First of all, the customer services are exceptional! The staffs in the reception and restaurant are really nice, polite and treated customers very well. I can't say its common cos many times 5stars hotels didn't live up to such expectations, so this trip definitely leaves a good impression.
Room is nice and comfy and the view is great! But unfortunately at midnight, there are motorcyclists racing on the main road so the noise is quite clear. Probably rooms facing the poolside will be better?
Breakfast wise, there's an impressive spread of choices and what I like the most is that coffee/tea/chocolate is served during seating instead of queuing up to get on your own.
As for the kids friendly facilities, the pools and slides are great, lots of fun playing with them. However it is really overcrowded during the holiday seasons as two hotels are sharing the same facilities. Many people can't even find a spot to put towels n clothes, thus have to leave them on the ground/grasses nearby. The play area was a disappointment though, there wasn't really much to play around for older kids except for the hanging treetop area. And it can get crowded just to go in to the area.
Overall, its a nice stay, with great hospitality, perhaps to visit again next time during non-peak season

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was well thought out and a good size (for 2 adults and 1 baby), ordered room service that was delivered promptly and all in all everything was great. The kids playground and swimming pool was amazing and free for all to use. I highly recommend this place if you're coming with kids. The pool is really well designed to be fun for adults and children.
I had the club room so a nice bonus was having access to the club lounge. Could be a little better with more variety of food/drinks but still having access to hot drinks there is a nice perk to. I would be interested in having mocktails on the menu at cocktail hour.

Very close to twin towers, almost walkable distance, and also the metro station is foot steps away. The spa in the hotel is great. Make sure to have the experience and service provided there. FANTASTIC FIVE STAR AMBIANCE AS EXPECTED. Some rooms offer the twin tower views. Big pool. The restaurant offers fabulous options to choose from.

I’m a frequent visitor of the Marriott hotels and this stay has been one of my favourite so far. The staff is very attentive and genuinely interested in the comfort of their guests. The suite room was great, spacious, clean and the view was very nice.
The breakfast offers enough options to choose from.

The newly renovated place is overall a good place to hangout at normal timing, not at the public holiday or weekends as the swimming pool and the playground tends to transform itself into a water and dry theme park instead of a nice and comfortable place to enjoy family time. moreover overcrowding tends to happen since these common facilities are shared with Four Points next door. seeing the crowd already affects the mood to really enjoy the well built place. it's a shame really. other than that lighting setup in the room itself is really dim if you're staying at the lower floors. Soundproofing is impressive though as I was only two floors above the swimming pool and hardly can hear the noises of the bustling crowd.
