What an amazing holiday, lovely hotel and such friendly staff. Food and service was great from start to finish. The animation team were brilliant, not pushy but so much fun and energy, especially Megan who has a real personal touch with all the British guests. I am already planning my return trip 😎.

What an awesome place First time on this Resort but most definitely not our last. So friendly so clean Food was also brilliant In particular the entertainment team were fantastic so full of life always asking how we were . Made us feel Really welcome . Megan was a laugh always stopped for a chat With everyone Bit of a child magnet Kids around her everywhere she goes. Would I return Most definitely.

The hotel was brilliant, staff are excellent ,especially when you have kids, there were brilliant. Pablo and Megan from the animation team a special thank you to them both, you have been brilliant with the kids. Also making my family feel special, telling us all the activities around the hotel.

Having visiting Sharm El Sheikh on numerous occasions, I can safely say that this was the best hotel experience to date. The location was ideal, the whole resort was beautifully presented and maintained. The staff were fantastic - Myself and my mother were looked after so well. The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious and a good selection of drinks available. The room was lovely and clean with an outstanding bathroom, plus much more storage space and power sockets than we have been used to. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Very happy.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The family room is two-part and large. With a modern finish. Aqva park is located nearby, which would be great if you are interested in using it. Other swimming pools and the beach are within walking distance. Fortunately, restaurants and the main gate were nearby. Large territory and different types of pools for both adults and children. I really liked that the children's pools were heated. The downside is overcrowding and a lack of sunbeds by the pool. It also seemed that some customers covered the chairs with towels and kept their things there without using them. The food selection was sufficient and varied for us. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and quick. Ice cream could be offered throughout the opening hours and not at certain hours. The staff was generally nice. Sometimes it seemed that the employee was tired or bored. A bit arrogant even.
