The Nikki Beach resort impresses with its beautiful, well-kept grounds and a wonderful beach. Everything is incredibly aesthetic and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very large and modern. The food is very tasty. The menu for dinner (half board) offers a good selection. However, we would have liked more vegan options to be available. 😊Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired in some places. Some of the staff are very attentive and cordial. Especially the waiters at dinner and also at breakfast. Sometimes you wait a long time on the beach for the food and drinks you ordered. There is also hardly any information at check-in. We had to find out the meal times ourselves. In addition, you are not greeted back, which can happen, but does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel. Some of the reception staff seemed arrogant and reserved.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured that every need was met. The food and drinks were delicious, with a diverse menu. From fresh seafood to creative cocktails, everything was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. One of the highlights of my visit was the vibrant entertainment, including live music and DJ sets that kept the energy levels high throughout the day. Recommended!

Such a disappointment. The resort looking nice, that's all they have. I had to pay 300 for what? They said at least water is included, but guess what they were busy running around to babysit influencers. My water never came. There are other resorts around with more reasonable entry fee and better service.
