Stayed here in Mid January for work reasons rather than pleasure. Hotel is spotless in every way with great attention to detail in all areas of the rooms and numerous restaurants. Staff are very polite and helpful ensuring my stay was kept comfortable and relaxed despite the work routine. The cuisine is amazing with a substantial amount of choice in the evening meal buffet resturant and beautifully made sushi if you like that cuisine.
All in all a great Hotel in a great location making sure you stay is relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately a lot of things that we were looking forward to (kids club, pool bar,...) were closed since it wasn't high season. We might have missed that information on the website but at last we haven't been aware of it.
With exception of the lady that checked us in we unfortunately found the people at the reception rather rude and unhelpful when asked for information (there was no one at the reception so it couldn't have been a very stressful moment). This was a major flaw in our experience. Everyone else from the hotel stuff was always very nice.
The location was perfect for us and our plans but others might prefer to be closer to the city center

The hotel is alright. It's got its good sides as well as bad sides. The first room that I got was just broken - sink didn't drain, bathtub sink did drain when it was supposed to be fully closed off, there was a gap between mattresses in the double bed and the sound insulation is very bad so if you're in the road side you'll hear every single car. The food in the hotel is pretty good - the burgers from the bar are amazing and the breakfast is good too. The thing I really didn't like about the breakfast is their fruit "juice" they pretend like it's a fresh juice but I'm pretty sure it's just water with a squash (cordial). It's overly sweet and tastes chemical - the hotel could really improve on that, also the morning coffee isn't great - tastes like instant coffee. In addition, they let stray cats into the breakfast restaurant - really??? I mean some people found it cute but it's extremely unhygienic. The hotel has an ok indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi (jacuzzi feels pretty old) steam and a sauna. The steam room could do with a bit of a refurbishment as there are quite a few tiles missing or just loosely laying around. Can't comment on outdoor pool or the beach as I visited in the winter. Staff are very friendly and always tried to accommodate my requests. Hotel decor interior and exterior is very good too, just the rooms don't feel as cosy as I would expect in a 4 star. Beware that some rooms that are "double" only have two single beds stuck together with quite a big gap between them - really not ideal.

The hotel is well located, I had a nice view to the pool and sea. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, gym, spa treatments and many restaurants inside, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and ready to assist. The breakfast is outstanding. I really recommend.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Also found a nice birthday cake in my room when i returned from a trip. Facility is very clean and the beach is awesome. If you have a room on the street site it is extremly noisy from all the idiots with sportcars showing off and the surrounding bara have loud music, so the terrace is bit useless. But the doors have a good soundshielding so you are good in the night :) what i didnt like was that nobody walks around at the pool or beach asking if youd like some drinks or food, need to go everytime to the bar. But maybe thats because of pre-season
