Great location: attached to Cala Viñas, good size pools. The only minus is the pool where located in the north and had a lot of shadow. Not ideal for cold days, great for very warm days.
Room was good: room size is decent. Not new, but in good enough shape. We found a cockroach in the room, but not more. Daily Cleaning could be better.
Service was great: food was ok, staff kind and animation staff was awesome; specially Andrea (full of energy and great with kids) and Santana and Francesco!
Overall, very worth a try ;)

I had a fantastic experience with the kids club at Cala de Vinas Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my son had a memorable time with engaging activities and attentive care. From arts and crafts to fun outdoor games, there was never a dull moment for him. I was particularly impressed by how the staff personalized their interactions, making my son feel valued and included. The facilities were also top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play. I highly recommend the kids club at Cala de Vinas Hotel for any family looking for exceptional childcare services during their stay.

Entertainment and drinks were great, our original room had really bad smell but we got relocated quite easily. Food could have more appropriate options for tourists but overall had good selection. Easily accessible location from Magaluf as taxis were freely available and only took about 10mins. Stuff made the experience worth it as they were super friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel and facilities. Very child friendly. Aside from the playground and the water slides (for small kids), there are lots of activities for children throughout the day. The miniclub and minidisco were the highlights of the day, because of Andrea and her personal approach towards each child. Her positive attitude, great energy and attention made the language barrier dissappear, so that our girls (2,5 and 5 years) were very excited to play with her again and again, despite them not speaking/understanding English/Spanish.
