Mixed views on this hotel. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, it's a shame it's not as well connected for walkers as it is for cyclists. Yes, there is a nature reserve behind the hotel, but it doesn't offer walking paths.
During our visit in April the hotel was full of cyclists. They're either just starting or just completing their rides so don't seem to pay as much attention when cycling the paths around the complex.
The food was okay for a short stay, good quality but I would imagine it would become a bit repetitive after a week or longer.
Our main gripe was checkout day. Our transfer wasn't until evening time so we asked if we could extend our room (assuming this would also allow us to extend our all inclusive option) The cost was €30 until 4pm or €55 until 6pm - sadly this didn't include the all inclusive option which cuts off at midday with no option to extend. We only wanted lunch and a bit of sangria!
The snack bar staff, bar staff and cleaning staff were a credit to the hotel.
I think we'd choose another hotel for our next visit though.

Generally very good. Staff excellent. Meals poor, heavy reliance on pizza, pasta, processed cheeses, processed/reformed meats. English dishes on menu poorly cooked. Quality of fresh food good. Strange bathroom arrangement, basin in bedroom (you stand with your back to the light). No option to fit plug in basin. Glazed screen between bedroom and WC/shower (visible and no sound/light screen). Despite apparent downsides would readily stay there again.

We had an awful experience with this property. We booked a room but due to unforseen circimstances had to cancel. Luckily we cancelled within the 24 hour time period they "allow" only to find out they still charged our card. After contacting them with proof and images of the valid cancellation, they decided to make up a story that we booked 2 reservations and would not refund us. The fact that they made up this lie just to keep our money is incredibly suspicious and concerning. They are clearly liars and will do anything to negate their own policy despite proof. I would highly suggest doing business elsewhere!

A really great resort for your money.
1. Rooms are really nice, TV, Fridge, balcony and A/C included (In my room at least).
2. The animators are some of the nicest and best people I've met, the restaurant and bar staff is amazing and give you in depth detail about their food and drinks. The food and drinks were amazing. (Churros and Dark Night are my personal favourites and an easy 10/10).
3. The location is amazing, being meters away from the sea with lots of different activities at the resort such as football, basketball, golf, darts, pool, tennis and more.
Overall a solid 9.5/10 and if your a person that likes to drink and go out for some shows later in the evening it's an easy 10/10

This is overall a very nice place to stay.
The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. It's next to a relatively quiet surfing beach and a bit outside of the city. (You may need a car!)
The resort is spread out nicely over a large green area next to a nature reserve.
Breakfast was also very good with a large variety of food and even a couple of variations on offer. The spa area is small but still super relaxing and nice.
The only 2 downsides are that the rooms are a bit dated and used up/damaged, and the parking situation is very challenging in peak season. They even offer all-inclusive, but if you plan on discovering the island, you may not need that.
But overall it is a highly recommendable place to stay.
