Absolutely terrible hotel!! Stay anywhere else but here. I booked a day use and was treated like a criminal trying to get a free stay. There are two time slots that they have - 2-6pm and 4-9pm. I arrived around 5 as I thought I had booked 4-9pm. It was a honest mistake. The staff didn’t mention the checkout time when I arrived so I again believed it was 9pm. I was in the room when staff came at 7pm and was told I had a maximum of 5 minutes to promptly leave the room. I explained the situation but they angrily told me I had overstayed my welcome and needed to leave as they had to clean the room immediately. They acted as if I had this planned and intentionally was trying to get a free stay. If this were the case why would I arrive at 5pm with only an hour left to spare? I doubt that this is a fully booked hotel (why else do they have dayuse lol) and that many people were still checking in at 7pm. I was only in the room for a total of two hours. I double checked and they still had rooms available til 9pm. I doubt they had to clean the room with the immediate urgency portrayed. Also housekeeping was still there at 7pm? Doubt it. Despite my explanation and offer to pay for the “extra” time, staff was extremely rude to an extent that I have never been treated at any hotel. It was a simple misunderstanding but I was treated like a fraud and like I was holding up the entire hotel operation and was staying there illegally. To add insult to injury, it was also my birthday! I’m disappointed by the experience and am leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth about this place. I’ve stayed here often but will not be back again. Don’t expect to be treated well even if you are a paying customer here

We stayed in the Crosby Suite for a Bachelorette weekend. We had 3 girls staying in one room so we were a little hesitant if we would fit comfortably. To our pleasant surprise, the room exceeded our expectations. The space was very large, we had two separate rooms (one with the bed and one with a sofa), joined by a middle door. We also had two full bathrooms including 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks. The extra bathroom and full length mirrors made getting ready very easy. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa. When we arrived we were told that we could call the front and someone would come make up the pull out sofa. The staff that came were extremely kind, and they arrived in a matter of minutes. They brought extra pillows and blankets which made the sofa a very cozy place to sleep. We also mentioned that 1 light bulb was out and another staff member showed up immediately to replace it. We loved the touch of art throughout the entire hotel and the complimentary coffee station located at the lobby was very handy. The hotel was also walking distance to a number of coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores making getting around very easy. Overall, we had a amazing stay and will absolutely come back.

The hotel was fine. We had a suite on the 8th floor. Here are a few things worth noting about the hotel and room. The lobby is extremely scented so if you have scent allergies this place is definitely not for you. The rooms don't have a mini fridge; coffee maker; cups, or robes. The rooms do have mirrors along the bed, lots of blue paint and its own distinct vibe (see photo).

Actually pleasantly surprised because of how bad some ratings are. I got an upgrade to my room, I’m not sure if it’s because I have a travel card, which was a nice surprise. The food downstairs kinda sucked so I’d avoid that. But the bed was comfy, and shower had a nice view. Everything was clean. Rooms are small but that’s ok. Overall a positive experience. I will stay here again.

SHADY - ABSOLUTE FRAUD - DO NOT STAY! I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always thought it was great value for the location and ambiance. During my most recent stay, my business plans changed and I left a day earlier than expected. I was assured by the front desk that as long as I checked out before noon I wouldn’t be charged for the last night. I checked out that morning, had lunch in the hotel and left for the airport - but apparently someone then smoked in the hotel room that afternoon. I called asking about the strange charge on my card and I was appalled to hear it was a $530 smoking fee. I explained how I checked out that morning in the lobby but they claimed I wasn’t checked out until 5 pm that evening. I sent in receipts and Uber proof that I had left before the smoking took place and the hotel was unwilling to listen to reason. This is clearly shady beyond reason, so please trust me - this place is not worth it. I’ll be avoiding in the future.
