I gifted my parents and partner a weekend at this hotel and requested a quiet room so we could have a relaxing time. The manager told me upon arrival that the rooms are quiet. From 5pm till 7am in the morning there was a trees next to our rooms with hundreds of birds chirping the whole night stopping us from sleeping. We love nature and do not want the trees chopped or anything but why put clients who specifically requested a quiet room in such a noisy spot?
When we complained, by the reaction of the manager it is obvious that they know about the noise issue. We asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and he kept promising us that he is looking into it and waiting on the director to get back to us. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. I don’t know whether it’s just a way of fooling people or the director just doesn’t have guts, some honesty into the matter would have be greatly appreciated.
Food below average for the price we paid. Considering the price we made, service was poor and customer service poor especially from reception. Other staff are kind and considerate.
Lots of issue with food choices as well. Last week we went to another hotel and we had a small inconvenience and they were so quick to offer us free lunch and other benefits without even having to ask. With Preskil we got nothing but poor customer service and not sleeping for 2 days. Do not recommend!

Great weekend away. Lovely room with white fresh decor, splashes of color and natural materials.
Great seating for lounging on the beach - beach beds, teepees and loungers.
The spa was a treat with delicious lemongrass tea to set the mood of relaxation.
The manager, Krishna and staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Thank you 🙏🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Preskil Island Resort Hotel and it exceeded all expectations. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beach and the mountain view. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The staff were attentive and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for a memorable stay! Met lots of new people and also made a lot of friends. To be honest it was one of my most memorable stay. ♥️ Thanks to Jamie and all the staff members who welcomed us...

The staff was really lovely and warm welcoming. I feel very bad, I forgot the name of the girl who took care of us. She was very nice and
friendly. It was my first time there and would be pleased to have the opportunity to go again. Unfortunately it was an evening package, we missed the view during the day. Nonetheless, the view is still 👌 🔥. Would highly recommend and eager to go again next time.

Preskil Island Resort has made my first experience in Mauritius to be very riveting and phenomenal. The service overall was excellent as the workers would often check up on my family and I, in the eating areas and in the rooms. They were plenty of events occurring which made my experience even better and this ensured that we were never bored. The resort is a combination of beautiful, fun, and exciting. Marie being one one of the workers ensured that I had a blast as she entertained me very well and had me feeling quite comfortable as was like a friend to me indeed. If you like exploring and moving out of your comfort zone this is definitely the place for you!
