionate, professional and welcoming, they truly offers a memorable experience.

Wished the resort had more options for recreation , more vegan/ egg free options ( chef happily accommodated our requests for breakfast options ) and wish that at least part of the pool area was covered. It gets really hot during the day Staff is humble and helping Clean place Amazing hospitality
