Recently returned and this hotel is not a 5* The rooms are basically just what you would expect of any room in a hotel of 3* and above, with the exception of the balcony that had two sun loungers and a low table, in addition to two chairs and a table. The grounds and pool areas look beautiful and are very well kept but, there is music playing by the pool all day, which is louder than just background music. Plus if you sit near the Greek restaurant there is music coming from there also, so two lots of competing music and not very relaxing at all. Additionally there was Aqua Gym every morning with even louder music and the staff blowing whistles!! Great!! We went to the pebbly beach which was much more peaceful, but to get there you need to cross a busy road. The food was really good, plenty of choice, hot and cold, lots of dessert options and when a dish was empty it got replaced straight away. However long queues to get into the restaurant sometimes and there were often plenty of tables free. This was mainly due to the fact that only a couple of staff were showing guests to tables, whilst some staff were setting and clearing tables and a few drinks waiters were sorting out drinks orders for guests. Most drink waiters were good but one messed about joking around with guests and after initially ordering your drinks with him and another member of staff had bought it to your table; it could take a while before he would be back to open the bottle of wine or whatever you’d ordered. For some unknown reason, the member of staff that brought it to your table couldn’t open it?!! We were half way through our meal before he came back one evening. If I’d had a cork screw I’d have opened it myself!! Better organisation of front of house could sort this out! Overall we enjoyed our stay but won’t be back, as it’s definitely not worth 5* prices. We’ve stayed in, as good, if not better 3&4* hotels in the past.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Room wasn’t ready on arrival which is fine but a 5 star hotel should greet you with a free drink. No Concierge service which wasn’t ideal with us pushing cases and a pram and left to find our room. This hotel is not baby friendly even though it’s advertised as being so. Pool is on the 1st floor so you have to get the lift to the pool or carry pram up lots of stairs. Exiting the hotel you either carry the pram down stairs or walk in to the road. Main restaurant has quite high tables but low baby chairs with no tray so the table was above our babies head. Also have to queue to be seated which makes zero sense when it’s a buffet? Hotel was clean. The cleaners in this hotel were hard working and very polite. We had an 11 month old baby with us so it would have been great to have more English channels other than news channels. Beach was peaceful but you have to cross a busy road to get there. I was also made to feel like a thief by the pool barman, I ordered 2 drinks on my first day and he asked for my room number. 234 he came back with a receipt for room 250 so I said no my room is 234 and he shouted at me saying I said 250 and said a sly remark to his colleague which made me feel uncomfortable going back to the bar. Overall this hotel is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star ego.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything is spotlessly clean and feels truly luxurious. The two rooftop bars offer breathtaking views of the sea, and the pool together with the private beach access make it a perfect spot to relax. The international cuisine is excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This place is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for an all-inclusive holiday with wellness and pure relaxation.

Really nice hotel, loved the beach and sunbeds (although you must take water shoes), the food was great and the hotel is very modern looking. Staff were good. Room was nice but I didn't like the beds and pillows too much and the shower screens were abit small so the floor got soaked! Other than that it's a great hotel and id happily return

Please note that in our opinion this is more a 4 star than 5 star hotel. It is generally OK, but doesn't have the luxury you expect of 5 star. For instance; Its somewhat hypocritical to ask guests to be mindful and 'green' re towel usage when the sinks have no plugs, and when using the shower, water still pours from the bath tap - so wasteful! We had an issue with our wardrobe that was dealt with when reported. However, our fridge stopped working and there was a pungent ozone smell coming from it. Although reported, it wasn't fixed or replaced. The food didn't seem to be reliably hot in the main restaurant but the Rooftop bar for brunch was excellent. The things that save this hotel is the location, which is ideal for visiting Rhodes Old Town, and the excellent staff. Staff worthy of note are; Marianthi in the rooftop bar and Stavros in the main restaurant. It was really nice talking to them - we wish them well for their futures.
