Amazing stay, so good we ended up extending it. From service to food. Your animation team is fantastic, and your server Petros from the day bar is great. Could improve: having a bit more of gym equipment (although your animation guy at the gym is super knowledgeable) and for sure you could improve the front desk service, is totally not compatible with the rest of the hotel experience.

The reason for 4 stars is due to noise disturbances from 2am till 6:30am in the morning by reps on a night out put either side of us, Playing music, laughing, banging etc (no fault of the hotel). I appreciate they are allowed to have fun but to take it to the extent they did knowing there are paying customers next to them is disrespectful and no curtsy, I am always aware of my behaviour in environments regardless of if drinks are involved. Other than this the experience has been fine the weather has been ok too, three days out of 7 where bad with rain and wind but due to improve from next week. For reference we stayed in room 926 After this review the hotel management did deal with the situation well and made us feel a lot better about the situation which is much appreciated.

It was the first time for my best friend and I in the Mitsis Laguna Resort. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, we had the best time! This hotel is perfect for couples, friends and families. The staff went above and beyond! They did everything to make sure we had the best time. A special shoutout to Toto for making sure we had fun and to Andreas that served us the whole week! We loved the food, especially in the restaurants. There was music/ singers or dancers every night at the night bar, you couldn’t get bored! There’s also a show every night, really entertaining for kids! We will definitely come back! :)

My partner and I had an amazing time here. We were blown away by the positive energy from the staff and how well presented the grounds were. We were particularly fond of the restaurant greeter, Nikos and Johnny in the pan asian restaurant who were incredibly pleasant and helpful. We loved doing yoga on the grass under the canopy - preferred it there to the gym area (which is fantastic for other forms of exercise).

First class customer service. Excellent kids club. A wide variety of restaurants that cater for a family’s tastes. Particularly atmospheric at night. For stays of a couple of nights or longer there’s enough variety here to keep things interesting. There are a number of swimming pools with different environments. The kids pool is great - and heated! At least one is saltwater. It’s very nice to see active management - the managers went above and beyond their duty to make sure the experience lived up to our expectations.
