Perfect location, at the very far end of Palma's east crescent - area is quiet and air quality is very good, feels not too hot due to water on the both sides of an "island".
Hotel itself is good, staff is very, polite, friendly and super helpful.
Sleeping quality is brilliant, beds are the ones most comfortable I've ever seen in any hotel, duvets are not too hot. Room's AC can be completely turned off for better sleep as well.
Breakfast selection is good and all food I tried was tasty.

The Royal Central The Palm Hotel offers luxurious accommodations with stunning views. The rooms are exquisitely designed, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration. The staff exemplify hospitality, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience. Relax by the pool or on the beach, enjoying impeccable service and tranquility. While slightly distant from the city center, it offers a peaceful escape while still being accessible to Dubai's attractions. Overall, The Royal Central Hotel combines luxury, hospitality, and convenience for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

It was our first time to visit the place to celebrate our special occasion (our 10th year wedding anniversary) and it was great. We had a problem with our booking cause we booked it from a booking flatform and they cannot find it and I thought everything will be mess up but Mr Kevin was so kind as well as the lady manager to help us find our booking and made the experience superb, one of our great experiences..

I recently stayed at a supposed five-star luxury hotel and was greatly disappointed. The exterior windows were filthy, a clear sign of neglect. We were moved to a room with a balcony, but the windows there were also unclean. The plumbing was problematic: one room had delayed hot water, while the other had excessively hot water with complicated shower controls. The food quality was subpar with limited options, and the coffee was too sour. Additionally, the service was lackluster. The staff appeared uninterested and unwelcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was not cleaned even when we requested it, and the overall service was slow and inattentive. For the price, this hotel does not meet the expected standards of luxury and customer care.
