STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 457. Had to write a review now, even tho we just arrived a few days ago. We are happy with our stay, at least the most of it. When we arrived we were told that they had given us the best room with the best view, and the view was beautiful, but there was a strong smell of drains/sewage coming from the bathroom. It got worse and worse during the day , they said we could not get a roomchange before the third night because it was fully booked, which we understand, but sleeping in that smell was awfull! 😟 We got another room in the end, but now we have the view of the parking area, and it's noisy, we also think the guy in the reception was a bit rude when we asked if there was a room with a better view. It should not smell like sewage in a 5 star hotel, and we don't feel like we have been compensated for having to live with that horrific smell for 2 nights. We also never recieved an apology for the entire situation, not from the reception and not from the manager either. The staff in the restaurants and bars are the only thing that makes us wanna stay atm. They are great!❤️
